Die angekündigten Ziele wurden angefahren. Der Aufenthalt im Schwefel- bzw. Schlammbad war etwas kurz bemessen. Das Mittagessen hätte man dafür weglassen können. Die Aussicht auf die Felsengräber war beeindruckend. Der Aufenthalt an der Iztuzu Beach war angenehm, nur schade dass zu unserer Zeit die Schilkröten wieder weggezogen waren. Insgesamt ein schönes Erlebnis.

The whole trip was lovely, however the food on offer could have been better, with more choice, and the length of stay at turtle beach either needs to be shortened or extended. The allotted time doesn’t really give enough time for swimming, sunbathing and exploring. Also maybe at the beginning/end of the season a trip to the mud baths should be visited on the return journey to allow for the warmth of the day.

Great guide, lovely river cruise and beach. The only downside was lunch: we expected seating by the river but were taken into a dark marquee, and the food was quite mediocre (especially the bland self-service soup). The mud bath and hot spring were fun, but would have been better in the afternoon when sunny, as it was quite chilly in the morning out of the water.

Journée agréable. La guide très amicale. J'ai néanmoins mis 7/10 sur le service général car uniquement en anglais et je suis la seule à comprendre et parler couramment l'anglais. Aucune excursion en francais n'était encore disponible lors de notre arrivée à l'hotel... Il faut donc prévoir et réserver avant votre départ en vacances! En ce qui concerne l'excursion: extraordinaire. Paysages, faunes et flores... Top!!!

The trip was lovely (I think we did this on the worst day of weather during our holiday - but still had an amazing time) the mud and suplhar baths were fun even if smelly :) the boat trip was lovely and very interesting and we saw two turtles when we got to turtle beach. Considering there are so many experiences on this day trip I think it is good value for money - as long as you take advanctage of them all. If you just want to take a trip to see the turtles then it would work out pricey.

We really enjoyed this. The guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. The lunch provided was lovely. The only thing I would change is being able to spend more time at turtle beach. I didn’t think one hour was long enough, the beach is beautiful.

The day was an absolute disaster. Guide forgot to pick us up and left us waiting for 45 mins had I not called Farah I would t of Bern picked up at all. The tour guide and driver were so awful reduced me to tears, speeding off without giving enough time or checking seatbelts my daughter went flying on bus. We didn’t see any turtles that’s the reason we went and the restaurant they brought us too was disgustingly dirty and unhigenic and smelt so bad I just couldn’t eat the food. Badly organised

The whole day was great.. the guide was fantastic.. Good that the transfur time was not long... The captain of the boat was really good, and let the young ones stear the boat sometimes... Enjoyed the mud bath, and the shower was nice and not ice cold.. and did not want to get out of the warm sulpher bath... Such a relaxing river boat ride to the beach... and a lovley hour and a half stay there... Just the right amount of time at each stop.. Would highly recomend this great day out

Great experience! Me and partner’s first time going to Turkey. This is definitely something we would like to do again next year. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We learned a lot about Marmaris, got to see turtles, we both loved the mud bath and boat trip. We also got to see some historical sites. Good choice of meal for the trip, paid extra for the drinks which we wasn’t made aware of but not a big problem. Overall, a very good all day out!

The Tour was great, saw 2 giant Sea Turtles and 3 Kingfishers. The Lycian tombs were great too. the only reason I didn’t give it 10 was because the lunch was really bad. Strange because Turkish food is so good.

The guide was excellent informative and organised the bus and driver excellent only thing maybe a toilet stop on each of the main legs of the journey although they weren't to long about a hour and half each way there was children ect who probably needed the quick stops.

Adnan den Tourguide kannten wir schon er erzählt sehr inzeressante Details immer mal mit einem Scherz aufgelockert. Die Tour war kurzweilig. Das Essen sehr gut. Und das Baden am Strand sehr schön. Obwohl die Schildkrötensaison schon vorbei war haben wir trotzdem noch einige sehen können. Insgesamt ein schöner Tag.

I didnt participate in the mud baths which I was very glad about when I saw the people shivering in cold showers afterwards and then being hosed down by garden taps! I didnt realise that viewing the tombs meant looking at them from the boat half a mile away. Lunch was reasonable. Highlight was the lovely beach and the fact that I managed to see a Loggerhead Turtle!

Einzig zu bemängeln, die Vorstellung, dass ganze Flussgebiet samt Delta ist ein Naturschutzgebiet. Da frage ich mich dann allerdings, warum täglich über 400 Boote mit Dieselmotor darüber schippern!!!! Unser TUI Boot hatte E-Motor. Hat aber auch zwischendrin mal den Diesel angeschmissen. Das ist zu überlegen. Oder halt Reduzierung der Boote! Des Naturschutzes wegen. Schließlich gibt es ja auch die wunderbaren Schildkröten dort! Wir waren mit Adnan unterwegs: Absolut TOP !!! Sehr viel Wissen.

Met een groep van 15 personen de excursie gedaan dus geen enorme massa, Jasmin was onze reisleidster deze dag en ze had een leuk verhaal en goede kennis tijdens deze excursie. We had a great trip, weather was wonderful and comfortable coach. Good fun having the mud bath and trip along the river was beautiful, good guide giving us information about the tombs as well. Wir hatten einen Guide für zwei Boote. Dieser war überwiegend nur auf einem der Boote, so dass die anderen, auf welchem wir waren, während der Fahrt kaum Informationen über Land, Leute und Geschichte erhielten. Das Mittagessen wurde lieblos präsentiert. Salat ohne Dressing, teilweise kalt, ohne Reis (wie vorab angekündigt). Es wird viel zum Kauf animiert (Bilder, Produkte auf dem Boot). Schön war das Schlammbad, die Königsgräber und wunderschön der Strand.

The floor where you leave your shoes as you have to go in barefoot was slippery I fell and bruised my toe and grazed my knee and top of my foot also you can't see the steps which again were slippery and uneven going into the mudbaths could do with a handrail maybe? Apart from that it was well worth the money I would do it again but with hindsight in mind

Beautiful river cruise however unfortunately wasn't great as due to smoke from large wildfire nearby which sadly is beyond anyone's control and we hope everyone is safe. The travelling to Dalyan is quite long about 90 minutes. Lunch was basic and bland, would off been nicer if it was more Turkish based dishes not chicken, fish, omelette and soup (this was testeless). Mud bath was difficult to actually get hold of any mud in the pool. Not enough time at turtle beach 45 mins, sunbeds 250tl

3 uur bus 2 ,5 u in een boot dan op een strant waar geen enkele schildpad te zien was toch één hoofdje en dan 1,5 u op het strant waar zogezegd schildpadden zitten moeten blijven en dat alles voor 70 euro de man helemaal zijn geld niet waard.het bezoek aan het modderbad viel een beetje mee . De reis leider van tuy rade deze uitstap ten stelligste aan ondanks wij thuis al een voorkeur van excursies hadden gemaakt .voor mij nooit meer een excursie via tuy .

Jammer dat er geen zeeschildpadden te zien waren. Ik zou dit daarom niet als een aanbeveling melden, omdat veel mensen 100% er vanuit gaan dat er zeeschildpadden te zien zijn. Zie je ze wel, dan is dit een mooi extraatje aan de excursie.

Uns wurde bei der Buchung der Tour gesagt, daß der Ausflug in deutscher Sprache stattfindet. Leider hat sich der Tour Guide mehr um die englisch sprechenden Gäste gekümmert, sodass die Infos die wir bekamen sehr rar waren. In der Beschreibung der Tour stand umweltfreundliches Boot, welches ein Lüge ist, während der gesamten Bootstour hatten wir die Abgase der Dieselmotoren in der Nase. Von Umweltfreundlichkeit keine Spur, nur auf Massentourismus ausgelegt. Es waren mindesten 50 Boot unterwegs.

Loved the river trip to turtle beach. The lunch stop was the low point. Waited over half an hour in a canteen type venue and left the food when it eventually arrived. Chaotic service and food was over cooked and tasteless. I was surprised TUI use this place for a lunch stop. Other than that the trip was a lovely day out. I would recommend the day. Our guide Rosie was very informative and helpful.

The trip overall was good, our guide was very informative. I expected the mud bath to be full of mud but really it was a water pool and we had to scrape small amounts of mud from the bottom. On an all exclusive holiday we had to pay high price for drinks throughout the day including lunchtime. I think at least water should be included in price.

The reason for an overall 9 was we felt anxious in the mud baths and the immediate approach. It was ricky and slippy underfoot with no handrails. Getting in and out of the thermal baths was also a little difficult without adequate steps and handrail. However the overall day was amazing.

Not good value for money. Transfer to the excursion was too long with having to pick up other guests. On the coach journey the guide spoke too much. Although informative it was boring and like being in a classroom environment and being spoken at. Didn’t feel we had enough time at the mud baths. Should have been notified beforehand that cash would be needed as not everywhere we visited as part of the trip took card. The driver was amazing and really felt safe on his coach with his driving.

Dieser Ausflug ist nur darau ausgelegt irgendwelche Fotos zu kaufen. Bei der Buchung hies es Getränke kostenlos, dies war dann nicht der Fall. Mehr Pausen und unnötige Erzählungen um Spenden und Trinkgeld zu generieren. Extrem viel Wartezeiten, 10h Ausflug, davon 1h am Strand, der Rest war Zeit schinderei. Der Lunch ist Massenabfertigung pur, unerträgliche Hitze und wieder Getränke bezahlen, Essen für die Zustände ganz ok. Dieser Trip bucht einmal und nie wieder, verschwendete Zeit!

The river boat and turtle bay was excellent meal was a disaster was in a run down building and getting attacked by hornets the food wasn’t up to par and the service was terrible need to change restaurants because it was dirty and not fit for purpose the rest of the trip was perfect apart from the guide was a lovely person but rattling on about nothing to do with the entire experience that we was expecting to see the high was getting to actually see the turtles and spending time on turtle beach

lunch was good. guide was great but once or twice hard to understand. we weren't told how long the coach transfers would be and coming back took forever, redirecting to a hotel near the airport for passengers who were leaving shortly. it would have been useful to be advised to wear shoes you don't mind getting muddy/wet as you have to wear them to get from the mud bath to the showers.

The tour was beautiful and a memorable experience overall. It is a beautiful area and river that the local people take great care of. The mud bath was great fun, the tombs were very cool to see and the loggerhead turtles were a once in a lifetime sight! I would also add that the guide was very detailed and gave a really good history about the area. You could tell that he cared about the nature and culture of the area and had a passion for preserving it which was great to see!

The trip was altered at the last minuite we was supposed to to go to the mud baths and got notified that we would be visiting Dalyan instead and that in itself was a real treat - I don’t think going to the market was a real treat especially for my 2 grandchildren who were looking forward to the mud baths the rest of the day was ok but we was disappointed overall and felt the trip was overpriced seen as we didn’t get offered a reduction in price due t you changing it at last minuite

We couldn't hear the guide sometimes during the trip. Would have been better if the details were played from a pre recording on the boat at various points. The guide was working 2 boats so when on the other boat difficult to hear and English was fairly broken making it a hard listen. The food was good and the photos were good, it was fairly good value for what we paid.

De boottocht was mooi en de gids vertelde veel over het gewone leven in Turkije en de bezienswaardigheden. Lunch was prima. Op Iztuzu beach werd er weinig moeite gedaan om de schildpadden te zien. Daar zou meer aandacht voor moeten zijn.

Wat ik leuk vond aan de excursie was het modderbad en om even in de zee te zwemmen, verder vond ik de excursie te duur.. er wordt van te voren tijden gezegd hoelang je rijd er naar toe etc houd rekening als ze 1 uur zeggen dan is het 2,5 uur . Bij schilpad eiland niks gezien helaas terwijl ons wel werd gezegd dat we ze zouden zien. Lunch was weinig … werd ons verteld dat we op een dubbel dek bood zouden varen met ligbed .. is ook niet waar we gingeb met kleinere houten boodjes .

Niestety zabraklo drugiej przewodniczki. Choroba nie wybiera ale szkoda ze nie bylo nikogo w rezerwie. Spora grupa ludzi na jedna przewodniczke. W autokarze mielismy pania która nam wszystko opowiadala ale po angielsku to troche przeszkadzalo. Jesli Polak placi za wycieczke chce przewodnika mówiacego po polsku. A tak przemily pan na lodzi , soki z granatu przepyszne, fotografowie przemili a zdjecia piekne. Nawet zólwie przyplynely. Bardzo duzo atrakcji

Fantastic day out to experience something different in Turkey. The riverboat tour was informative and fun and beautiful. We had the added excitement of the boat head box failing in mid river and had to be transported to another boat whilst bobbing about in the river. The mud bath is an experience and great facilities to clean off afterwards. Our tour rep was really good and helped make a great day.

The experience was pretty much faultless. The only observation I would make is if the tui rep in the hotel had a price list for things you can buy on the tour boat. For example I didn’t know we would have the opportunity to buy photos from the mud bath. I was told that transactions on the boat would be cash only. But there was an option to use debit cards. It might be worth pointing out that Apple Pay isn’t an option.

Wij vonden het fijn dat we een Nederlandse gids hadden, om alles ook te begrijpen. Alles was goed geregeld. Leuk die veelzijdigheid. Eerst de modderbaden, lunchen (was gezellig aan een grote tafel, komt zo in contact met andere Nederlanders), de vaartocht (wat was dat prachtig!), zwemmen (lekker ter verkoeling) en daarna weer terug. Veel gezien! Echt de moeite waard en moet je zeker doen als je in Turkije bent.

Massenabfertigung. Landschaftlich wunderschön auch der Guide sehr nett, jedoch finden wir es sehr schade das ein so ein Naturjuwel und die Heimischen Schildkröten so ausgenutzt werden (Schmutz am Strand, Schmutz im Wasser, zu viele Boote in diesen Wasserstrassen unterwegs, Schildkröten werden angefüttert und gleichzeitig fahren dort die ganze Zeit die Boote. Das Baden im Süßwasserbereich ist nicht möglich weil dort so viele Boote unterwegs sind.

Transfer time from the hotel was easy and manageable the mud bath experience was fun but probably could have had another 15 minutes there. The lunch was good and boat trip really informative and relaxing- not sure the trip to the entrance of the lake was worthwhile as could have had longer elsewhere- the turtles were the absolute highlight of the trip and with it just to see them. Beach was very busy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our entire trip. The experience, although not cheap, was excellent value for money considering what was included. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to a boat. Whilst on the coach the guide gave us really interesting facts. The boat journey was considerably longer and better than I expected. The mud bath/thermal springs left our skin feeling smooth; we enjoyed a good lunch. Our boat trip continued onto turtle beach - we also saw ancient ruins en route. Excellent.

Our guide was Shaun (or Shar, sorry as bad with names) was brilliant. He was really knowledgeable, patient and considerate of everyone’s needs. One family with us was, shall we say selfish (hogged the butter at lunch and delayed our boat by 20 mins as one was in the toilet) and he was just calm and assured the rest of us that we’d see turtles and told us a bit of the local history. A big shout out to him and we hope to see him again when we return in the future.

A unique experience at the mud baths. Iztuzu beach v different and unique also. Nice swimming opportunities in fresh and salt water. Again, tombs v unique and an amazing experience. Got to try local pomegranate juice from the region freshly prepared. The tour guide was more than helpful, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable regards Turkeys history and eco-sysyem around Turtle Bay. He gave clear directions and timings Poor meal, late bus and incorrect sales pitch re: unlimited drinks!

Adnan (Tourguide) toll. Kommunikativ. Wissend. Humorvoll. Hilfsbereit. Hat sich sehr toll um die Teilnehmer gekümmert. Busfahrer oder Bootskapitän. Sichere und Souveräne fahrt. Nur die Fotos die gemacht und angeboten wurden finde ich mit 30 Euro sehr teuer. Aber das ist Ansichtssache und wer es zahlen wollte hat es gezahlt.

Leuk als je schildpadden zie daar moet je wel lang op wachten, Vond het modderbad tegenvallen en die warm waterbron stonk en water zag er smerig uit, en veel moeite om daarin of eruit te komen..de gids was super wist alles. Al met al een lange dure dag die ik nooit meer zal doen ruim 3.5 uur in de bus daarna ruim 2 uur boot en 1.5 uur op turtle beach waar je geen schildpadden zie tenzij je bij de boot blijf. Ik had voor dat geld meer verwacht bv gratis drinken op boot en bij lunch nu zakelijk

Our hotel rep Farah was brilliant in her recommendations and help in booking. Then our tour guide Volcan was a STAR and surpassed all our expectations. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable, passionate and experienced. Clear communication, managed expectations, taught us history, geography, culture… He made our trip absolutely fantastic. (We would have liked to spend longer at Dalyan beach, but understand the time constraints of a long day trip). Give Volcan a pay rise please! Thanks so much.

Das war eine sehr schöne Bootsfahrt mit einer erholsamen Schlammkur und schönem Sohlebad. Anschließend fuhren wir mit dem Boot weiter zum Essen in einem sehr schönen Steakhouse. Essen top! Weiter ging es dann an den historischen Gräbern im Berg zu einem wunderschönen Sandstrand wo wir baden konnten und da haben wir auch zahlreiche Schildkröten in freier Natur beobachten können.

Wszystko bylo w porzadku. Jednak gdy kupuje wycieczke w jezyku polskim chcialbym by od poczatku do konca byl ze mna przewodnik polskojezyczny. Jednak tutaj w autokarze jechala z nami pani która mówila tylko po angielsku. Opowiadala troche o rejonie sarigerme. Natomiast polska przewodniczka Pani Magda która jechala z nami w drodze powrotnej nie powtórzyla tych informacji. To byl jedyny minus który zauwazyl na obnizonej ocenie

Es ist ein mega Erlebnis gewesen. Von Anfang an wurde uns bereits im Bus alles auf sehr interessante Art und Weise erzählt, was wir zu erwarten haben. Die Atmosphäre war den ganzen Tag über sehr angenehm. Wir können diesen Ausflug nur weiterempfehlen und würden ihn selbst sogar auch noch einmal machen. Das Schlammbaden, schwefelbad, Mittagessen, Weiterfahrt zu den Schildkröten und den Berggräbern, zum Strand mit Salz und Süßwasser, ALLES war Mega und wird für immer in Erinnerung bleiben DANKE ??

The places that we visited were good. However, the local guide needs further training. TUI is advertised as family friendly holidays. However, this local guide pay no attention to us, my husband is 80 and my friend's girl is 3.5. A senior person and a young child both requires more time and prompt, however, the local guide failed to recognise this. The local guide said the group is big!! From my prospective, he was not able to take a big group!!

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Der Beginn mit dem Schlammbad und dem Thermalpool war sehr angenehm. Auch das Essen war lecker. Leider wurde man sowohl mit dem Essen für die Schildkröten als auch mit den Bildern, die „einfach so“ gemacht worden sind, vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt, dass man das Geld dafür quasi bezahlen musste. Dafür, dass man dann nachher mit viel Glück eine Schildkröte gesehen hat und das gekaufte Futter von den Fischen gefressen wurde. Trotzdem ein schöner Ausflug

There was a lot of time wasting on the boat when we could of had more time at the mud bath or beach, we went upstream for 3 minutes then stopped in the lake and the guide just spoke about the place for about 15 minutes when this could have been done whilst on route to lunch, or the beach

The description of turtle beach was very misleading. You do not see turtles on the beach. They are swimming between boats where you can’t swim. The lunch was very average. The boat cruise was nice, the guide was fantastic but let down when she smoked on the boat on the journey back, as did the photographer. I don’t want to inhale smoke. And neither do my children. The mud baths were fun.

The guide was very informative and funny, a real asset to your team. Mud baths were a bit basic and also the food (but the rep, on the day, did inform us of this). The river cruise was stunning and the cliff carvings. The beach was fine and saw turtles. Only big drawback was how long the bus journey there was, may have changed our mind if we knew it would take so long. Overall good though as the river cruise and the guides knowledge was outstanding.

Swietna plaza ale wycieczka bardzo droga ( 250zl/os.) w porównaniu do oferowanej lokalnie przez mieszkanców miasteczka. ( znajomi byli na tej samej za 25 euro/os) . Na naszej wycieczce w cenie byl obiad, ale wszystkie napoje i przekaski na lódce i w restauracji dodatkowo platne. Kapiel blotna calkiem w porzadku. Generalnie nie polecilabym tej wycieczki za tak wysoka cene. Mysle ze 25 euro to wystarczajaca cena.

The mud bath was an experience as we’ve never done one before it was a nice day out! .I personally wished I had taken some wet shoes to wear when entering the mud bath as it was very rough footing on the mud bath floor and slippy with the mud also the gravel as you step out of the pool was very uncomfortable for me to walk out from. Iztuzu Beach was Lovely overall it was a Lovely day out

Très ********** excursion dans l’ensemble. 2 points négatifs tout de même. Tour prévu en néerlandais mais notre guide Sean très professionnel nous traduisait en anglais car nous étions les seuls non néerlandophones. Et la nourriture du lunch pas terrible ( pâtes sans aucun goût) et pas de dessert même pas un fruit. À part cela expérience bain de boue super descente de la rivière en bateau très agréable et magnifique plage au bout. Dommage qu’on y reste qu’une heure. TROP COURT

Enjoyed the overall experience but think you should also include a drink at lunch as it is a long trip. At the mud experience need a mat or flat stones to walk to showers which could be done cheaply. If it is supposed to be electric don’t provide diesel boats as it is supposed to be a unesco world heritage sight. We were advised we did not need a lot of money but it turned out we needed £35 if you wished to keep the six photos so lucky I took my card with me.

The trip was really good ,but if we had shopped around we could have paid a lot less , tui is charging way too much for the trips , if I holiday with tui again I won't be buying any of their excursions, myself and my friend felt that we had been ripped off , but we've learnt by it and won't be caught out again.

The best part was the turtle experience and it was sold really on the mud. The area was really beautiful. There was a photographer around and they put together a book of around 6 photos. It was a nice souvenir but it felt really expensive.

The lunch was excellent and then we actually saw turtles at Iztuzu beach which was a dream come true. I thought the addition of a photographer was great, but the cost of the photos was quite extortionate in my opinion, considering how much the trip costs. We also felt rushed at lunch. We were one of two families with smaller children, and children naturally take a little longer to eat. It felt more of a stressful experience, than a moment to unwind a little.

Fahrt zum Markt mit 10 Ständen wo wir uns normal 2 Std. aufhalten sollten.Kutterfahrten zur und von der Insel viel zu lange.Auf der Insel viel zu voll und kein Schatten. Getränkedosen auf dem Kutter 4 €. Im Restaurant 1 Bier und eine Cola 15 €. Getränke musste man bezahlen, Mittagessen war im Preis inbegriffen. Krabben 12 €. 3 Bilder 25 €. Alles nur auf Englisch.Man muss nichts kaufen, erinnerte aber an eine Butterfahrt.

Excellent day out. Nice mix of things. There is a thermal pool as well as the mud bath (which my wife preferred). No pressure to do any of it tho. Great lunch and lovely relaxing river boat cruise with amazing scenery. We saw some turtles which was wonderful. An hour or so by the sea before heading back down the river to go home. A fantastic, unhurried day trip with a bit of everything.

The lunch was poor and considering it’s all you get all day was quite annoying and we didn’t really want to have to spend money on getting food out. Everything went well and on time.the guide was pleasant and informative. The mud baths were enjoyable and turtle beach lovely. The only down side was when we left the boat to get our return coach several people needed the toilets so went to use the facilities in the coach park and were asked to pay to use them of course everyone refused and complained it put a black mark on turkey’s tourism image that until then had been perfect. Having said that it it had no reflection on the tour.

Day was mainly very enjoyable and relaxing. However, it is a very long day that I thought was let down by the mid day meal which I think could be a lot better including the catering staff support at the restaurant. It felt very much as though they had not catered for you/us and the meal itself was very bland and sub-standard. It was also be nice to spend more time at the lovely beach although I appreciate this could substantially add to the time spent on what was and is already a long day.

A fantastic trip worth the early start. Al, the rep was most informative giving lots of local advice and interaction with all on the tour. Although participate with the mud baths, everyone seemed to enjoy the experience. Iztuzu beach was amazing the bonus was seeing turtles of which there were many,whilst at the docking area. The rep and boat driver were brilliant. We were not allowed to take water to the restaurant and had to buy drinks with meal. We were not offered a drinks menu until after we ordered drinks . We didn’t know the price until after we ordered drinks. £10 for small bottle of cider and a Fanta were excessive in price. Too late once drinking. Didn’t expect this on a tui trip. But sceptical about booking other trips up . Felt a little ripped off. Apart from that the trip was good

We had wonderful experiences. Two fantastic captains and photographers. The guides (he had a trainee) were engaging, , knew about the history. excellent general knowledge and clearly enjoyed talking about it. Both guys interacted in a way that made you feel safe and well cared for. Plus they were just really cool and easy going. The turtles were funny little fellows. Food was ok. The mud baths and sulphur baths were really good. Just watch ya footing in mud bath, the floor is a little rocky.??

Mitgemacht haben wir die Tour, weil uns gesagt wurde, dass wir an einem Schildkrötenstrand fahren und Schildkröten sehen. Wir haben aber leider keine einzige Schildkröte gesehen. . Das war etwas schade, denn der Grund unserer Buchung waren die Schildkröten. Etwas irreführend, denn damit sollte nicht geworben werden.

We didn't like the facilities at Izitzu beach. The staff in the cafes weren't friendly. There were no ice creams or lollies. The coffee was cheap but awful. It felt hostile. The only saving grace was seeing 3 turtles just before we got back on the boat. The Guide was good but difficult to tell what she was saying sometimes. The driver was good and the man on the boat was good. He drove slowly not like the others! It felt over touristy at the beach.

We loved it all, but it is a very long day I think more information on the timings for comfort break and actual more stops needed? We had disabled lady on our tour not with us, but we noticed how she struggled all day at the hot mud baths and the beach, perhaps look into that for future guests

The rep kimi gave us incorrect information on purpose. Told us travel time on the coach would be less than 1 hour, it was almost 2 hours, promised 3 hours on the beach. We got 70 mins. Shocking value for money, the mud baths were overcrowded and below par. Rep has since been MIA as we wanted to complain directly to her. We would never have booked the trip if we knew the travel distance. Ayhan the onboard tour guide was great though.

The guide was the only real positive, he was very good. As for the rest of the trip, it wasn't as sold and it was a complete let down. We were told we would be on the coach for an hour each way, it's was over 2 hours each way. We had told our daughters that there was a small chance of seeing a turtle to avoid disappointment but all the talk on the tour is we will definitely see turtles so when they basically only saw a shadow under water of a turtle they were left realy sad.

The boat captain was so friendly and helpful. The tour guide Ipe was so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. The restaurant we went to for lunch was ok. The food was delicious although most of our group had finished their lunch by the time ours arrived. The toilets had no signs to indicate male/female. The staff were a bit abrupt and the drinks were expensive. We were so pleased to spot some turtles when we got to itzuzu beach. The coach driver was also great.

It was a lovely day not tiring as I expected. The guide was knowledgeable and very organised and interesting as well as humorous. The coach picked us up on time and explained the timetable for the day. The ride was comfortable we were reminded to use comfort breaks appropriately so no uncomfortable travelling. The river boat was very comfortable and I was glad I had read that it could be chilly and had taken a jacket. The scenery was outstanding so worthwhile, timings were well balanced too.

We had to wait at the patrol station for abit, while two more passengers were bought to us, so we lost 30 mins of the day. But the guide was informative, friendly and accommodating! It would be nice if the showers at the beach could be luke warm and we ordered four full copies of the photo album, but got three and a half, because some of the photos we asked for weren't copied, but it was a really good day trip!

The tour was expensive for what it was and when I had done this same tour 3 years earlier we had been to a crab farm and up to some ruins which was an amazing part of it and made it much better than the tours being offered cheaper by the local tour places. I was very disappointed that that had been taken out of the tour and feel that for the money that I had paid I was not getting a trip that was worth that price. The boat was nice the lunch was good and the mud bath was fun.

From Liberty Lykia it’s around 2 hrs each way; customers should be prepared for this e.g. 4 hrs travel in a 7 hr excursion. Also, in early season be prepared to wrap up warm: the river boat can be very windy / chilly! Lastly, the drinks at the lunch restaurant are extremely expensive e.g. £17.50 for 2 soft drinks, small beer and glass of wine: There’s nowhere confining these prices, so be aware. The mud bath is great and so too the beach: approx 1 hr in each only though :)

All the staff were very friendly and made the experience run smoothly and more enjoyable with their sense of humour. The mud bath and sulfar hot spring was a great experience and the place is stunning. The tombs are also a great sight to see and the tour guide knew a lot of the history of them. Lunch was simple but fresh and tasty and there were plenty of options. Lots of great photo opportunities. The only downside was there were not any turtles at turtle beach.Overall a great day out.

the overall trip was good, mud bath, sulphur pool, tombs and turtle beach, but a few issues concerned me, A, wasn't allowed to drink your own drinks on board the boat or at the restaurant B, wasn't provided a drink with the basic meal at the restaurant, unless you paid for it, i find this very poor considering you have already paid all inclusive rates for meals and drinks at the hotel, i find this a money making exercise which many on the trip wasn't happy with.

Fantastic trip and incredible value for money. Advice. It's a long 2 hour coach journey so be prepared. Take your flip flops to the mud bath. Lot's of painful stones when walking between treatments. Showers/hose down are cold. You won't see many or any turtles in November. Positive. Great guide, basic but lovely meal, stunning river wild life, invigorating treatments, unbelievable tombs and wonderful secluded beach. Incredible value for money

We really enjoyed hearing about the ancient tombs. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The mud bath was pointless first thing in the morning in october as it was absolutely freezing and from the description expected it to be at the end of the tour when the sun was out. The river tour was lovely. Not enough time at the beach and 2 hour transfer on a bus each way was too long. This should be made clear when booking.

The trip itself is good, although the boat ride could have been made much shorter if the boat picked up the speed just a little bit. The main disappointment is that we had to travel to the boat for 1,5 hrs (and same time back) however there were boats departing to the same destination a 20 min walk from our hotel. Had we known, we wouldn’t have purchased from tui and used a local provider. Also the toilets on the way back weren’t free and no free water even during lunch which was mediocre

A great day out. Our guide, Genghis, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The transfers were smooth, and the mud bath and thermal spring were incredible. It was an early start to the day, but it did mean we beat the crowds at every stop! We spent some time turtle spotting and did manage a sighting, and then another one during swim time at Turtle Beach. The lunch was nice, if a little basic. You were expected to buy your soft drinks on the boat, which proved expensive on a very hot day.

The sights we saw were amazing. Tui should advise how long the coach transfer to the boat is 1hr 20 mins should be mentioned. Also the fact that no drinks were included is fine but to not be allowed to rake your own drinks is terrible, as a family of four we spent an absolute fortune staying hydrated. When we had bottles of water with us that we were not allowed to drink.
