Totaler Touristennep, Ambiente sehr schön, ungefragte Fotos, Essen sehr fettig und qualitativ minderwerig. Võllig überzogene Getrænkepreise und man kommt da nicht weg, wenn man einmal da ist. Mussten fast eine Stunde auf den Fahrer zur Rückfahrt warten. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Cold food. Left sitting around for ages doing nothing whilst they were preparing food. After cold food just left sitting around a fire not knowing what to do. Thought they would be dancing on the beach but no they just done a little dancing inside and took ages to get people to get involved, then it ended. Would not recommend and completely spoilt a birthday celebration. Wanted to do the African night at morabeza but didn’t do it on the birthday night. Such a shame

The dinner was very good including entertainment. But organisation was poor, they tried to charge for the meal until I explained we had come through you. Then transport was all over the place trying to get us back. I would probably go again but it needs improvement.

this was the second time we had visited this experience. the food was very good but found the wait for the " entertainment " was to long, so we decided to leave early. the price was expensive for what it is and it is also 20 euros cheaper per person if booked directly with restaurant.

A really well run excursion, all the staff were very polite ,food was in abundance and really well cooked ,the lighting of a fire was great as it started to turn a little cooler and the music and dancing very enjoyable with several guests participating in the local dancing, we would definitely recommend this excursion !

Es war alles stimmig,von der Abholung im Hotel bis zum zurück bringen. Der Service vor Ort war klasse,dass Essen mega lecker. Die ganze Atmosphäre mit Musik und Lagerfeuer einfach traumhaft schön.

Insgesamt war es ein toller Ausflug. Allein der Transfer durch TUI war grenzwertig. Das Auto sollte wohl bis auf den letzten Platz ausgefüllt werden. Wenn dann eine etwas kräftigere Person dabei ist funktioniert die Theorie nicht mehr. Am Ende kamen wir nur ins Ziel, indem eine Mutter ihre erwachsene Tochter auf den Schoß genommen hat.

Our TUI rep told us to to take local cash or Euros to pay for drinks. This was not necessary as the venue took credit cards. We obtained cash from the hotel cash machine. Your rep told us to get it from reception but they told us to use the cash machine which had unacceptable charges, only discovered after the transaction was complete. Please update your staff with this information.

Die Fahrt dorthin war eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten uns mit 10 Menschen in das Auto quetschen. Bei schlechten Straßenverhältnissen und Hitze. Zudem wurde uns die Abholzeit nicht ordentlich mitgeteilt, sodass wir die Abfahrt verpassten und uns ein Taxi nehmen musssten. Das Event ist sehr zu empfehlen. Super schöne Location und ganz tolle Mitarbeiter der Bar. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Fazit: Selber bei der Bar ( ist unkompliziert möglich) buchen und ein Taxi als Transfermittel.

we were not collected from the hotel - had to make out own way after waiting for 40 minutes, hotel contacted agent and we were informed to get a taxi, this money was reimbursed by the TUI rep the next day on arrival staff were rude, not helpful we felt that we should not have been there, no table set up for the 4 of us, booked this trip via TUI before departing for the holiday I had full confirmation details etc and had received an email earlier to confirm. food cold or extremely greasy - had D

The only observation, and I do mean the ONLY observation was the time taken for food to be ready between the appetiser and main event. The staff were amazing, the food was amazing, the view was amazing and the music and dancing were amazing. Would do it all again!

Evening was generally good. Pick up times need to be sorted as 3 of us from the same hotel had different times. One person also read that you get a welcome drink and one with your meal but we only got a welcome drink and everything else was charged for making it quite an expensive evening.

We had an amazing evening by the beach at sunset. The service from all staff was great! And the food was amazing. Die Location liegt wunderschön. Der Sonnenuntergang war traumhaft. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Die Getränke müssen separat bezahlt werden. Die Life-Musik war richtig gut. Und das anschließende Lagerfeuer wurde durch Tanzvorführungen mit Animation ergänzt. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Abend.

Location, service and staff are excellent. We really enjoyed our evening. There is a photographer there who took some lovely photos but after paying her, hasnt sent them which is a real shame. I think others have experienced the same. I don’t think she’s affiliated with TUI at all, but she seems to know the staff at the venue well so it’s disappointing they work with someone who does this.

Where we were sitting for our meal it would have been nice for more lights has could not see what we were eating. Also the starter we should have been told what it was. When asked the waiter did not know. When sitting round the camp fire we thought we would see the dancing not having to try and watch from somewhere else.

A beautiful little beach bar set in it's own cove. Beautiful views. A very afro-caribbean feel to the restaurant. Gorgeous cocktails. Great food - chicken, beef, ribs, pork, fish, prawns, pizza!! Caters for everyone. The roaring beach fire is beautiful. Entertainment was good fun. The resident beach dogs are very friendly and well mannered ?? All in all, a lovely relaxing evening.

Although only a 20 minute walk away we were picked up and dropped off at the venue. Photos were taken on arrival on the beech with the sunset. The staff were welcoming and attentive, we were met with a welcome cocktail and huge smiles and a welcome speech from the owner. The food was excellent as was the singing and dancing for the entertainment. A fantastic evening, and went back independently twice as the setting and staff were so good.

I booked this event for 4 people, a couple we where travelling with, it was her birthday. Verity the TUI rep from RUI Toureg arranged for the table to be decorated to celebrate her birthday, advised us it was not suitable for customers with walking difficulties, and also advised us to take warm clothing for after the sunset. The food and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff were attentive and the drinks plentiful. The whole evening was fabulous, and the setting made it so much better. Thank You

The staff at the venue were lovely and friendly, they couldn't do enough for you. Even the owner of the venue got stuck in and made sure everyone was having a good time. For my husband and myself there was limited food that we liked, but it was very well organised and was a really nice atmosphere. I wouldn't book the excursion again, but I would go just for drinks.

We enjoyed the atmosphere very much, the venue itself is very pretty and is lovely. It got a little chilly so when the fire was lit it was very good. However, there was a lot of smoke blowing because of the wind. Understanding that nothing can be done about that. It did not spoil our evening. The food was plentiful and very tasty.

Night out from hotel, sitting on the beach eating, not a bad night but I wouldn't book again, the place was nice and pretty, plenty of food but mostly cold my the time it wa lay out. Dancing under the stars ?? nice music. Don't be put off it was nice but we wish we hadn't book this night, you might love it

A really fun night. Excellent barbeque. lots of choice, and you could refill you plate if you wanted. They had a marlin on as the main fish which was suberb. Followed by dancing led by the locals. Everybody got involved. Hilarious photo's - Good work guys !.

A really fun night. The 'Welcome drink' tasted like washing up liquid but was colourful. The bbq was plentiful and superbly done, along with all the usual salads etc. The drinks are UK prices. The dancing was fun, suitable for all ages. A picturesque spot, just a shame that you don't get there BEFORE it starts to get dark They take photos and video all night and you can buy at the end. €20 for a link to everything. We didn't bother. Would do again as a good laugh all all staff very friendly.

Staff very friendly and entertaining. On arrival welcome drinks and appetiser. Bit of a gap between waiting for food & other drinks. Great variety to eat from the buffet plus BBQ. Staff invite you to join in after food with entertainment around a fire. Lovely end to our holiday.

Das Essen war sehr gut und stimmt vom Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Der Willkommensdrink war ein Sangria- Geschmacksache;). Es ist sehr windig gewesen. Zur Empfehlung: eine Jacke und evtl. längere Kleidung. Das Lagerfeuer am Abend hat uns natürlich wieder richtig aufgewärmt. Die Stimmung war super mit Live Musik und Tanz.

A nice introduction to the evening from the proprietor and staff in a sheltered tranquil setting. Excellent band accompaniment. The dancing at the end was pitched nicely between audience participation and display/demonstration. The food was great with usual BBQ Meats , the buffet was beautifully prepared with a huge choice and variation to suit all.

Overall, a decent experience. Food was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Being greeted off the bus by the wafts of fresh BBQ was a real treat. The people at the bar/restaurant were lovely, especially Victor who took time to chat with our daughter. However, the drinks service was very slow, arrival drinks not with us for a good 20-30 minutes and everyone got the same Sangria. Also, the trip from RIU Palace to restaurant itself was minutes. Felt marginally overpriced

The staff were friendly but the whole event seemed disorganized, staff running around to get things prepared. Drinks service was slow. Only a few drinks menus between 60 plus people. We didn’t know how to make payment for our drinks. I don’t think they were prepared for the amount of people, tables bri g moved. They even taped up two beautiful trees to stop them blowing!! The staff were friendly and got the crowd dancing. We weren’t told a time to be back at the bus.

The actual restaurant was beautiful and the staff at the restaurant were lovely. We didn’t have a TUI rep for the excursion - just a guy who ticked us off on a list and drove us there and back. The food was excellent! Negatives - waited quite a while for the food and the bonfire and dancing had literally just started when the driver arrived to take us back - I would have felt I had good value for money if the whole thing had started an hour earlier and I knew what time pick up would be.

Essen und Getränke waren sehr gut. Die Lage am Strand war schön. Das einzige Problem war das es sehr viele Stechmücken gab. Vermutlich falscher Monat erwischt.

The setting was stunning, the menu was varied, super fresh and really tasty. The after dinner dancing was great fun and the staff are so lovely. If you’re willing to get involved, get up and have a boogie you’ll love it. We did!

Mooi plekje in the middle of nowhere! Schitterende baai en een gezellige verjaardag gevierd. Bij locals die je een gezellige avond bezorgen met lekker eten en een kampvuur. Het was jammer dat niet meer toeristen dit plekje hadden geboekt. Speciaal voor ons 2 reed de Tui chauffeur op en neer??
