We arrived at opening time (1100hrs) and it was very busy but the staff organised the que very well. After we went in there was crowd forming as the Aqua park still wasn’t quite open. I was worried that it was going to be intolerable busy but actually it didn’t feel that way at all. There were plenty of sunbeds and even at lunch time the ques for food weren’t long. Overall really enjoyed the day and the kids were exhausted at the end of the day.

Staff were very unhelpful at rude when my phone wouldn't open the voucher. I was told by three staff to go to different places for it. Waiting in the queue 3 times in 29 degree with a 5 year old boy wasn't pleasant. At the park line everywhere to go on a slide. Overpriced food with small portions

Leuke attracties voor jong en oud. Wel lange wachttijden voor de attracties, lopen soms tot één uur op. Als je wilt dat het sneller gaat ben je beter dat je een fast pass neemt.

Disorganised entrance as it's not clear where to go on arrival at port aventura site. Bit chaotic in terms of queuing ro get in. Park opens at 1030 but the pools dont open until 11, so more standing around in the heat which wasn't great. However, once inside the park is spacious and clean, loads of sun loungers around every pool area. Loads to do. Half the food places were closed so that meant long queues at the ones that were open. But food was decent. Would visit again. Daughter loved it.

The pools and slides were great. Could not take my mobile in the water which as a single mother I had to leave it by my things. Was told to remove my glasses in the water which meant I could not see any thing including my child. Queuing was diffucult and time consuming

Far to many people let in. Queuing times were sometimes too long meaning we didnt get tk go on everything, and for a family of 6, express passes were too expensive ontop of park prices. We did enjoy all of the shows, they were amazing and the rides we did get on were fantastic. I would say the park is on par with Disney. One thing they need to introduce is water filling stations. I'm shocked there isn't any. Firework and water display and parade was brilliant. Overall, we had the best time

The holiday was generally very good and staff were polite and helpful. Sadly let down by failing to provide us with any breakfast apart from sugary biscuits the day we left. I understand we were leaving early and wouldn't receive a full breakfast, but not sugary biscuits!! I was travelling with my autistic son who rushed to check out other hotels for food. We lost each other momentarily and his distress caused me to lose my house keys, that is now costing me an extra £60 to replace

The booking process was easy and quick. Tickets arrived quick via email and easily printed off. Realised too late that it was easier to scan the e-ticket rather than the printed out one. Our fault and didn’t change the fact we had a brilliant time at The water park. Would highly recommend. Queues weren’t too long as start of season but it much open for food. We did get get food and it was tasty but not much choice. Wonderful day out for all the family.

Young children couldn’t wear Google’s going down slides so had water in their eyes which scared them. you can’t wear sunglasses or subscription sunglasses in the wave pool and to wear my prescription sunglasses anywhere else they had to be on a glasses necklace (6euros from their shop) Not many chairs left so get there early!

Easy booking system which gave instant confirmation. Etickets meant we could skip the very long queues on arrival. Only downside of the overall experience was not a Tui issue, but the parks. An injury which occurred on one of the smaller water slides (green inside area)i was dripping with blood due to a gash to the arm. The first aid was closed and I had to sort this myself. Judging by the other drops of blood around the same slide, I clearly wasn't the only person injured on this.

The water park was amazing! Only down sides are the queues and the fact that Tui allow you the option of booking for the next day. But, they take your payment and then say it’s not confirmed as it’s less than 24 hours between booking and the excursion. Thankfully, after multiple phone calls, it was confirmed and the trip went ahead.

Hotel buffet is excellent such a wide range of food, great for me being vegan! Access to Portaventura park is such a bonus with this hotel, being less than 5 minutes away it was perfect for night rides. Also, the pool here is lovely, no rushing to secure sun beds in the morning as there is plenty of space. I would give their restaurant el cayote a miss as service was very slow and the food wasn’t great. But apart from that it was an amazing holiday and we will be back again!

First of all we had to queue for 45 mins just to get in. Once in there wasn’t a single seat in the entire water park. The queues for all of the slides and food & drink were outrageously long. We sacked it off and left to go back to our hotel after 90 mins 30 of which were spent trying to find somewhere to sit. The park itself is great they just let far too many people in.

It was definitely worth booking through the tui app as it was easy and saved about €5 each The park was busy and queued around 40mins per ride not too bad, the staff were great and the rides are fun, food was reasonable and tasty. Hhe only one problem was no-one was there to guide us were to go as we queued in the ticket office for no reason. Overall great day out.

The park itself was great ! Queues were very long but to be expected in peak season. Very disappointed TUI didn’t offer transfers as part of the package - we spent £40 on taxi’s there and back with an hour s wait at the taco rank outside Portaventura to come home.

Dommage !... le Park accueille des milliers de visiteurs, mais ne suit pas du tout en matière d’organisation ( c’est la foire d’empoigne pour avoir une bouée) ; quand à l’hygiene !!!! La rivière : beurk, les piscines et toboggans intérieurs : beurk!

A great waterpark. Some long queue, but nothing more than expected. Lots of great stuff for younger kids without as many queues. Lovely pools. Take some snacks/water with you because the food is extortionately expensive. Also, if you think you may want to go on the bigger rides consider the express pass to skip queues - we didn't, but if they kids were older I'd definitely do it.

Found booking very easy. The queues for rides and food were not fun. It took 40 minutes to get a hotdog in 34 degree heat. Also some of the height restrictions seemed a little over the top. My 3 year old couldn’t go on many slides yet she’s been on bigger slides in the uk.

The park wasn’t as big as we expected. But for 30€ this is fine. It was buying they express pass which there is no Singh telling you how much they are. I asked for 3 but the lady didn’t understand me, so continued to serve other people. I was surprised that they were 30€ each. You did have to queue In normal queues on sections of some slides.and they didn’t include the lazy river.

TUI staff were amazing. Super helpful and I was updated on everything from beginning to end. Hotel was the slight let down as the shower leaked so bad the floor was underwater by the time we had washed. And it wasn’t the cleanest. But I can’t not fault TUI at all. Planes were immaculate and staff super friendly. The app was a massive help too. Would defo 1000% use tui again.
