Authentic Zante Town Tour

duração Duration upto 4 Hours
O que esperar
The best way to see Zante at its most authentic is with a walking tour. You'll visit Bochali village for brilliant views over the Ionian Sea, then saunter down into Zante Town to see a side of the island only the locals know. Chat with fishermen down by the harbour, mingle in the markets, and sample fresh Zakynthiot food courtesy of a cooking show.
It starts with a drive to Bochali, where a 15th-century Venetian fort provides near-360 degree views over the island. It's then time to make your way into Zante Town by taking the traditional path. Led by your guide, you'll follow the forested cobblestone road that for centuries served as the main route into the capital.
Hit the harbour, and you can watch locals barter back and forth for the best price on fresh fish sold straight from the boat – it's Zakynthian life to a tee. Finally, we visit the heart of any Greek town – the market. Wander by stalls overflowing with fresh foods, and taste some local snacks.
