Redeem your voucher either at the Tourist Office located on Bellecour Square, 69002 Lyon (metro line A/D: Bellecour) every day from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (except on January 1st and December 25th) OR at the reception point of Part-Dieu mall on Level 0, Place de l'Eau, 69003 Lyon (metro line B: Part Dieu station) Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (closed on holidays, January 1st, May 1st and December 25th).
