What to expect

Together with your experieced guide you will start the tour with a photo stop at Atlantis the Palm, hotel located on the Jumeirah Palm, an artificial crescent-shaped man-made archipelago. From here you will be driven to Souq Madinat Jumeirah, an authentic re-creation of an old marketplace which combines traditional Middle Eastern shopping culture of stands, barrows and stalls with a mix of boutique brands.

From here you will be able to admire the 7 star Burj Al Arab hotel and you will drive through Jumeirah road to reach Al Farouq Omar Mosque. The mosque is named after Umarbin Al Khattab, a companion of the Prophet Mohammed and can accommodate 2,000 worshipers. The inscriptions in the mosque are Ottoman and inspired by the Blue Mosque in Istanbul.

From here drive to the old part of Dubai at Al Bastakiya to explore and reach the museum of Al Fahidi Fort. Then, climb aboard an abra, one of Dubai’s iconic water taxis, and cross Dubai Creek to the Deira side at the spice souk. Savor the scents of the souk before your return, where you will be given time to shop at Dubai’s famous gold souk.
