Itahisa ist eine wunderbare Reisführerin! Sie hat auf unterschiedlichen Sprachen die Gruppe betreut. Sie konnte uns sogar jegliche Nervosität vor der Tour nehmen.

Sehr guter und kündige Guide, schöne, inforeiche Tour mit wundervollen eindrücken. Besonders für 'Inselneulinge' geeignet, die kein Auto haben und die Highlights der Insel sehen möchten. Genug Zeit um ein bisschen selber zu erkunden bleibt auch übrig. Tolles Erlebnis für jeden, auch jene die mit leichten mobilen Einschränkungen zu tun haben. Für jene denen schnell übel im Bus wird, vielleicht ein bisschen herausfordernd durch die Serpentinen die der Bus fahren muss. Sehr schöne Tour.

The meetingplace (for us who waited at the marketplace) must be more detailed because there are more than one entreance so we did not now where to wait so the poor guide had to look for us. Selina ouer guide was wonderfull. She made the tour so interesting and fun the whole trip. Her english were wery developed and that was important for us englishspeaking. She had a lot of patiens as well because lot of the passangers could not be back at the bus in time so she had to look for them. Angelica .

Kunnig guide, som behärskade engelska bra, men inte så nyansrikt språk. Bra saker, utsikter hus mm. var "nice" i alla lägen. Han hade koll på allt i allafall. Jätteduktig chaufför. Läskiga vägar, men det rådde varken guiden eller chauffören för. En bra utflykt.

Got picked up in a lovely bus on time, had to travel from Maspolomas to las Palmos but was phoned by TUI staff and given direction and bus details which worked perfectly. The guide Fran and driver were very knowledgeable nice people and generally had a great day

Ich kann den Trip auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir haben einige wunderschöne Plätze der Insel besichtigt. Wandererfahrung ist nicht notwendig weil man überall und sicher mit dem kleinen Bus hingebracht wird. Sehr viel Zeit zum erkunden hat man nicht, da empfiehlt es sich noch einmal absonderlich ein Auto zu mieten und seine Lieblingsorte selbst zu erkunden! Ausführlichere Informationen zum Inhalt der Tour seitens TUI wären hilfreich gewesen

Top rondleiding met top bus en dito chauffeur, veel weetjes eb mooie plekjes, jammer niet in het Nederlands maar Engelstalige gids was goed verstaanbaar

Very good value. Guide was very knowledgeable. Sadly though the guide recommended a restaurant in which three people having ordered the same items from the menu were charged different prices so check before ordering so you know the price you are paying.

Turen erbjöd mycket mer sevärdheter än vad jag hade förväntat mig! Två dagar senare åkte jag på en dyrare ”VIP ötur” då vi i princip åkte till samma ställen! Så mycket mer värt att köpa denna. Entusiastisk snäll guide. Lärde mig mycket! Chauffören var skicklig men motsatsen till pratglad.

Der Großteil der Teilnehmer hat Spanisch gesprochen. Für die restlichen Teilnehmer fand die Tour auf Englisch statt. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Spanisch Sprechenden mehr Informationen bekommen haben. Die englische Ausführung war häufig recht knapp. Ich hätte mir mehr Informationen zur Entstehung der Insel und den Vulkan gewünscht, schließlich wurde die Caldera besucht. Die Ausflugsorte waren schön, mit tollen Aussichten. Nichts desto trotz war es eine klassische Touritour. Den Ort an dem die lange Mittagspause stattfand, hätte man weglassen können. Beeindruckend war die Busfahrerin, die alle Situationen auf der besonderen Strecke sicher und souverän gemeistert hat.

Die Aussprache des Englisch des Guides war mäßig. Er sagte zwar, dass er auch Deutsch spreche, machte davon aber kaum Gebrauch. Die our selbst war eindrucksvoll.
