Explore the city of Venice onboard an authentic gondola. Your gondolier will take through quiet waterways, romantic corners and small picturesque bridges. What to remember
Accessibility:
The gondola is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities
Know in advance:
You may opt for a daytime ride or a 7 pm evening ride
The ride is not private. Each gondola can accommodate a maximum 5 people
The seat aboard will be assigned by the gondolier depending on the guests' weight
The itinerary could be changed or postponed in case of wind or bad weather. If you can't join the ride for these reasons, you will receive a full refund
The live commentary is in English, French, Spanish and Italian
The commentary by mobile app (to download on a mobile device) is in German, Japanese, Russian, Chinese and Hindi
This app won't use up any data connection as it runs on GPS only. You will receive the app and the QR code at the moment of reservation. Follow the instructions to download the app and log in to download at the meeting point with the staff
Please note that on certain days between 18th April 2025 and 27th July 2025, every visitor to Venice is required to pay, directly to Venice Municipality, an access fee, unless otherwise excluded. Meeting point:
Venice Tours Assistance Point in St. Mark's Square, Calle Larga Ascensione #1257. The Assistance Point is the big gray newsstand between Fendi boutique and Poste Italiane (Post Office) with a sign "VENICE TOURS – ASSISTANCE POINT". The staff will wait for you right there with the signboard “Gondola Tour”. Please, arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.

We enjoyed the ride. The only thing is the location is difficult to find with Google maps. Once you get to the location, you will have another 15 minute walking tour to get to their location on the canal, just FYI.

Good organisation and commentary on land, boat was excellent and lasted for what seemed like a long time through the back canals of Venice and then the Grand Canal. It would by 10/10 if the on board commentary had been more vocal.

Un guide vous fait 5 min de visite avant de monté dans la gondole et c'est tout.
La balade en gondole est sympa mais rapide.

the tour guide was good very hard to find the meeting place we had to queue even though it was advertised as skip-the-line there was no Map with description of palaces during the tour was meant to be a romantic gondala ride, but we were put in the gondala with another couple

The tour woman we had was very pleasant. She sat in our gondola and was very helpful she took lovely photos of us. She gave us some good information. I hope her well. The experience over all was beautiful I will definitely go back and enjoy another ride with them.
