It takes great skill to dance the masked marionettes. The puppets have been used for generations in traditional Bali and Thovil healing rituals. Next up is a guided walk through the partially walled Galle Fort, which dates from the Dutch colonial period in the 17th century. Drop into old churches, walk the walls and peek into old merchant houses where generations of Moorish families still live.Round off your day by taking your seat near Galle Fort Green for sunset. Excellent

The fort area of Galle is lovely. You get to walk the fort wall, then explore the streets and shops in complete safety. Would highly recommend if you hotel is within an hour of Galle.

The Unesco heritage sight of the Dutch fort and other places in the same vicinity were very enjoyable to view. The sites on the way was a nice watch from the car. Really nice meal and good driver and guide Chinthaka.

The tour guide was brilliant, he made the trip so interesting and was very engaging, and friendly. He spoke great English and made sure we got our money’s worth! I would definitely recommend.
