Der Ausflug war perfekt organisiert. Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt und sehr herzlich begrüßt. Unser Guide war großartig und hat uns viel über Kenia erzählt. Die angefahrenen Ziele waren gut ausgesucht. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen das es eine kleine Gruppe war mit 7 Personen. Das Essen während der Fahrt gehörte zu dem besten was wir in Kenia gegessen haben. Ingesamt war es ein wunderbares Erlebnis.

Although the weather could have been better we thoroughly enjoyed the day out as a different form of holiday boat trip. However, my grandsons were disappointed not to see any crocodiles !!!!

Der Guide war sehr freundlich und konnte neben Englisch auch etwas Deutsch. Ablauf und Organisation haben problemlos geklappt. Die Lansschaft ist toll, das Schwimmen auf einer Sandbank war super! Der Besuch im Dorf und der Schule ist sehr grenzwertig, da die Kinder eher vorgeführt werden. Auf der einen Seite ist der Trip wohl einer der jenigen Einnahmequellen für das Dorf. Die Stimmung dort war trotzdem eher befremdlich

Eten was heerlijk, mooie setting. Boottocht op zich was leuk, maar absoluut niet de boot zoals op de afbeelding. Was een houten bootje met een buitenboord motor, bankjes waren een soort van planken zonder rug leuning. Zeer vermoeiend om zo te zitten. Begeleider was druk met de 4 witte Italianen. Bezoek naar het eiland Funzi vond ik niks. Kinderen die staan te zingen en de hele tijd zwaaien met de verwachting snoep of geld te ontvangen. Verschrikkelijke ervaring als zwarte vrouw in de diaspora.

Super, viel Natur, eine einsame Sandbank, leckeres Essen und das Dorf Funzi mit der Schule ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Die Bootsfahrt hat Spaß gemacht.
Die Anfahrt von Bamburi Beach ist allerdings sehr anstrengend, 3 Stunden hin und 3 zurück, Horror. Von Diani Beach ist es besser.
