Poor

After our flight was cancelled TUI cancelled our holiday and has so far refused to provide us with a refund for the experience or a cancellation email about the holiday to take to our insurance company. Communication and service from Tui and Musements has been appalling, with Musements refusing to send me the T&Cs highlighting why they can’t give us a refund

The main thing that I really liked was how quick I received our tickets, I got them once I had paid straight to my email. This was one of my biggest concerns as many of the other companies would say you would receive the tickets in 24 hours our trip to Eurodisney was a late minute surprise and the last thing I needed to purchase was the park tickets. They where reasonably priced and I went with TUI because they are a reputable company.

One of the best experiences ever, worth the price. Musement made it super simple and an easy process, I just had to scan the QR codes and then enjoyed my day. Disneyland Paris is also a must see in Paris and I’ll very happily say that I’ll buy the tickets again through musement.
