Know in advance:
Pick-up cover location: hotels located in the Hoi An city centre. A local guide will pick you up at the hotel and take you to a local market by car
1 infant (age 0-3) can join for free if they do not occupy separate seats. A child ticket will be required for each additional infant
The local operator will contact you between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, one day before your tour, to reconfirm the meeting time and location
A vegetarian menu is available on request
Besides your 5-course cooking, the chef will prepare 3 more dishes (sautéed garlic spinach, steamed rice and dessert)
