Boats depart on time, so please arrive at the meeting point early
Cruises operate rain or shine unless weather conditions pose a safety risk to passengers
The detour into the Saguenay Fjord will take place only if time and weather conditions allow
Upon arrival, waterproof jackets and pants are provided, and you will have to sign a release form for the activity
Boat fleet contains 24 or 60-passenger Zodiacs. The choice of boat will be based on logistical reasons, therefore the size of the boat cannot be guaranteed
The sighting rate is extremely high. However, as the marine park is a natural environment, sometimes the mammals can be more elusive. If no sightings are made, you'll be offered another whale watching tour on the large boat
Remember to bring:
The provided jacket and pants are waterproof but not insulated, so it's recommended layering warm clothing underneath
Closed shoes (not sandals) are required
A change of clothes for after the activity
Sunscreen and sunglasses

Meeting point:
Since parking is not available directly at the meeting point, it is recommended using the paid car park just up the road. From there, it's just a short walk to the meeting point. Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time.
