Let your body relax after a busy day of exploring Budapest in the iconic Széchenyi Thermal Bath, one of the largest spa baths in Europe. You'll be able to admire the neo-Baroque architecture of the building as you enjoy a day full of self-care and discover the healing powers of the hot springs. This complex boasts three outdoor and fifteen indoor pools, saunas, steam rooms and even aroma massage services – you can buy these on site. Meeting point:
The bath is located in the City Park, close to the City Circus. You can get there with subway line number one and get off at Széchenyi Fürdo station. Please note that you need to exchange your voucher at the front desk by the main entrance.

Spent about four hours on a gloriously sunny day. Outdoor pools were our favourite. Good, If somewhat basic, facilities. Get a cabin if you prefer private changing and arrive early if you want a sun-bed - especially if you are a large group. Don’t forget your flip flops!

One outdoor pool was closed for major repairs. The other two were fine but there were small unidentified bits floating around in the water. We had a look at the indoor pools but they were really mucky with what appeared to be green algae on the tiles. We still enjoyed several hours in the outdoor pools.

Was a great experience, some pools were under maintenance so could have been a reduced ticket price as it is quite an expensive experience. Was a bar which was convenient outside with reasonable prices for some drinks

It was a remarkable experience. Unlike any spa, I have ever been to. The volcano sauna was another level. The combination of minerals in the many indoor and outdoor thermal spa pools and bath really makes a difference to your skin particularly for those with skin conditions.

Was sehr Positiv war ist das man bei euch die Ausflüge schon vorab Buchen konnte, und nur den Code vorzeigen brauchte und dann war auch gut und los ging es:-) Aber so alles gut weiter so. Negatives fällt mir jetzt nicht ein.

Bella esperienza alle terme di széchenyi. Alla cassa presenti il qr code e subito ti danno braccialetto per avere il tuo armadietto. Terme belle, grandi, tantissime piscine, molto bella la piscina fuori caldissima, dura uscire per il freddo. Un po' affollata ma lo sapevamo.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare indicazioni sul tipo di acqua delle varie vasche. Non so se sono diverse o cambia solo la temperatura. Alle casse il ragazzo preposto è stato maleducato. Mi ha denigrato perché non parlavo bene l’inglese. Comunque è stato chiaro nel prendermi in giro.

Nous n'avons pas fait la queue grace à la réservation, le système des cabines est très pratique et le lieu est top, même s'il y a du monde (août). Très bonne atmosphère bon enfant. Indispensable à voir à Budapest.

The baths were brilliant and definitely worth doing. Once you’d do a couple of the spas they were all very much the same. However the place was very clean, the spas very warm and it was very much better than I expected.
