What to expect
Book this barbecue course to learn all the important basic knowledge on the subject and try it out directly! Afterward, of course, you will also eat delicious food.In this basic grilling course, you will try out grilling on charcoal, gas, and ceramic grills as well as on cobbgrills and in the smoker yourself. You will learn about the different grills, the basics of BBQing, and also BBQing on the wood plank and in the hay bed. You will prepare meat, fish, pizza, seasonal vegetables, potatoes, and dessert. This will be accompanied by a variety of dips and salad. Steaks will not be grilled (see the special meat and steak workshop for this).Afterward, you can enjoy the prepared dishes in a convivial atmosphere and will receive the recipes by email for you to recreate at home.
