Know in advance:
Remember that if you want to have roundtrip transportation, you have to buy 2 tickets: one to go to Auschwitz and one to come back to Kraków
The driver will accept the voucher you will receive on your email – you can have it either digital or printed
Remember that you book a ride for a specific hour, it is not possible to use the voucher at a different time
You must show up at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to departure

Οι οδηγίες που δίνουν για τις στάσεις είναι πολύ μπερδεμένες. Το λεωφορείο αναχωρει απο τον κεντρικό σταθμό από το επίπεδο -1 (D9ή10), μετα θα το παρετε απο εκει που σας αφησε. Ο οδηγός δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετικος ισχυρίστηκε ότι δεν μιλάει Αγγλικά όταν του ζήτησα μια απλή πληροφορία για την σταση

Navetta comoda e puntuale ma indicazioni pessime. Non viene detto che la navetta si prende al piano -1 della stazione degli autobus. Basterebbe scrivere questo ed indicare lo stallo di partenza per rendere tutto più semplice.

Navetta comoda e puntuale, ma le indicazioni che si ricevono via mail sul punto di incontro sono pessime. L'ultima email che si riceve è addirittura fuorviante poiché contiene una cartina che porta da tutt'altra parte.
Basterebbe scrivere che si verrà ripresi esattamente nel punto in cui si è scesi.

Navetta puntuale e pulita, sia in andata sia al ritorno. Unico problema al ritorno, avendo terminato prima la visita speravo di poter prendere l'autobus precedente all' orario di prenotazione, ma l'autista, pur avendo mezzo autobus vuoto, non mi ha fatto salire.

Parte dalla stazione dei bus (piano inferiore) attaccata alla stazione centrale. Ogni bus ha una corsia con in alto la destinazione, bisogna cercare il monitor con la destinazione "Oświęcim". Fa altre fermate durante il percorso. Se non si sa quando tornare, si può fare il biglietto sul bus.

Attraverso musement abbiamo trovato la disponibilita' di questa navetta che avremmo faticato a scoprire uando solo i siti del trasporto locale. Molto pratica e facile da prendere. Si parte dalla stazione centrale di cracovia, nell'area dei BUS e lascia esattamente davanti al museo.

This shuttle was a very convenient way to get to Auschwitz from Krakow and return.
The directions to the meeting point were clear, it was ponctual and well organized.
I rate it "great" because the bus didn't have much space for legs and was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise it would be "excellent".
