Accessibility:
Not suitable for people with a disability due to the gravel surface and many buildings with no ramps or lifts. People with a disability must be accompanied

Baby carriages and luggage larger than 30 x 20 x 10 cm are not permitted inside the museum

The tour is not recommended for children aged 13 and under
All participants must provide their full name and contact details at the time of booking. Please ensure that the name on your ID exactly matches the name provided at the booking to avoid issues at the entrance. If you can not provide names for every participant during the booking process you are required to send those details to the local operator after confirming the reservation. You can find the contact details on your voucher after booking
The museum can change your visit time, so your pickup time may change accordingly. You will receive final confirmation via email 1–2 days before the tour. Due to the extremely high visitors’ volume and internal policies, Auschwitz-Birkenau reserves the right to cancel tours or guides at any time, even a few days or hours before the visit. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program

Afspraken worden door Krakow Booking niet nagekomen! De man die de tickets moest bezorgen was er om 14.40h terwijl de afspraak om 14.20h was; 3x nummer van Krakow Booking (waarbij trouwens verkeerd nummer op hun voucher staat!!! Gelukkig juiste bij herinneringsmail van TUI) gebeld en bij derde keer werd er gewoon afgeduwd! ongelooflijk slechte start dus van deze excursie des te meer dat wij daar ruim om tijd (voor 14.00h) ter plaatse waren.

Buenas tardes. La experiencia fue muy buena a excepción de que la habíamos contratado en castellano y finalmente tuvimos que hacerla en inglés. Por falta de un mínimo de personas, creo que no tiene nada que ver cuando uno paga lo que se pide. Pero el resto muy bien, los guías perfectos. Muchas gracias!!

Esperienza positiva.Guida brava ed esauriente.Nel momento di necessità Musement ha fornito un'assistenza pronta ed esauriente.Unica pecca il ritardo della guida che ha unito i tre gruppi di italiani (h13.30, 14.30 e 15.30) in unico gruppo (in totale eravamo una quindicina) senza avvisarci.

Accesso senza intoppi. la guida molto preparata, anche se purtroppo solo in inglese. Avevo richiesto l'italiano, ma dicono che non hanno raggiunto il numero minimo. C'erano parecchi gruppi con guida in italiano, ma non ho approfondito sul fatto che potessimo andare o meno con altri.

Le guide très bien. Pas contre le déplacement entre 2 places n'ont pas été pris en charge.
Pas information quand nous avons acheté les billets. Il faut trouver seul le moyen pour se déplacer

Esperienza meravigliosa, indimenticabile in un luogo pieno di significato, guida fondamentale per capire tutto quello che abbiamo visto, prezzo più che accettabile (25 euro a persona per 3 ore abbondanti), agenzia tempestiva e presente, ci hanno risolto un problema in pochissimo tempo. Consigliato.

la vieille vous nous avez contacté pour décaler l'heure du RDV du 11/8, pas de Problème. Nous devions arriver 13h15 pour un visite à 13h30. Nous avons attendu jusqu'à14h30 avant de commencer la visite sans aucune explication de ce retard
