The museum opened to celebrate the 130th anniversary of SOLÉS Anchovies.The museum is located in L'Escala, the oldest of the salting factories in La Escala. While the building is modernized the essence and tradition of the ancestors are still followed. This museum has a visitable area with audio-guides in 7 languages and allows the visitor to discover both the company's history and the elaboration processes of anchovy making.
