Dunn’s River Falls was amazing and our rep was fab. What a great experience. However, we then travelled a long way (few hours) to get to Nine Miles. I wish the TIU rep would’ve told us more about the nine mile tour before booking. The tour didn’t take long at all, and there was more time spent in the gift shops for us to spend money. It’s very big on cannabis and with the hot weather, small spaces and cannabis being smoked and offered in every direction made it not enjoyable. :(

The dunns falls experience was amazing however the we had can only be describe as having a death wish. His driving from Dunns falls to 9 mile was horrific. He was overtaking on blind bends, driving way o er the speed limit on narrow winding roads and as tii hi is was for an hour really took the fun out of these experiences for us. Without exaggeration I honestly thought he was going to kill us. He knew our concerns with his driving and did nothing but laugh and make him drive faster

The food is good, the coffee not so good, maybe change the choice of entertainment on the screens more often, England world cup , the staff were not very forthcoming in telling the passengers the score when asked.I Found one of the crew members very rude, I didn’t think he wanted to be there

Great guide very informative and so friendly. My only complaint would be for the Dunns river climb, you should provide the shoes not take us to a store before hand to buy cheap shoes at very inflated prices! Luckily we brought our own however half of the people on our trip were stung as they thought they were included in the trip.

The tours were great and the staff were excellent and knowledgeable. The biggest frustration was lack of information and then the add-ons you had to pay for once you arrived. Our guide D was amazing, however before we got to Dunns Rover she informed us you would not be permitted to climb unless you had water shoes and we would be stopping in order for people to buy them. NO WHERE did it say this would be the case and this was incredibly frustrating as it then limited how much we could tip.

My husband took plenty of cash with us for this trip and we had access to our bank accounts as well. I don’t think it mattered how much cash he took because it seems in Jamaica the guides at the locations ask for tips. At 9miles they were all after your money. It left a minimal amount left to tip our tour guide and driver Jerome and Captain Kirk who were awesome. Jerome told us it didn’t matter at all and he was grateful regardless. I wished the others had shown such grace tbh. Unacceptable

Dunn’s river falls was an experience not to be forgotten in a hurry.! If we’d known the climb was going to be as difficult as it was we probably wouldn’t have done it. There were times I nearly gave up and took the steps but I’m glad I didn’t now. There were climb was dangerous at times and the stones slippery, I ended up with various bruises but it was worth it and I’m glad we did it in the end. The visit to Bob Marley’s home and resting place was a lovely experience and also quite emotional.

Zeer de moeite waard. Erg lange dag, vertrek 6:30, terug om 20:30. Zeer leuke tourleiders. Gids op 9 mile was top, vertelde erg leuke verhalen over Bob Marley. Het is daar wel een geoliede toeristen val, je wordt behendig door alle souvenir shops geleid, dat maakt het wel erg commercieel. Gidsen bij de watervallen deden het erg leuk en professioneel. Kregen alleen de verkeerde foto's bij de watervallen gemaild, dus ik hoop dat ze nog wel de goede opsturen.

The Dunn's River and Nine Mile tours were fantastic, but the transportation from Negril was simply too long. We spent over 8 hours of our day stuck on a minibus (starting with a 6:20 AM pickup and ending at 8:40 PM). It's a great itinerary, but the endless driving made it a very exhausting and frustrating day.

Der Ort ist sehr abgelegen, die Straßen sind eine Herausforderung, unbefestigte Serpentinen so das der Bussfahrer ständig Happen musste. Wir haben den Ausflug als Paket gebucht Dunn's River Falls und Bob Marley Mausoleum. Unser Guide hieß Jamaika Rambo ,der war cool und lustig . Die einzigartigen, terrassenförmig angelegten Dunn's River Falls sind ein erfrischendes Abenteuer im jamaikanischen Dschungel . Ein Reiseführer hilft Ihnen, die Becken und die riesigen Treppenwasserfälle zu erkunden.

We would have liked more time at the bottom of the Dunns Rivers waterfalls to take own pictures. At the bottom of the waterfalls. Also please can you remind your reps to let people know that they can but pictures at the waterfalls 20usd for the photos and 40usd for video. We didn't have enough money with us to do this.

I loved every minute of this trip, I had to go solo as we brought our young son on honeymoon with us so we felt it would be too much for him to come along for the long day. I met a wonderful family who took me under their wing and treated me as one of their own, making sure I was ok and taking photos for me and offering me food. The guide was wonderful and so informative during the day I learnt a lot from her, the driver was great too. Dunn’s fall was amazing, just run through the gift shop.

De Dunns River heeft vooraf meer info nodig . bijv. hoe zwaar het al dan niet is ./ Wat wel en niet mee te nemen onderweg zoals foon/camera ,of een bandje voor je (oude) bril . Bovendien lijkt het me handig om bij het eindpunt iets van een EHBO kit te hebben . er was niet eens een pleister te vinden . De NINE MILE tour was Fantastisch !! Jammer alleen dat er geen foto's van de tombe gemaakt mochten worden . De bamboo raft was super relaxed en helemaal ZEN .

De watervallen waren fantastisch om te beklimmen! Echt een 10! Neem waterschoenen (verplicht en echt nodig) mee en een waterdicht tasje voor je camera en eventueel portemonnee, bijvoorbeeld 1 die je om je nek kan hangen. Dit kan beter vermeld worden!!! Nu moet je het duur kopen of je hebt het thuis nog liggen. De gemeenschap 9 Mile, is een lange rit naar de top van de bergen, chauffeur rijdt ook wel erg hard op de smalle weggetjes. Een joint was 25 dollar bij Bob Marley, dat kan echt goedkoper!

Overall we enjoyed the experience of dunns river and nine mile absolute wonderful. But as for the guide had no interest in her job if you asked her something it seemed that you were interrupting her phone time we were told she would be show and telling of the Jamaican culture she said 4 things all day and all the time being on her phone. As for the driver wearing driving gloves and driving as if he was on a race track this is not safe or professional next time if he is the diver me TAXI SAFE

The whole experience was amazing. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the places we were visiting, and Jamaica in general. We felt extremely welcomed, the experience of climbing Dunn’s Fall Waterfall was such an incredible experience. The staff were so supportive and helpful. The Nine Miles Tour, (Bob Marley’s place of birth and burial) was extremely emotional. The tour guides were very informative about Bob Marley’s childhood, career, his family and his passing.

Dunn's River was mooi om te doen, je hebt we echt waterschoentjes nodig omdat het anders te glad is om hem naar boven te klimmen. Nine Mile was leuk om te doen, al was de rit naar boven door de bergen soms best wel spannend met het andere grote verkeer. Het was bijzonder om het graf van `Bob Marley te zien. Benjamin de gids kon er leuk over vertellen en lekker zingen. Tamica was de gids van de dag en kon ook heel leuk vertellen en was erg gezellig. Excursie is wel erg prijzig. Prima dag gehad !

Bonjour L activité super sympa , par contre le bus pour aller/retour pourrais être un peu confortable surtout quand on part de negril pour cette activité on passe plus de 3h dans le mini bus pas très confortable et vraiment pas beaucoup de place pour le confort pour le reste tout était bien , l accueil au restaurant n était pas top non plus et des fini de manger on nous a demander de quitter le restaurant pour faire place pas très professionnel !!

Danika was our guide, very knowledgeable, bubbly and made the whole trip memorable with what we learnt about the island, fun facts and we felt safe and relaxed. Dunns falls was amazing, had enough time if there was anything that could make it better, would be a little more time on the beach before the climb. Nine mile, again felt safe, guide was very knowledgeable, felt a little rushed at the end, due to a large party arriving, but wonderful experience and together well worth the money

Ik kon in verband met knieoperatie niet de klauterpartij over de rotsen van de watervallen maken, maar wel via een mooi pad langs de watervallen omhoog lopen. Was prachtig! Nine Mile tour is een must als je van de reggae muziek van Bob Marley houdt en geïnteresseerd bent in zijn leven. De tombe van Bob Marley in het mausoleum op Mount Zion bezocht. Heel indrukwekkend. We werden wel door veel souvenir winkels geleid voordat de rondleiding. Rastafari’s waren niet pushing of vroegen niet om tips

We had the best time visiting Dunn’s River and Nine Mile. We were picked up on time by our guide Tameka and driver Phillip, shout out to them both! Tameka is a very knowledgeable guide and informed us of the history of Jamaica while we made our way to the destinations. It is a long day so be prepared, we were picked up at 7.35am and got back at 6pm. Lunch was included, which was jerk chicken and rice and peas. I highly recommend doing this tour. Thank you Tameka and Phillip!

The experience was great and so much fun. Dunns river for a fantastic experience and it was so beautiful. We had the wonderful queenie and Jermaine as our tour guides and they were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and fun the whole time. My dad is disabled and they did everything they could to make him comfortable and our experience as a family great.

A very long day, 14 hours in total. The driver we were warned, all locals drive like that! But not all locals have 12 peoples lives in their hands! Very uncomfortable and scary drive. The experiences were excellent! The guide at Dunn's Falls actually saved me from falling more than once! The guide at 9 miles was excellent! Very informative and entertaining!

Absolute fantastic day from beginning to end! Our guide for the day Flossy was brilliant, very informative and funny along with it, was a pleasure. Dunnes River Falls guides fantastic and made us feel safe the whole time, again making the climb a fun experience. On to 9 miles and really found the tour of Bobs house very interesting, learning stuff I never knew before. I would highly recommend this trip and excellent value for money.

We had a fabulous day ,priest Jerome was our guide, and he made the whole experience fun, educational , very well organised,thank you so much Hyacinth for recommending this trip to us . It did turn out to be a very long day but well worth it. The Falls were fantastic and our guide Randy ensured everyone made it to the top, and photos and video available to buy at $40 was good value.

Der im titel genannte german guide sprach kein deutsch. Der fahrer fuhr zwar relativ sicher aber man muss auf einer sehr schmalen strasse zu 9 miles nicht mit zwischengas eine rallye sonderprüfung mit 18 fahrgästen fahren. Der guide war von anfang an genervt und hat immer zeitlich gedrängt. Die letzte die fehlte war sie aber selber.

I enjoyed the experience of climbing the falls although some parts where difficult to climb and especially for older people. Nine mile trip was a grt experience tour guides were very knowledgeable. I didn't like the bus ride as it was to far to each place and driver drives to fast round mountain roads not even slowing down in the rain ,no health n safety ie safety belts coverall approximately 11 hrs out on trip for about 3 hrs experience very tiring

So first of all, Dunns River Falls and Nine Mile were just what I wanted and expected. Donna the bus guide was great and we had a good laugh. Tammi the river guide was good, but was being overtaken by other guides trying to bring their groups around and through ours. The downside is how uncomfortable we was made to feel for people wanting tips for everything. Even worse at Bobs, it was all about tips, and moaning for you to hurry up to get you in and out, but still wanting a tip (Barky) not nice

Absolutely loved dunn’s river and the nine mile tour. However I find that you need a lot of (US dollars) because everyone expects a tip or donation, which I’m not too bothered about but some venders are very pushy and it makes you feel awkward/uncomfortable when you don’t have money on you, especially when doing water activities. Our tour guide DONNA was an absolute gem what a lovely lady she is the one that deserves a tip more than anyone else on the trip.

Dunns river falls was a great experience and enjoyed. Apart from the rain making it delayed and extra travelling was worth the wait. Nine Mile trip was interesting and enjoyed the experience. Downside was the long day of travelling and the road to Bob Marleys place of birth is terrible.

Zbyt mało czasu na wodospadach. Nawet nie można porobić sobie zdjęć bo cała wycieczka jest w mega pośpiechu. Wyżywienie to jakaś kpina. Porcja dla 6 latka, a nie dla dorosłej osoby. Zero napojów itp. I really enjoyed visiting both the Donna River and Nine Mile. The natural beauty at the river was relaxing and refreshing, and it felt like a perfect spot to unwind. I thought everything was brilliant. Our bus driver and our guide Hugh, we're both very good. Hugh was very informative and knowledgeable, and hugely entertaining. The staff at Dunns river were excellent and helpful. We had Barky as our Nine Mile guide. He was great. The Nine Mile experience was very informative and emotional. All the staff were very friendly.

Overall a good trip and the tour guide and driver were amazing, however we were not told the journey home would take 4 hours we were only told 2….this maybe would have made us rethink the trip to be honest because it was too long. Another point is that you are literally asked for tips by every single person you come into contact with, the trip is already so expensive in all we probably spent over 400 dollars for 2 of us with all the tips we were asked for constantly.

Dunns River Falls was fabulous and worth every penny. Staff at Dunns River were really good. Can't fault our guide on the trip. The Nine Mile visit was interesting but the hard sell of anything and everything Bob Marley was wearing. The poor guy is being much exploited. Appreciate that he has god-like status in Jamaica (and deservedly so for his music and poetic lyrics) but seems cynical to me that others ae making so much money from selling tat with his name on it.

We was rushed by keesha the whole day first we was taking to a friends shop and encouraging us to spend money with them then taken to the dunns river had to change on the bus as keesha told us to then rushed in and rushed out as soon as we were done told to change on the buss again to save time not happy doing this with small children in view of others and with an autistic child this shouldn’t be the norm and at 9 mile we didn’t get to shop as keesha rushed us out straight after the toor not goo

Dunn River Falls is amazing, the guides are great fun - it isn't a difficult climb but it is more difficult than a flight of stairs but you don't have to climb it. Nine Mile is wonderful and the rasta guide was great. Take some cash for tipping the various guides, they are well worth it. However, our main tour guide tried to pressure us into buying ganja products. Each to their own, but I personally don't use ganja. I felt like I was letting them down by not partaking.

Dunno River Falls was very good, a far harder climb than I imagined, thank goodness for the guide being on hand to help up some of the steeper and slippery bits. Lunch was excellent and refreshing punch on arrival at the restaurant. Long drive to 9 miles, almost 2 hours and coming back traffic was bad getting into Ochi Rios.

The tour was excellent the guide friendly and knowledgeable. The Dunns river part was brilliant, well organised and the guides really good considering our safety at all times but making sure we made the most of the experience. Denis our guide up the falls was brilliant. Plenty of time to dry off and change before heading for lunch, lunch was good and what you would expect on a tour. The second half of the day to Nine Mile was also very interesting my only criticism would be the guide there

Within a few minutes of leaving the hotel we were taken to a gift shop and hard sold extremely overpriced products. At every opportunity across the whole experience the primary focus was getting the tour party into the gift shops and bars to spend money, the tours felt like a secondary option. At 9 mile being heard into a hut to be hard sold marijuana was an intimidating experience. We were then held in 9 mile at the end of the tour behind gates until we tipped the guide.

Dunn's River Falls was amazing. Guide Raymond and photographer Fabian were brilliant. They made it so much fun. It wasn't as daunting as it looks. Nine Mile is a up in the mountains and quite a scary drive up and down. Didn't like the high pressure sales but the tour it self was great. From the start of our trip. Exceptional. Our rep told everyone about the parishes, explained the history. Once we got to Dunn falls we were handed over the Melbourne, what an amazing guy. He couldn’t so enough for everyone in his group. One minute he Was up with the head to the group next he was down the bottom helping us manage the steps.

Dunn’s river waterfalls)We didn’t like the fact that they put extra people on to our group. It wasn’t pleasant. The guide was lovely. The photographer was such a jolly person. Smokehouse plantation - Jerk chicken was served cold!!! Nine Miles - A good insight into Bob Marley’s life. We had to walk around bear feet at one time. It would have nice if they told to bring some socks. I am funny about walking bear feet in public places.

Nine Miles ware reine Abzocke, von einem Souvenirladen zum nächsten. Mittagessen Jerk Chicken war ein trockenes Hähnchen. Dunns Riverfalls: Besteigung Wasserfall war ein schönes Erlebnis. Aber danach musste man durch einen riesigen Souvernirmarkt mit sehr lästigen Verkäufern. Durch TUI wurden wir kurzfristig auf englischen Guide umgebucht., obwohl die deutsprache Tour stattfand, eine Frechheit! Info kam so spät, dass nicht mehr storniert werden konnte.

You get picked up at 7:35 and dropped back to your hotel around 18:30 and In that time you do a walk up Dunn’s river that takes 30-45 mins and a 20 mins tour of Bob Marley's birth place and grave, those 2 activities are good when you actually get to do them but there is so much upsell and waiting around it gets unbearable and completely ruins the day! It costs so much for 65 mins of actual activities plus lunch

My wife and I attended the Dunn’s River Falls and Nine Mile Bob Marley excursion booked via TUI. While we enjoyed both attractions and the site guides, the experience was compromised by the bus driver’s dangerous driving, including excessive speed, overtaking on blind bends, speeding through built-up areas, and forcing into traffic, leaving us feeling unsafe. The tour guide dismissed concerns as “part of the adventure” and did not complete the journey. Please investigate this and respond to me.

Climbing the falls definitely the highlight. The guides were entertaining and attentive, and especially considerate of everybody's differing levels of fitness and agility. Lunch was delicious, Nine Miles was a nice end. Very long day though. 11 hours from start to finish from RIU Palace. Oh, and the main tour guide Moreen was awesome.

Relevant information and advice were given clearly and a lot of attention was placed on safety, particularly at Dunn's River falls. Our included jerk chicken lunch was really tasty and we had a wide choice of drink, which was also included. The tour packs in quite a lot in one day but we didn't feel rushed at any point. Overall, a really good, great value excursion.

Our guide and driver were brilliant, informative and friendly with very skilful driving from Delano, our ‘no problem’ driver. Both attractions are amazing, the falls are beautiful and to see the final resting place of a reggae legend is very special. Lunch was lovely, great jerk chicken. The tour was pitched to us as a dunn river falls trip with a stop off at nine miles. We left the hotel at 7 30 and didn't arrive at dunn river until 3pm. We were offered a free drink at lunch but other than that no drinks were provided for a 11hr trip despite paying USD148pp. The TUI reps could have made it clearer on booking that most of the day would be spent travelling to nine miles which would have encouraged us to book the your without nine miles.

Personally, I have mobility issues so I couldn't do the climb of the falls. I had difficulty handling all of the steps. I took videos and photos from the viewing platforms. However, as I did not do the climb and was just a spectator, I don't agree that full price for the falls should have been warranted.

The falls were the highlight of the tour, a beautiful area and would highly recommend. Only down side is the rep didn’t tell us we would be climbing them but that was a fun experience. 9 mile was interesting and the guides were knowledgeable. Only downside for us was that everyone was trying to get tips or money out of us which sadly put a damper on the day as everyone was trying to get as much out of you as they could.

Having read some reviews before booking i became sceptical about whether i should book this excursion having been on it i enjoyed the whole experience and was left scratching my head about how people could give a negative review, an excellent day out from start to finish, learning some things about Jamiaca in between each event. 1 positive from review reading was that I got informed to get some water shoes and a waterproof phone case ahead of time, so that I didnt have to overspend on them here.

Dunns River Falls was an excellent and unique experience but it is not for anyone who feels unsteady on their feet. Nine Mile was an interesting journey to and from Bob Marley’s resting place, don’t watch the road ! There is a 10 minute education class before you enter the premises. As with most things in Jamaica tipping is very much appreciated.

We've just been on the tour, it was absolutely amazing! Our tour Priest Jerry and driver captain kirk were amazing, kept us entertained, informed and safe on the drive, which to be fair wasn't as bad as I expected as im.a very nervous passenger, not going to lie its not the best though, but worth it to see 9 miles. Dunn Falls was amazing, would have preferred a little more time to spend at the falls in the pools and taking in the stunning views! Bob Marley tour was really good, learned alot!

We never went. Got to the front entrance of the hotel. They were about 5 vans. Didn't know which one was ours. Look for a Tui rep we were informed they didn't get there until 9. We were there for 8.10. confused it was very badly organized and we didn't know who could help us. We even went to reception they could not help. Lost the money just under 300 us dollars. Not happy. Falls walking requires certain agility . Some battled and kept falling without an early exit option. The TUI rep said the 9 mile tour was 40 minute drive from hotel which was totally inaccurate as it was 1hour 40min- had I known this I would not have attended this tour. I specifically asked about this before booking as I get motion sickness on a coach so by the time I arrived at 9 mile tour I felt very unwell.

Loved the tour, however extremely annoyed that we paid $40 for a video at Dunn’s Fall, we thought it wouldn’t download properly due to being lower speeds at the hotel. We have arrived home today and still the video does not download so feel a little ripped off in that respect and wouldn’t recommend anyone having them.

We zijn opgehaald bij het hotel en na 15 minuten al gedropt bij een souvenierwinkel. Dat had voor ons niet gehoeven.Het beklimmen van de waterval is een leuke ervaring. Met een leuke gids en cameraman. Hierna hadden we lunch. Ons was verteld eten en drinken inbegrepen tijdens de trip. We kregen hier een glas water en punch. Dit was ook het enige wat we tijdens hele trip hebben gekregen. Rest voor eigen rekening. 4 dollar us voor een cola. Bob marley leuk, maar heel erg commercieel.

Straight from the off the driver & tour guide were great we stopped off at a gift shop & to use the toilet be for we got to Dunns River which was great .went on to Dunns River & wow the tour guy that we had with use was very kind & help full, as we couldn't climb the fall her took all our pictures so we had memories, what a beautiful day ??. The tour guide and driver from the offset were very rude. My mum and uncle sat in the row behind the driver and was ask to move despite having travel sickness. We were forced to get off the bus at a shop despite us having a toddler and a comment was made by one of group that it may be a friends shop of the tour guide. The tour guide waited until we were all on the bus and shouted at us all making my 2 year old cry. When we got to Dunn river (which was really good) we weren’t told a pick up time.

01/09/25, Family 8/9 of adults from UK were so rude to our host sprouting at him that they felt that the stopping at the gift shops is his friends shop? So rude! it left myself & Mr Reuben feeling intimidated & uncomfortable. Just as that situation was over again two men in that group who had allot of hair on their chests were asked to put cover their chest at the restaurant & another venue they disagreed & took it off again. On the coach they complained about TUi: snide rude negative comments.

First of all, the TUI rep in the hotel was very rude and incompetent (a man). It was more of a bus ride than anything else. The places they stopped were so expensive!! Didn't even stop at Juicee Patties! The tour wasn't as expected, we could have just gone round ourselves. However, the tour guide and driver were good. The tour guide had a lot of knowledge to give.

What an amazing experience! What a day! We enjoyed every minute! It was a long day (12 hrs in total) but don’t let that put you off. It was well worth it! Donna and Sinclair were amazing and Donna was the perfect host! A must do if you visit Jamaica.

Dislike: The tour guide was rushing up but this is typical of the excursions. We are in holiday and leave our hectic life at home so a more sedate pace would be nice. Why why do they have to rush you ??. The bus driver was speeding most of the time, it was very scary! He must have wanted to get home early. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about her country. Dunns River Falls was fantastic. Why did they feel the need to take us in a shed to buy weed at Bob Marley. Very weird!

Both the venues were great and well worth a visit. I would seriously consider travelling a different way though. The small bus was jammed to rafters with no bag storage at all which meant sitting in very cramped seating for around 5 hours in total with bags on knees. The bus had no working seat belts which had been covered anyway by tatty seat covers. Legal requirement or not, am not sure why TUI would think mine and my families safely was any less important in Jamaica than in the UK. Not great

Both Dunns river falls and bob marley 9 mile where fantastic . The food stop not so keen. The only downside was getting back through montego bay , had summer festival on and was grid locked no fault on coach driver or guide / rep they where amazing. We went from NEGRIL at 6.20am and arrived back at 11pm so very long day. But we'll worth it

Vivian on the bus was great, she kept us all entertained throughout the journey and guaranteed we were safe. Nick our bus driver was excellent too. At Dunn’s we had a guide, MJ, who made sure everyone made it to the top safely and that we had fun! Remember your water shoes & water phone cases! The 9 mile tour was a cultural experience, seeing the ‘real’ Jamaica. The guides at Bob Marley’s house were so knowledgeable. You must try their Jamaican pattys! Pick up 7am then got home 8pm, long day!

Whole trip was brilliant, it’s a very long day and definitely longer than 8 hours! I think we got back around 12 hours after leaving. Dunn’s River Falls were beautiful, and the guide was brilliant, helped my mum climb the whole thing despite her not being confident she could do it. Photo/video package is available to purchase later but is quite expensive. Road to Nine Mile can be daunting but had an excellent driver, felt safe the whole way. Our guide was the best, so funny! Overall enjoyed.

From the start of the experience guide on the bus shared interesting info about the areas we drove through. Guide through Dunns River - Trevor and Donovan - were amazing. Made it a fun experience to stop you feeling anxious about what was ahead. 9 Mile was very informative about Bob Marley's beginnings. Narrator (forgot his name) left no stone unturned when sharing the history. Only negative a lot of tipping required and you can't tip everyone even though they did a good job.

This was advertised as an 8 hour trip and turned out to be over 12 hours. The waterfall trip was not communicated properly and we were forced to buy swimming shoes before we were allowed to take part at an organised stop by the bus on the way. Lunch very disappointing meat very dry and only water/cheap juice supplied. Should also make sure people realise they need cash for a lot of things especially at 9 mile. Would definitely not recommend for the money we paid.

Tui are taking a bigger slice of the trip fees tui should be paying these operators a bigger fee. Also they should regularly do the dunns river as some of the party found the going tough and to check the area for spiders. On completing the tour we where exiting the grounds when there was large spiders head high. My wife is scared of spiders luckily our guide reacted very quickly and arranged a different exit for her

In my opinion you don't need to be picked up so early as they don't open until 9am. There was no need to have to go into a shop for 15-20 minutes. If picked up later you could go straight to the Duns falls. Also let who is going on there trip to put their swimming gear on first and take a change of clothes with you.

The bus was too small for the number of people, you could hardly walk or storage the bag during the ride I had swollen feet because I could not stretch out my legs The bus driver was a bit reckless when driving to Nine mile. We did not enjoy our journey there, we were so squeezed into a mini bus which would only fit small kids. The transport was a big issue for us. 6ft6 tall and made to fit a small mini bus was not great, even at 4ft9 it was a struggle to fit. 2 adults struggled to in the seats too. Awful experience .

This trip was fantastic and our tour guide Vivienne was brilliant, we were however mis-sold the trip by the TUI rep in resort. I said I get travel sick and she said this was around 4 hours travel. It is not!. It is 2.5h to the falls, 1.5h up a windy mountain and 3h back!! We also felt very rushed at Dunns, the aim of the trip seemed to be getting to nine mile as quick as possible to get us spending money there. We would have preferred longer at Dunns. We could have booked dunns seperatly!!

Dunns falls was good ,but didn't like the fact the guide was asking for money as soon as we reached the top , must add this wasn't Tui guide but the guide who helped us up the falls. We don't mind tipping but we would have done it at the appropriate time not when soaking wet. Nine miles was very informative and the guide here was very knowledgeable, be prepared to be around people smoking weed. Our Tui guide for the day seemed to be in a rush for everything, most unusual for a Jamaican.

Sunna river is a brilliant tour, can be strenuous at times, only downsize is the vendors at dunes river that you have to go past to get back to your bus, the tour guides give you excellent advice but still can be pushy and crafty. Nine mile is good but you our literally sold to from the start and prices our way more expensive than normal gift shops. Our main tour guides give and driver was good and informative, you should know there is a lot of driving to the various parts of the tour.

The trip states it is 6-8 hours when it was 13 hours with travelling on a cramped mini bus. Although it does say that this trip is not suitable for those with mobility issues. I think it should be more specific about how strenuous it is climbing the falls with slippery rocks and fast flowing water.

Elke stop dat we deden was vanaf we er waren afgejaagd worden door donna dat we moesten doordoen en verdergaan, we mochten enkel kijken in de giftshops die door haar “goedgekeurd” waren, tijdens het middageten zijn er zelfs mensen moeten stoppen abrupt met eten omdat we verder moesten(na 15minuten toegekomen te zijn) bij dun river falls de mensen die de beklimming niet meededen(mijn vriendin) werden behandeld als kinderen

It was a really good experience loved it . You have to go right to the top you will feel that you have achieved something. The views are beautiful the surroundings are out of this world - just beautiful Only negative- the tour guide could have given options when it comes to taking your phone on the river - like give advice on getting plastic phone water case - but she said you couldn’t take your phone !! that then allowed the camera person at duns to control what picture you take

Danika our tour guide and Desmond our driver were brilliant. They looked after our bus load of people with the utmost security and vigilance. My son is 11 and Danika and the rest of the tour group watched out for him and he loved it. Didn’t feel any threat whatsoever at the Falls or when we visited Bob Marley’s house. Such an inspiring experience, so pleased we booked. We had laughs and knowledge galore. Would definitely recommend. Even if you don’t book through your rep, do it anyway.

This is the second time I have done this trip I enjoyed it so much the first time when I did it with my daughter I didn’t hesitate to do it again with my partner. Dunns falls although a lot busier was still excellent. I was a little disappointed with the nine mile tour as the guide didn’t take us into Bobs grandparents house and the house Bob was born. I found this really interesting the first time round it felt we were not getting the full tour. The guide on the bus was excellent

Nine mile was brilliant and would highly recommend especially if you are a Bob Marley fan. Disappointed with Dunnes fall as we didn't do the climb so we went with a guide just to watch people do the climb. Cons Travel time, everyone want tipping, maybe more warning we coming to Bobs home, we rushed into a hut to buy products to enter the gates , then once through asking us to buy candles tip the band , the guild stood at the gate at the end waiting for his tip, felt we had no choice but to tip , intimidating Pros tick for the bucket list,Bob home and final resting place Water falls loved this beautiful

Dunns fall experience was exceptional apart from being slightly hassled to buy stuff on the way out. Our guide Raymon was engaging and extremely experienced. The Nine mile experience was very informative and our guide, Captain Crazy, was hilarious. We felt the experience was funny but also a serious and thought provoking insight into Bob Marley's life and death.

Dunns River Falls was a lovely experience wish we had longer here. Guide should meet the group at the end of the falls so that you are not harassed by hawkers on the way out, tarnished the overall experience. Lunch was basic and undercooked, chicken was still red in places we had stomach problems that evening and the following day, must be better places to take tourists for Jamaican food. Nine Mile, great if you love ganja would not recommend if you don’t partake. Tour guide should go with

I give such a high rating because Mr becci and Janel were both awesome. Mr becci pulled over just for me to get cash in a safe location saving me hassle of finding a place myself later on. And Janel! She could be my tour guide all day lost i could listen to her speak forever. I wish I could put her in my suitcase and take her back with me. Absolute angel

Bus was old and had no seat belts, very worn rear tyres and driver was crazy even the guide was telling him to slow down. Guide was great and can’t fault her but the awful bus/ travel was terrifying. Dunn falls was amazing and guides were brilliant, nine miles was a total let down and very over commercialised with them selling merchandise and wanting tips at every corner. I learnt nothing from the nine miles experience and was disappointed.

Gebucht war eine Reiseleiterin in deutsch, kein Wort Deutsch, nur englisch! Zeitplan daneben, guide völlig unstrukturiert! Sie kam schon 1 Stunde zu spät!1.Stopp war dann Shoppingcenter, das hatte niemand gebraucht. 2. Stopp Dunns River. Völlig planlos mussten wir hier schon ewig warten bis wir erstmal reinkamen dann wurde 12.20 Uhr Treffpunkt am Bus genannt um 13.20 Uhr kam dann mal die Truppe. Jetzt gab es Mittagessen hier wurde dann um Eile gebeten da 9 Miles um 16. Uhr schließt! Chaos pur!!!

Gids Jerome was fantastisch, erg enthousiast en heeft veel verteld. De plaatselijke gids bij de dunns river falls was oke, maar ze zitten wel enorm te zeuren om een tip. Bij Nine Miles was dat laatste nog erger. Die gids had duidelijk wat te veel gerookt, en om de haverklap verwachten ze dat je je portemonnee trekt om een fooi achter te laten. Dat was erg overdreven en jammer. Buiten dat is het indrukwekkend om te zien en is dunns river falls echt gaaf om een keer te ervaren.

Getting overchaged or ripped off in the markets after dunes fall i think tui need give your customers some sort of badge or sticker that the shop people know about i speak from experiance 40 us dollars for 2 little wooden turtles i know our guide tamaica warned us but for the finacial safety of other customers i think i would be good if they knew (shop people) if tui customers wore some sort of badge

our guide Jerome was the absolute best!! made everyone felt welcome and relaxed. The transportation was clean and newer, the restaurant we stopped at for lunch was located on the water and the service and food was good. Dunns River Falls was a unique experience that we enjoyed much more than we thought we would, and if you're a fan the the Bob Marley house was the greatest moment you will have there!

All of it was a great day. I liked leaning about and seeing real Jamaica away from the resort. My children wanted to see Bob Marley’s house. It was great. We bought shoes in the shop before we went to the waterfall and they were cheaper than what we had already been advised to get. This information should be shared! My husband was sadly ill and we can’t get a refund for his place which wasn’t taken which I think is unfair as it was a lot of money. We have spent over £1200 on just two trips!

Dunns Falls all very good. Bob Marleys - initially a bit disorganised but once we met the guide very good Free time at all places was very rushed . Lunch very basic. Disappointed there was no cold drinking water provided on the bus as It was an extremely long journey. Trip far too long (14 hours) and would not recommend it.

Dunns River Falls was absolutely amazing, the guide staff (Trevor & Grizzly) made the experience! Well worth doing. Nine Mile Tour with Captain Crazy was informative and fun, that man has a wicked laugh! Was humbling to see Bob's family home and Mausleum. Over all a fabulous experience with lunch included but journey time made it a long day, we got picked up in Lucea at 7.15am and arrived back to hotel at 8pm.

Dunns River deden wij met 27 man en 1 begeleider dan begrijpt uzelf wel hoe lang het duurde! De nine miles had ik echt naar uitgekeken ...maar het enige wat je daar kan is souvenirs kopen en de gids van het park wil maar 1 ding je geld !!!! terwijl je al entree hebt betaald! Na alle souvenirwinkels kom je bij de entree van Bob ze begraafplaats willen ze dat je een kaars koopt voor een dollar en daarna durven ze gewoon nog 3x om fooi te vragen! Het leekt wel een bedeltrip ipv een excursie!

Meal was very basic, and everywhere we went expected to tip. Guide on falls, guide on Bob Marley, church,donation for candle and live band, also felt it unnecessary to be shown essential oils and Marijuana products. Nobody was interested. Dunns River was a good experience, staff were really engaging and made the experience fun. Nine miles tour was good, it did feel a little rushed as guide kept saying take photos quick because the next group was waiting. Didn't like the bit beforehand when tour guide takes you over to where they sell marijuana but we wasn't pressured into buying, just a personal preference. Very long journey from Negril, out for at least 14 hrs.

We really enjoyed Dunn’s River Falls—it’s a stunning place, but water shoes and swimsuits are essential if you plan to climb the falls. If you prefer a “dry” walk along the side, you won’t need them, but we wish we had been informed about this option beforehand. The Bob Marley experience in Kingston was more enjoyable for me. However, if you’re into smoking weed, this is definitely the place for you. One downside was being taken to an overpriced tourist shop or market, which felt unnecessary.

Fantastic day but climbing the falls is not for people who are bad on their feet. Can be a bit daunting at times but there's exits along the way if you don't want to continue. We made it to the top and thoroughly enjoyed it Bob Marley was excellent and emotional. The guides were superb and very informative. It's a long and winding journey up there but I loved seeing the real Jamaica. Bus driver Old Papa and tour guide Little Mama were brilliant ??.

The MINI bus was overcrowded with limited seating as the wheel arch was not suitable for any person of any size. Lunch was very rushed - my group was last to be served and was told by the guide that we had to hurry to catch up with the rest of the group whom was served first.?? Didn’t like that the guide held her hand out as we exited from the mini bus expecting tips?? I will be making an official complaint.

Excellent day. Felt well looked after and safe. My friend doesn’t really like water, and she made it all the way up in the waterfall. Guide couldn’t have encouraged her more. Nine miles was a real treat too. Love the authentic relaxed vibe. Musicians were great.

Dunn River Falls was excellent. Although I received a muscle strain injury and had to stop climbing and go to the nurses station by ambulance. I was looked after very well. My wife contiued to the top and really enjoyed it. Nine Miles was too touristy and the guides were all high so didn't learn as much as expected. . So not so enjoyable. The tour guide was superb and very well organised

Dunns River was amazing! 10/10! Looks much harder than it is but women with us just had a knee replacement & breezed up! Amazing views & great fun! 9 Mile was good very interesting so see some of the sites there, only down on this is at every corner of the tour someone is selling something. Takes away from the magic a little.

Overall outstanding but if I had my children with me the emphasis on the pre tour stop to try and sell you drug paraphernalia was a bit too much and also whole doing the tour,I know its part of the jamacian culture but this was my only fault!

Dunns River experience brilliant …. Staff friendly and very helpful …. Lunch very poor, one glass of weak fruit juice, a chicken drumstick and barely cooked rice … not really what we had expected. The Bob Marley experience was mainly to sell us souvenirs and marijuana!! Tipping was expected all throughout this part of the day. Our driver Patrick and guide T.T. were however good and very informative.

Daneka our Tui rep was knowledgeable and full of fun as was our driver Chris. They even stopped over and brought us sugar cane from the side of the road for the journey to sample. The dunns river was amazing and a must do and the Bob Marley tour was quite spiritual and emotional. Our guide was funny but agin knowledgeable and even blast out songs throughout the tour

Really enjoyed the Dunns river fall. Guides were excellent and they looked after you well. Drive to nine Mile was long, windy and bumpy. The bus was not the most comfortable. The Bob Marley tour was average. Would have liked to have learnt more about his life rather than being offered drugs. It was more a money making exercise than tour.

Dunns River Falls experience was exhilarating and wonderful. The lunch and venue was amazing. So picturesque by the beach. Nine Mile was an experience where we felt pressured to purchase weed and bi-products. Didn’t understand why we were taken outside the twelve foot metal gates that protects the venue and across the road for the whole party to be crammed into a small hut, shown various forms of weed and pressured to buy them even though some of these are available at the venue.

The Dunns River Falls part of the day was excellent even if there was a risk of injury which should be explained beforehand. Very disappointed with the nine miles tour. Whilst it was informative there was a big focus on getting the customer to spend money whether it be on weed, in the many souvenir shops or to tip. Have never been expected to tip so much on any trip I have done when going abroad. The tour guide was so softly spoken it was difficult to understand what he was saying

The tour guide was informative and pleasant good personality and fun. The only downside really was tte driver of the bus. Driving at very high speed from start to finish with two very near miss collisions on the way home. Felt very unsafe also concerned for safety of everyone on board especially children.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. We both didn't realise the falls were as high as they were. Don't let that statement be off putting the climb is amazing. Nine mile we found to be uplifting and emotional walking round the house of the late great Robert Nesta Marlley. Our guide Chantell feed us great island info during the trip.

Wir hatten den Ausflug auf Deutsch gebucht dieser wurde dann ein Tag zuvor abgesagt wegen zuwenig Gäste uns aber derselbe in Englisch angeboten zur selben Zeit. Das war sehr schade da wir wenig von dem was der Guide erzählte verstanden. Der 1 te Stop war an einem Supermarkt wo man alles kaufen konnte( Schmuck , Kleidung ). Dunns River war toll, Nine Miles sehr interessant.Leider gab es im Bus nicht zu trinken . Zum Essen gab es Wasser und in Nine Miles konnte man sich was kaufen.(teuer)

Great overall experience, the pickup was spot on time and the driver and guide were excellent very knowledgeable and friendly, Dunn’s river falls are spectacular and we enjoyed it , the photographer Grizzly was great , my only slight negative was the guide didn’t keep everyone together all the time , other groups held hands and helped each other we split into groups at times and had to shout up to ask which way was best to go and there isn’t much facilities for changing into dry gear at the end

Muss man auf jeden Fall mitmachen...die Wasserfälle und die Guides sind klasse. Maxine hat auch die ganze Fahrt über das Land und die Leute berichtet. War sehr interessant und ihr deutsch ist super. Die nine miles tour ist auf jeden Fall ein Muss.. leider hatten wir das Gefühl dass man alles sehr schnell durchgehen soll...das fanden wir bisschen schade. Aber Alles an sich war ein toller Ausflugstag. Auch dem Busfahrer Loyd ein großes Lob. Liebe Grüße Nicole und Michael

Not cheap, but a good day trip. Theres a bit of hard sell inthe shopping stop, but cheaper than the Bob Maley Tour shop. Climbing the falls was great fun and the guide first class. Lunch was good, but the beach at the restaurant is a tip with mounds of plastic bottles and rubbish. Need to take more pride in the place. You do see a bit of Jamaican life as you drive through the towns and villages, and probably wouldn't want to get out. Nine Miles was great, moving, even if you don't take the 'erb!

From being picked up ,and getting to the 1st location, dannika was our guide and was really knowledgeable, along with driver Kurt who was an amazing driver, the whole experience was amazing and i would definitely do it again. Stopped off for lunch before going to the 2nd location, all the way ,dannika filled us in on the culture and history of jamaica, overall it was an amazing day and I would highly recommend.

Loved Dunns River, although i would have liked to spend more time on the beach at the bottom of the falls. I loved our guide Jerome. The Nine Mile portion of the day was incredibly beautiful and interesting. The drive up there is long and winding but worth it. We were shown around Bob Marleys home by “Captain Crazy” who was born to do his job! Hes so great!

I thought the whole experience was great & would reccomend to all. Only thing i would say if i was being picky was on arrival at 9 mile, everyone got put in a small tight trapped in by the locals which didn't make it as pleasant for some folk with claustrophobia. Thats the only minor fault, other than that, the whole experience was great!

Een hele mooie excursie. Nederlands is niet beschikbaar. Is wel te begrijpen want veel Nederlanders zijn hier niet. Het winkel bezoek ach hoort er beetje bij. Ze willen daar ook graag geld verdienen. De gids was enthousiast en ze vertelde veel onderweg. Wel jammer dat het vanaf Negril echt ver weg is. En montego bay is echt een crime doorheen te rijden. De Dunn river is geweldig mooi maar je moet wel echt goed ter been zijn. De gidsen helpen je wel enorm goed. Neem waterschoenen mee!

Every thing on the trip was as expected. You could tell future customers that specific memorabilia ie fridge magnets $15 on site the exact same fridge magnets can be found in the local gift shop around thier hotels (Riu Reggie) for $3 and the Shot glasses you purchase when you have the fire drink at 9 miles for $5 are again only $2 in every local shop (Riu Reggie, Riu Palace Jamaica and Riu Montego Bay). So have your reps inform customers to help them save money.

We felt pressured into leaving tips at every person that spoke to us about the tour or helped even though we already paid for the excursion Also the lunch and the place itself was ridiculous. We were just sat there for about 15 minutes had no choice in what drink we wanted when the waitress came over spilled the water didn’t even come back with a replacement or clean the water then we were told the buffet was ready when in fact it was Four things you could have and they served it as well

De bezienswaardigheden waren erg leuk! De tourdame was erg druk en sprak heel slecht (binnensmonds), miss Dorret. De lunch was niet echt heel goed. Simpel maar wel te eten. The Falls are in a beautiful area with Jamaican flora and fauna to be enjoyed in addition to the impressive waterfall. Nine Mile is very commercialised but still was a positive experience & getting there provided opportunity to see towns & countryside. The guide was friendly & knowledgeable, the driver on time & experienced. I've marked VFM low because the cost was high, though not out of line with our experience of Jamaica in general. It was better value than going to each location separately.

We had a great day. Dunn's River Falls was a great experience. Great guides making sure everyone was safe and enjoying the experience. Would definitely recommend others doing this trip. Nine Mile Tour was good. It was great to see the history of Bob Marley where he grew up. It was a long day due to us staying in Negril. That was the only slight negative. Overall, it was well worth it.

We enjoyed the Dunn's Falls experience and the tour around 9 mile However it was an excessively long day and if we had realized we would have preferred to split the two tours up and done them separately. The day was prolonged unnecessarily by an unexpected stop at a souvenir shop on the way. At 9 mile we were shown to a shack were there was pressure applied to buy drugs, this was not very nice and did not feel good.

I.felt the river was very rushed no.sooner we was off the coach we was back.on it having to leave we didn't really.have time.to take.it all.in and look at the market stalls and relax. We enjoyed the venues, but disappointed with the guide Shantelle, she arrived over 1/2 hour late with no apology, even the driver was upset with her, On arrival at Nine mile, she disappeared. At the end of the tour, she was nowhere to be seen, the bus eventually arrived, we got on, she then appeared 20 minutes late, and those who are not on, hard luck, and promptly fell asleep for the return journey, until we arrived at our destinations. Poor attitude.

Fantastisch Nederlandstalige gids Bram! De beklimming van de waterval was eens iets anders, maar zeer leuk! Prachtige natuur en voor mensen waarvan de beklimming van de waterval niet lukt, kunnen ze via de trap naar boven of in een ander deeltje van het domein een wandelingetje maken of gaan zwemmen in de zee. Misschien juist bij de verkoop melden, dat de watervallen te beklimmen zijn, is niet voor iedereen geschikt.

Voor ons (ik ben 63 en mijn vrouw 56) was het geen probleem om de waterval op te klauteren maar voor sommige was het opgeven of zelfs niet starten. Sommigen zouden niet gegaan als ze dit op voorhand hadden geweten. Misschien iets beter OP VOORHAND de gevaren en de moeilijkheid meegeven

Enjoyed the whole day. The falls are beautiful but challenging for some. Some of the rocks are very slippery, despite being cleaned and made as safe as they could be. Not good if you’re balance is a little off. My hubby ended up on his ********** a few times. Listen to your guide, they know what they’re doing!

Dunns River was naar onze mening te commercieel en te druk. In een sneltreinvaart de rotsen omhoog, fotootje hier en daar en dat was het. Alles voor het geld doen ze daar, jammer. Zonde van je geld. Daarintegen was de 9miles tour heel indrukwekkend. Zeker een aanrader. Je komt meer te weten over hoe Bob Marley leefde en de geschiedenis. Hele lange reis weer terug naar je resort (Royalton Negril) met veel files.. 18 uur onderweg geweest.

The trip was very good indeed! There was no pressure to tip or to buy anything extra. Lovely guide Judith was excellent- knowledgeable and friendly ; the driver Niel was competent on the fairly narrow and winding road; very good. The food where we stopped for lunch (fantastic spot!) Traditional Jamaican rice and peas and two types of chicken the bbq and the jerk were both delicious. Just get ready for a fairly long drive up to nine mile (it was 1h 25min for us) the road is twisty!

The places we visited were amazing, truly worth seeing. The guides do their jobs very well too. The roads up to Nine Mile are nothing short of deadly though. Quite a few times I thought we were going to crash & the driver had to swerve to avoid a collision.

Started off great with a trip to Dunn’s River Falls but lunch was the first disappointment, there are so many local restaurants that serve authentic (and tasty) food around why do you go to such bland tourist traps? We visited the Roxborough! Then off to Nine Mile, the journey was epic but the tour was more focused on trying to sell you tat, booze, snacks and weed than anything else.

We enjoyed the whole day. A really good experience. Dunns River felt rushed at the start and we could have done with a little time at the start to put sunscreen on, as we don’t do this before a buss ride. A stop at another unnecessary stop. And made to feel a bit uncomfortable for not wanting to go into the drug huts outside of 9 mile. We understand the culture of Marijuana and respect peoples personal choice to use it. Similar respect should be shown for people who don’t have interest.

Loved the Dunns river. I didn’t think I’d be able to climb it but the guide was very helpful . We had an amazing morning there . Quite emotional trip to 9 miles , didn’t get to see the band play so that was disappointing.

We really enjoyed the waterfalls,but felt that maybe the attraction lets too many people in at one time and you are moved on too quickly. The video and photos that they offer is over priced and not worth the 40 dollars. Overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed it The nine mile tour was again over crowded- we couldn’t hear what the guide was saying because of noise from the next group coming in. The tour guide rep on the coach was very informative Overall we had a great day

Dunns river falls was amazing and our tour guide Andrea and driver Delano were both fantastic! Nine Mile was interesting although the selling of ‘products’ when we arrived was a little intimidating. The only downside to the trip was it was such a long day - we were picked up at 7.15am and returned back at 7.30pm. I don’t feel that this was really mentioned before booking. With that being said though it was very worthwhile and as a family we are very glad that we done it!

Als je de waterval niet wilt beklimmen, kun je langs de kant via een trap goed meeklimmen. Zo kun je zelf foto's maken van je reisgenoten. Nine Mile is de moeite waard. Naast de bezienswaardigheden wel veel commercie, maar dat is begrijpelijk.

Wenn man gerne nass wird und ein bisschen im Wasser klettern möchte, sind die Dunn's Waterfalls super. Durch die Landschaft im Flussbett ca. 300m ca. 1 Stunde mit einem Guide und ca. 25 Personen hinauf macht Spaß. Der zweite Teil, Nine Miles mit dem Besuch von Bob Marleys Geburtshaus ganz nett gemacht, aber für uns kein "Muß" mehr - eher für echte Bob Marley Fans. Eine sehr lange Tour mit knapp 12 Stunden ab/bis Lucea, teilweise durch schöne jamaikanische Landschaft. TOUR NICHT AUF DEUTSCH!!!

The day was lovely, albeit long! We were collected at 7.30am and returned just after 8pm. Dunns River- You need to be more specific about how mobile and agile a person has to be to climb the falls. Nine Mile - this part of the trip was, in my opinion, too long. A lot of waiting around. I think you need to specify that a person with mobility issues may find this tour difficult due to the amount of steps, standing, hills etc.

I started my bookin for Dunns River and 9 Mile through the TUI representative at the RUI Ocho Rios room 3201. I was told by the TUI representative I had to pay cash , I explained that I have a bank card available with enough money to pay. I was told she cannot accept bank cards or credit cards . As a result I paid for a taxi driver to take me into Ocho Rios Town center to withdraw cash . The TUI representative was not customer aware of the booking procedure regarding payments.

Our tour guide Danika (spelling??) Was without doubt, the best I've ever encountered. Her knowledge about Jamaica is second to none and she made it the whole day fun and exciting. The climb up the falls was superb and mine mile is an experience not to be missed. Unbelievable value for money and a nice smallish tour size that you felt everyone mattered. Cannot rate this highly enough

The driver was great, polite and knew the roads well. The guide knew her stuff and was quite funny. The Falls were fabulous. Nine Mile was great too. We were told that at the first stop, the shop would give us 50% off. None of us got nowhere near that amount. When questioned the shop keeper was rude and kept my receipt. It left one lady with no money left!!

Tui guide want to make money off us instead of looking after us . Tui advice not to buy dope her advice was mandatory to buy from her friends ?? We lift on time at 7 30 but was delayed by guests going for breakfast, we had delays all day so we got back at 8pm

I specifically asked the Tui operator whether it was easy to access as my friend has problems with her feet.I was assured there was a RAMP to the beach which is untrue.This should be looked into as it discriminates on wheelchair/ walking sticks users.Also I feel that a sale was more important than safety. However it is a great experience only my friend had to spend two days elevating her feet after the excursion.

From the point of pickup our guide Sisi was fantastic.. Dunno river falls is amazing, stunning and well worth a visit. Nine mile paying respect to the amazing Bob Marley is a must and learning about him from a very good guide. The whole day was very long with almost 8 hours of travelling but well worth it. A must when you visit Jamaica.

We had THE BEST tour guide Jarome (Rasta man). Not a second was not enjoyable! Really added a lot to the Jamaican experience! Dunn's river falls was amazing, generally I am not fit, but did it quite easy, and 9 Mile, don't even need to describe, it is definitely one love. Absolutely worth it ??

I read a few other reviews of this trip before we went which worried me a bit but there was no need for worry as everything was perfect we had Sis again as our guide who is wonderful the climb up dunns falls was hard but rewarding and the 9 mile tour was amazing with Benjamin as our guide there is an expectation to tip but it is far from compulsory although I was happy to do so as the trip was amazing it was a long day but worth every minute

Dunns river was very enjoyable even if it was a long coach trip. However, running the gauntlet through the “craftsmen” was a little unnerving. Being squared up to by the Dunns River guide who demanded a tip was not good at all 9 mile was a waste of time - quite boring really, especially after so long in the coach.

Climbing the falls was an amazing experience. We felt safe with the guides knowledge of the falls. The opportunity to buy the photos taken by the photographer was most welcome as my photos was not so good in my waterproof pouch. Guides pushy for tips. We were intimidated by the market stall holders you have to pass to get back to the bus. VERY pushy. Nine mile, again, the same problem with pushing for tips once in the area but the experience was very knowledgeable

Hadden via TUI site Nederlandse tour geboekt, maar er kwam een Jamaicaanse chauffeur ons oppikken en rest van de groep bestond volledig uit Engels sprekende gasten. Chauffeur was niet op de hoogte van het feit dat wij Nederlamds waren. Verder prima tour, maar zou nog beter zijn geweest met Nederlandse gids. Daarvoor boek je immers een tour met Nederlandse gids Dan mag je er vanuit gaan dat dit ook écht zo iZowel Dunn's River Falls als Nine Miles een bijzondere ervaring, maar wel erg commercieel.

The whole thing experience was amazing, the only downfall is the length of the drive to nine miles, we were not expecting the 1 1/2 hr drive so didn’t take anything to drink with us, if we had been told we could’ve been a bit more prepared, it’s not a complaint it’s just something to let people k ow before doing this excursion.

Dunns waterfall is an absolute must, it's an exhilarating experience and the guide that take you up the falls are fab. 9 mile is a long drive up some very bad roads and once there it's like a huge opportunity for the guide to ask for tips at every available opportunity. Once there, there isn't much to see and there is only 1 part that is original. You can't help feeling a bit robbed when you leave, literall Our driver and guide were excellent lots of information about the area and super friendly

Dunns river superb! the trip to 9 miles was longer than thought and overall not was expecting! Prices of goods very expensive they would sell more items if prices were lower! Walking round was good but rain cut it short(cannot control the weather!) so didn't get to see all buildings!

Die Tour dauerte viel zu lange, ja es stand in der Beschreibung, mindestens 8 Stunden, aber daraus wurden dann 14 Stunden, wo von man schon alleine 7 Stunden im Bus verbracht hat. Desweiteren sollte in der Beschreibung nicht „festes Schuhwerk“ sondern Badeschuhe stehen, denn die braucht man für den Wasserfall, der übrigens künstlich angelegt wurde. Man sollte die Touren lieber einzeln buchen. Alles in allem war es trotzdem sehr schön.

The experience at Dunns River was amazing and scary all at once but we were well looked after & our guides throughout was fantastic. We had a lovely lunch & Ninemile was fantastic to see and experience too. Our only shortfall on the day was unavoidable with the weather which drenched us & left us cold & damp on the Ninemile tour& trip home to hotel. The tour driver was so good too but we did find the coach on some of those roads unsafe, which the driver handled amazingly.

It was nice to have a sensible driver, the walk up the falls felt a little rushed but it was still ok, I felt that there was no need for the product chat at the beginning of the bob marley bit of the tour, I’m sure if people wanted to but “cake” or marijuana they would have done at the end, just felt this took up time better spent actually going around Bob Marley premises

Wasn’t told it was a 11 hour trip !! Only 8 hrs so missed out reversion in the restaurant that we had booked that night !! Bus driver was mad driving and was so pleased when back !! At nine mile drive . Was sent across the road into a weed shack run by the locals and just stood there like a lemon as we are not into weed etc !! We should have been told if you want to buy or if not stay in compound!! Not HAPPY !!

Ayant fait quasi toutes les excursions TUI l’année dernière et cette année je trouve qu’elles ont toutes un très bon rapport qualité prix même si on a préféré certaines excursions à d’autres. Le repas de midi ici entre les 2 endroits était super bon et l’endroit très chouette.

Poor guide on the coach poor interaction and not present for 2hrs each way on the journey. Spent time on coach on mobile phone and asleep. This meal was poor and cold however the falls and Bib Marley experience were very good and enjoyable. TUI need to be more honest regarding the length of the trip and transport times, 4.5 hrs on the coach back was far too much and a long 14hr trip was exhausting. Didn’t help that we were stopped by the police on our return for traffic violation l.
