We loved this excursion!! you are 100% paying for the beach and water though. the bus picked us up right at the front of our resort. the bus was very nice. the speed boat was ok. nice but VERY crammed. the tour guides were funny and kind. The island was beautiful and we got to see and touch starfish. The lunch buffet was better than we expected but not amazing. If you are planning on buying things, BRING CASH! Takes forever with card because there traders get no service. no phone service either.

Our tour guide abandoned us on Saona Island, told us 1600hrs to be ready to go, we checked over at 15:30 and he had already left - Then proceeded to be angry and rush us when we arrived back after we managed to sort ourselves a way back to mainland with a Spanish tour guide (None of us spoke each others language) Then got 5 customers, himself and a taxi driver into a taxi and drove us in an unsafe and dangerous manner back to the bus. Terribly ran and wouldn’t trust TUI with any excursions again

The staff on the catamaran were not good. One guy went around and was putting some sort of bandana hat on passengers without informing them that it costs money. Two mins later, the other lady staff followed behind and asked $5 each hat and said it was for the captain and staff. This was not appropriate, definitely didn’t deserve any tips after as they just made over $120 from what I counted of hats they put on guests. The tour guide was having a siesta at the back of the boat.

Fue una incomoda experiencia, nos recogieron y tardamos al rededor de tres horas pasando por las personas en sus hoteles, cuando al comprar el tour, nos hablaron que seriamos un grupo pequeño, ocn una atención mas cercana, y el regreso fue igual de largo, mientras que la estadia en las playas fue corto y de afan, poco se pudo disfrutar de las playas, y nos tardamos mas en el viaje y llevando a las personas a su hotel.

The island itself was good but much time in small bus from hotel to hotel then in a big bus then a small boat to get to the big boat. Too much time trying to sell us souveniers etc. Not enough time to enjoy the island. Very bad experience with TUI. My daughter got sick the night before, too unwell to travel. So just my wife and son went on the trip. I provided the receipt for the medicine purchased after a consultation with the pharmacist, but no refund or discount provided for another trip.

Food could be better considering the amount that was paid. More options and help yourself would be better. By the time we got to the sides there was no potatoes left and also only couple of other bits left. The drinks could be better organised with maybe bottle each or cans rather than small cups of soft drinks.

2 hours faffing on a bus to start. No boats available to take us to the catamaran. Got on their late. Our order of things happening kept changing. Catamaran over loaded with people. Felt was being pushed to spend money everywhere. There was a woman on board who kept exposing herself. Soana island has been spoilt too many boats moring and diesel fumes were bad. Our beach at hotel is better, trip home on so called speed boat, staff all slept we were on 3 different boats and no toilet facilities

I paid for a supposedly a more smaller group experience and the guide kept on bringing more people in turning the boat experience into a huge party boat. The wait time to disembark the boat into a smaller boat to get us closer to the island it was too long. There was no instructions in between activities and communication was very minimal.

Demasiado tiempo viajando y poco tiempo en la isla. Él lugar es Hermoso pero no se puede disfrutar casi. Él guia Danilo prometio tiempo qué no cumplió. Y la playa qué nos llevaron en saona estaba llena dé sargazo, habia otras mucho más limpias. Solo nos dejaron 1 ********** en saona. Mucho tiempo perdido con fotos qué Despues eran Carisimas 160 dolares!! No lo voy a recomendar para nada

Overall the experience was good. The food provided was bad. Cold and unseasoned. Fruits were awful.Overall we felt really rushed jumping from one boat onto the other and staying on the beach. Couldn’t really relax because everything is so timed due to the amount of incoming tourists.Last of the trip was always vendors try to sell extra service picture, magnets, mamajuanas, and other items which was not necessary. I understand that people need money but not that much.

Personal carente de don de servicio, groseros, toscos y pedían constantemente propinas por un servicio que no estabas muy lejos de ser cercano y cordial, el todo incluido fue demasiado limitado, en el catamaran solo se ofreció ron y se acabó pronto, demasiados tiempos de espera para el traslado desde que iniciado el traslado a la isla en la lancha y luego al regresar para el transbordo al catamaran a tierra, terrible en general la experiencia

We were told we would be on a catamaran for this trip with drinks to two beautiful islands and a nice lunch. Also was told we would relax on an island for 4hours. Never told we had an hour and 45 minute bus ride than at least an hour and a half motor boat ride(not a catamaran)with 75 people to spend about an hour on one and 1 and one half hour including lunch also not good. Took us so long getting on and off we didn’t get back till 7:45 instead of 6.

The island was beautiful. But it was a 13 hour day to spend 3 hours on the beaches. All the transfers were exhausting. We packed snacks and glad we did. No food or water besides at the buffet. Not to mention we paid for a VIP trip and it was anything but that. The boats were rundown. 5 cabanas for the 60+ people in the tour group. At every turn they are asking for tips (literally they ask or put the tip jar in your face). Find a different company who can streamline this whole process.NEVER AGAIN

Beautiful place but very busy, approx 40 boats in the water all with very loud music which took away the peaceful ambience. I guess I was expecting serene relaxing paradise! The food was good and enjoyed the Pina Colada (although extra cost for this).

Would have liked to spent more time on Saona.....felt rushed there. Just got relaxed and then had to go. Would have also been nice to take the catamaran back as the VERY LOUD boat was very annoying and at one point we did not think it was going to make it back. Décevant pas à la hauteur de la prestation vendue, catamaran, vieux sale, pas de place assise pour tout le monde, prestation à bord insuffisante, rhum coca ou rhum Sprite dans un petit gobelet en carton, repas du midi très moyen, plus de crudités pour les derniers servis. Saona sans intérêt plage sale rien de paradisiaque, harcelés par les masseuses. Retour en speed boat serrés comme des sardines à 4 sur des banquettes prévues pour 3. Lo mejor, los paisajes. Lo malo: la comida (en mi comedor ni siquiera pusieron fruta y las “ensaladas” dejaban mucho que desear). Además, está el problema de los cambios de transporte acuático. Deberían hacer el tour con un grupo único y no juntar gente en una embarcación más grande. Las fotos mostraban piña colada, pero las cobraban aparte. Otro: sin preguntarnos nada, nos pusieron un paño en la cabeza (a casi todos) y, después, lo cobraron a 5 dólares; afortunadamente, se podía devolver.

Nos ofrecieron un servicio más exclusivo para mi grupo de 12 personas. Nos llevaron en la lancha bastante deteriorada. El tramo final en un catamaran con muchísima gente. Pregunte y varios había pagado USD80, en lugar de los 120 que pagamos cada uno. El guía malísimo. Nada de carisma. No es o primera vez que hacemos este tour pero de hecho fue uno de los peores.

El vendedor y el guía muy buena onda.demasiados cambios de transportes desde el hotel (van+colectivo+colectivo) en el traslado a bluelagoon viajamos sentados en el piso mucha gente.Nos vendieron comodidad y viaje mas exclusivo.viajamos con otro grupo que pago mucho menos e hizo mismo tour. El almuerzo frío y poca variedad. poca fruta para tantos. Se terminó y no reponen. Los fotógrafos te obligan a sacarte foto aunque no quieras. No vimos diferencia precio calidad con los ofrecidos x la mitad$$

This trip was sold to us as a small group tour… There was 50+ crammed onto a speedboat which was not very enjoyable as some people are larger than others. The open bar was no exsistent on speedboat and only offered a drink when we stopped at starfish. The islands were very good , beautiful infact… The tour would of been better and more enjoyable if the group was smaller and the food offered better

The whole experience was fantastic. The islands are beautiful and our tour guide Obama was phenomenal- he was so helpful to everyone, speaking many different languages to ensure everyone got the required information. He was an excellent guide. We were not informed to bring extra dollars for the pina coladas so unfortunately missed out and that was the only negative I can say about the trip.

Es war eine Segelboottour mit Privatszrandabschnitt gebucht, stattdessen wurden wir im Katamaran und Speedboot verschifft. Das schwimmen an den Stränden war nur zwischen stinkenden Motorbooten, die ********** aufwirbelten, möglich. Das Essen war landestypisch und ok. Von der Flora und Fauna wurde nichts erzählt. Den Ausflug hätte man sich sparen können.

The guide Castro never stopped talking from the start to the end but the content of what he said was always selling something - from pineapple coladas to stuff at the mall at the end. I didn't feel safe on the boats to or from saona. others seemed uncomfortable with water getting inside all the time too I wish he had been quiet and that there was a safe solid boat playing less agreessive music the whole ride out. It felt like we needed to tip 5 teams by the time we were done for nothin

The only bad thing was I was told to meet the tour bus at 7:19 am and he didn’t arrive until 8:00’!! When I called they said they couldn’t get a hold of me but that is bs because they had my cell number and email and room number!!!!!!

O problema (do que não gostei): Fomos avisados pelos fotógrafos. Assim, não esperava que eu tivesse que ficar negando a ação dos fotógrafos que pediam insistentemente para fotografar. acho foto algo muito pessoal, e não precisaria nem ter que dizer nada... ainda mais tantas vezes.

La excursión de ayer muy linda, él único inconveniente es que se termina muy tarde. Llegamos a las 8:30. Se pierde mucho tiempo en el transporte, en pasar por tantos hoteles para recoger a la gente y en los cambios de transportes. La guía no fue muy profesional, no me parece que tenga que pedir propina a cada uno de los pasajeros.

Be more clear with time upon stops- the stop at the first store is a waste of time and coming back home to- The trip is long enough and to waste time like that isn't needed. The pictures is a great option but the value asked is insane however the price is not consisted and some pay higher when some pay lower for the same service and that isn't right.

Hopping from one boat to another was pretty sketchy. It as slippery and could have easily been a disaster for many. The company should use a portable ramp system to move people from one area to the other. If you have any physical handicaps or problems it was dangerous. It was also rather dangerous for larger people who did not have adequate mobility.

Danny was our guide and made everything easy simple and fun. The transfers were good even the bus changes were smooth. The experience was just fantastic and paradise awaited. Food was good and drinks flowing. Overall would recommend for adults who wish to either be leisurely or have a party vibe if that way inclined as the mix was balanced. Wouldn't advise taking young children as the day is long . Thoroughly enjoyed our trip

Thoroughly enjoyed the sandbar and beach.. the water is amazing and staff fantastic. I would suggest some activities while on the beach so it doesn't seem like such a long day laying around being eaten by sand fleas. Must reapply bug repellent often

Vor der Buchung wurde gesagt, dass wir eine Fahrtzeit von ca. 1,5h hätten und 18 Uhr wieder im Hotel ankommen würden. Realität= 3 Stunden pro Weg und Ankunft um 20 Uhr. Der "private Saona-Strand" war ein totaler Reinfall (40 Minuten auf Saona-Island und dann nennen Sie die Tour so). Weit entfernt von den Bildern und reinste Touri-Abzocke. Die Bilder die wir für "70$" erworben hatten - waren auf dem Konto 80$. Anfangs wurden 350$ verlangt!! lächerlich Die Blaue Lagune war zumindest wunderschön.

The excursion was supposed to be 8 hours and ended up being 12, that took up all of our last day on vacation. We paid more for sailboat cruise and we were crammed on a motorized boat for most of the day. The food for lunch was very unsatisfactory. The sandbar was cool, the second beach for 1 hour was not what we were promised, and then the last part of the trip on a catamaran was combined with another group that packed the boat when we paid extra for small group. Definitely will not recommend!

The trip was not as described and not 12+. We were told the trip would be no more than 30. The catamaran was 60 people and it took me the whole catamaran ride to discuss purchasing our pictures. There were no seats by the time our group boarded the boat. The salad items were not edible as they were completely covered in flies.

It did not start out to good, I arrived at the pick up place a half hour before, and I waited for an hour , then I called my booking agent and it turns out that the bus driver forgot to pick me up. The booking agent came, and picked me up and handed me over to his cousin who then drove me for an hour to meet up with the group. The tour guide waited for me and after that everything went great. In the evening they even arranged a taxi to take me from the last stop to my hotel so I did not have

Lo mejor el paisaje No me gustó las piedras que hay para el ingreso a la playa que lastiman los pies. La comida estaba medida. Lo peor de todo es que la lancha que utilizan para el traslado de la playa al catamaran, la gente va apiñada (deberian hacer 2 viajes para que la gente vaya comoda y lo principal con chaleco de seguridad) El Catamaran de regreso tenía un equipo de música con pésimo sonido y a un volumén estridente y el parlante al la El guía muy reiterativo con recordar dar una propina.

The entire day was transportation and not much time on the beaches. You spend maybe a few hours on the beaches in total. The entire trip you get pressured into tipping everybody and buying things. Food was mediocre at best. “Open bar” was just rum and coke in Dixie cups. Got told at the hotel we would snorkel, definitely was not part of the trip. Basically don’t take this trip if you are staying at an all inclusive and then try to sell you it. Spend more money on a better one at least.

Overall we enjoyed our time. It took way too long for us to get there. 7:20-11am before we arrived to get on the boat. Soana island was trashed. So much trash all over the beach which is highly disappointing. Not long enough at what they call the natural pool & blue lagoon also had so much trash all over it. All of these things are completely preventable. Wish the bus & boats had water for everyone at anytime and a light snack. Crews need to be better at picking up trash instead of drinking rum.

The only fun part was on the boat. Good thing is the transportation. The rest was disappointing. The beach was far away from what described, white sand was full of debris and rocks. The shallow water is only above your knees, no place to change so you must wearing swimsuits before the trip. Food at blue lagoon was ok but long line and we waited 20 minutes for discussion between tour guide and owner before line started moving. They ran out of drinks so only water left.

O guia nos esqueceu na ilha. No entanto, conseguimos outro guia para nos levar (Presidente), que era muito simpático e divertido. We paid VIP but there was no VIP section at restaurant or beach area. We were told VIP does not exist. The transfers from boats were very disorganized, on the first boat from Blue Lagoon to natural pool we were told to meet at 2:45 and boat was getting ready to leave 2:30. Tour guide got angry with people if they asked him questions about the instructions. We felt very rushed.

There was no running water - toilets did not flush and no way to wash hands. The sea here was cloudy and felt dirty. Even the guide commented on there being for too many flies.

Everything was beautiful and staff are fantastic. The only thing I would do different next time would be to pick a small group tour offering with less stops. It is too many people and too much getting on and off the boats. I would have liked more time in Saona and skip the first beach stop. The star fish and then the rest of the day in one place would have been more enjoyable.

Lagoon was beautiful. The service great on the island and with the tour. Food was ok and Dixie cup drinks at bar was not good at all. Also, on catamaran it was quite disappointing that a guy came around and put Dominican Republic scull caps/bandanas on my 3 children without asking or indicating that they cost money, and then someone came and told me I owed $15. Unfortunately, not bringing a ton of cash with me resulted in less tips for the crew, bus driver, and main guide (guy) in charge. .

The tour was supposed to be a catamaran back from Saona island. They put us back on the speed boat took us out into the water and then pulled the speed boat we were on next to the catamaran and had us transfer to the catamaran. Once we reached Bayahibe they did the same thing made us switch back to the speed boat just to dock. This was very unsafe for the older passengers including my mother who is 67 years old. There were a lot of people older than her who felt the same way and women with kids.

The transfer and the staff was very good. However for a excursion booked through TUI, I was expecting a better quality. The quality and amenities of the boats was bad (no water in the toillet, dirty, wholes in hull, old catamaran, poorly maintained). The quality of the lunch buffet was very low for the price paid. I asked for drugstore several times, they told me it was one near and at the end told me there is no place to get medicines. The catamaran was a safety place, however, the way back was dangerous on the boat (mi grandmother had to take off her life jacket to protect against water. They gave us some hats and charge 5 dollars and it was not voluntary.

I enjoyed the beaches, and the catamaran ride... my problem was that there were 13 hours total and only 3 were on the island and sea.. they picked us up t 7:30 am (late), We got to the first "lagoon beach" at 12:30pm directly to have lunch, the the 15 minute stop at the natural pool and then tao beach for one more hour.. dropped us back at 8:30pm at the hotel.... I think it was poorly organized, they wanted us tranfered in different buses, we were 15 people and felt that it didn't worth it!

Mejorar la coordinación y comunicación sobre cómo será la recogida en el hotel y confirmar los tiempos ya que llegaron demorados. Most of the day was transporting from place to place. The boats are pretty run down. We had to keep stopping to let the motor cool. Sanitation conditions s on blue lagoon were terrible. There were rats in the bathrooms and we both got really sick from the lunch. Open bar was nothing more than bottles of coke and rum.

Unorganized, I had to put up with annoying sales vendors on the beach, then boat people pushing to sell items on boat too! Cannot have fun when you are constantly being asked to buy something at a ridiculous price! $330 for a photo package! U have to be out of your mind! Had to be racing with others to find a good spot on the bus, boat, beach and dining area, will never recommend this tour. Food was ok, always felt rushed. Drinks… misleading… only rum and coke and beer. Had to beg for a soda

Die besuchten Strände bzw. Badestellen waren schön, aber das Besteigen und Verlassen des Schnellbootes war sehr gefährlich. Es gab nur zwei Stufen und kein Geländer. Man konnte nur versuchen, sich an den glatten Motoren festzuhalten. Das Boot wurde durch die Wellen immer wieder stark nach vorne oder noch schlimmer nach hinten geschoben. Ein Mann wurde dadurch komplett zu Fall gebracht und fast unter das Boot gezogen. Man sah nicht, wohin man trat, weil das Wasser so aufgewühlt war.

Sehr gute geführte Tour. Exzelentes Mittagessen auf dem Festland. Strandambiente mit Liegestühle hervorragend. Sicherheit durch Rettungsweste am Speedboot gegeben. Tui Tourführer sprach gutes deutsch und war sehr nett. Im Gesamten alles sehr erlebenswert.

The drive back felt very unsafe following distances very short, unsafe overtaking and full beam lights on the whole time, with oncoming traffic. Guide was very relaxed, fell asleep for over an hour. Told there was snorkelling, but this wasn’t available. I brought my own with me, but the guide told me off for using it. Group was divided to different boats on the way back with no explanation. Were told by tui that a pina colada was free but we were charged $10. 13hr trip with 1 meal at the start

The sites we visited were nice and clean, the issue was the bus arrived 45min late to pick us up, the ride back was 1.5 hours late, they kept stopping to drop off employees on the way back, a factory for us to go shop in, useless stops that were NOT part of the trip. Wasted alot of time for useless stops.

Mejoraría que cuando nos describieron el servicio indicaba un itinerario que no se cumplió , fui con mi mamá q sufre de cistitis y no se pudo bañar porque el itinerario fue al revés de lo descrito y no tenía baño en la primera parada. Había un turista que consumió mucho alcohol jugaba con tirarse abajo y nadie del staff se dio cuenta ni escuchó cuando los llamamos estaban bailando y la música extremadamente fuerte. It was a very long boring trip. The blue lagoon beach was beautiful but the rest was very disappointing. Would not recommend this experience. We asked for an English speaking trip. It was Spanish driven and the catamaran was boring. We expected a fun party boat with American music. We never seen any starfish.

Our driver Alfredo and guide Mesa were great. The island was beautiful, good food However, getting on and off the boat numberious times was precarious since the boat employees were of little help. Massages were supposed to be $180, my Visa was charged $220. Catamaran was not well-maintained. The netting, obviously rotten, snapped with my daughter on it, causing her to almost fall into the water. The toilets were nasty, smelly , no lights, no toilet paper or water to wash hands or flush.

Our guide the president was fantastic. He really made the whole experience very special. The islands were beautiful and the food was delicious. The catamaran was a great way to get to the islands and made for a fun time. The only negative would be having to wait in a parking lot for quite a while for the bus to come and take us to the catamaran but overall it did not take away from the enjoyment of the day.

We loved Mesa our tour guide. I felt so safe and accommodating. He spoke English to make sure we understood. I didn’t like that we made so many stops to pick up other people. I also didn’t like that they were late to pick us up. We didn’t get home until 8pm.

We took the Isla Saona tour with two beach visits. The service itself was good, but the time spent in the pickups it's excesive! We were picked up at 7 am and arrived to the first beach at 12 with just one hour to enjoy and just two hours at the blue lagoon to eat and relax. For the tour the first and the second beach are so alike that we could've saved the first one. We spent more time traveling than enjoying the beach so i don't think i would recommend it.

I whole trip was ruined for us do to the way the tip jar was sent around on boat forcing people to tip! On bus saying how wonderful it was they put our pictures on a bottle of wine and then giving it to us and then asking for money that was horrible! Guy talking picture then asking do you have anything for me money! Then having to tip bus driver to much tipping turned me and my husband off! If people want to tip they will but forcing people is horrible!!!!!!!

Zu viele Boote und Menschen mitten in dem schönen Wasser der Blauen Lagune. Mittagessen fand am Strand der Blauen Lagune statt, danach war genügend Zeit zum baden und chillen. Le soste a Blu Lagoon e all’isola di Saona troppo brevi. Ogni cosa era pensato farci spendere soldi. We enjoyed the blue lagoon beach, the boat ride to the blue lagoon and the natural pool. We did not like that we were first pick up at 7am and last drop off at 8pm which is not fair to be last drop off when we have had to be on the coach for longer. I did not like that on the way back from the dock there was a 30 minute stop off to go to the shops. There was too much up selling which at times ruined the experience.

There was hours of being shuffled around on beat up buses and vans, the boats were in terrible condition and we were packed in the speed boat with no place to move. The drinks severed were not good and each beach destination we were attacked by people trying g to get us to buy things we didn’t want. There was really only 2 good hours of beach time in the 12 hour ordeal.

El guia Castro fue muy acertivo, nos guio de forma cordial y correcta durante toda la experiencia, muy comprometido con su trabajo. Como aspecto negativo, puedo mencionar una actitud de la gente del catamaran a la ida, quienes te "mienten" dandote gorros con la bandera dominicana o pirata, y no te adelantan que si te lo queres quedar, tenes que abonar (empiezan en 5 usd, y pretenden que uno les regateé). El regateo se da solo cuando alguien esta interesado en comprar, de otra forma, es mentir.

Wer erstmals in der Dom-Rep ist, sollte entweder den Ausflug nach Samaná/Cajo Leventado machen oder eben diesen Ausflug. We were charged $130 per person and found that some others that were in same hotel and tour paid $100. The first stop at blue logoon was unnecessary leaving only 30 min at Saona. Overall, this excursion was not worth the cost. The food was subpar, and the experience dragged on far too long considering what little we actually got to do on each island. Most of the time was spent being hassled by vendors trying to sell things, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The only real highlight was the catamaran ride—it was the one part of the trip that felt fun and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience felt like a waste of time and money.

My husband lost his gold chain on the speed boat while taking off his life vest ( numerous times ) . Mind you the speed boat was used for other travelers while we were on one of the islands . Other travelers used to same boat where people from our group had left their things which is not good practice . We know my husbands chain came off while on the boat because we were taking many pictures and were able to track about when it went missing . So overall for us it was a horrible experience

Wir hatten zwei Stunden in der Blauen Lagune, eine halbe Stunde mitten im Meer und nur eine Stunde auf der Saona. Der Ausflug sollte eigentlich „Blaue Lagune und Saona“ heißen und nicht „Saona“, als wir am wenigsten dort waren. Das Essen war ausreichend, es hätte besser sein können und sollen. Transportation to the venue was disjointed. We had to wait over a half hour for the guide to arrive. On the speed boat the sea spray drenched many people. When it’s windy put up a tarp. More time should be at Blue Lagoon. Place was amazing. No snack and only Rum available on the boats. Need options. Not enough seats for passengers in the catamaran. Very uncomfortable. How come there was a baby on board and a person with mobility issues when you state not allowed. Slowed the group.

We had a blast. The staff was very pleasant at all times. They only feedback for improvement: we were told at booking, towels will be provided and not to bring our own which was not true. More importantly, provide customers with bottled water as we are non accustomed to drink non filter water and potentially get sick as hydration is super important for such a long day in the sun. If not then make it clear to customers so we can come prepared and bring our own.

Blue Lagoon beach is awesome. I could have stayed there the whole tour and skip Saona. In fact, we only stopped at Saona for 40 minutes, honestoy not worth it. Blue lagoon is a much nicer beach. The buffet service not so good, slow, only 1 person serving beverages at the table. The one thing I did not enjoy was the number of stops at shops on the way to Bayahibe and back. Long wait times, makes the trip much longer than it should, particularly on the way back when one is already tired and hungry

Loved every aspect of the tour, the island was beautiful, the blue lagoon was just as awesome, with a cool little sandbar. I think the transportation to and from could have been a lot more organized. But, hey we are all on island time right….

Insgesamt war der Ausflug das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts und wir möchten ihn nicht missen! Klare Empfehlung! Wir wurden um 8 sehr pünktlich beim Hotel geholt und waren gegen 20 Uhr wieder zurück. Blaue Lagune ist wunderschön! wie aus einem kitschigen Reiseführer. Danach weiter mit dem Schnellboot zum Natural Pool mit Seesternen, dann Insel Saona. Fotographen waren dabei, Bilder 1a und nach Verhandlung leistbar, Massage war viel zu teuer für 15min. Rückfahrt sehr lange durch shoppinghalt

I recently took a tour with this company from Punta Cana to Saona Island, and while the tour itself was good, there were some major issues. We paid $120 for the tour and were offered professional photos without any mention of additional charges. After the photos were taken, we were unexpectedly asked to pay $250 for them. This was very disappointing, especially since we didn’t take any couple photos on our own, thinking we’d get them from the professional shoot.

Estuvo bueno el paseo. Pasamos bien. No doy un puntaje alto a la seguridad por que casi tenemos un accidente regresando en el bote. Hubiera podido ser terrible pero gracias a Dios estoy contando el Cuento. Deberían tener un control con tantos turistas y embarcaciones que visitan las islas, parece que todos hacen lo que la gana se les da. En cuanto al paseo, el guía estuvo bien, impresionante a cantidad de idiomas que ha al e señor Jack wow, almuerzo demasiado pobre. Me dieron medio vasodbebida

The tour was advertised as English, but multiple languages were spoken, which delayed the day. There is also too much up-selling such as photo’s, drinks, massages etc. The full experience also was 12 hours with travel time and delays, this should be made more clear at the time of booking.

The travel to the excursion was very long nd uncomfortable. The excursion itself was mostly spent getting to places and definitely not enough time at the places we stopped. We were told we would be on a catamaran and ended up on a crowded uncomfortable speed boat for the majority of the trip. The places were beautiful but we had no time to enjoy them. Would NEVER do this trip again

The tour is very good, but the people who sell the tour should be told that they have to inform the client that in the places they visit, only cash is used and not credit cards. The tour guides should provide the client with bottled water because many people get dehydrated.

Fue un poco incómodo el viaje por los chicos italianos quienes fueron desordenados por su animador mucho ruido he incómodo para el resto de los pasajeros. El animador incentivo el desorden y fue muy incómodo con ellos el viaje. En la comida nos dejaron de lado en servicio, separaron a los italianos con el resto del equipo y al momento de almorzar mi grupo de los motas no los ofrecieron ni agua ni bebidas y a los demás brindaron mejor servicio. El personal del almuerzo no tenía empatía.

The 3rd stop was not necessary. Too long of a day. We were never told (to be fair, nor did we ask) that it was a 2 hour ride each way. Transportation was not reliable. The check engine light was on in the van during our ride to the boat dock and then the van broke down on our way back - 10 minutes from the boat dock and it took another 1/2 to get a replacement. The tour guide left with another group and we never saw him again. Guess he didn’t want to be tipped by a group of 14 and group of 8.

we buy at the Hotel Riu, we believe would be a high-quality experience. I went before to Saona and want my husband to experience the beautiful place. instead we had a terrible and unsafe experience 40 passengers were crammed into a small boat Many had to stand, and some were seated at the front of the vessel without life jackets, which was extremely unsafe Given the price we paid, this experience was a total letdown and did not meet the standards promised, I WOULD NOT RECOMEND A TOTAL LETDOWN

Blue lagoon was wonderful, Saona beach was nice but the location was terrible. There was so much rocks and big waves. I would have rather stayed in blue lagoon. Saona is wayyy over rated if that's what it is. Far too many people trying to pressure you into buying stuff and for message. Hate being hassled everywhere I go in the dominican.

The whole experience was poorly organised, alot of on and buses and boats , I thought I was getting a catamaran trip for the day , but ended up in a speed boat for most of it . When we finally got to go on the catamaran there was no refreshments as advertised of beers cocktails & wine only rum , coke or sprite where offered as throughout the day , left the hotel at 7:39 am and didn’t get Bach til 8:00 pm a belong day, the worst excursion I’ve been with TUI for the price we paid

Unfortunately the day we went on the excursion it rained all day. Before leaving, we did ask if we could change to a different day with better weather - we assured by the guide that the weather in Saona / would be better, but this was not true - it seemed to have heavier rain in that region. The lunch that was part of the package was disappointing - food that was part of the package was bland. Anything outside of that was paid for, but price was too high.

The service was good and the personnel took the time to care care of each passenger in order to provide a pleasant experience even thought it was raining. There is one area that has to be improved, the toilets must be upgraded in order to make it more comfortable to use them and it will be helpful to increase the number of toilets to avoid waiting as we experienced.

The catamaran had a blaring speaker and the workers put a hat on each guest then came around and asked for money did not appreciate that. Additionally, was told this was a semi private tour up to 30 people there was 60+ people on the tour.

Blue Lagoon and Saona are very nice places. The problem is the time it takes to get to these places. The transport makes many stops to look for people and there is no information of any kind. On the way back we have to stop at a store and almost force people to buy something that is not in the itinerary. In short, it is more time wasted than time enjoyed, and the stress caused by boats in poor condition.

Positief: heel mooie plekjes gezien, Blue lagoon was echt de moeite, een paradijsje. De zeesterren waren ook heel leuk, maar kort (20-25 minuten). Saona island ook heel mooi strand. Negatief: extreem toeristisch concept, gids die vooral enthousiast was over eten, drinken en feesten. De catamarantocht van meer dan 2u was veel te lang en geen comfortabele rit. De volledige excursie is ook gericht op nog meer geld te kunnen verdienen aan toeristen, ook vanuit de organisatie zelf. Heel vervelend.

Transferring from boat to boat was very dangerous they need a safer way to do it staff was not very helpful with getting us safely on and off boat . La verdad el viaje no me agrado del todo, porque tuvimos que esperar demasiado para poder bajar a la primera playa palmilla y fue tan poco el tiempo que estuvimos… más menos 40 minutos y en isla saona 30 minutos y en la piscina natural 20 minutos. En el fondo mucho tiempo en el Catamaral y lo que queríamos conocer fue muy poco tiempo. Lo peor y porque no volvería con esta agencia fue el regreso que nos obligaron a bajar en una tienda… y nosotros lo único que queríamos era volver al hotel.

The trip in itself was very good, however it was advertised as English speaking but due to the amount of Spanish speakers on our tour, the tui rep spoke 90% of the time in Spanish. We felt like an afterthought by the rep. Also all trips out of bayahibe lack the very basic of facilities on the dockside! 2 toilets with no flushing water(had to use a bucket) or seat. Whilst the tour is operated by a 3rd party maybe check what facilities your customers have to use. Definitely not hygienic!

La excursión es hermosa salvo por varios detalles: Todo el tiempo piden propinas La comida fue mala y escasa Muchos lugares en poco tiempo Tardamos 3 hs desde punta cana entre que levantaron a todos los pasajeros y pasamos por la oficina de tui hasta que embarcamos en puerto. El que se hace llamar "Presidente" fue nuestro guía. Prometió que nos darían piña colada en la piscina natural para sacarnos fotos, nunca nos dieron la piña colada. Según su explicación, la piña colada fue cancelada por la compañía, debido a que era de muy mala calidad, por lo solo nos dieron ron. Luego, en el catamaran de vuelta, nos dijo que habría bar libre con mama juana, cerveza, ron, etc etc, sólo había ron y refrescos, nuevamente no cumpliendo la promesa. No vale el tour los 120 dólares.

Our guide Danilo was excellent. You did not have beer on the catamaran, only soda and rum. I would NOT call this "all-inclusive drinks". Do not be cheap and provide bigger cups of drink not the baby cups you had for the beer on the island or rum on the catamaran. I DID NOT LIKE the lady on the catamaran or bar server at the Blue Lagoon asking for tips all the time. You provide me good service and I will provide a tip.

It was supposed to be VIP is what we paid for as per the rep and not at all, pick up was extremely early and was 3 hours until we got to the boat and we had to change buses , getting on and of the boats was an nightmare no safety at all , was so busy and cramped. We had no where to lie and take in the sun on any of the beach as it was so busy, they sold it to us as it was inclusive but that was far from the truth, staff didn’t know where to go or what they was doing from the buses to the boats.

Mesa tour guide was amazing, however on the return journey we had to leave our origional boat, for a massive party boat to get back, and then when we was getting off the party boat there we had to again climb onto a small boat to get to the beach, which the boat said capacity 50 people, and i counted 65 people, very dangerous and you could feel the boat was nearly about to capsise

Fallas en la recogida del hotel, el conductor al parecer estuvo en el hotel e ingreso al lobby donde nos llamo, mientras nosotros estabamos en la porteria sitio en el cual nunca nos llamo, nos dejaron una ********** y media esperando hasta que enviaron un taxi a recogernos, el conductor debe agotar la forma de ubicar al turista tanto en el lobby como en la entrada gebralo, para que no se ,presenten estas fallas, la comida promewtieron un buffet especial, pero fue una comida muy basica.

De spot waar je onderweg stopt en even kunt zwemmen is erg mooi, het eiland zelf is mooi en de lunch was lekker. Het enige is dat je erg lang onderweg bent en vervolgens maar 2,5 uur op het eiland spendeert. Ik was met jonge kinderen en zou het daarvoor niet aanraden door het lang heen en terug reizen en korte tijd dat je echt op het eiland bent, voor volwassenen wel.

Trip was well organised and was a brilliant day, blue lagoon was like nothing we’ve ever seen before, some of the bluest sea we’ve ever seen, we saw starfish, the trip as a whole was fabulous, the only criticism I have is the journey home, you stop at a souvenir shop which is fine, but your on a bus full of people, we were ready for home as it’s a long day and you literally have to sit on the bus until everyone is finished buying things in the shop, you could be sat there for a long time waiting

El guia muy bueno, sin embargo, ese dia estaba lloviendo full y pedimos reembolso previo a tomar el tour y nos dijeron que no seguiria lloviendo, finalmente hicimos todo el tour lloviendo con el dia nublado por lo que fue muy mala experiencia, estuvimos en saona 30 minutos y en una parada bastante fea, fue lamentableme, porque tenia muchas ganas de disfrutar esa isla

The excursion was really nice and a full day ... I would say maybe when going to the 2nd island to offer some snacks because we had lunch at 12:00 and then by the time we went to the 2nd island is was around 4-5pm and the kids were hungry for a light snack but overall it was a great value for the money paid and the water was so beautiful and the staff was very friendly

Det var nydelig i den blå lagune og det naturlige bassenget. Det tok lang tid å komme seg ut der, mest pga mye venting pga en annen gruppe som skulle være med oss var sen. Logistikken var heller ikke så god da vi ankom den blå lagune og skulle få mat. Men det tok seg opp etter det.

El lugar visitado es maravilloso, pero hubo mucha improvisación en temas logísticos, como la llegada al catamaran que aún no estaba listo y el encargado mostró su malestar y luego la embarcación en que volvimos presentó fallas (falla en batería, no arrancaba motor) y perdimos mucho tiempo en eso y no consideraron algún recambio y solo hizo gestiones el guía. El almuerzo ofrecido tampoco estaba acorde al plan pagado. También nos quisieron cobrar extra en Saona y el guía habló para convencerlos.

Wunderschöne Palmenstrände und klares Wasser des Karibischen Meers!!! Der Ausflug hat insgesamt 12 St. gedauert, weil der Hin- und Rücktransport mit dem Bus sehr umständlich war: mehrere Stops an unterschiedlichen Hotels und Sammelpunkten, verspätete Gäste (insg. über 50 Personen in der Gruppe). Die Musik auf dem Katamaran war leider extrem laut, dass man sich kaum unterhalten konnte (wie in einem Nightclub).

Der Katamaran war schon ziemlich abgerockt. Toiletten waren wirklich das allerletzte.. die Fahrt dahin hat allerdings einiges wieder gut gemacht. Herrliche Lagune in bester Lage! Die Mitarbeiter waren schon extrem auf Trinkgeld aus, teilweise sehr nervig, dafür waren die Guides sehr lustig und hilfsbereit

The trip was excellent. The coach, picking us up from the hotel was only a little late and dropped us off to another coach, which left straight away. The journey on the speed boat and catamaran was great, just getting onto the catamaran, from the speed boat was a little unsettling, but fine really. Saona beach was stunning and the other beach, where we had our lunch, was nice too

Saona/Blue Lagoon is echt een aanrader, de zee en het strand is fantastisch. Het vervoer is goed geregeld, de excursie is goed opgezet. We zijn echt niet vies van fooi geven, maar vind de organisatie wel een beetje te opdringerig, vb bandana. Jammer is dat er niet een fatsoenlijke wc op het eiland is, om je gasten te ontvangen en veel rommel in de bos, langs het strand. We zijn 10 jr geleden ook geweest, niets veranderd, er komen zoveel mensen, zoveel meer uit het eiland te halen aan schoonheid

We had to catch 3 buses to get to the Boat, the tour guide didn't really tell us why. We stopped on the motorway and had to get out and on another bus.not safe at all! To get on and off the catamaran we used another boat. Again this wasn't safe and if you slipped you'd break your leg. It was not the relaxing day we thought it would be!

Booking this via TUI operator, was expected to have involved TUI into this, but anything was operated by a local 3rd party. Issues: Pick-up point (Reception area - was actually the entrance of the Hotel area - and the driver was someone that didn't speak one word in English; His list contained highlighted my surname). This driver gets you to a different bus (which as well, didn't have my name on the list, as well no English). Whole day experience is a "figure out what they say" as only Spanish.

Absolutely loved the location- beautiful beach, hotel is not too big. The only downside- we go bed very early every evening. 3 nights out of 7 we were disturbed by the staff (once at midnight) entering our room, calling on the phone or banging on the door for 10 minutes- apparently it was a room service (which we never asked for). We put “do not disturb “ sign on the door, as advised by reception staff but still no improvement. Didn’t make us feel safe - we still don’t understand the reason

I really enjoyed the boat ride and the views you got on the trip. I seriously disliked the amount of pressure you are out under to pose for paid photos and buy things when you’re there. Not so much a relaxing experience when you’re avoiding cameras 24/7.

When booking, first show you one price then on check out shows £20 odd higher. Pick up location when booking was our hotel but on the voucher was written another hotel as a pick up. The transfer bus was gone when we went on reception at 7am even though said 7.15am pick up time. Nowhere was written that we had to meet up with a rep for more info about the pick up. The trip was 13 hours 3-4 of which was the actual thing, the rest was only travel.Not the best value for money. Wastes you a whole day

I chose this trip as it said swim with the sea stars. I have done this trip before and appreciate that now you cannot handle them but at no point did the tour guide say we were in the area where you may see them and only spent a maximum of 10 minutes there. This part of the trip was disappointing.

The whole day was great. Can’t compare to other days excursions, but pleased we chose this over other Saona Island ones. You spend more time at the lagoon than Saona, however this is not a negative. The Lagoon as in our opinion nicer, with the sea much calmer. The meal was also lovely. The only improvement would be the bathroom facilities both on the boat and island, however this is understandable..

the blue lagoon and saona island were absolutely fantastic! Also in between you will visit the ‘natural swimming pool’ in the ocean with a real pineapple pina colada (can ask for it with rum) the water is crystal clear so you can see around you at all times. 10000% recommend

Tolle Tour! Die blaue Lagune und das Baden mit den Seesternen im "Pool" ist echt atemberaubend! Der Ausflug sollte aber als Hauptziel die Blaue Lagune ausweisen und nicht die Insel Saona. Tipp an TUI das Ganze mit "Ausflug zur blauen Lagune mit Insel Saona" umzubenennen. Aufenthalt auf Saona nur 45 Minuten, was ok war. Die Toiletten auf dem Katamaran sind nicht zu empfehlen. Auch die Toiletten in der blauen Lagune und auf Saona sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten unvergesslicher Trip! Empfehlung

Leuke tour, maar niet wat we geboekt hadden. We hadden een zeiltocht geboekt om iets originelers te doen dan de speedboat of catamaran. De tocht heen was met de speedboat en terug met catamaran, geen zeilboot gezien. We zijn dus eigenlijk gewoon meegestuurd met een andere tour. Geen probleem, maar enig woordje uitleg had fijn geweest. Geen beach club gezien, wat wel omschreven was in de tour. Fijne dag, maar niet wat we verwacht hadden.

picked up on time drove for half hour to a shopping centre for half an hour changed bus then told to change to a different bus at same stopped ,id booked sailing ship ended up on a speed boat there and cattermaran back,on 2 english speaking in a group of 40 Spanish speaking people,then took nearly 1.and half to get back to the hotel properly a 12 hour trip which really could have been a 8 hour boat trip

Really enjoyed the boat trips, the beach club was nice but not many food options for veggies/vegans. The tour guide was fab but we found that often he would explain things in Spanish but not English so it was difficult for us to understand everything. Especially when we were on the coach and he was saying which hotels needed to get off onto a separate transfer (ours was one but we had no idea what he had said). Other than that it was great!

We were well looked after, a bit more time on the island would be better as we only had an hour , we went knowing that tips would be given but we kept getting asked and he man doing the photos on the trip , we did not ask for any but he took them anyway and then trued to sell us the whole lot but we only wanted 2 and ended up with none . Leider waren wir nur 45 Minuten auf der Insel Saona. Die Hinfahrt war mit einem Motorboot und die Rückfahrt mit einem Katamaran. Die Mitarbeiter auf dem Boot waren sehr penetrant im Thema Trinkgeld geben. Auch das Essen war nicht sehr gut. Für einen Tagesausflug Okey, dennoch würde ich dies nicht nochmals buchen.

We loved the catamaran experience as a whole , & when you saw the coastline of the carribean sea it was a view to remember forever. The staff on board the buses & catamaran/speed boat were lovely & the rum flowed well. I just wished that we had stayed on the first beach that we arrived as this was paradise, the soana island was pointless, not worth the visit. The BBQ lunch was very nice however no lobster as described & mainly just rum, no choice. Also the price for a child over 12 was a rip-of

The trip is advertised as a VIP trip to Saona Island but in reality you spend most of the day on the southern coastline just up from Bayhibe. The pick up was prompt but the small coach soom filled up to the point of being uncomfortable. After the few stops made and most of the day in natural pools we had about 35 mins on Saona island itself that felt like an after thought and not the VIP treatment paid for, infact this was the worst part of the day.

The place we went to see was great & lunch was ok. But the journey both ways took too long there was too many pickups on the coach and too many boat changes to get there It seemed a bit disorganised and the tour guide was great. We got picked up at 7am and didn’t get back to the hotel till 8pm.

Great day out. Sailed on a catamaran to the first stop where we had lunch and all drinks included. Spent just over two hours here. Then took a speedboat to the next two locations where again drinks were included. Then took the speedboat all the way back to the beach where the buses collected us. We had a lovely day. The whole trip took 12 hours from collected to drop off.

TUI sold me this tour as TUI! It was not, so only one other couple spoke English? The Guide was telling us the hard sell to tip! Very unorganised huge delays & not worth the money as could have done same trip with same people for £100 cheaper!!! They translated to English sometimes! (When Suited) The hard sell of photos, shells, jewellery ect happened every stop because get what! To Tip! The staff was hard sell from hats, photos & tip boat, staff island, driver, him self. Very unprofessional.

Der reiseguide hat die Reise als erster verlassen. Das geht gar nicht. Der Ort an sich war wunderschön aber zu wenig Zeit vor Ort. Der Hafen zu Beginn und Ende ist wie im ghetto. Dafür ist es einfach zu treuer.

The trip was amazing.. excellent value for money. The staff were great overall but a couple of them were a bit full on and I’m not a fan of being pressured into giving tips. I was going to tip them but being practically begged for tips was not nice. Also the constant trying to sell you stuff got annoying. Pick up was a little late, was starting to get a little worried but that was no issue at all as our tour guide was amazing! I didn't realise you get two tips for the price of one when booking. Speed boat out to the caterman, from there we sailed for about 45 minutes to blue lagoon where view was amazing, had lunch spent a few hours here, got back on the speed boat where we went out a bit swam in the sea, then made our way to saona Island, I can honestly say I felt like a child trying to process it all, the views was something like you'd see in a film!

Having being picked up at 06:30 we expected to be on our way pretty early and not taken to a mall for an hour and a half to “wait for the other coaches” in a cynical attempt to get us to sort with our money. With two 7 year olds a 3 hour total transportation time before we even set foot on a boat is far too long and ruined the day. The boat was not a sail boat it was a motorised catamaran. The boat trip was actually really nice. The blue lagoon beach stop and swim was gorgeous. Sauna island itself was disappointing as we looked to have stopped at the worst possible point. Rocky beach and rough sea when we had just travelled past what looked like the nice part. The journey to Saona island was pretty rubbish as one particularly “guest” had consumed far too much alcohol and was absolutely hammered. My 7 year old son turned to me and said that guy is making me scared and has ruined the boy trip….not good at all. Our tour guide Raymondo was brilliant…v informative and talkative and not at fault at all for the failings in this trip

Die Tour hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Von der blauen Lagune war ich noch mehr begeistert als von Saona-Island. Das Wasser an der blauen Lagune war ein Traum, auf Saona-Island haben mich die Palmen überwältigt. Die Matten auf den Holzliegen fand ich aber schon sehr ekelig. Grundsätzlich war es ein wunderschöner und sehenswerter Ausflug, aber...... wenn ich eine Tour mit einem Segelboot buche, dann akzeptiere ich ja noch einen Katamaran, aber kein Speedboot. de gids was top de man vertelde met passie en vooral veel humor over zijn land.na een bus rit van ongeveer 20 min kwamen we op het strand waar de boten lagen.na een korte uitleg gingen we op pad.de natuur is echt werklijk waar prachtig.maar niet helemaal zoals beschreven door tui 80% van de vaar tocht af gelegd met een speedboot (geen zeilboot) aangekomen op saona was het open bar (all inc) maar na 20 min gingen we weer naar een ander eiland waar de lunch geserveerd werd.door de zin "Van 1 maart tot 30 juni wordt er geen kreeft geserveerd vanwege een jaarlijks kreeftenverbod - in plaats daarvan krijg je garnalen geserveerd" verwacht je wel iets ipv hadden we rijst met kip ook prima maar niet naar verwachting.na de lunch op het strand kunnen genieten van het weer en de blauwe zee.de beach club heb ik niet gezien lunch was op plastic tuintafel en stoelen.vanaf hier gingen we wel met een zeilboot terug naar het strand waar we gestart waren.de zeil catamaran was laten we zeggen niet naar europese standaarden onderhouden.wel aan boord muziek en ook weer open bar.ik heb een zes leuke dag gehad met prachtige natuur en standen maar voor een €110pp en de v.i.p belofte van tui had ik net iets meer verwacht

Je wordt heel vroeg op gehaald, Dan over stappen je best lang onderweg voor dat je op de boot zit. Pas na 3 uur zaten op de boot. Verder prima trip!

The trip is advertised as Saona island trip with food etc. However we spent 80% of the time on the boat and the mainland. We had food and 1.5hrs beach time on the main island. After that we went to Saona island for just 40 minutes. The area of beach we got dropped off at was rocky and not able to enter the water. The Saona island part actually turned out to be the worst bit! The best bits was the pleasant boat journey there and the guides and staff were brilliant.

Wir haben eine deutschsprachige Segelboot Tour mit einem Hummer Mittagessen gebucht. Zunächst wurden wir morgens von einem deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen Reisebus voller schreiender Kinder und laut Musik hörender Jugendlicher abgeholt, bei dem man jedesmal, wenn der Fahrer einen anderen Gang einlegt, Angst haben muss, dass der Bus gleich auseinander bricht. Anstatt einem deutschsprachigen Guide hatten wir einen freundlichen älteren Herrn, der allerdings nur Spanisch und eher gebrochen Englisch sprach. Weiter ging es mit einem Speedboat, das nach etwa 30 Minuten einen Motorschaden hatte. Somit mussten wir auf ein deutlich kleineres Boot mit folglich weit weniger Komfort umsteigen. Unser Guide bzw. Die Mannschaft der Boote hat versucht, aus der Situation das Beste zu machen, was auch größtenteils gelang (Man gab uns viel Rum zu trinken, was die meisten Gäste besänftigt hat). Als wir dann beim Mittagessen angekommen sind und nach dem gebuchten Hummer gefragt haben, wurde uns gesagt, wir hätten diesen Service auf keinen Fall gebucht. Man müsse nochmal 35 Dollar bezahlen, dann würde man einen Hummer bekommen. Die Buchungsbestätigung wollte unser Guide nichtmal sehen und bestand einfach darauf, wir hätten das niemals gebucht und müssten somit extra bezahlen. Warum bietet die Tui eine solche Zusatzoption an, wenn es am Ende dann doch nicht klappt?! Wir hatten uns sehr auf dieses Mittagessen gefreut und der Ärger über das Ausbleiben hat dann leider den restlichen Tag überschattet. Auch eine Segelboot Tour hat streng genommen nie stattgefunden. Zwar wurden wir für das letzte Wegstück zurück auf einen Katamaran umgesiedelt, was man sich aber hätte sparen können, denn unterm Strich sind wir auch damit motorisiert, aber deutlich langsamer gefahren. Der Zeitplan war insgesamt schlecht organisiert. Bei den einzelnen Spots sind wir jeweils nur kurz geblieben. Beworben wird eine Tour zur Insel Saona - auf der waren wir dann insgesamt 45 Minuten. Unterm Strich bleibt von diesem Ausflug leider hauptsächlich eine große Enttäuschung im Gedächtnis.

Es wurde in der Beschreibung angepriesen das man die Möglichkeit hat zwischen Seesterne zu schwimmen.
Andere Urlauber haben dies auch erlebt auf der Tour
Wir leider nicht.
Außerdem stand in der Beschreibung was vom Cotubanama Nationalpark.

Es sollte unbedingt erwähnt werden, dass auf dem Schiff Partystimmung herrscht und sehr viel Alkohol konsumiert wird. Für den Preis sollte unbedingt an der sanitären Einrichtung nachgebessert werden. Preis Leistung passt nicht.

Der Busfahrer fuhr zwei der RIU Hotels mehrfach an, ohne dass Passagiere dazu stiegen. Zudem war die Klimaanlage so kalt gestellt,dass alle froren. Dann gab es einen Stop an einem Verkaufszentrum, wo wir alle etwas kaufen wurden. Zu sehr hohen Preisen. Die Toiletten wären ein Alptraum oder zu zahlen

Meines Erachtens ging es bei den ganzen Ausflug nur ums trinken. Alles rund um Alkohol. Sicherlich gehört es mir dazu,aber das man nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser im Bus erhält,ist echt schwach.
Das schlimmste war für mich die Insel saona.
Geschätzte 100 Meter zum bewegen, verdreckt und stinkend.
