Overall we had a good experience however, we did notice when we was there we got told about the heated pools and the water park. However, multiple slides weren’t open and the pools weren’t heated at all. This would have made our experience a lot better

Enjoyed the experience. Great to see such amazing animals up close. The rep at our hotel Mo. He did not seem very knowledgeable about the trip. We asked how long it was and he said 4 hours. It was 8 hours.

The shows were fantastic! Being able to touch a dolphin changed both my daughter’s holiday immensely. Great variety of animals and clearly well looked after. Having the waterpark after a hot walk around the park is a great plus! Clean changing rooms but wasn’t keen on having to remember a long password for the lockers!

Waterpark area didn’t open until 12:30 which was 2.5hrs after arrival. Not many flumes. No information about locker cost until you arrived which was 7€ for the smallest locker which only held 1 small bag. The animals were in very small enclosures and the tiger especially looked distressed pacing back and forth. Not what I expected to see at all. Four food places but all offering exactly the same foods! Reasonable prices for fast food which was ok.

Absolutely loved the animals, very well cared for and happy. Didn't use the waterpark except for a drink and snack but it looks amazing for families. The only issue I had was finding anywhere to grab a coffee other than the 2 only open restaurants which were encouraging food with drinks. Found pool snack bar by chance after 3 hours in park with no where to buy coffee. Overall a brilliant day

The pick up and arrival was perfect. The time spent at Rancho Texas Park was also perfect allowing us to see all the shows (parrot, birds of prey, sea lions, and dolphins) and all the fantastic animals as well as enjoying time swimming and having fun on the water slides. An excellent day out.

Hi, this was our second time at Rancho but this time with a baby which made it a lot different. We had an amazing time again but the only problem we found was the pick up time being 4pm made it a long day with a one year old. However, this was just our take on it. All in all, great experience!

Animals didn’t have anywhere near enough water and enclosure are very small for some of the lager ones. The white tiger was heavily panting and had no water in the pool area at all. It was very sad to see and we left after 30mins of being there.

Was told to be at the pick up point at 9.30 which we were there early (9.15) when the first bus came they said could only fit a family of 3 in that coach and another will be along afterwards. When one finally came by the time we got to the park it was already near to 10.45. Driver spent more time messing with the blinds than actually looking at the road and was talking on his phone pretty much the whole way.

The Zoo was amazing but the transport there and back could of been better organised. The bus was late everyone getting on the same bus no matter who they'd booked the zoo with. Not clear display of Tui on the bus which made us question whether or not they'd know if we'd already paid. The Zoo is well worth a visit!

Bus was late by 30 minutes. No staff on hand to arrange queue of people or follow up with location of bus. Driver advised of pick up time. Slightly concerned that there would be more people wanting for the return bus, so we just walked back, which was only 1.5 miles away which was about a 40 minute walk. Had to queue for tickets to enter park when purchased through Tui app, (as didn’t give a QR code) which seemed pointless. May as well just purchased directly.

We read so many reviews online so went with an open mind. WOW ! What a place, very clean, animals very happy and clearly well looked after, we enjoyed all areas, lockers a great resource so we could leave our things safe. Food reasonable and not over priced, huge portions! Our Tui rep booked it for us, we caught the bus at the end of the road, the only thing I would say needs a little tweaking is the collection to bring us back to hotel. Chaotic with everyone bundling and pushing to get on bus

Great animal shows. Loads to do for the full day. The water park is great too with plenty of water slides for kids of all ages. Queues for the slides weren’t too bad either considering it was the middle of August, no more than 5 mins at peak times. Kids loved it so did we.

Transport was not from our hotel but only a short walk. Driver was friendly and we got on the first bus. Rancho Texas was great, lots to see, shows were really good. Water park - salt water. Standard people putting towels on sun beds and then going off round the park. Should be managed better.

Our transport for the park was nearly an hour late. We were waiting in the boiling sun, no water, no shade. My daughter suffers with anxiety and was upset all day! She nearly wanted to go back to the hotel. She's 15 I had to pay adult ticket for her. We didn't get to experience all the shows due to being late turning up and then having to queue in the normal queue due to our tickets not being a QR code. Very disappointed.

I booked the trip online and picked our hotel as pick up point only to be informed that the pickup was a 30 minute walk from our hotel. A coach turned up on the opposite side of the road but by the time we could cross over to see if that was our bus it had closed its doors and starting to drive off. We waited for 30 minutes after the appointed time and decided to catch the local bus and pay for entry to the park again and to seek a refund.

Overall we had a great day, there was a bit of a delay with there not being enough space on the bus when it arrived so we had to wait for another to come. We missed all of the photo opportunities as we didn't know about them, which was a shame. It was the right amount of time to be there and service when we arrived was good.

We went with our 18year old daughter and we weren’t sure there was enough to hold her interest as we thought it was just for small kids but we weren’t sure wrong. It had everything from zoos to water slides and pools. Food was not badly priced and the whole place was very clean. The only thing I think could improve is more staff at the slides to make sure people go at the right time.

Transfer was a bit chaotic, not enough spaces on the coach so some people had to wait for next bus, they really weren’t happy. Dolphins show was fun. Some of the animals (white tiger in particular) looked very unhappy. Enclosures were too small with not enough mimicking natural habitats, too much focus on guests being able to see the animals at the expense of the animals welfare. My son loved the water park.

The transfer information, collection point information and the pick up situation was diabolical. We were told a pick up point, which was only the name of a bus stop as to which there were three different ones. It was not clear which bus stop we were being collected at. There was no timing information about when our transfer would take us back and only found out when we were there. Pick up from Rancho was absolutely chaotic with hundreds of people getting on 4 different buses which were unclear.

The bus was half an hour late, then could not fit everyone on, another bus came around 20 minutes later so we were stood in the sun for around an hour. Then the bus drove to different resorts trying to find people. We lost a lot of time from our day. We were then told to be at the bus pickup at 5pm, all the buses to playa Blanca turned up but our stop couldn’t all fit on the bus again, we waited till 5:45pm again in the sun, for another bus to take us back to our resort.

Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park is a fantastic place to visit, lots to see and do. The presentation shows were amazing and clearly the staff have great respect for all the animals. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking, some uphill. The splash park was a bonus.

This is our 3rd visit we really enjoy rancho Texas park. The park its self is great has lots of different animals to see and the water park is fantastic. However the transfers we didn’t realise it didn’t guarantee you a seat on a bus. So we had to wait for another and we didn’t get to the park till 10:30 and then got picked up at 4pm. It’s not the end of world but would have been nicer to have longer in the park.

Our family (kids aged 13 and 8) really enjoyed this. They are not big water slide fans so we spent most of our time in the zoo and went to the various shows including dolphins, seals and Eagle/ birds. All very well organised. We had a meal in restaurant which was good value for money. Water park looked good! Our coach turned up an hour late in the morning so this did impact on what we could do as so much to see/do. It's definitely a full day and highly recommend it. We really enjoyed it.

Rancho texas was excellent, lovely staff, great pools, great zoo, dolphin show was brilliant. Transfers to & from hotel were on time, comfortable buses with good air con & friendly drivers. Great day

Het park en de shows was heel leuk. Jammergenoeg was de tijd door onderstaande problemen te kort om van het waterpark te genieten. Wat heel jammer was aangezien mijn dochter die dag jarig was en naar uitkeek. Park gaat open om 9u30. Geplande afhaling aan hotel 9u45. Bus kwam niet af. Uiteindelijk om 10u30 was hij er. Bus overboekt. Kids op de schoot moeten nemen!!! ‘S Avonds complete chaos eer we op de juiste bus zaten. Zoiets heb ik nog nooit gezien: Personeel park wist het ook niet meer.

We didn’t have a guide. Downside was waiting for the bus back. It was a shambles and we should have been allowed to sit on the bus before the 5:10 departure. There were 3 buses and no one knew which bus to board until 5pm. Lots of people were waiting from 4:30 and there were not enough seats. The parks were excellent and great value for money

The park was great although only one food outlet was open meaning the main restaurant was very busy. Also note that the transport is very popular so despite paying for a certain time, this may be full and you may be asked to wait/ find another way there. Not great when advertised as transport included and trying to time travel times well with an infant.

The park was good value for money it was a good day the transport was hard to use as 16 of us on 1 ticket and coaches were to full and not frequent enough so people were left waiting at hotel or at park to be able to get in so wasted a good hour or more of our time at park which wasn’t fun for the kids but other wise ok

Despite us calling TUI customer care centre the day before to confirm collection point and collection time, TUI didn’t add us to the collection list and we waited for over an hour to discover we weren’t going. Customer service was poor simply offering us a new date from a collection point further away (which we haven’t received confirmation of yet.). Having to tell our two children who are 6 years and under that we’re not able to go on a trip they were incredibly excited for was very upsetting.

Had a great day out at the park with plenty to keep us busy and entertained for the full day. All the shows were really good although it was a little difficult to understand at times as the trainers were changing from Spanish to English and sometimes it was difficult to keep up. The water park was really good with plenty of slides and no shortage of rubber rings and hardly any queues. The air con on the bus didn’t work very well but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend this ??

Rancho Texas was a nice day out food very reasonable . Unfortunately our transport didn't arrive to pick us up after waiting nearly an hour so had to get a taxi there and back which cost an extra 60 euros we weren't expecting to spend. We were told as we hadn't come by bus there may not be seats on the bus to come back which I felt was unfair when the bus never arrived in the first place.

Rancho Texas was a great day out but I would not book through tui again the transport was delayed both there and back by at least 45-50minutes the direction was poor we were at the bus stop early as directed we got there at 8:45am and our coach did not come until 9:50. When leaving the park we were told to go outside at 4 but the coach was full so we had to wait for that coach to come back once stopping at all the drop of points for the first coach we could have stayed in the park!

The park and the theming were 10/10 and great value. Constructive feedback would be: signs at entrance for correct queues. Despite no signs, guests join entrance queue on left and right lanes only to be told right lane for tickets booked direct only. Also staff at the entrance kiosk seemed frustrated with guests who bought via TUI as not all had ticket code downloaded. Bus home was not clear you'd need to keep your ticket and remember hotel you boarded from which you may forget.

The heated pool was a big plus. We couldn't swim with our baby at the hotel pool as it was too cold, but at Rancho Texas it was lovely temperature. I wish the trip was longer. The return pick up was for 3.45pm but the park didn't close until 5.30pm. Gift shop was very overpriced.

We was meant to be t bus stop for 9.15 we got there for 8.45 with 2 other people waiting by 9.15 the cue was quite long when the bus arrived the people who got there later was let on first and we ended up having to wait for another 20 mins for another bus, when we arrived at the park the day became so much better the zoo was brilliant seeing crocodiles the whit Tiger is beautiful I personally thought the parrots was awesome and definatley had to grab a picture with the dolphins are epic

Great day out. 2 young adults we went around the park watching all the different shows. Park was clean. Once you have had your lunch and looked around the park you can relax for a few hours by the pool. Onsite changing facilities with lockers so you can bring your swim ware. Overall great day out and value for money.

I enjoyed everything about Rancho Texas. The place was spotless. The food was really tasty I had the ham and cheese baguette it was huge. The staff were very friendly and informative and went into great detail about all the animals there. The dolphin area is really beautiful and again the information relating to the dolphins was very educational. The animals seem very well looked after. The man that trains the birds is fabulous you can see how much he loves them. My fave is the tiger.

My wife became ill the day before we were due to go. I spoke to the Tui rep at 0900 on the day and was denied a refund. She said I had to produce a medical certificate from the hotel doctor which was at a cost of 120 euros. The cost of the trip was about half of this so I did not bother with the doctor. I was and still am very angry and upset that she flatly refused any help or assistance. This is the first time I have sent a negative report in about 20 holidays/cruises with TUI.

The staff at Rancho Texas were brilliant, especially those displaying the macaws, got some fantastic shots of them flying. Coach transfer was brilliant, we were unsure if there was only one pick up time or several for our location, but it ran on time and was a great service to get to the attraction.

The trip to the ranch was a bit long. The driver called on many hotels en route, however at some stops no passengers boarded the bus, as if the driver didn't have a list which hotels to visit. Not a problem on the way back - the trip took good 30min shorter. The ranch itself was a delight - a perfect day out with kids. We loved the cave and animal shows.

Fabulous visit by generation family. Dolphins, seals, parrots, water park, animals loved it all. Courtesy bus from costa Teguise should have arrived at 9.15. Nothing turned up until 9.45 and then only a 20 seater bus with 7 seats available. 30 people at stop. Ridiculous. Told that people who don't pay before for trip still get on bus and we missed out. Very badly organised. A larger bus arrived 15 minutes later. Bad organisation. Customers who have booked Rancho should be given priority.

Lots to see at the park with ample time to see the animals, the white bengal tiger was a favourite. The parrot show, birds of prey, sea lion and dolphin shows were brilliant! Had a good quality and portion meal at lunch time. To round of the day we had a swim at the water park which was a well needed cool down! Fantastic day!

Rancho Texas was an amazing streamlined experience, the animals were brilliant, and came very close in some instances, the sea lion experience was perfect, fun and informative, the pictures though a small issue with them coming through at first, Chloe the rep stepped up and helped us get the photos and they were brilliant! Food was tasty and not too harsh on the wallet, only thing I would say is bring drinks! Waterside also looked very fun! The dolphin show was amazing! Can't wait to go back!

Great day out but easy access to the crocodile enclosure and a young child could easily climb the low wall and fall in Also I witnessed a visitor slip walking down a wet slope they had just cleaned and no safety signs showing it was wet the young lady really hurt herself but the overall experience is fantastic

The park was great and the animal shows were well done and gave close up opportunities with them. The slides in the water park and the splash area were great too. The only let down was we were told to be outside at 3.50pm for the bus to leave at 4pm. We were all there and at 4.15pm the bus had still not pulled up. Everyone was standing in the sun with kids for too long and then the bus had just been at the other end of the car park the while time and when we got on there was no air con at all.

We were told it was a small zoo and then a pool attached we went a head and booked it. We were there from 10.15 until 4.30. It did come with free transfer but our rep recommended a taxi because the bus comes every hour. The taxi was only 5 euros! We loved the dolphin show, parrots and seal show. We ate there and enjoyed the pool and slides. Well worth the money for a full day out! We were not disappointed one bit. Photos with animals are 7 euros so cheap

The park was very clean and the animal shows were brilliant! The waterpark was very busy and we couldn’t get a space down there so didn’t get to try it. The free bus wasn’t really sign posted and was quiet going, but coming back we didn’t think we would get a space even though we had a ticket, and they only put one on so if you miss it you would need to get a taxi. Overall we really enjoyed it, don’t miss the dolphin show!

This is a fab experience. I don't understand how people are saying you only need half a day, unless you aren't going to the zoo part. The animal shows are fab. The birds of prey show have birds flying so close to you. Wouldn't mind a few more slides in the water park a d would have liked maybe another hour there. Overall a fab experience.

One note that dissapointed us was that we travelled from Costa Teguise and our pick up time in the afternoon to return home was so early. 4PM. We really enjoyed the Park. Entry was quick and the staff were very helpful. Toilet Facilities were also spotless.Kids (6 & 4) loved seeing all the animals and enjoyed the Splash Park before we left. Queues for food were not too long, no more than 10 mins. Downsides: our bus driver was not very nice when we enquired about pickup time and place just grunted. Also we found better value booking online than through TUI for this trip.

We were picked up 45 mins later than scheduled which was a little annoying however after reaching Rancho Texas we were in time for some of the shows we wanted to catch and we're able to get around the place pretty smoothly. Waternpark is amazing and kids loved the slides which was an amazing end to the day. Food at the restaurants very good and on return there were multiple buses available to drop us back. Thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Had a fabulous day at park itself however we were told by the actual bus driver and one of the staff which bus to get on back to our stop and he actually forgot we were on there with another couple from the same hotel and when questioned why he hadn’t stopped at our stop he basically told us to get off hes bus literally at the Amanda bus depot which is nowhere near the hotel and make our own way back to the hotel,no apologies or anything so bad behaviour on behalf of bus company but park Amazing

The coach transfers were the only thing that let this day out down. The transfer to the site was 35-40 minutes late, and the transfer back to the resort was just chaos with around 400 people mulling around 4 coaches with no idea which one was theirs. I know the transfers were free, so hard to criticise too much, but surely having a coach number with a list of hotels would make this a better experience in the future. The site itself is great, with good food options.

Lady who we booked it with was lovely very helpful and friendly. I would also like to say that lanzarote was so beautiful but our apartment we stayed in wasn’t the best at all every night we had ants in our rooms bathroom and walls it was filthy if I’m being honest. I would never go back there again food was ok again not the best also. I could go on.

The place was brilliant, it was a little confusing trying to find our was around it, even having the map. The shows were very good,especially the dolphin one, we lived that one so much. The yellow slide I did think it seemed very dangerous,re accident waiting to happen,watching people near having ones coming off it , their should be a height limit on it, re young kids,even with adults. We didnt like waiting over half hour for the bus to turn up and it was already half full so we couldnt get on it and had to wait 45 mins for the next bus to arrive. many people had young children and babies and there was no shelter from hot sun while we waited. Once we arrived at the park it was very organised and quick to get in to the park. the park was extremely good. wonderfully laid out. plenty of drinks machines and very clean. The shows were excellent.

This trip could be perfect if the transport there and back was more organised our transport arrived nearly an hour later than said and we couldn't even get on that coach and had to wait a further 15 minutes for the next one, which wouldn't be too big an issue if our group was just adults but we had a 3 year old with us...... The transport situation was also not explained to us at all when booking so this is something that needs to change because if we had known we would have made our own way.

Rancho Texas is a great day out. Everyone really enjoyed it. Plenty to do and see. The layout is interesting and the animal shows are really well put together. Price was OK. The bus was 30-40 mins late picking us up meaning that we didn't get into Rancho Texas until around an hour after it had already opened. Then the bus back from Rancho Texas leaves an hour and half before the park closes. So overall while the park is open for 8 hours we only got to enjoy around 6 of those hours which was disappointing as there were still some things we wanted to see there.

This was a great day out! Bus easy to get to and from the park and tickets a great price. The park isn’t very big so we were able to explore the entire place and see 3 shows during the day too, with time for some lunch. Shows were amazing and the animals are treated well - with some rescued from poor conditions. We didn’t have time for the splash pads so this would be a time issue if you were wanting to do that. The restaurant and ‘fast food’ are the exact same food, but very different prices.

A great day out! We were collected from the pick up point on time and taken to ranchos texas. Thoroughly enjoyed our day out and we got to see all of the park before pick up with no hanging around. Restaurants were reasonably priced and the photo opportunities you get with the, parrots, dolphins and sea lions was amazing.

The zoo was totally animal centric. However coming very close behind the animals were the public. Excellent signs made navigating your way round very easy. My wife and I need a gluten-free diet and it was a delight to see gluten-free items on the menu in the café/dining area.

Great day out for all ages. Lots of animals to see and shows to watch. Bird shows are very good. Food was good, at a great price, service amazingly quick and good quality. Then the great swimming opportunity finished the day off brilliantly. The whole place was clean and well kept too!

It was very easy to get to Rancho Texas they arrived on time and was a brilliant day out! Then on the way home it was very easy as there was a lady saying all the different hotels also arrived on time! Thoroughly enjoyed this day out and loads of amazing animals there along with a water part which was very nice and there was always people around to ask if you needed anything! 5 stars!!

I enjoyed the amount there was to do. I did think the enclosures for the animals were a bit small and there was one point during the birds of prey show that it looked like one of the birds was man handled when it wasn't performing as it should have been and I didn't like how some of the birds were changed by they're wait whilst waiting they're turn to be part of the show.

Transport presented two issues. We were told to wait on opposite side of road from hotel. No specific place and the bus had no intention of stopping had I not noticed it driving by and put my hand out. Yet for all other pickups the bus had designated stop points. The return bus was one specific time only, so unless you were prepared to pay for a taxi, you had to stay at the park from pickup at 9.20 until collection 17.10 and that was at least 2 hours too long as the park is not that big.

Unfortunately the one negative I can say is there isn’t enough leg space and the qaulity of the chairs where very uncomfortable and I expected tv’s for 4 and half flight it is a very long journey for people with family’s and young children.

The food was always cold same as the plates. Everyday was chips for lunch, dinner. There was no variety in the meals, always tasted bland. The restaurant was not big enough for the amount of guests. The desserts were always the same each day. The area outside the dinning room was excessively noisy. There were a few drunken people who took over the activities constantly, The pool water was freezing. There is a sign saying no towels on beds before 9am but people were putting them on at least 6am

Booked with apprehension due to having twin buggy and logistically being awkward… but surprised to find that it was all easy and helpful and had a wonderful day Out as a family Coach transport was in a good timely manor and driver was polite and helpful Venue was buggy friendly (but with hills - so be aware) Splash park partly closed (toddler bit) but we didn’t mind as we had so much fun and with babies under 1 Facilities were clean, well kept Restaurant was tasty too Highly recommend x

This trip is more for families. They can use the water park. My friend and I are elderly adults. Half a day trip would have been enough. Not enough places to sit down outside. And the directions around the “Ranch” were very confusing. There was not a guide.

The park is great, love the activities around the park as well as the animals. It is all located close enough to keep the children interested and not moaning walking around. Slides and splash park were great. Saddened however that the whole dolphin experience was closed for a refurb, understand it needs to be completed but the rep could of advised so we didn't tell the children to then disappoint them. Traveling to the location was over booked however and my husband had to stand and kids on laps

Proper bacon/rashers needs to be provided in hotel (Paradise Island). The bacon/rashers for breakfast at the moment is not proper breakfast item that Irish/English are used to. Everything else is perfect. Perfect facilities. Very varied menu daily. Very enjoyable week here in Paradise Islsnd.

The bus was 35-40 mins late picking us up. This was difficult as we had two small children. One is 5 months so she was in her pram but our other daughter is nearly two so waiting was a struggle for her and she didn’t want to sit in the pram not doing anything and she was able to walk around as we were waiting outside the front of the hotel by the road/ car park. Plus we got there a little early as did other families so we waited for about an hour outside. The park was enjoyable though.

Easy booking with the rep, moody driver, no idea what time we needed to be back at coach, ticket office informed us, very small park being picked up at 17:10 was way too late as done the park and all the shows by 15:30. Needs to be a 16:00 pick, we ended up getting a taxi back

Die Türe der Dusche war defekt man könnte hier mal wieder renovieren vielleicht sogar die Türen ganz schließen. Wlan funktioniert nur sporadisch in den Zimmern. Das Doppelzimmer Bett waren zwei Einzelbetten die sich nachts durch das Schlafen immer mehr auseinandergeschoben haben. Beim Frühstück wurden die softgetränke abgedeckt was dazu führt das man nur Wasser/Tee/Kaffe trinken kann was etwas Schade war. Die Bar könnte man mehr lüften da hinten an der Bühne die Luft etwas stockt.

Loved all the shows, especially the dolphins and sealions. Lots of different animals to see - the white tiger was gorgeous, although we felt a little sorry for him, seemed like his enclosure wasnt big enough? We had a meal in the sit down restaurant and the food was great! Very tasty and fresh. The trainers were very enthusiastic and clearly love their jobs. Could do with more shady/ cool areas or mist spraying at the ranch. The pools were a nice touch to cool off.

We had an amazing holiday in cinco plaza in puerto ********** carmen it has everything we need and their is always some sort of entertainment happening it makes around the pool during the day very enjoyable. The tui reps couldnt have been more helpful my daughter needed to be seen in an a+e and they were on hand to tell us exactly where to go. I cant wait to go back next year

Transport was only issue, it was 45 minutes late then did not have room to take all the guests from our hotel so 8 people had to stay behind and wait even longer. This upset us all as we felt guilty leaving people behind (other families with young children). The park itself was great. Lovely animals, shows, food and water park. Very little shade around so gets very very hot, need to remember sun protection especially at the shows.

The actual park is Amazing. However there is little to no guidance as to where the bus would pick you up from. When messaging the app your customer service representative was lovely however he told us our return would be at 5:20 when in actual fact it was 4:00. He sent us a link to the bus stop that we would need to be collected from but it showed us the opposite side. Luckily we spoke to a local English lady who showed us where to go

The coach turned up near enough on time but seemed to have been overbooked. We were fortunate to find seats together but others were separated with one passenger without a seat altogether. Despite this, we had a great day out at Rancho Texas. There was plenty of shelter to help you stay out of the sun. We thoroughly enjoyed the shows, particularly the dolphin show which had us starstruck! The food was fairly priced and tasty with a good variety of options.

The whole day was brilliant apart from the return journey, it was all abit mad, one of my children has autism and he found it very difficult standing around waiting to be told which bus we had to get on to get back to the holiday village, once we were told there was just a mad rush of people trying to get on with everyone being pushed and shoved out the way, I also had two adults of my group poorly however unless they had a doctors note we couldn’t receive a refund it was a lot of money wasted

Bus on time and air conditioned, plenty of space and bus had seat belts. Rancho Texas is a fab day out. Loads to do...almost too much for one day, especially if using the splash park. Good food in restaurant and very reasonably priced. Lots of toilets, all spotlessly clean. Also lots of shade (less so at dolphin show) so easy to spend a day there when it is hot.

The Park itself is fantastic the transport left a lot to be desired. Although TUI state on their website that if the bus is full you would have to wait for the next one they do not tell you that you would only know this if the bus doesn’t turn up. 45 minutes later I was callling TUI and they sent another bus so we had to wait an hour. If staying in Puerto Calero or Puerto ********** Carmen I suggest you take a taxi and then pay at the door. We still had to wait to get in even with pre-bookin

My only concern is for the animals welfare...while they appeared in good health I'm no expert and an accreditation from an animal welfare organisation would ease my mind. We enjoyed the water park, although my daughter was swimming with her goggles on and said she saw a bagel and lots of dirt and leaves at the bottom. The zoo was great but the sea lion show area was all standing so kids were sitting on the posts. Dolphin show was all open in the sun. Didn’t see any staff walking round to speak to. The park area, zip line and the canoes were also a great addition. We saw an area being made for horses. This wasn’t finished but looked promising.

Brilliant day out for the family (my kids 15, 13, 3 all loved it). Highly recommend seeing the shows - sit at the far right or left sides of the birds of prey for them to fly right over you! Restaurant is air conditioned which gave a much needed respite from the heat. Just the right amount of time spent for the day.

It was a good day out and it was a full day, waterpark some slides not open due to what looked like redevelopment food really good and very good value for money.

Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park is definitely worth visiting, especially with younger children. The animal exhibitions on show are well delivered and there’s plenty of other animals to see throughout the park, which is clean, tidy and well maintained. Combined with the splash/pool area including two slides, Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park is a fun filled family day out.

We were pleasantly surprised! The dolphin show was enough to entice us as its something we'd never done before but around every corner is something else! Amd the water park was awesome! We were advised to bring a change of clothes by the rep as their is splash pools but did not expect a watrr park!! @@@@@@

Fantastic day out with excellent value for money. Wildlife park is superb and shows they have on throughout the day are an amazing watch. Water park is a great addition and brilliant way to cool off. We took our son,daughter in law and two grandchildren. The shows were brilliant, the ranch was spotless and well looked after.The grandchildren enjoyed the waterpark again very clean. The grounds and animals were looked aftered just wished we could have stayed longer Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return.

We were told to be at the bus stop 15 minutes before, the first bus arrived late and only allowed 6 people on. The second bus arrived 30 minutes later so in total we had to wait 1.5hrs for a bus. Didn't feel transport was organised very well and didn't help on a hot day with 3 children and a stroppy pre teen

All great especially the being able to have a picture with dolphin. Lots to see with multiple displays on throughout the day. And the water park was brilliant although work was being carried out on some of it whilst there. My 4 year old especially liked the slides.

me and my partner went to rancho texas just 2 adults and still had a fab time, so much to see when it came to the animals and even the water park was good fun to have a chill in the sun, transfers included which was great! even got photos with the dolphins and sea lions. would definitely recommend and would happily go again!

We enjoyed all the animals and the interaction with the dolphins. The animals are quiet far apart so do wear comfortable footwear. Also take a change of clothing if you are planning on going in the water park bit otherwise your wet all day.

Fantastic staff, facilities, and a very entertaining day had by all. Highly recommended for any age group. We went in mid June. Plenty of space for everyone. Shows were excellent particularly the dolphins. The only thing I would add is probably a bit more explanation in English as we found some parts were primarily through Spanish. Very good value for money. Truly a memorable family outing (our kids are in their early teens and loved every minute of this). Worth paying extra the photos too.

A lovely zoo that genuinely cares about the animals in its care and tried to educate visitors on the how to do their part on helping animals like dolphins. Plenty of shows to see as well as a water park for when you want a break from walking around the zoo.

The zoo is small, but the displays are very good. Dolphin show especially. The bus was 20 mins late on pick up, and the entry was a nightmare, it took 20 minutes to get in because the ticket office couldn’t cope with a family wishing to pay on entry. The entire queue was held up as they processed them, the squawking of the parrots adjacent to the queue was fun at first, after 20 mins it was annoying! Even WITH tickets, it was a slow process, details from tickets being entered manually!

It was a lovely clean park, the shows were outstanding. The water slides were great although the lifeguards were distracted on their phones when there was 2 injuries. Only thing that let it down personally for me was there were no penguins when it is stated that there are penguins. The food was also lovely - nice selection

The experience was amazing one of the best ?? the park is so well kept and the animals were clearly well looked after. My only quarm was the amount of time the big sea lion was was made to pose for photos he looked seriously bored by it which upset me a bit. One small dislike was the length of time til the bus return maybe 3pm instead of 4pm as it was just a little too long as the park is pretty hilly and took its toll on the feet lol

A beautiful park, that has been well thought out, it is impressive to see all of the animal enclosures well kept and the animals appear well cared for. You could see all of the further improvements and planned expansion was underway and I hope to be able to come back to see them soon. The food in the saloon bar was lovely too, with very attentive staff. Everyone we met who worked onsite were very friendly and helpful.

We loved the animal shows, especially the parrot and dolphin shows. The park is so clean and the animals seem happy and well looked after. We particularly enjoyed the reptile area. The pool is big and the splash park ideal for cooling off. Don't miss the water slides, they are great fun with double or single tubing available. Food from the restaurant was quickly cooked and tasty. All staff very friendly and welcoming. 5 stars!

Really enjoyed everything about the day. Transport was easy and clear from our hotel and back. The ranch was amazing and the shows were really good and I really enjoyed the photo opportunities with the animals. Would have liked to have known there was a water section as I would have brought swimwear so this could be advertised more.

We enjoyed the day however there was no communication on how to get to the bus pick up, we had to google it, the bus was half hour late with no apology and we had not been informed that we would need to be there all day with only 1 pick up and the driver did not tell us time we had to get back at bus and seemed cross we stopped to ask. Finally as we boarded to get back on the bus the people checking tickets just allowed people to jump the queue until we stopped them.

We had a great day here with our 2 year old daughter. It is quite a small zoo and we felt that a full day was a little long. I can see why the trip is a full day though as the park does have an onsite water park. The zoo shows were great.

Everything went as expected and I liked the overall experience. The only suggestion for improvement, during winter time for returns from ranch, the busses can be more frequent and early on pick up. 8 hours might be too much if you cannot enjoy the pools.

It was lovely walking around the park, I was surprised how big it was and the number of different creatures on show. Particularly liked the dolphins and sea lions performances. Enjoyed a nice lunch by the pool area which was a welcome rest for the feet. Think the whole visit could have been about an hour shorter as we got weary by about 4pm. Otherwise, an excellent day out!

The animal displays were very good and the keepers showed real care and passion for the animals they were caring for Unfortunately I was less mobile due to recent leg surgery and found walking up the steep paths difficult. I tried to swap this trip due to the steep paths but TUI refused to do this
