Really enjoyable day. Loved the gypsy village. I brought lots of bracelets, and wasn't expensive at all. Our tour guide JJ was really good. I don't like dark deep water, but she helped me get over my fear and was with me in the water to make sure I was ok. I'm so glad I did, as the snorkeling was amazing. I even saw a moray eel. Brilliant experience and one I'll never forget. You are constantly given drinks and all food is provided. Sea sickness tablets also given at breakfast if needed.

Hyvät järjestelyt ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiaiselle lähtösatamassa ei jäänyt kunnolla aikaa, ja opas aloitti tiedotuksen jo sen aikana, eikä puhe kuulunut pöytään asti. Esim. hän jakoi pahoinvointipillerit siinä, ja jos emme olisi tienneet niistä etukäteen, olisivat jääneet saamatta. Vene oli ahdas vaihtaa snorkkelointivarusteita. Korallit olivat kuolleita - ei pitäisi järjestää retkiä niitä mainostamalla.

Trevligt koncept med bra service o god mat. Vi fick frukost, mellis, lunch o frukt. Avslutade med glass efteråt. Så vi behövde aldrig vara hungriga. Den engelska guiden var bra. Snorkling på två platser, lagom länge. Vi hade egen utrustning så jag vet inte hur de delarna var, men skönt att vi fick låna handdukar. Marknaden var ok och en intressant upplevelse. Enda minuset var toaletterna - det var riktigt sunkigt.

Vorweg: die von TUI organisierten Touren sind allesamt sehr gut organisiert. Es gibt immer genug zu essen und zu trinken. Beim Schnorcheln gibt's Schnorchelausrüstung und 1 Handtuch Bitte Trinkgelder für die "kleinen" und sehr hilfsbereiten Leute bereithalten. TUI = sehr gut! Die Surin- Tour startet mit einem gemeinsamen Frühstück, dann 90min Fahrt zum 1. Schnorcheln, anschließend Besuch im MOKEN-Dorf, danach Mittagessen auf der Nachbarinsel + 2 Schnorchelspots = vom Feunsten! 90min Rückfahrt

We enjoyed the whole day it was amazing,however when we arrived at the gypsy village their was quite a lot of litter where the boat pulled in which was quite a shame for such a beautiful place. I am sure we as tourists have contributed to but could be cleaned up quite easily.

Opas JJ oli mahtava. Vene millä menimme, oli todella mukava, kannatti maksaa hieman enemmän kuin mennä pitkähäntäveneellä. Veneeltä sai virvokkeita ja vettä ottaa vapaasti. Satamasta kesti noin 1,5h ensimmäiseen snorklauspaikkaan. Odotin hieman enemmän värikkäämpiä koralleja, mutta snorklaus oli kivaa, näimme erilaisia kaloja. Olimme noin 45 minuuttia ensimmäisessä paikassa. Merimustalaispaikka oli upea. Seuraavassa snorklauspaikassa noin tunti. Päivä kesti noin 10-11h matkoineen.

Det var två bra snorkelstopp, men hade hellre gjort ett tredje snorkelstopp än att lägga så mycket tid på stranden. Bra guide som förklarade Moken-byn och folket som bodde där på ett bra sätt. Det gav mervärde och var intressantare än jag anat. Helt OK mat även för en med glutenintolerans.

Personalen var helt fantastisk! Vi reste med våra barn på 4 och 3 år och fick så mycket hjälp att vi verkligen kunde slappna av och njuta. De var otroligt omtänksamma, särskilt mot barnen. Under dagen fick vi frukost, mellanmål och lunch samt obegränsat med dryck. Vi snorklade och fick se “Hitta Nemo”-fiskar, vilket barnen älskade. Havet var helt magiskt. Rekommenderas varmt, särskilt för familjer!

Im Großen und Ganzen ein gelungener Ausflug Perfekt organisiert Handtücher und Schnorchelausrüstung waren vorhanden Sogar eingeschweißte Mundstücke Nach dem eintreffen in der Marina gab es erst mal ein schönes Frühstück Die Fahrt mit dem Speedboat ein kleines Abenteuer Dann ging es zum ersten Riff Dort war es sehr schön Danach zum Strand und Mittagessen Strand war super und Essen war gut Danach ging es zu den Moken Dort hätte ich mir mehr Zeit gewünscht da das zweite Riff nicht so schön war

Breakfast was supplied at the pier along with sea sickness pills. Once on the boat ear plugs for the noise of the boat, towels and water bottles were handed out. Snorkelling equipment supplied and soft drinks available all day. So you don’t need to take much with you. Staff informative and helpful. Would recommend this trip.

Really enjoyed the trip from start to finish, good hospitality, good knowledge from the staff, great snorkelling spots. My only downside of the trip was to the island with the nomadic tribe, yes it is good to see the culture but there was plastic everywhere which would have been better tidied up by the children if as the guide said they were being educated. Also a child had a poo on the sand in front of us, again educate them to go elsewhere.

Frida gjorde en kanoninförsäljning av denna utflykt. Och Pretty Party guiden var super. Maten toppen och mellanmålen likaså. Tempot var utmärkt! Snorklingen suverän (även om jag personligen drabbades av fototoxisk reaktion på händerna pga antibiotika konsumtion och för mycket sol på händerna). Vi fick simma länge med en havssköldpadda. Saknade solskydd på försäljningsgatan, de skulle säkert få mer sålt om de spände upp nåt tyg eller nåt över nån del av den gatan.

Alle stops waren traumhaft Ich fand es schade das wir bei Fahrt im Boot sitzen musste und nicht raus ans deck durften Und als tip wenn eure Mitarbeiter unter Wasser Videos und Fotos machen,könntet ihr noch ganz viel Geld extra verdienen Ansonsten war alles ein Traum (Am national Park habe ich viele Plastik Wasser Flaschen gesammelt wäre schön wenn dort mehr drauf geachtet wird ) Ich bin Robinson Mitarbeiterin und kenne es normal das man Rabatte oder Prozente bekommt diesmal leider nicht

Oceanovan osaava tiimi hoiti koko päivän todella ystävällisellä ja huolellisella otteella. Englanninkielinen naisopas oli aivan mahtava. Lähtösatamasta tarjotusta aamiaisesta lähtien koko päivän ajan saimme juotavia ja syömistä riittävästi. Kaksi riuttasnorklausta oli mieleenpainuvia, kuten vierailu Mokin kylässä.

Early Bird är verkligen värt det. Vi var enda båten vid snorklingen på fm. Fantastiskt bra snorkling. Jojo m personal var toppen. Mellis och dryck på båten väldigt bra. Lunchen var OK men inget att klaga på egentligen. Miljöerna superfina och byn med Mokenfolket intressant. Vi såg både flygande hundar och makaker. …. och alla sorters fiskar man kan fantisera om.

Ich fand es toll, dass man kurzfristig zu einem anderen Schnorchelplatz gefahren ist, weil bei dem ersten Platz schon 3 andere Schnorchelboote geankert hatten. Auch dass man nach dem zweiten Schnorchelgang abgeduscht wurde, war ein besonderer Service. Die Crew und die Guides waren super nett und hilfsbereit und die Verpflegung an Land und an Bord sehr gut.

A very enjoyable day. The collection times from the hotel were exactly as expected, the catamaran was clean and fast. Soft drinks and food was all included and plentiful and good quality. Longer snorkelling time would have enhanced this trip further. The guide and company we used were excellent. This and most of the similar excursions are quite expensive.

Der Ausflug war großartig! Die Guides unserer Tour waren J.J. und Nick. Beide waren sehr gut...ganz großes Lob!!. Sie erklärten uns vieles und konnten auf Fragen kompetent Auskunft geben. Der erste Schnorchelspot war der beste: viele unterschiedliche Korallen, Unmengen Rifffische. Super! Dort sollte auch beim 2. Mal geschnorchelt werden. ABC-Equipment super, 1a Support durch die Crew. Im Anschluß noch Kaffee und Eis am Pier, so was hatte ich bislang nicht. 100 % Weiterempfehlung!

Mycket trevlig heldag med bra och intressant information om Moken-folket. God mat och personalen såg till att vi fick både tillräckligt med mat och dryck under hela dagen. Båten havererade på väg hem 15min ute till havs där det saknade mobiltäckning. Personalen löste detta på bästa sätt. Efter ca 1 timme möttes vi av en speedboat som vi fick hoppa över till och som kunde ta oss in till piren. Lite senare ankomst till piren men där väntade ändå fika och transfern tillbaka till hotellet.

The staff at oceannova went above and beyond to make the trip not only enjoyable but safe as well, the consent offers of drinks our own water bottles and towels was fantastic. JJ went above my expectations by helping me to experience snorkeling, I dont swim very well , and panicked with the thought of it. But she made it her mission to help and got me a float and she swam with me . And also other staff were helping other people. The staff made the trip extremely enjoyable.

Right from the 6am start, this tour went like clockwork. The guide was superb, and she took us by bus about 10-15 minutes to the Surin Islands pier, where a very nice breakfast was waiting for us. They then handed out fins for those wanting to snorkel Then, we went on the covered power catamarran to the Surin Islands. It took about 1 hour 15 minutes to get to the first site, and not too bumpy at all. The snorkeling at both sites was lovely, the lunch was great and the Moken village was lovely.

Wir hatten mit J.J. und Martin die weltbesten Guides am Start. Schon die Hinfahrt war ein Erlebniss, unser Captain hat Delphine entdeckt, darauf zugesteuert und jeder hat die Chance gehabt sie in ihrem natürlichem Zmfeld zu sehn (1000mal besser als ein Delohin in Gefangenschaft) Die Insel selbst war schon ein Erlebnis. Leider vom Tourismus beherrscht aber anders kommt dort kein Geld an.

Es war ein gut organisierter Trip Es wurden super Hinweise im Vorfeld gegeben,damit man nichts falsch mach im Umgang mit den Moken.Auch das schnorcheln war sehr schön und durch die zwei Stops auch abwechslungsreich und für mich ausreichend.Auch die Versorgung war super organisiert und sehr lecker.Beim Lunch hätte ich mehr Thailändische Küche erwartet, ansonsten aber gut

Enjoyed: staff, boat, snorkeling, facilities, drinks and lunch. Didn't enjoy: breakfast was a scrum fest, children under 12 on boat, only 2 snorkeling sites and could have been more, gypsy village was ok but certainly stayed too long.

Super Ausflug,sehr gut organisiert,tolles Essen.Was uns sehr gefallen hat war,dass jeder bei der Schnorchelausrüstung ein neues Mundstück erhalten hat.Sehr hygienisch.????Auch ein Badetuch bekommt man,das eigene kann man gut im Hotel lassen.Der erste Stopp zum Schnorchel hat uns besser gefallen als der 2.Schönere Korallen und mehr verschiedene Fische.Ist aber nicht mit dem roten Meer oder den Malediven zu vergleichen.

Positive - Great guides - JJ had the best English of all the guides in Thailand. Surin had crystal clear water and the coral was beautiful. Please improve - I got food poisoning from the seafood dish at lunch. I vomited and had diarrhea for the next two days. I think the seafood was left in the heat too long and bacteria developed. If I had been healthy, I would have booked the Similan Island tour. - octopus in the seafood dish was so hard, it was like biting onto my snorkel mouthguard.

No instruction or information at the beginning of the day.it was follow like sheep. When I asked at tour center, the main guide was excelant and for the rest of the day. Once back at tour center once again no info as to what we should do. Main lunch good, snacks breakfast rubbish. Toasters did not work. Fruit excellant. Drinking water, warm best part of the day. Equipment good instruction excellant experience excellent. Language good

Hur kan man ha så långsamma kaffe/temaskiner när så många skall få frukost samtidigt? Vi hade aldrig sett något liknande. Jätteköer. Det bröd som fanns behövde rostas. Nya köer. Det borde vara enkelt att åtgärda.

Um 6 Uhr pick up ist zu zeitig, da wir schon wieder um 16:30 in der Marina zurück waren. Das Ganze um 1 Stunde nach hinten zu verschieben würde wesentlich angenehmer für den Urlaubsgast sein!

Ausflug war super organisiert und war sehr schön und interessant! wunderschönes Schnorchelerlebnis, wir haben viele bunte Fische und schöne Unterwasserwelt gesehen! Einzig negativer Punkt war der schon in die Jahre gekommene Kleinbus ohne Kopfstützen mit welchem die Abholung vom/zum Hotel erfolgte.

Retki oli oikein onnistunut. Aamiainen jätti toivomisen varaa erityisesti erityisruokavalion osalta. Tämä pudottaa vähän kokonaisarvosanaa. Snorklaaminen oli erittäin onnistunut. Varmaan Thaimaan parhaimpia snorklauskokekumuksia. Morgan village oli mielenkiintoinen kokemus.

Atemberaubend schöne Tour, mit dem 1000PS Speed-Katamaran geht’s los zu den unglaublichsten Schnorchelstellen! Wir haben eine Unterwasservielfalt erleben dürfen (inklusive „Nemo“) die seines gleichen sucht, die Surin Inseln sind ein absolutes Paradies! Der deutsche Tour-Guide und das Team auf dem Boot waren traumhafte Gastgeber, von Getränken, Snacks, Obst bis zu Handtüchern gab es alles an Bord. Wir können die Tour zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Bra tur! Lite turister vid stoppen då vi åkte så tidigt på morgonen. Kunnig och trevlig personal. Kändes proffsigt och säkert. Generöst med dryck och snacks under dagen. Båten var högljudd under färd men man fick öronproppar.

En härlig tur! Vi valde mellan Surin eller Similian. Men här var vi nästan själva på platserna vi besökte och det gjorde det hela mer speciellt. Upplägget var frukost vid piren (inte mycket att välja på men man fick något i magen) resa ut mot Surin och snorkling. Besök vid nationalparken, egen tid med bad och sedan lunch. Vidare mot Vattenfolket och möjlighet att se hur de lever. Nytt stopp för snorkling innan hemfärd. Bra service med dryck, tilltugg och frukt under hela turen. En bra tur!

Lidt ærgerlig tidsfordeling imellem aktiviteterne. For kort tid ved Mokem-folket. Ville desuden have ønsket at de to snorkelstop ikke havde været lige efter hinanden. Fx hellere som første og sidste stop, så man nåede at nyde det mere, i stedet for at de to snorklinger “flød sammen”. Men SMUKKE øer og fantastisk snorkling!!

Ich hätte mich lieber komplett aus Schnorcheln konzentriert. Es ist einfach unschlagbar. Der Besuch bei den Moken und auch der Badeaufenthalt waren überflüssig. In den Ankündigungen fehlte für diese beiden teilaktivitäten auch die Ankündigung, dass auf dem Wasser auf longtailboote umgesetzt wird. Und es fehlte der Ratschlag für das Schnorcheln ein langärmliges Oberteil und vielleich auch eine lange Hose zu tragen um Sonnenbrand ohne Sonnenschutzmittel (schädlich für Korallen) zu vermeiden

Utflykt var över vår förväntningar, vi är väldigt nöjda. Allt fungerade utmärkt från transfer till hamnen/frukost/alla atraktioner enligt plan/mackor, lunch, frukt,bakelse/eftermiddagsfika i hamnen till transfer tillbaka. Personalen på båten var servisinriktade med superb humor och glada. Från oss: härligt rekommenderar utflykt till Surimi öarna till andra.

Eigentlich war es ein sehr schöner Ausflug, bis auf das komplett kalte Mittagessen (Reis, Nudeln, Soße) und den deutsch-sprachigen Reiseguide von Oceannova. Er hat nicht annähernd das übersetzt, was die englisch-sprachige Reiseguide erzählt hat. Ihre Informationen ging ca. 15 min, die deutsche Übersetzung ca. 2 min. Der deutsch-sprachige Reiseguide war für uns komplett ungeeignet und hat insgesamt zu wenig Informationen gegeben. Man mußte leider alles nachfragen.

Der Ausflug war wunderschön. Auf die LunchBox von unserem Hotel hätten wir verzichten können;) Wir wurden am Bootsableger mit einem hervorragendem Frühstück begrüßt. Auch das Mittagessen auf der Insel war super. Uns hat die Vielfalt an Fischen beim Schnorcheln schwer beeindruckt. Der Strand auf der Insel ist ein Traum. Diesen Ausflug würden wir noch einmal buchen!

Selve øen er fantastisk og turen er skruet godt sammen, men turen derud med speedbåd er MEGET hård. Det er ca 2x90 min meget ubehagelig sejlads. Ved ikke om det er sådan hver gang, men det tog lige toppen af det hele.

Die Bootsbesatzung war ausgesprochen freundlich und stets auf die Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bedacht. Die Tour fand gemischtsprachig statt, wodurch immer alles einmal auf Englisch und einmal auf Deutsch erklärt hätte werden sollen. Leider gab es oft nur eine detaillierte englische Erklärung. Danach kam es vor dass auf Deutsch nur ein Bruchteil wiederholt wurde oder gar nur gefragt wurde ob alle das Englische verstanden hatten und somit auf Deutsch gar keine Erklärung mehr kam.

Toller Schnorchelplätze, nur die Rückfahrt mit den Kleinbussen zu den Hotels könnte optimiert werden, da verschiedene Hotels angefahren wurden, obwohl von unserem Hotel genug Personen für einen Bus da waren. Diese wurden auf 2 Busse verteilt. Das macht eigentlich keinen Sinn. Aber der Rest war wirklich sehr schön und professionell organisiert.

From the begining at the end it was perfect! Staff very friendly and the trip is freackin' spectacular. Worth every dime. We had boat trips before in Spain , but you can't compare it to this one. Seeing the gipsy village , swimming in some spectacular places with crystal clear water , eating really good food in the national park, snorkelling 2 times ..wow ! Das Angebot wurde mit umfangreichen Bildern beworben, die nicht den Tatsachen entsprachen. Vor allem wurde eine wesentlich kleinere Motoryacht gezeigt. Tatsächlich handelte es sich um eine art schwimmender Bus mit Platz für bis zu 50 Personen. Zum Angebot gehörte die Versorgung mit Softgetränken, unter dem Vorwand der Umweltschonung wurden uns wiederbefüllbare Thermoflaschen gereicht "Mit stillem Mineralwasser gefüllt". Wie sich herausstellte handelte es sich um einfaches Leitungswasser.

Die Inseln sind wirklich sehr schön! Leider war vieles enttäuschend. Es begann mit einer rasanten Busfahrt in der Früh, mit lauter Familie. Insgesamt waren sehr viele Kleinkinder bei dieser 11stündigen Tagestour. Die 90km lange Fahrt mit dem Speed-Katamaran ist anstrengend. Für Kleinkinder macht auch Schnorcheln keinen Sinn. So gab es viel Geschrei, weinende Kinder und genervte Eltern. Für uns sehr anstrengend und unangenehm. Zu wenig Infos vom deutschen Tour-Guide. Essen auf der Insel war mies.

The whole trip was excellent. We were looked after so well with endless refreshments, snacks and information. The catamaran was spacious and comfortable. The whole day was thoroughly enjoyable and well worth the money. So glad we picked this option. The snorkelling was amazing with plenty of live coral and tropical fish. A full day out and we loved every minute.

Boat so superb. The crew were so attentive and they couldn't do enough for you. The guide who was called Jay Jay was fantastic and so knowledgeable. She had a smile on her face all day and even though there 34 people on our trip it was as though she was giving everyone so much personal attention.

The trip to Surin was amazing 1st we stopped for a snorke which was fabulous then we travelled to Surin which is out of this world paradise turquoise water powder white sand..We then went onto visit the Morgan village people which was an experience not to be missed. Lastly we had another snorkel stop which I could have stayed for longer bobbing around watching the fish. Well worth the money

Die Verpflegung und das Personal waren einfach toll. Alles waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Schnorcheln hat in der ruhigen und einsamen Umgebung der unberührten Natur richtig viel Spaß gemacht und ist sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne könnte etwas mehr Zeit für das Schnorcheln eingeplant werden. Auch der Besuch bei den Ureinwohnern war sehr schön gestaltet. Ein sehr gelungener Tag und wir würden es jederzeit wiederholen.

God service, bl.a. at der var drikkevarer og håndklæde m.m., inkl. i turen. Det burde have været oplyst, så vi ikke havde slæbt vores egne med. Udlån/leje af vægtbælte burde være en mulighed, da det jo ikke er nemt at tage UV fotos når man “popper op” uden, og det ikke er nemt selv at medbringe. Jeg fik dog, på turens sidste dyk/stop, lov til at låne et privat bælte af en personaler (den “tyske” guide). Super sødt af ham ???? mega flinke og rare personaler ??

Bra guider, engelska, tyska o svenska. Frukost och fika efter var en överraskning. Lunchen var kall, den sämsta delen av upplevelsen. Intressant att höra om gipsys of the sea, och se hur de bor nu efter tsunamin. Snorklingen var bra, mycket fisk. Båtturen var bra, gungade inte men mycket motorljud. Very good trip. Great staff that go out of their way. To make it a special event. Food was not really to my taste but found something to eat. What wade it hard was the food was placed into their own tubes but not labelled so you have to eat with your eyes. But this didn't spoil the trip. We would do this again. Overall it cost a lot but we'll worth it.

Insgesamt ein wunderschöner und absolut empfehlenswerter Ausflug. Wer leicht seekrank wird, sollte bei stärkerem Wellengang unbedingt die Tabletten der Guides annehmen. Die Crew war äußerst freundlich und hat uns viele spannende Informationen mitgegeben. Wir machten Halt an zwei Schnorchelspots, beide mit beeindruckenden Riffen und kristallklarem Wasser, das fast schon Malediven-Vibes versprühte. Der „dritte“ Spot war ein traumhafter Strand an den nördlichen Surin-Inseln.

De heentocht was meer dan onaangenaam: meer dan 2u30 een woelige zee trotseren met hevige schokken (waardoor rugpijn, enkele mensen werden zeeziek en moesten overgeven). Maar het ergste is het hevige lawaai van de buitenboordmotors, steeds boven 80 dB en dikwijls boven 90 dB wat onaanvaardbaar is gezien hoog gevaar voor permanente gehoorschade; in Belgïë zijn evenementen die meer dan 90 dB produceren verboden. Rondkomen met een tipbox is niet OK, de mensen voelen verplicht om iets te geven.

Retkipäivä oli huippu. Aamun menomatka saarille oli tuulinen ja sää aiheutti kovat aallokot ja se alkuun vähän säikäytti. Vene poukkoili kovin. Alt for voldsom sejltur, hvor halvdelen af gæsterne - trods søsygepiller - blev syge. Katamaranen hoppede så voldsomt i bølgerne, at vi under det meste af 1 1/2 times sejltur var utrygge ved om båden holdt. Det var på ingen måde en fornøjelse. Snorklingen var fin, men en meget lille del af en lang tur. Skuffende at TUI i beskrivelsen lover farvede koraller, dem var der ingen af. Den forfærdelige, og efter vores mening uansvarlige sejltur gjorde oplevelsen dårlig. Ikke pengene værd.

Dejligt at der var forskellige oplevelser på turen; snorkling, badning, frokost, besøg i by på en af Surin-øerne, hvor vi fik fortalt historie og Modernes eksistens og selv kunne læse om deres overlevelse i forbindelse med tsunamien i 2004. Turen blev afsluttet med endnu en gang snorkling. Garanti for koraller og farverige fisk og en besætning der gjorde ALT for at vi fik en god oplevelse.

Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis! Pünktlich abgeholt worden am Hotel, am Pier gab’s dann ein hübsch zubereitetes Frühstücksbüffet, bevor es auf den Katamaran ging. Der ist auf dem Wasser bequemer als ein Longtailboat. Allerdings sollte man unbedingt die ausgeteilten Oropax nehmen, weil der Motorenlärm ist nichts für schwache Nerven;) Die angefahrenen Plätze zum Schnorcheln sind gut ausgewählt gewesen und auch der Besuch der ehemaligen Seenomaden war sehr informativ und interessant.

Super tur, det eneste “minus” var, da vi kom op fra snorkel turen, stod vi våde og forsøgte at få styr på det hele, samtidig med guiderne gik rundt og tilbød forfriskninger - det var super skønt, men det gav lidt kaos, da der ikke var steder, man kunne sætte det. Det havde været dejligt, at de havde givet folk plads, så man havde tid til at få styr på finner, dykkermasker og få fat i håndklæder, så 5-10 minutter havde været fint ??

Verpflegung sehr liebevoll, toll die Erfrischung zum Schöuss. Schnorchelplätze waren super mit ausreichend Zeit, Informationen sehr interessant. Sehr gelungenes trip zu Surin Island. Besuch der Monken Village, sehr beeindruckend gewesen, Mittagessen in National Park mit Schwimmen im Meer. Danach sind wir an zwei verschiedenen Orten zum schnorcheln gewesen je 1 Stunde, war auch sehr schön. Zwischen durch gab's sandwich und Früchte am Katamaran. Zurück am Hafen hatten wir noch Eis und Kaffee erhalten, dann wurden wir zum Hotel gefahren. Beide guide waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und auch die Crew vom Katamaran sehr freundlich.

Der Tag war super gut organisiert. Es wurde u.a. sehr viel Essen gereicht in sehr guter Qualität. Etwas enttäuscht war ich von der Unterwasserwelt. Die war leider nicht so schön wie erhofft. Auch der Müll im Nationalpark hat mich etwas irritiert. Hier sollte mehr Aufklärungsarbeit geleistet werden. Positiv aufgefallen ist mir, dass der Veranstalter versucht hat, auf Plastikflaschen zu verzichten und nachfüllbare Flaschen ausgeteilt hat. Eine Alternative für die Dosen für Softgetränke wäre gut

Tolle Tour, wir konnten uns gut entspannen und fühlten uns sehr sicher. Die Guides waren top ?? zudem wurden wir sehr gut versorgt. Das Schnorcheln war super schön und wir haben die Unterwasserwelt genossen.

Guides und Crew waren sehr freundlich und immer darum bemüht, uns Gästen einen tollen Ausflug zu ermöglichen. Wir wurden bestens mit Essen und Getränke versorgt. Die Schnorchelspots waren einmalig schön, wie die ganze Inselgruppe Surin. Über die Moken wurde sehr einfühlsam berichtet. Der Ausflug wird uns lange in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

The trip was a really good day, the coral and snorkelling was amazing ! It was great to see Surin island and how the people live there and having time on the beautiful beach before lunch, we got to see flying lemurs and their babies too. We had good food and drink service on the boat, the lunch on the island wasn’t great. Overall a really good trip, not rushed in any aspect and our guide Jay Jay spoke good English and was helpful.

Der Besuch des Dorfes könnte etwas länger sein. Reiseleiter war sehr gut, Verpflegung völlig ausreichend, am Schluss ist die Zeit sehr kurz für einen Kaffee usw, da die Transferbusse schon warten.

Zeitmanagement verbesserungswürdig: Wurden um 5.40 Uhr abgeholt u. waren wegen schlechter Tourenplanung erst um 6.40 Uhr am Steg. Sodann schlechtes u. - alle Gäste hatten Frühstücksboxen ihrer Hotels - überflüssiges Frühstück 45 Minuten. Man hätte bei besserer Organisation 1 Stunde früher auf Surin sein können. Warum gibt es beim Schnorcheln Westenzwang für Touristen, die gut schwimmen können, aber nicht für Guides, die schlechter schwimmen? Unerträglicher Lärm u. Benzingestank der Longtails.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und dem Ablauf der Tour. Besonders die kleinen Snacks zu Beginn und das Eis zum Schluss, hatten wir nicht erwartet. Die Mischung mehrerer Sprachen ist weniger angenehm,aber sicherlich notwendig.

Es haben sich alle sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Alle andere Aktivitäten können wir auch nur positiv bewerten, schnorcheln, 2 schöne Buchten besucht, schwimmen auf Surin Insel, top! Das Moken Dorf... Leckeres Essen und Getränke waren ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank ans Team!

Oceanova who ran this trip are a very slick operation, lots of food/snacks, breakfast while you're waiting to board, lunch on an island, tea when you return. Giving out sea sickness pills and ear plugs. Loan of snorkel, masks, fins. Amazing trip, world class snorkelling and given plenty of time to do so. Best trip we did despite the 5.30am pick up!! Would reccommend

Im Dorf war es viel zu heißt. Kein Sonnenschutz. Es wäre sinnvoll die Teilnehmer aufzuklären, dass man beim 2h Schnorcheln die Waden verbrennt, wenn man sich keine lange Hose anzieht. Wir hatten 60+ LSF drauf und sind trotzdem verbrannt..

Service der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war top! Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes und lustiges Personal. Haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. TUI Guide im Hotel hätte uns allerdings besser aufklären müssen und wirkte oft so als würde er auswendig gelerntes bzw übliche Floskeln und aufgesetzte Witze benutzen… unter Speed Katamaran mit Platz stellt man sich etwas anderes vor es war so eng!!!!!!! Boot an sich kein schönes Erlebnis. Besuch bei den Moken wie im Zoo. Armes Volk

Very good excursion. Interesting visit to the Makong village, beautiful swim at Paradise beach followed by excellent lunch and 2 great snorkel stops. Catamaran was modern and clean, our guide was informative and the breakfast and snacks on return provided at the port were great. Only improvement would have been somewhere to change into dry clothes on the catamaran. Space was tight and it was not practical to use the toilets.

This trip was fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend it. Surin is beautiful. The staff were all dedicated to making our day special. It’s worth the early start and there is a lovely breakfast waiting on the dockside before you get on the catamaran. Plenty of snacks and drinks along the way and a lovely lunch. Snorkeling was amazing in crystal clear water. Meeting the Moken people was a lovely experience and being able to buy souvenirs from them to help their survival was great.

Sehr schöne Tagestour. Catamaran ist zwar teurer dafür ruhiger auf See somit viel bequemer als Speedboot. Sicherheit wird etwas übertrieben. Trotz Taucherlizenz musste man mit Weste zum Schnorcheln. Insel selbst nicht so toll wie Similan. Alles in allem: nicht günstig aber "eine Reise wert"!

Der Trip an sich war gut, trotz allem der schlecht organisierteste Ausflug den ich je über TUI gebucht habe. Aus den versprochenen 10 TN, im Bus ja, auf dem Schiff dann fast 40 TN. Von TUI kein MA, wurde an auswärtigen Veranstalter abgegeben, Deutsche Reiseleitung konnte kaum deutsch hat auch selten erzählt dafür die Englische Frau. Leider haben das nicht alle verstanden. Dieser Part war echt traurig und kennt man so nicht von TUI für diesen Preis. Das sollte echt nochmal gecheckt werden von TUI

Ein toller organisierter Ausflug, es hat alles gepasst. Es war immer genügend Zeit, besondere beim Schnorcheln. Freundlich sind die Thais sowieso, es hat einfach Spaß gemacht. Auch die Schnorchelausrüstung war gut, vernünftig es Material und sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, einfach zu empfehlen.

Die Tour im Ganzen ein Erlebnis, mit tollen Highlights. Mit Ausnahme der Stopp bei den Ureinwohnern, zu viel Müll im Dorf und der Schmuck wo angeboten wird, ist bestimmt nicht von Hand gemacht. Sollte man das Müllproblem nicht in Griff bekommen, kann man auf diesen Stopp zukünftig verzichten.

Kiva päivä, kaikki oli hyvin järjestettyä, , kallistahan tällainen on kolmelle hengelle, mustalaiskylän vierailu oli aika turhan tuntuinen (100 pöytää samalnlaisia koruja, joista kukaan ei tainnut ostaa mitään).

The company you used for the tour was simply excellent from the start of the day at the pier with breakfast to the end of the day with icecream and coffee before departing in the transport. The team was very professional and knowledgeable throughout and extremely accommodating towards my wife who doesn’t like seafood or fish, taking the time to show her what foods would be best for her. Es ist wirklich für alles gesorgt, vom Frühstück bis zum Schluss Kaffee,Kuchen. Es werden keine Handtücher und Schnorchelausrüstungen benötigt, es wird allles gestellt. Die 2 Schnorchelstopps sind sehr gut gewählt. Jedoch ist die Rückfahrt etwas ruppig, wenns arg windig ist.

Whole contents of trip excellent. Only negative is that the catamaran is too crowded not enough room on board to enjoy the hour and half journey to and from resort to surin islands, and also journey in-between stops. I understand why every seat taken but just spoiled the trip for us as very claustrophobic with lots of jostling. Snorkeling is excellent and beach lovely. The lunch was very poor though and unorganised. Food quality and labelling of food was very poor and disappointing.

Selve sejlturen og guiderne var perfekt, men køreturen frem og tilbage trækker ned, det var en gammel taxi, chaufføren kørte meget hurtigt og usikkert + at vi skulle en stor omvej for at hente to gæster mere.

Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Hilfe, die Gästen beim Schnorcheln gewährt wurde, die sich im Meer etwas unsicher fühlen oder ängstlich waren. Diese Gäste wurden im Wasser durch die Guids begleitet, so dass jeder ein tolles Schnorchelerlebnis haben konnte. Es war einfach toll.

Très belle excursion, des plages de carte postale. Encadrement très professionnel, très bien organisé. Equipements de snorkeling de qualité (masque avec correction de dioptries sur demande, embouts buccaux neufs), suffisamment de nourriture et de snack pour ne pas avoir l'estomac vide. Il y a même des cachets en cas de mal de mer. Le visite du village des Mokens était intéressante, prévoyez des Bahts pour les soutenir en leur achetant quelques souvenirs (bracelets, colliers, sac crochetés...)

Otrolig dag! 20 min med buss till hamnen där frukost serverades. Jättefin men saknade protein…. Annars bra! Supertrevlig personal och vår guide hela dagen var ödmjuk, påläst och mycket trevlig. Tog ca 1,5 timme med katamaran till första snorklingen. Jättefint! Första gången jag snorklade och fick pedagogisk och bra hjälp. Därefter iland på otroliga ön med paradisstrand och jättegod lunch. Rikligt med mat! Sen vidare till snorkling 2 superfint! Fint stopp hos lokalbefolkningen, kanondag!

Loved visiting the islands and seeing the local people. The beach was nice as well. The reefs are getting a little bleached but there's so much traffic going on I'm not surprised. Hated the amount of long tail boats roaring around as it spoilt the tranquility. I also didn't like the 6am pick up and return at 4.30. prefer 7am and return at 1730

We enjoyed the whole day. My husband is 83 and nothing was too much for any of the reps looking after us. He didnt do the snorkelling , but was happy to watch everyone else enjoying themselves. Beautiful corral reefs . Everything is well organised. Makhan island is so interesting and lovely gifts can be bought from the local people. Would definitely recommend this trip.

Jay jay was brilliant and helped my wife who is not a confident swimmer snorkeling and took her under her wing straight away. She was attentive as was her assistant Eve who took some beautiful photos for us and helped whenever we needed anything. Brilliant tour and sadly not enough time seeing the wonders of Surin. We went as a couple, the tour, snorkeling, the views, the food were fantastic, the staff was amazing and our guide JJ was very knowledgeable. Could not recommend enough, was the best experience ever. Also the boat was very good, not the slightest feeling of sea sickness for our entire trip, which lasted around 8 hours (10 hours in total back to hotel). Would definitely do it again.

Zu laute Motoren am Boot. Zuviel Plastick auf der Mogen Insel. Metalflasche um Plastick zu vermeiden gibt wenig Sinn gegenüber den vielen Büchsen Süssgetränke. Da sollte eine andere Lösung gefunden werden .

War alles super, super Ziel, fast schon übermäßig organisiert, ständig Pausen und Essen (10% weniger, und es wäre perfekt gewesen - wobei das nicht schlimm war). Der deutsche Guide war super gut und entspannt (genau das richtige für uns, gerade im Verhältnis zum Thai/englischsprachigen Guide, der es für uns etwas zu gut meinte). Tolle Schnorchelspots, gutes Zeitmanagement, toller Transport. Hat alles zu 100% funktioniert wie angekündigt. Nur das Boot war etwas laut.

Kalastajakylästä oli mielenkiintoinen kokemus. Opas kertoi hyvin kylän elämästä. Seuraava pysähdyksellä söimme ihan hyvän lounaan. Siihen se hauskuus sitten loppui. Pysähdyimme 2 kertaa reiluksi tunniksi snorklaamaan ja uimaan. Olimme saaneet oppaalta väärän käsityksen siitä, että olisimme voineet rannoilla viettää aikaa, mutta kun emme snorklanneet, aika piti viettää veneen kannella. Sanoimme oppaalle, että emme snorklaa, mutta hänestä matka oli sopiva meille. Liian kallis matka antiin nähden.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Wir waren total begeistert von der Crew der Ausführung, den Ausflügen einfach alles top. Speisen und Getränke reichhaltig und gut. Es wurde uns viel von Land Leute erzählt. Toller Ausflug. Man sollte den Teilnehmer (für Hotelgäste) mitteilen, dass die Frühstücksbox nicht notwendig ist. Es gibt Frühstück, Zwischenverpflegungen, Mittagessen und genug Getränke. Abgesehen von Trinkgeld benötigt man kein Geld. Einfach ein empfehlenswerter Ausflug.

The snorkelling was excellent - loads of fish to see and felt safe in the water. Loved the sustainability aspect of the trip, really pleased to see them taking that so seriously. Plenty of food available, and just when you needed it. It was good to see the Morgan village but felt intrusive, it was so hot and no shade at the village.

This was such a lovely day. Snorkelling locations were so beautiful with the most beautiful fish and we even got to see turtles. Well organised trip with lovely food and snacks. Be prepared for a bumpy boat ride but it is absolutely worth it.

Genoten van de trip naar Surineilanden. Prima verzorging incl ontbijt op de pier, lunch op het eiland en na terugkeer hapjes op de pier. Prachtige koraalriffen met heel veel mooie vissen. Enige minpuntje is het bezoek aan Mokendorpje. Zeer toeristisch en komt over als gluren bij arme mensen. Verder alleen maar positief.

All was great that the staff could be in charge of. It was a windy day that make boat trip not so comfortable and that it didn't feel safe at all time. Snorkeling/swimming was a bit hard due to weather at second stop. Our boat had issue and we stopped in the middle of the ocean. Staff acted perfect.

Also gefallen hat uns persönlich nicht, dass im Vorfeld nicht erwähnt wurde, dass es bis zu 4 Meter hohe Wellen sein können und für Sehkranke nicht geeignet ist. Dadurch konnten zwei Teilnehmer aus unserer Gruppe nicht teilnehmen, obwohl sie die Reise schon bezahlt hatten. Eine Rückerstattung wurde vom Reiseleiter abgelehnt. Auch das Taxi zurück musste privat bezahlt werden, schlechter Service. Sonst war der Ausflug für die anderen Teilnehmer gelungen.

The catamaran staff were brilliant. Attentive, friendly, and helpful. One noticed my husband having snorkel issues on the reef, and replaced it. We would have liked longer in the Mokken Village, as it was so interesting and picturesque. 40 mins after the talk felt rushed. It's such a stunning place, with handmade gifts to buy. The two reefs were superb, teeming with fish. The whole day was exceptional, highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Erlebinis. Für uns war es definitiv die beste Tour von allen. Die Schnorchelgänge waren mit 1 Stunde lang genug. Man hat immer atemberaubende und bunte Fische und Korallen gesehen. Der Reiseleiter war auch sehr nett und man hat gemerkt dass er Spaß an seinem Job hat. Es gab immer genügend zu Trinken und Essen. Frühstück, Mittagessen und Sacks alles dabei. Atemberaubende Landschaft und Traumstände! Die Moken Siedlung war auch schön zu sehen! Alles Top!

Das Schnorcheln war wirklich sehr gut aber leider auch das einzig positive. Die Anfahrt mit dem Bus betrug eine Stunde, dann gab es ein spartanisches Frühstück, weiter ging es nochmals anderthalb Stunden wie die Heringe zusammen gepfercht auf einem Motorboot. Katamaran Fehlanzeige. Erst ging’s zum Schnorcheln, dann zu einer kleinen Verkaufsveranstaltung in ein Dorf der Ureinwohner, was ganz interessant war und dann nochmal ein Schnorchelstopp bevor es wieder zur fast 3stündigen Heimfahrt ging.

Felt safe at all times, guides English wasn’t great and trip attendees 98% German. The snorkelling was simply magnificent - best ever. Worth going on trip for that alone. Interesting to see the Moken people living on a most beautiful island - it would have been nice to see them selling things more authentic to their culture.

Guiden/besättningen ombord var fantastiska. Yaya tror jag vår guide hette och hon var kanon! Man erbjöds sjösjukepiller innan avfärd. Förstår att det gynnar befolkningen på ön att turister besöker dem och köper souvenirer men personligen hade jag kunnat vsra utan den delen av turen. Otroligt fin snorkling med många fiskar o fina korallrev. Ren och vacker miljö/omgivning. Ett stort plus var att man utöver lunch också bjöds på frukost innan avfärd och fika vid ankomst.

The tour was very proffessional and the guide was informative. There was plenty to eat and drink and the snorkeling gear was up to date. The boat was a bit noicy and it was a bit tight with not much space for changing clothes for the snorkeling and excursions.

Excellent day trip. By getting an Early Start it was definitely a good idea. Everything was extremely well organised from start to finish and we were so so well looked after. JJ (our guide) and her team couldnt do anything more. The Siren Islands are beautiful and it was wonderful to snorkel near them, enjoy the islands with a gorgeous lunch and then to travel by long boat and meet the Monken people was amazing. A real insight into their island life. Thoroughly recommend this trip ?????.

Det var bra upplägg med 2 dykningar men 1 h/dykning var lite kort sen var det för långt besök i naturreservatet, för varmt att vandra omkring i byn. Max 30-40 min och hellre mer dykning istället.

Korvatulpista olisi voinut olla maininta mainoksessa tai ne olisi voinut laivassa jakaa. 1000 hevosvoimaa perämoottoreissa pitivät aika huumaavaa meteliä. Mutta kaikin puolin kiva päivä, joka jää muistojen arkistoihin. Paljon värikkäitä kaloja pinnan alla. Kiitos kaikille järjestäjille. Myös ruoka oli hyvää ja kiva kun sai voileivätkin.

Abwechslungsreich, interessant, schwimmen und schnorcheln, alles dabei, gutes und reichhaltiges Essen, ausreichend Getränke, nette Crew! Es gab nichts zu meckern. Extrem hoher Wellengang während der Hinfahrt!

Upplevelsen var mycket bra. Det enda vi har som förbättringspunkt är båtresan och det dåliga vädret som gjorde att det vågade väldigt mycket. Stundtals var det otäckt och hade då önskat lite information från besättningen om att läget var OK (vilket det troligtvis var och dom är säkerligen vana) Men i det stora hela, våran bästa utflykt i Thailand :) trots regn!

The trip was great and the snorkelling was fantastic. The trip to the islands was rather choppy and made people sick this is the only negative having said that the staff were wonderful and I would recommend this trip perhaps in better weather

Toller Ausflug. Leider ohne Sonne, da kann das Team aber nichts für. Der Besuch des Mokendorfs war zwar interessant, aber auch etwas beklemmend. Das erinnerte mehr an ein Theaterstück.

We booked the experience through Tui. It was only afterwards when I was looking up the company who ran the speedboat/snorkelling and looked at their website that I realised how much more expensive it was via Tui. The experience itself was great, except for the visit to the Mokin village, we felt very uncomfortable walking through the few houses by the beach with kids selling the same stuff throughout. the beach on the far side there was very dirty too.

Wir sind enttäuscht davon einen deutschsprachigen Ausflug gebucht zu haben und der Guide hat nur in englisch gesprochen. Es war zwar ein deutscher Guide an Bord, gefühlt hatte der jedoch kaum was zu sagen. Das Schnorchelerlebnis war einmalig.

Der Ausflug war toll organisiert. Verpflegung war top. Auf dem Katamaran war es sehr voll und die deutschsprachige Betreuerin war nicht besonders redselig, im Gegensatz zu der englisch sprechenden, die war top. Im allgemeinen war es aber ein sehr schöner Ausflug.

Ganz großes Dankeschön und Lob an die ganze Crew der Ozeannova, Jay Jay, Ingo, Tani und der Rest der Crew waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt, es gab immer was interessantes zu hören und zu sehen, die See Nomaden und der Paradies beach immer wieder eine Reise Wert..... Verpflegung war auch sehr gut und die Schnorchel stellen perfekt....haben unglaublich viele verschiedene Fische gesehen und sogar die Meeresschildkröten..... Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

+ Allt ingick frukost, lunch fri dryck, handduk snorkelsett, mm. Behövde endast ra med telefon för att fota och pengar för att handla souvenirer. Fantastiskt natur, vackra koraller och många färgglada fiskar. - Högt motorljud, rekommenderar hörselproppar vid båtresan. Hade gärna sett sköldpaddor, men dem håller till vid Similan öarna.

Helheten av resan var bra. Två timmar snorkling på två fina ställen. Däremot dålig info innan. Man behöver ingen frukostlåda från hotellet då man får enklare frukost på plats. De delar även ut handdukar vilket vi inte visste om tidigare. Tyckte att det var för lite tid på öarna. En timme på varje ställe men man hann iprincip bara kolla runt sen var det dax att åka. Så vill man på en utflykt bara för att snorkla är denna perfekt men vill man också se öarna ska man boka någonting annat.

Everything was provided, even a towel, drinks and food throughout the day. The snorkeling equipment was good and the staff helped show how to use it and put it on and help to get on and off boat. All staff were brilliant.

Zwei wundervolle Schnorcherlebnisse, achtsame, positiv gestimmte Guides mit klaren, verständlichen Informationen und dazwischen stärkende Essens- und Getränkeversorgung. Ein rundum stimmiges Paket! DANKE! PS: Der Besuch bei den Mokken war interessant, hat jedoch ein wenig den Beigeschmack von „begaffen“ und fotografieren. Ich hoffe, dass von Ihrer Seite ein entsprechender Betrag für das Wahrnehmendürfen der ganz anderen, ursprünglichen Lebensweise zu den Menschen dieser Volksgruppe fließt.

Very well organised and enjoyable day.We had breakfast provided before leaving the pier and and food was provided on our return which was not mentioned in the itinerary but much appreciated.Guides and Boat crew worked very hard throughout the day with refreshments continually on offer. My partner and I would highly recommend recommend this excursion.

Super lækker dag. Mange ting at se på de steder hvor vi snorklede. Dejligt med plain food, så alle får noget at spise. Besøget hos søfolkene virkede meget som turistdælde, det kunne jeg godt have undværet. Turen varede 10,5 time fra afhentning
