Excellent service from start to finish- would definitely recommend this trip and if you’re lucky enough to get Karen as your tour guide you’ll be in for a treat! A wonderful history lesson on Gibraltar but with lots of interesting facts. Our teenagers loved it!

Really enjoyed the day out & the bus tour round the mountain was great the guide/driver for mountain tour Richard was brilliant & very informative The actual guide Robert on tour from picking we found a bit bit overbearing & patronising calling us students as he was a ex teacher he said , also we broke down on way back was sat on a bus for over 35 minutes no air con & on edge of motor way felt very unsafe & scary

It was a long LONG journey from our hotel to Gibrolta. Just short of 3 hours there and 3 hours back. The stop on the way there was pointless, toilets were out of order and not enough people serving to get a drink let alone food. That being said Gibrolta was great, the tour around the rock was amazing along with the cave and the monkeys. The day was just shy of 12 hours longbin total... Bring water and sun cream and something to do on the coach or time will drag.

My personal opinion is as follows - After the tour we were dropped off near to the centre of the Gibralter shopping area which was good. We were allocated around 5 hours for shopping which was far too long as the duty free situation wasn't as good as we would have liked. Most of the items that we would have purchased were more expensive than the prices at home for the same items. My opinion is that the excursion to the rock should have been longer instead

Die Reiseleitung war mit der Planung völlig überfordert. Es waren englisch und deutschsprachige Leute im Bus und 1 Teil hatte noch eine Delfintour mitgebucht. Es gab verschiedene Zeitangaben und es war ein Durcheinander zwischen den Gruppen. Der Ausflug war viel zu teuer (93€)für das was uns angeboten wurde. In Gibraltar war noch Stromausfall, das man nicht mehr einkaufen konnte.

Veel meer verwacht van deze uitstap. Boertige gids, teveel vrije tijd in de stad zelfs terwijl we deze tijd perfect hadden kunnen gebruiken op de rots om nog een bezoek te brengen aan de Skywalk en de hangbrug. Gemiste kans dus. De veelbelovende grot, is eigenlijk maar 1 grote ruimte die gelukkig gevuld wordt door een geprogrammeerde projectie. Zonder dit zou je de grot alweer na 1 minuut kunnen verlaten. Conclusie: een uitstap die eigenlijk z’n geld niet waard is.

The experience to Gibraltar was amazing. We got picked up on time .The guide Joanna was really good. Very informative and a lovely lady. Had a few hours free time when we arrived. Then met back up for the trip to St michaels cave and the rock of Gibraltar. The mini bus guy that took us was really nice. We were given a full guide of the Gibraltar on our way to the rock. The caves were out of this world. Then seeing the monkeys just made this trip amazing ! Would definitely recommend this trip.

Wir haben die Tour quasi alleine gemacht uns wurde nur eine Kassette rein geschoben. Der Guide hat so viele Ansagen gemacht das man ganz vergessen hat worum es eigentlich ging. Da wir noch anders sprachige Leute im Bus hatten war es etwas durcheinander. Und für 93€ keine Begleitung zu haben oder keinen kleinen Snack ist schon traurig. Wir hätten uns bei manchen Stationen mehr Zeit gewünscht.

I think there was not enough explaining by the rep about the truth of the trip the journey time was 3 hours on a coach with no toilet facilities straight on to the mini bus for the tour bus driver was 1st class explaining everything very well althought it felt a little rushed because as we found out it was for some of the people had to get back for the dolfin tour unfortunately outside of tui control when we got back to town there was a power cut wwhich meant the shops were closed no duty free

Lovely trip. Guides very knowledgeable. Would recommend. Only negative was the time waiting for the coach transfers in Gibralta. We waited around twice when we could have had an extra 45 mins shopping time had it been more organised.

I think it could have been explained by the rep a bit better by that i mean telling the customers that it was a 3 hour coach trip with no facilities on coach each way meaning 6 hours on the coach the guided tour on the island was 1st class unfortunately beyond tui control there was a power cut after the tour so we couldn't get anything to eat or do duty free shopping mybe a toilet break would be benifit

The guid at the actual rock tour was really good and so was the tui rep. Unfortunately the tui rep didn't inform us properly were the coach station was after being dropped off from the rock tour so as a result me and my partner spent the last 20mins running around trying to find it but over all a really good trip, I think just a simple paper map for us would of helped alot.

Es war , genau wie im TV über solche Veranstaltungenen berichtet wird. DE gebucht, die Reiseleiterin sprach ständig englisch, weil ihr das mehr liegt und ein paar Engländer bei waren, ständig unterschiedliche Zeiten in Ansage, keiner wußte die genauen Zeiten. VIEL versprochen, kaum was gehalten. WARSCHEINLICH war das mein letzter Ausflug mit einem Reiseveranstalter ???

Hi, too much money for a half-day trip. Almost 2 hours to visit the city, not enough. Everything was on the run, another 20 minutes at the Cave, not enough. 2 more 10-minute stops for pictures and 2 monkeys. Sorry, I didn't have more information.

De gids (Jesus ) sprak zeer onduidelijk Engels. Voor onze Nederlandstalige groep bijna onverstaanbaar. Tevens sprak hij zoals een robot. Vb : ik ben.......de......gids. Zeer irritant. De buschauffeur José was zeer onvriendelijk. Gelukkig hadden we in het kleine busje op de rots een fantastische gids - chauffeur! Die heeft voor ons de dag goed gemaakt!

Gern nehme ich mir die Zeit. Die Tour war auf deutsch gebucht und hat auf polnisch stattgefunden!!!Zwar hatdie Reise Leitung auch einiges auf durch erklärt,war oft nicht verständlich! Auf der Tour mit dem Kleinbus,auch nur polnisch,bisschen deutsch.Unverständliche Zeitangabe. Für uns rausgeschmissenes Geld. Ich hoffe das sich die junge Frau,die mit uns im Bus war ,beschwert. Sie wurde wegen2min so massiv von der Reiseleitin beschimpft,das Sie in Tränen ausbrach.ich erwarte eine Entschädigung .

De gids die ons met het mini busje naar de rock reed was Engelstalig. Hij ratelde een uit het hoofd geleerde tekst af waar we eerlijk gezegd weinig van verstaan hebben. Er werd ons gewaarschuwd voor de apen en we hebben er maar 4 gezien, wat teleurstellend was. De grot zelf was prachtig, het zicht dat je boven had was zeker de moeite waard alsook het centrum van Gibraltar.

Coach arrived at hotel 50 minutes late due to road accident and although this couldn't be helped it was felt that stay in Gibraltar could have been extended. Also instructions by courier regarding timings and meeting points were rather vague and "laid back".The minibus guide to nature reserve and St Michael's Cave however was excellent and interesting. Would have appreciated more free time to compensate for late arrival.

Really enjoyed seeing the monkeys and caves . There was an issue with the air con leaking water onto some of the passengers from the moment we got on and got worse through out the day also the trip. It could also do with 2 guides or something as we managed to loose some one while going through passport control which ate into our free time in Gibraltar but the guide did his best to clear up the water and find the missing persons

Absence de guide parlant français alors que le prix payé est le même. Mini bus qui nous arrête à un arrêt de bus et nous devons retrouver notre bus de retour par nous même. La climatisation du bus qui fuit et nous déverse de l'eau sur la tête.

The guide that meet us on the bus and travelled to Gibraltar with us was very informative and helpful however when we transferred to the smaller buses to tour the rock the driver was rude. The whole commentary was played in polish a French couple pointed out that the tour was an English speaking tour and the driver told them to get off the bus. So we travelled around the rock but unfortunately we understood none of the history explained in the commentary’s. I was very disappointed and annoyed.

Jesteśmy zawiedzeni wycieczką, która bardziej polegała na czasie wolnym który dostaliśmy od przewodnika niż na zwiedzaniu atrakcji w Giblartarze. Natomiast przejazd przez park narodowy odbywał się w bardzo szybkim tempie.

Coach took longer than advertised to get to Gibraltar, immigration with children was also tediously slow. There wasn’t anywhere near enough time at the caves or to see the monkeys. 15 mins each isn’t really sufficient time to enjoy it without feeling rushed. We then had a lot of time in Gibraltar when we would have liked more time with the monkeys and the cave. Staff and guides were pleasant

Unfortunately there was road works on the way there and traffic jams in Gibraltar which meant we were late for the Rock tour which had to be cut short. Also delay at the passport control in and out Tour guide and Rock guide were excellent.

Bus arrived at hotel at 06.55. Tour guide was late 07.05. Tour was badly organised. Accident, granted not fault of tui. However guide proceeded to walk us through Gibralta. Taking us to Dolphin tour which we were not doing. Wasting our free time. We then arrived at the coach park after the coach. The rock tour bus was late. Not worth the money. I will be requesting a partial refund

Tunnels and the top should be included. Disappointed we didn’t get to the bridge at the top and got to see the tunnels. However the experience was amazing needed longer with the monkeys felt abit rushed however we understood it was down to the amount of tours going on with traffic jams ect x

This was not the trip we expected, this is not the trip we payed good money for. It was disappointing, felt rushed & the guide was obnoxious, rude, disrespectful & ultimately the driver & guide were not one bit compassionate towards myself or my sister who needed to travel with a wheelchair, so it could be used when we came down from the rock. They made us feel stupid, they made us feel luke we we're an inconvenience. It marred the whole day and the holiday experience.. would not recommend

15 min te laat .geen Nederlandse gids zoals belooft . De gids was een oud manneke dat alleen Spaans en engels sprak en ook niet kon tellen . Meerdere malen opnieuw beginnen tellen omdat hij de tel kwijt was . In de bus ook geen luidspreker aanwezig , dus daar zaten we met een gids die we niet hoorden en verstonden . Dus uren in de bus zonder uitleg echt niet leuk.

The tour guide was amazing not only did an extensive history of the area and the rock he was very friendly. He also helped people with mobility issues on and off the bus. The cave and the monkeys were amazing. There was also a lot of different shops that we don’t have back home so that was nice. As always tui trios well planned thank you for an amazing day.

Good to see Gibraltar, however the tour was split into customers of 3 different tours; this caused much confusion due to the 3 different tours not being given sufficient communication to ensure each set of customers were aware of where to be and where to go. I understand some customers missed the dolphin leg of the tour.

Had to wait 50 minutes for the bus for the tour in a multi story car part on the 2nd level so tour was cut short only had 25 minutes at the caves which is no where near you need expecially to enjoy the caves .very poor organisation with the company you use for the cave tours at the end of the day we paid good money to experience Gibraltar and spend most of it waiting about .

It took 3.5 hours on coach to reach Gibralter (not 2 hrs as stated). We had 3 nationalities on board and had to hear everything repeated 3 times over. A complete fiasco with 26 people booked on a mini-bus which could only seat 22 to go up the Rock. Cave not suitable for those with walking issues due to amount of stairs. Overall a disappointing and expensive experience.

De excursie op zich was goed, maar de tijdverdeling kan wat ons betreft beter. Na het bezoek aan de rots hadden we nog 45 vrijetijd bij de bussen. Deze tijd kan prima terug naar 15 minuten waardoor je bij de grot meer tijd had om rond te kijken of om daar wat te drinken. 20 minuten was daar te kort. Gids weet veel maar praat ook veel waardoor ik mooeite moest doen om de instructie eruit te halen (heb concentratievermogen problemen). Maar ondanks het slechte weer wel aan te raden

I enjoyed going up to the rock and seeing the monkeys. We were told to be in the carpark for 2.15 so we could set off on the rock tour at 2.30pm. We were taken up to the upper floor of the carpark. The tour guide shouted for all the French people and they went on their tour, then he shouted for others. There were 8 people left. The tour guide then stood away from us. I had to ask at 3.15 what we were waiting for to be told the bus hadn't turned up. We didnt set off until 3.50 for our tour.

Everything was great. We were lucky I was the last pickup and traffic to Gibraltar was good as was the weather. I had about 1 hour 20mins in the town before I travelled to the rock and caves, which was amazing, and then had about the same time again in the town when I got back. Had a good look at the shops and bought lots. The host and driver were brilliant. I would definitely recommend.

I prebooked this trip but there was no specific information on where the coach pickup was. I finally found them and because I didn't have my passport on me they wouldn't let me board the coach, and said they had to leave because they had other people to collect. It did say on the voucher to bring my passport but I didn't read it properly. They did say if I called, I might be able to transfer my trip to Friday, but I left Spain on Thursday. I couldn't get a refund either. Im sure its a good trip.

Information at port entrance confusing so two people left behind, this could have been avoided.They had to get a taxi to car park and caught up.Small tour up rock and caves good, informative guide great but all too rushed. The journey there and back was ridiculous. 4 hours each way, we were approx 3 hours picking up. I would never recommend this trip. On route it was 10 mins stop here, 20 mins stop there and after the rock tour we only had 1 1/2 hours to discover Gibraltar and to find somewhere to eat. The guide was amazing but TUI need to refine this day trip and get it right. The whole day was exhausting and badly thought out.

Aufenthalte an den einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten viel zu kurz, man könnte daher evtl. eher los fahren bzw. auch später wieder zurück. Zeit zur freien Verfügung in der Stadt sollte zusammenhängend sein, leider hatten wir 1 Stunde vor der Minibus Tour und 1 Stunde danach gehabt, das ist nicht entspannend sondern eher Stress.

It was interesting to see this iconic place. The tour guide on the bus was very good and spoke excellent English. On the bus and minibus, both were friendly and helpful. While we enjoyed the rock it all felt a little rushed. The cave was truly amazing but 20 minutes was not enough time to really appreciate it properly. Seeing the monkeys was lovely too. This was a long day nice to have been to such an iconic place but not a trip we would repeat from that distance.

We werden netjes op tijd opgehaald bij ons hotel. De gids sprak prima Nederlands en Engels en legde alles duidelijk uit. Gibraltar is echt leuk om een keer te bezoeken. Bij de grens aangekomen, moesten we allemaal de bus uit. Samen met de gids moesten we lopend langs de douane, waar daadwerkelijk je paspoort werd gecontroleerd. Hierna stond de bus ons weer op te wachten en reden we naar het centrum. De rocktour is echt een aanrader. De apen zijn echt zo leuk! De grot is ook mooi.

I spoke to the tour operator once when I got off bus in Gibraltar. I asked him what was included in the "Rock" tour. He barked at me: "I told you on the bus. We will be in a van and drive around." That is all he told me. I walked away saying nothing and spent the day in town. I would not spend the day with such a rude tour operator. I've traveled very, very often and never had a tour operator yell at me. I want a refund for for the Rock tour.

De St. Michaels cave tour werd een beetje afgeraffeld dat moest binnen 20 minuten, er was geen tijd om te genieten van de prachtige lichtshow die werd gegeven in de grot zelf, de grotten zelf waren wel mooi om te zien. Daarentegen liepen we drie uur rond in het centrum van Gibraltar wat nou niet echt ten opzichte van andere plaatsen spectaculair was, die tijd mag best wel een beetje verdeeld worden zodat je de lichtshow kunt bekijken in de grotten, daar stonden wij gelukkig niet alleen in.

The trip to St. Michael’s caves was spectacular. Amazing to see. The monkeys were good to see, I was worried they’d be all over me, but no. The guide was very helpful. The shopping area of Gibraltar isn’t very nice. The minibus up to the rock, drives very fast and when they go over a speed bump the effect on my spine was very unpleasant.

Vi betalade ganska mycket i tillägg för guidad tur upp till Klippan. Pga att vi fick vänta 25 minuter på de små bussarna som skulle köra oss upp till Klippan körde chauffören in den förlorade tiden och därför stoppade han inte bussen t.ex. där vi skulle se till Afrika och några andra stopp som den inspelade guiden talade om.

This tour was great. Our TUI guide Sonja was fantastic with many wonderful facts and stories. We had just enough time checking out the shops before heading to get the mini bus to go up to the caves. Sonja even leant me her jacket as she was concerned I would be cold in the caves. Unfortunately we had quite a wait for the bus with was frustrating but when the bus did arrive we had a great tour guide, very funny and again lots of stories. Apologies as I don’t know his name.

What we did on the tour was good The bus tour man on Gibraltar was brilliant. It was standing in a bus garage waiting nearly 1hour for the tour to start that spoiled the day. Our free time was drastically reduced and my wife cannot stand so long and had to ask for a seat. She and others were given an old bus to sit in waiting for the tour bus to arrive. Also the toilets we were directed to use were absolutely disgusting with no running water to flush the pan.

Wir hatten für zwei Personen über 190 € bezahlt. Auf der Hin Tour, die dann extrem lange wurde) wurden mehrere Personen abgeholt. In Gibraltar angekommen, wurden wir uns selber überlassen. Danach in einen kleinen Bus verfrachtet, der einfach war und wo man sich nicht anschnallen konnte. Dann ging es nach oben auf dem Berg. War eine richtige Massenveranstaltung. Würde ich überhaupt nicht weiter empfehlen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht.

The staff were just great and very knowledgeable Gibraltar was very interesting and would definitely go back. The one major down was a bus and English speaking driver for the town and rock tour!! We waited for an hour to finally get on .The driver we did eventually get was brilliant ????very knowledgeable and amusing and drove well . Unfortunately because of the delay our “ English” group lost out on the 90 minutes of free time to explore the town. Overall a really good trip ??Thank you TUI

The guide on the mountain was brilliant (name was David). The Rock and the cave was excellent. Was a very long day as advised day was about 8 hours - it turned out to 12 hours from pick up to drop off so was a bit disappointed to get back late ( 7.45 - 8pm) as had plans for about 6-6.30pm.

The bus to pick us up was over an hour late, which was a bad start to the day.The journey down to Gibraltar was nice and the guide gave us some facts on the way .Gibraltar is well worth the visit.We really enjoyed the day.The tour guide to the cave and monkeys was brilliant only down side is I would of liked more time there we were on a tight schedule as we had arrived over an hour late.We had a little time to explore and get something to eat.We would definitely visit again

Gibraltar is leuk om een keer gezien te hebben. De grot was wel mooi met de lichtshow. Helaas was de tijd die we hiervoor kregen wel wat kort. De chauffeur van het minibusje was vriendelijk en probeerde ook nog van alles te vertellen naast het bandje met de uitleg in het Nederland. De reisleiding gaf niet veel algemene informatie onderweg. Hij raffelde de tekst af als een opsomming. hij moest het doen in Nederlands, Engels en Frans.

Heenweg 3 uur in de bus met een half Nederlandse sprekende gids. In de kleine busjes een gids die helemaal geen Nederlands sprak. In het kort. Reis veel te lang. Van 7 tot 19.00 uur onderweg geweest voor 1.5 uur excursie Nederlandse gids geboekt maar gedeeltelijk gehad. Excursie was mooi maar vrije tijd in de stad had geen meerwaarde.

Gut: Top Guide, freundlich und kennt alle Infos. Erlebnis an sich ist der Hammer, die Affen und die Aussicht waren super. Schlecht: Viel zu wenig Platz im Bus für Leute mit 1,90 m Größe - das war richtig schlimm für 2,5 Stunden hin und dann wieder zurück. Wer für Shopping kommt, wird enttäuscht (zumindest im Vergleich zu Deutschland, kann für andere Nationen anders aussehen...) In dem Angebot sollte erwähnt werden, dass man nur kurz Zeit hat, wenn man mit der externen Tour die Spots anfährt.

Our Tui coach guide did little more than take us through the border and give us a map. Dropped off at the coach station to find our way to the main street which is mainly a duty free shop. Back to the coach station for the minibus tour. Half of us were English with some French and two old Italian ladies. We were told coach driver would talk to us in English while the French had a tape. Driver said nothing while the French listened to the tape. Highly dissapointing

Trip inc see Apes. After told no food, hats, glasses & phones by apes only saw them at St Micheal’ s cave, 2 sitting top of cars , 1 on a fence & 1 in a tree from bus. The trip was very rushed, had to wait 30 minutes on the mini bus going up to the caves and monkeys which meant we literally only had 20 minutes in the cave and just had time to get off the bus take a photo of the monkeys and get back on the bus to go to the town, would have liked more time here. We were late going back for the people that were also doing the dolphin watch because of the delay at the beginning.

Gids was zeer aanwezig in vooral Engels en Duits terwijl we met 18 Nederlander in de bus waren. Vanaf begin gaf zij aan hoe druk ze het wel niet had met deze excursie. Op terugreis vergat ze een paar gasten waardoor we 20 minuten extra reistijd hadden. Over algemeen reisleidster chaotisch en onprettig. Excursie zelf prijzig en zonder lunch.

Insgesamt war die Anfahrt sehr lange, bedingt durch viel Verkehr und hauptsächlich viele Hotels die angefahren werden mussten. Vielleicht könnte man dies zentralisieren, z.B. pro Stadt ein zentraler Treffpunkt mit TUI Zubringerdienst. Der Aufenthalt in der Mainstreet war nicht spannend, ausser man war vielleicht an Schmuck- oder Parfümkäufen interessiert. Dafür war die Zeit auf dem Berg und in der Höhle sehr begrenzt, fast schon durchgehetzt. Die Show in der Höhle konnte nicht angeschaut werden

Wij hebben de pech had dat onze bus in panne viel in de terug reis midden van een drukke straat in Gibraltar. Waardoor we met 39 personen over de luchthaven tot voorbij de controle moesten wandelen wat niet veilig wasgezien het verkeer.de gids was wel goed maar om dan 45 minuten te moeten lopen fan te wandelen en te wachten op een nieuwe bus vinden wij er over de trip kost al redelijk wat geld ik hoop dat daarop een compensatie is.

Poor guide. Tour was multi language and should have been in English and that caused a problem. Disorganised transfer from coach to mini bus nobody seemed to know what they were doing so a lot of time wasted. Tour to the rock mini bus driver seemed to be in a race. Insufficient time at points of interest i.e. minutes here and minutes there. Everything was rushed. No directions given in terms of meeting points. Worst excursion ever experienced with TUI.

Timing pour la visite de Gibraltar est beaucoup trop serré. 45 minutes attente pour remplir le minibus avec d’autres voyageurs allemands alors que le minibus avec les passagers néerlandophones et anglophones étaient déjà partis. le stop aux grottes en même temps que les 5 autres bus a fait que le tour des grottes en 20 minutes a dû se faire au pas de course sans voir des jeux de lumières et son . Le stop de 10 minutes aux macaques 5 bus en enfilade ,temps libre de 2h30 avec retour hôtel 16h45.

Gibraltar was very interesting and well worth a visit. The down side was the journey. Information supplied on the details of the trip was to allow at least 8 hours but we were picked up at 7.00am and were not dropped off until 7.00 pm! 12 hours for approximately 5 hrs in Gibraltar was far to long a long a day from our hotel. This was not due to traffic problems, there were far to many pick stops, at least 12 from different towns of the main road. I would suggest smaller coaches are used in futur

Enjoyed the tour of the rock and learning so much about the history. Tour guides were very knowledgeable. It was good to have some free time for shopping and exploring the town centre. On a negative note, our tour bus was very late in picking us up. We were told this was due to roadworks. It would have been helpful to have had a message to let us know about the delayed bus. I had to rely on the TUI app operator (who was extremely helpful) to find out what was happening.

It’s a very long day. Too much free time shopping, don’t think needed 4 hours. Was disappointed we couldn’t go into the Rock due to a power cut that afternoon, but that’s not the fault of the trip organisers, Got to see the monkeys, would have liked to have had more time wandering the rock than the shops. Loved going to the rock to see the monkeys and St Michael's caves were amazing, however this part of the trip was very rushed and we were given an unnecessary amount of free time to " shop", I feel the trip wasn't explained to us properly prior to going, had I known we would be waiting around all day I would have also gone to see the dolphins as well to use up some of the time. Thought they were 2 very separate experiences not one that everyone had to fit into.

Spent nearly 9 hrs in a coach with 30mins inclusive at the cave and monkeys. With 3.5hrs shopping. Spent 184€ on tour for 30 mins with the main sight seeing the monkeys. Border control was busy and reasonable controlled then hanging around after shopping before monkeys because there was no minibus. My opinion don't waste your money. I appreciate that Gibraltar was a long way from Torremolinos but Spent 2hrs picking people up from hotels at 7am in the morning on a coach with no toilet. No fun

We enjoyed St Michaels Cave and the caves tour with a very good guide from the minibus company. But the actual tour guide on the coach was not very clear with information she was given (In her defence she had to speak all instructions in 3 languages ) and she spoke very fast so we did not hear everything. I was very unhappy with the trip....Very very unhappy for the money paid for the trip. This is not a negative feedback...THIS IS A COMPLAINT!!! Everything was rushed and very chaotic...the day started badly from the moment the departure time was postponed by half an hour...so we returned to the hotel with a lot of nerves...we didn't manage to enjoy the trip...I want my money back!!!I And after all this, the drivers also asked for tips...Nooo!!! It was too much!!!

The guide Ali, bus driver Antonio & minibus drive Clive all very nice, lots of information about Gibraltar,.Gibraltar is a lovely place and we got to spend a few hours in the centre before going to see St.Michaels cave & the macaques. Felt very rushed when we went to the nature reserve, into St Michael's cave for 25mins some macaques where there then back to the bus, then another quick stop to take some photos, was a nice enough trip just wish we had more time on the Rock and with the macaques

Both TUI staff were really friendly and helpful. They were especially amazing as my girlfriend was feeling sick but they took good care of her. They were knowledgeable and very approachable with any questions. They only downside to the trip was the 5mins you got to take pictures with the monkeys (apes) which was out of TUI's control other than that can't complain at all. Would happily do again

Alison was fantastic such a lovely person really helpful, friendly, polite, great manor about her and professional. The tour really fell down with the second half going on a really outdated bus and extremely rushed for the whole duration. For the cost of the day you're paying to experience the island not to be rushed around and barely seeing it. Just about slowing down to see some sights. No stop at the pillars of Hercules, 20 minutes in St. Michael's cave hardly enough time to enjoy it

Alles was perfect, tot ik met mijn rechtervoet bleef steken onder de vleugel van de neergestorte propeller. Mijn eigen schuld, rondkijken en het ding niet gezien. Misschien dat ze er best een soort van omheining rond plaatsen. Resultaat: zware interne kneuzing, gekluisterd aan rolstoel eerste 8 dagen en dan nog 3 weken krukken.

Ein Guide der uns Gibraltar erklärt hätte und mit uns ein wenig durch die Stadt gegangen wäre hatten wir erhofft. Es waren zu wenige Kleinbusse zur Rocktour bestellt, wir haben über eine Stunde auf ein Goßraumtaxi gewartet und die Tour war entsprechend hektisch, wir hatten kaum Zeit die Aussicht und Stopps zu genießen.

Clive our bus guide around the rock was amazing, the kids thought he was hilarious. Robert the guide from hotel was good, changing from English to German. Very informative trip. The monkeys are so cute!! We enjoyed this trip so much

92€ par personne sans le repas . Le tour en mini bus a été un peu trop rapide,un peu baclé par rapport au mème tour fait en 2013. Le tour c'est fini à midi et il a fallu attendre 15h pour rentrer, un peut long.

Didn't feel it was a value for money . Alot of time standing around waiting to see what wad happening next. Tour guide was knowable and very nice .

Die Alicja hat sich echt Mühe gegeben, aber wenn die uns zu in den Händen von den Unternehmen mit den kleinen Busen "abgeben" hat ,das war katastrophal,wir saßen in heißen klein Bus 45 Minuten und gewartet auf 3 Niederländische Geste. Die Tour war dann in zwei Sprachen Deutsch und Niederländisch und wie haben Zeit verloren, Ales war so schnell... Wir hatten dann keinen Gefühl zum Entspannen Tour... Für mich war das schnelle Anfertigung..raus 10 Minuten Foto weg... raus 20 Minuten Foto weg...

It’s a long day out but it’s worth it. We were rust a bit as some of the people with us had to go on the dolphin tour so we had to get back for them, this means we had more time to walk around. The tour guide was great.

Main coach to Gibraltar 3 different nationalities so lots of foreign language going on and on. Would have been much better with all English on one coach. Gibraltar rock tour we had all English with tour guide David which was excellent. Overall very good day and would recommend this trip.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait d'avoir fait une visite au pas de charge, avec un véhicule qui a eu un accident ce qui a eu pour conséquence de ne pas avoir fais la moitié de la visite en Français. Nous sommes repartis de Gibraltar sans avoir vraiment l'impression d'avoir pu découvrir cette endroit.

Sonia die Reiseleitung war Mega !! Beim Ausflug nach der Höhle fehlte ein Gast der gesucht wurde und dadurch hatten wir Verspätung und dann am Schluss des Ausfluges mussten wir auch lange warten, weil da 3 Personen nicht rechtzeitig da waren. Nach ca 40 Minuten warten sind wir dann losgefahren. Bei einem Ausflug der eine Anfahrt nach Gibraltar hat wäre es wünschenswert das eine Toilette im Bus ist oder es eingerechnet wird einen Stopp zu machen aber es war alles so eng eingetacktet .

Our coach guide, Carmen, was brilliant from the start as was our bus driver. However when we got to the minibus tour of the rock, the company had messed up and instead of us going on the morning we had to change it to the afternoon. Then we were on a minibus with Gary! We were told there would be three stops on the way up - a viewing point, St Michael’s Cave and then on further to see the monkeys. When we got to the cave that was it and we were taken back after that. I will be complaining!

The drivers of our coach and later the minibus were really experienced and safe drivers . Hans our guide as great making sure everyone understood all the instructions fully . He was chatty and knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and fun.

Pick up was half a hour late.Driver of coach forgot I’d card and could pass passport patrol left us baking in a car park for over an hour waiting for minibuses. The tour was then cut sort . Pick up was put back an hour to let every body have allocated free time which meat we missed out reserved dinner table at restaurant that evening.

We got to gibraltar we were suppose to go up the rock at 10 20am ,but there was an 4 hour delay as there were 2 mini buses booked ,and they only had 1 so we had a four hours walking around gibraltar in which I wasn't happy about ,When we got up the rock that's all it was rush rush and rush ,we didn't spend much time ,if we hadn't been delayed we would have had more time up there at our phase and seen a lot more in our own time ,so was disappointed for that reason and not worth the money

This was a fantastic trip. Our guide Anais was brilliant. She is fluent in 4 languages and was so knowledgeable and helpful. We were very lucky and only spent about 10 minutes each way at passport control. We had an hour and a half free time before we had an excellent guided minibus tour of Europa Point and the monkey area. We then visited St Michael’s Cave inside the Rock, which was stunning. I would thoroughly recommend this trip.

Felt all abit rushed .and whilst we understand the monkies are free to roam we only saw 1 monkey next level down from cabin which we only had a 10min slot for and we had to que all of that time.we exspected to see loads of roaming at the top.over all we had Quick border Utopa point 10mins Lights in cave 20mins See monkeys 10min Not alot of time to take things in all felt rushed by time you qued for pictures and to see things you jad to start walking back. Wouldnt pay all this money for this

We were picked up a little late . Over all we enjoyed the tour guide, who drove us up to the rock. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly and it was all in English. The coach guide needs to more who picked us needs to be more mindful calling us English non European. We are European country just not in the EU . I found that very offensive .

Guido our guide on the coach wasn’t sure if we were on his list as our names were crossed off, which caused a delay while he checked. Luckily he decided to take us and was very informative. We had a long wait in the car park for our minibus for the rock tour. Angel our minibus driver gave us a lot of history about Gibraltar and the monkeys and had a humorous side too. We asked him to recommend the best fish and chip place and we went there to Roy’s. The delays prevented us having more free time.

Fantastic day overall. Very knowledgable and friendly guide who helped us to feel relaxed, supported, safe and valued. The driver of the mini bus that took us up to the rock was absolutely exceptional. He was funny, informative and a great character whilst also ensuring professionalism. Only downside of the day was journey to the rock and caves seemed very rushed and our time with the monkeys was very limited. I appreciate that it’s very busy up there with tourists and that ques can builld.

Die Fahrt mit dem minibus, die Tropfsteinhöhle und anschließend die Begegnung mit den Affen hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Anschließend eine Zeit zum shoppen (viel zu lange) hätten wir nicht gebraucht da es sich nur für Alkohol und Zigaretten lohnt, das ich beides nicht konsumiere. Auch die Infos vom tagesablauf war von der Reiseleiterin sehr verwirrend weil sie oft zuerst vom Nachmittag, dann wieder vom Vormittag gesprochen hat.

Es wurden 2 Touren zusammen gelegt (Felsen;Delfin und Felsen). Dadurch hatten wir(nur Felsen) ca. 4 Stunden auf der Shoppingmeile. Dies ist viel zu viel Zeit, die uns beim Rest fehlte. Bei jedem Punkt, welcher angesteuert wurde, hatte man nur ein paar Minuten Zeit. So zu sagen Foto machen einsteigen! Das ist nicht das, was wir eigentlich gebucht hatten und somit viel zu teuer. Den Guide konnte man fast garnicht auf deutsch verstehen (ging nicht nur uns so). Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

De rots toer was later dan normaal, waardoor we 4u vrije tijd hadden in Gibraltar zelf. Dat was wel wat veel, vermits er veel gelijkaardige winkels waren. Het bezoek aan de rots en de grot was wel de moeite waard.

Bei der Buchung wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es auf deutsch ist. Dabei waren vier Nationalitäten. Dem entsprechend sprach die Reiseleitung ohne ein Pause und 70% davon Englisch. Hätten gerne mehr Zeit an den Sehenswürdigkeiten gehabt. Kaum ausgestiegen mussten wir wieder einsteigen. Jedoch vier Stunden zur freien Verfügung viel zu lange.

We only got an hour on the rock and it was so rushed! The guide Mark was too interested in taking everyone to the fish and chip shop he knows well than letting us explore! We had nearly 5 hours spare time to do what we wanted in the town and there isn’t a loot to explore!

We were very disappointed in our trip to Gibraltar. When booking we were told 2 hour rock tour was included 20 mins at europa Point, 25 mins at St Micheal's cave and 20 mins at monkeys. We got 10 mins at europa Point 20 mins at caves and 5 mins at monkeys. We were only in your bus for just over an hour.. I have brought this up with the Tui rep Alyson. And she is putting in a formal complaint. Others in the hotel are also not happy. We paid €550 for 6 of us not worth it No happy customers

The minibus tour was great and the guide was excellent. Having longer in the caves would have been better. We were unable to see the light show. The overall trip was very good and well organised. I think that at each pickup, each customer should be asked to show their passports or ID. One lady on our trip was denied entry due to incorrect documentation.

The Rep on the coach was very friendly but her instructions were very confusing. The driver on the mini bus was brilliant, very knowledgeable and entertaining. However, the time in the only cave we visited was limited to 20 mins. which included queuing to get in and only 5 mins to see the monkeys. It was a very rushed experience and would not recommend this trip to others. Also the distance after being dropped off, the coach station was too far to walk in the heat. Not value for money!!!!

Gibraltar was a lovely interesting place but the tour was rushed . Only had 15 to 20 minutes rushing round the caves and seeing the monkeys . Der Aufenthalt auf dem Berg war zu kurz. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir nur durchgeschleusst wurden. Es waren mit Hin- und Rückfahrt nur 90 Minuten. Die restliche lange Zeit mussten wir in Gibraltar verbringen. Man wusste gar nicht was man tun sollte. Sehenswertes gab es wenig. Der Ausflug für 87 Euro pro Person war zu teuer.

Far far too rushed in the caves and up the rock. Felt like I hardly saw the rock area at all. Had no time to see the show in caves and didn’t really see the monkeys. Gary took us around too quickly and didn’t stop enough. All this was because trip was running late. Sonia rushed all this as she was so intent on those not missing the dolphins. We had too much time on our own verses time on the rock and in the caves, THE GIBRALTAR ROCK AND FREE TIME TOUR SHOULD NOT BE ON SAME TRIP AS DOLPHINS ONE.

Wir sind sicher mit dem Bus nach gilbaltar gefahren dann mit kl. Busen zum den Felsen gefahren war alles sehr schön an verschiedenen Punkten angehalten und oben im die Tropfsteinhöhle gegangen war gut organisiert und zum Schluss in der Stadt zur freien Verfügung

The tour guide Ali great, and very good with kids, speaks many languages, bus driver very nice too. Speedy service Torremolinos to Gibraltar, pick up arrived 10 mins early arrived in Gibraltar with 4 hours to look around then up the rock and cave saw a few apes they hide more in the heat. Very hot July. Would have liked more time to look for the apes at the top. However very busy up there,beautiful view to admire. My son enjoyed his trip. Bring money to eat and shop around Gibraltar.

Hallo, die Tour ist für alle Beteiligten so in dieser Art und Weise nicht nachvollziehbar. Beginnend mit den vielen Hotels die angefahren werden müssen ( hat man ja noch Verständnis) bis hin zu der Rock Tour. Diese ist an Dreistigkeit kaum noch zu überbieten. 10 Minuten für den ersten Stopp, schnell Bilder machen. Alleine der Fußmarsch zum südlichsten Aussichtspunkt braucht man 6 Minuten. Endstation woanders als Zustieg. Alle alle mussten suchen wo der TUI Bus nun stand. Nicht empfehlenswert .

Unpünktliche Abholung. 3 Busse, einer 15 min vor der Zeit, einer nicht mit gebuchter deutschen Reiseführung, der Dritte mit Niederländisch/Deutsch. Keiner hatte uns auf der Liste. Grenze zu Gibraltar reibungslos. In Gibraltar konnte von Führung keine Rede sein. Der Kleinbusfahrer war "nur" Fahrer und Ticketgeber für die Höhle. Der Besuch des Gipfels war nicht möglich, da der Van zu groß gewählt war. Insgesamt haben wir uns abgezockt gefühlt. 60 € p.P. wären wohl angemessen gewesen.

Due to strike by metal workers and the road into Gibraltar being closed the journey from the hotel in the bus took over 3 hours. I realise this is not anyone’s fault but I do think TUI must have known about the strike and subsequent delays so I should have been given the option to cancel. The delay meant time was cut really short and everything felt seriously rushed on arrival. So disappointing.

The coach there and back was comfortable and the english guide was informative and helpful. The tour of the rock and caves on the other hand was extremely rushed so we was unable to take in the area or experience the wildlife and caves before being ushered back on to the bus. As we were rushed through the caves we could see there was so much more to see than we were given time for. At one point we were given 5 minutes at a viewing point, only to take one photo before the guide ordered us back.

We found this trip very rushed, from being told to be at the meeting point for 8.20, then bus not being there till nearly 9am, having to go a short cut to catch up on time, then when we arrived at Gibraltar we had free time this was nice, then we were shown to a mini bus, once at the rock we had a very rush showing, a really quick walk through the rock, didn't have chance to sit and watch the show, and as soon through exit there was no time for looking in the shop for gifts.

Ich bin stinksauer!!! Ich bin pünktlich um 7.45 Uhr vor dem Hotel Fuengirola Beach gewesen und habe mich gewundert, dass niemand dort war. Jedenfalls bin ich nicht abgeholt worden, habe noch bis 08.30 Uhr gewartet. Ich finde weder eine Telefonnummer noch einen Ansprechpartner von TUI. Dieser "Service" ist eine glatte 6! The free time was spilt 75 mins then back to coach for rock trip but we had to wait for the people who did the dolphin trip they were half an hour late so after the rock trip Which was good we only had 40 mins free time so really not enough time to do anything so a waste of money,we should do the rock tour first which everyone does ,then you have the option to do dolphin or shopping

Leider waren wir auf Grund eines Streiks sehr spät in Gibraltar, dadurch wurde der Tag etwas umstrukturiert. Der Guide, Busfahrer und der Minibusfahrer waren sehr nett. Die deutsche Sprachausgabe im Minibus ist bei den Jahreszahlen etwas schwer zu verstehen aber trotzdem sehr Interessant gestaltet. Der Aufenthalt in Gibraltar könnte gerne etwa 2 Stunden betragen. Gestört haben uns leider Mitreisende die Lautstark im Bus über 1,5 h telefoniert haben, daher gern ein Telefonier Verbot für den Bus.?

Gedrag van de reisleiding was zeker niet ok. Wij hadden naar Nederlandstalige tour gevraagd. Tegen haar zin heeft ze de uitleg in het Nederlands gegeven waarbij steeds denegrerend werd gezegd: " en nu dan nog maar eens voor de Nederlanders" (wij zijn trouwens Belgen). In Gibraltar werd dan nogmaals aangedrongen om ons aan te sluiten bij de Engelstalige of Duitstalige groep. Gezien we dit weigerden heeft ze uiteindelijk toch voor een Nederlandstalig bandje gezorgd, wat ok was voor ons.

Flávio was very good but he was looking after a lot of people on different trips so it was hard for him to manage Dolphins and Cave Tour at the same time. The whole point of our trip was to see the cave. However , we only got 20 minutes, we spent 10 minutes queueing to get in so barely got to see it all. Also the cave trip dropped us off a long way from coach station and the town.

We spent a lot of time collecting other people from different hotels we were the first pick up We then got into some serious traffic which delayed us getting to our destination That left us little or no time to get refreshments before the tour of the rock commencing The tour of the rock was too rushed we were on and off the minibus in quick sticks which spoilt the experience Having said that the guide was good and explained many aspects of Gibraltar

I thought the escort/guide on the Tui coach was fantastic 10/10 for him unfortunately I've forgotten his name. However I thought the guide /driver of the mini bus was rude and I felt the trip was disappointing up the rock I felt rushed and treated as a child. He told me to put my phone away in a rude fashion in front of the whole coach . As a 68 year old adult I think I know when it's appropriate to use my phone I wasn't speaking in the following 10mins he answered a personal call for himself.

Ausflug auf deutsch gebucht. Reiseleiterin sprach erstmal nur englisch. Auf den Hinweis, dass der Ausflug auf deutsch angeboten wurde und einige Reisende auch kein Englisch verstehen, antwortete die Reiseleiterin, dass sie kein Papagei ist und Englisch eine internationale Sprache ist.

It was a good tour the only bad point was been rushed into the minibus by a third party, the party was three English the rest were German who could understand English but the children kept speaking in German the bus driver had to keep stopping and asking them not too speak as it was over powering either the driver or the electric commentary. We also lost our photo receipt and cannot download the rest of our photos.

1. Tour guide was 45 mins late arriving. Meant to be 8.30am, didn’t arrive until 9.15am. We weren’t given any update on what was happening until just after 9 so were all just stood there waiting. When the bus arrived, no apology for being so late! Not a great start to our last full day. 2. When we arrived in Gibraltar we were told to be back at the bus station at 12.25pm for the rock tour. The guide then didn’t arrive until 12.50pm again no apology & trying to find a tour bus was like a circus!

wir waren 11,5 Stunden im Bus unterwegs, 2,5 Stunden haben wir andere Gäste eingesammelt oder abgesetzt. In Gibraltar gab es 1,5 Stunden und 1 Stunde zur freien Verfügung, war noch ok. Die Bergtour war unmöglich. Nach der Bandansage bei der Rundfahrt kam zunächst ein Aufenthalt von genau 10 Minuten am Leuchtturm (5 Minuten) gehzeit. Für den Höhlenbesuch standen insgesamt 20 Minuten Aufenthalt mit Eintritt und Gegzeiten zur Verfügung. Unterwegs gab es noch einen Fotostop von einer Minute und 3 +1

The rock visit to see the Barbary apes is worth the trip alone, the wife and sister in law where in their element shopping in the main street so overall a good day out for all the family. The one gripe I would have is that the tour of the rock itself with the apes should be longer as we didn't have time to see inside the cave as we would have liked.

Made pick at Estepona and another resort which resulted in 3 hr coach journey both ways Mini bus for tour was delayed half hour which resulted in our 2 to 2 and a half hour tour to 1 and half hours so time was very limited at each stop and we felt very rushed. Het viel ons voor het geld wat het gekost heeft tegen. Wij hadden de rocktour geboekt. Wij kwamen om ongeveer 10:15 in Gibraltar aan. De rocktour vertrok pas om 14:20, we hadden weinig tijd om de grotten en de apen te zien, krap 20 minuten. Wel veel tijd om Main Street te bezoeken. Had voor ons andersom mogen zijn. De rest van de tijd alleen in de bus gezeten.

Too little time on the rock, and too much time left on our own in the town. When we arrived, had 2 hours in town, before starting the rock tour. The rock tour felt rushed, and then we were dropped back in town for another 2 hours. Our guide didn't seem to know where things were, or what order the tour was going to run.

Unser Bus war dreisprachig, das war sehr zeitaufwendig für den Guide und leider war das deutsch des Guide nicht sonderlich gut. Wir hatten 20 Minuten für den Besuch in der Höhle. Das war zu wenig. Man sollte wenigstens 40 Minuten haben. Allein die Höhle ist die Reise wert. Mehr als 1,5 Stundren zum Bummeln/Einkaufen reicht völlig.

The pick up was half an hour late. When we got on the bus we realised that there was three different experiences on the one trip. The guide had to explain the times and locations of each trip in three different languages. By the time we reached Gibraltar everyone was completely confused about where they were supposed to be and at what time. For our experience we had to meet at the bus depot where the bus was again late and after we eventually got on it we had to get off and go on another bus.

Visiting the cave and seeing the apes was amazing but I don’t think you get enough free time to eat and do some shopping before heading back to the coach. I think a guide needs to be in a better area to meet up as you can easily get lost . Finally I think the coach travel is far too long as it took 3hrs to Gibraltar

Es lohnt sich Gibraltar zu besuchen. Wir sind in Torremolinos vor einem Hotel abgeholt worden. Leider nicht vor unserem, auch wenn alle anderen vor der Tür abgeholt und abgesetzt wurden. Warum nur wir nicht, wissen wir nicht. Die Strecke wäre kurz, wir haben aber viel Zeit für das Abholen der vielen Gäste verloren. Der Aufenthalt in z.B. der Grote viel zu kurz. Die Begleiterin gestresst und überfordert.

Poor communication, not enough time in gibraltar. Less than an hour on the rock to visit St Michael's cave and the monkeys.just 5 minutes at europa point, no stopping at tunnels no tour around the rock i.e. eastern beach, sandy bay and catalan bay. All too rushed. And St Michael's cave inaccessible for people with mobility issues, if told we would not have wasted our money. Give it a miss.

Visit to the rock to see the apes was good the driver gave great information and chat with everyone. The information given on the tour coach was given like a robot with info overload. We struggled to take in all the talking. Access to and from the mini buses for people is very problematic as people with mobility issues were not catered for in any way on such old vehicles.

De Chauffeur, Reisgids en bussen waren top! Alleen het totaal bedrag voor de excursie voor 2 personen is nog al aan de hoge kant. Als de Chauffeur en Reisgids daar het meeste geld aan overhouden hoor je mij niet klagen! Dat zijn echt toppers. Maar de trip naar Gibraltar op zich is wat flauwtjes is onze mening. Komt ook door meerdere vrienden en familie die heel enthousiast waren over de trip naar Gibraltar. Misschien dat het daardoor wat tegen is gevallen.

Wat prima was dat alles volgens plan verliep. De bus vanaf het hotel was keurig op tijd. Zelfs wat te vroeg. Het bezoek aan de rock ging op rolletjes en na afloop voldoende tijd om te winkelen

Great tour of the island and would recommend the fish and chips at Roy's.. pick up to arrival seemed much longer than necessary as picked up a few 3/4 of the way there... long day but fabulous views and highly recommended experience.

Fast 13 Stunden für EIN Reiseziel sind eine Zumutung! Allein 6,5 Stunden für das Abholen und Zurückbringen der Mitfahrer empfinden wir als Unverschämtheit! Diese Zeit hätte man wahrscheinlich zusätzlich für Marbella und Tarifa nutzen können. Eine Schande der Organisatoren! Nadine und Oscar waren super!

Wir sind von Torremolinos aus gestartet. Wir sind pünktlich um circa 7:20 Uhr abgeholt worden. Rückkehr war um circa 19:30 Uhr im Hotel. Sowohl auf der Hinfahrt als auch auf der Rückfahrt wurden leidersehr viele andere Hotels angefahren, wodurch sich auch, wenn auch nicht nur die lange Ausflugszeit erklärt. Die Reiseleitung war sehr nett und hat alles ausführlich erklärt. Der Übertritt über die Grenze hat natürlich auch Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Es blieb genügend Zeit, die Stadt zu erkunden.

The tall guide was very helpful getting us through the passport control and very friendly the drivers had amazing driving skills. The only downside was we spent so much time on the coach and only had about five minutes with the monkeys in 15 minutes in the caves.

The journey was only an hour and a half but took three hours each way, because of all the different pick ups, and drop offs. Only saw six monkeys, and the whole trip was very rushed.

Une super journée malgré la météo un peu capricieuse. Notre guide Anaïs était vraiment top, souriante, à l'écoute, claire dans ses explications... Le seul petit bémol... J'aurais aimé passer plus de temps en compagnie des singes... 20' pour visiter la grotte et voir les singes à la sortie, c'est un peu court... Néanmoins, je ne regrette pas ma journée ce fut une belle découverte.

Es war ein langer Tag, man hat viel Zeit im Bus verbracht. Die Höhle war sehr schön. Wir haben viele Affen gesehen, das war toll. Der Busfahrer und die TUI Mitarbeiterin waren toll. Wir sind gut informiert worden. Der Guide war auch sehr nett und sympathisch. Die Freizeit war ein wenig zu lang, wir wussten nicht mehr was wir machen sollten, soviel gibt es in der Stadt nicht zu sehen.

Coach trip was OK. Time spent for sightseeing was adequate. Time spent viewing the monkeys and in St Michael's caves was not long enough (20 mins) each time. We seemed to be hurried along all the time. It was not worth paying £90 each for. It was a good experience overall but the time restraints were not.

Annalise was superb, so friendly and knowledgeable. She was very clear with instructions and available to check in with for the whole day. The journey from Torremolinos was very long (an hour doing pick ups alone). Gibralter is beautiful, plenty of shops and cafes (and fish and chips!) but the highlight is the tour of the rock itself. If you don't do the tour you don't hear half of what life in Gibralter is all about. Our mini bus driver was excellent. Would highly recommend this trip.

The guides on both coaches were excellent. We felt well prepared by their knowledge and well cared for. Having been given a map helped to find our way. The rock tour and the visit to the caves was very impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and have already recommended it to fellow guests at our hotel.

Travel to and from Gibraltar took almost 3 hours which we thought was very ling for the amount of time we got there. A slower route for hotel pick ups was mainly the cause if this. We felt that we had enough time to have lunch and a walk around the town but when it came to the rock and cave tour we had very little time and were on the click "you've got to be back on the bus in 10 minutes!" Doesn't make it a nice experience.

The rock itself was worth every penny but make customers aware of the bus close to the edge of the cliff for those scared of depth or heights. The town really wasn’t worth the 4 hour shopping time but as it was quiet we wee able to move about and read all the memorials

The tour guides very informative. Our Gibraltar guide Dave was fabulous and very entertaining. The negative of the trip was the bus seating was very very uncomfortable no head rests and seats too close together, both myself and my husband ended with cramps in our legs and stiff necks not good at all!!

We were picked up at 7.40am from our hotel and arrived at gibralta at 9.30. Our guide Barabara was very knowledgeable. We had free time until 12.20 when we had to go back to the coach to get guided to our tour bus up the rock. We made 3 stops up the Rock and our guide David was great and very funny. We loved the cave tour. The monkeys were very well behaved. We were then dropped off for more free time in the shopping area at 2.30 before heading back to the coach at 4pm. It was a long day ??

A wonderful trip to Gibraltar & St Michael’s rock & cave a brilliant lady guide who could speak multiple languages & very knowledgeable of everything all the way from Benalmedena all the way to Gibraltar explaining various bullet points of history as we passed through points of location our tour guide on the mini bus up to the rock was a lovely chap from Gibraltar also very knowledgeable & a very funny guy that made you feel extremely safe thank you for a wonderful trip well worth a visit here

De reis naar Gibraltar was leuk, ook de weg ernaar toe. Mainstreet viel tegen en je hebt echt geen 2 uren nodig. Michaels cave en de apen waren echt leuk, ook het fotomoment bij de vuurtoren. De jongens van de minibusjes weten de gasten goed te vermaken en de apen te lokken voor de fotoshoot.

The Tui guide was amazing ??, friendly,knowledgeable, thorough in explaining everything. I probably would say it felt a little hurried&getting on&off coaches,through customs,borders was an adventure. I think the shopping part was amazingly cheap! Caves were lovely&again the guide on mini bus was informative &comical. Seems quite a lengthy day but was enjoyable but also tiring.

Very impressed with the courier en route swapping between three languages, none of which were her own! Rock tour driver, Angel, excellent, friendly & informative. Unfortunately trip didn’t allow much time to explore & have lunch. Be prepared to pack plenty of snacks for your trip.

Geen aap op een rots gezien allen 2 toen we uit de bus kwamen. Alles heel gehaast. We hadden er een hele andere voorstelling van en ik zou het niemand aanraden. Voornamelijk in de bus gezeten en in een dure winkelstraat gelopen. De excursie was heel duur zonde van je geld. Zeer teleurstellend dan hoorde we ook van mede passagiers.

Too rushed and because most of bus did not want to stop at final view point on the rock we were not allowed this opportunity.rushed back to central Gibraltar to have another 2 hours that time could have been added on when we first arrived have some limited minor mobilty issues this extra time would have been a godsend in the am not pm part of the trip.

Dat was super met de mine bus naar de cave & apen samen met de Nethersland tallig.Op de bus heen en terug was niet aangenaam. We hebben hoofdpijn gekregen van hun blablabla en lacht echt veel te luid. Veel mensen kijken naar hun maar ze trekken daar van niks aan. Zo veel lawaai achter ons van de 6 africanse vrouwen. We vragen op stillte want we horen er niks van wat onze gids te vetellen maar helaas geen oren naar. Echt waar van begin tot end van onze rit terug in de hotel. De rest was oke' .

Einzig dafür, dass die Sitzplätze im Bus für die Beine zu eng waren, gibt es Punktabzug. Sonst ist es prima organisiert gewesen und auch die Minibustour, mit dem Tonband war ganz toll und super zu verstehen, da keine Kopfhörer sondern eine gute Audioanlage im Bus vorhanden war.

If you are happy to be treated like herded cattle, then this is the trip for you. We booked as a couple , when the coach arrived, there was one seat left at the front and one seat left at the back, which meant we spent two hours there and two hours back sitting next to complete strangers and with constant delivery of information in numerous languages the whole way. I believe the friendly tour guide was trying his utmost to make it a pleasant trip but the conditions made it impossible.Never again

Als je zowel de toer als vrije tijd hebt geboekt, is het niet handig om voor het vertrekken van de toer 1 uur en 15 minuten vrije tijd te hebben, daar heb je dus juist niks aan. Na de toer is de resterende tijd ook veel te kort om nog echt rond te kijken in mainstreet. Dus beter de toer direct uit de bus laten beginnen dan heb je net eventjes langer de tijd om rond te kijken

Het is erg duur, daar had wel wat eten en drinken bij mogen zitten. de grot was mooi maar klein. Bij de apen kijken oke was leuk, maar moet je daar zo veel geld voor neer leggen, dat kan wel ietsje minder

Ik zat 1u20. Op de bus voor de eigenlijke rit begon. Heen en terug is dat 2u30 verloren tijd. Er was geen plas/koffie pauze onderweg voorzien. Nochtans vooral oudere medereizigers. Gevraagd aan gids, nee en moest het maar mededelen aan de organisatie. Tour op de rots was wel goed.

A lot of different languages spoken on the coach by tour guide was a bit tedious, and historical info was therefore short and rushed. Similarly on the minibus tour. I enjoyed it all , the caves especially. I might have liked a tour through some tunnels to see what is inside the rock.
