Absolutely fantastic experience, the isla Contoy is one of a kind, beautiful water, white sand. Dream island. We did snorkeling which was amazing experience as well and the to another island where we had some time to do shopping, food etc. Team was absolutely amazing. 10out of 10

Contoy Island is beautiful, but we found the Isla Mujeres crowded and busy, but understandable as it was probably due to the seaweed at most hotel beaches at moment.

Leider wurde uns vom entspr. TUI Mitarbeiter nicht gesagt, dass wir zum virher schon bezahlten Gesamtpreis noch pro Person 20 € direkt an den Tour-Guide für Gebühren zu bezahlen haben. Immerhin kam auf Nachfrage eine Entschuldigung von einer weiteren TUI Kollegin. Bei den doch sehr stolzen Preisen bei den TUI Trips gehen diese Extra Kosten garnicht. Der Trip an sich hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Transferzeit vom Hotel ca. 2h, am Sammelpunkt nochmal 1h Aufenthalt, mit bescheidenem Frühstück Dort musste jeder nochmal 20 $ bezahlen, warum? Dann ging es mit ca. 40 Urlaubern und 6 Guids auf das Boot. Es war sehr beengt, wir hatten während der Bootsfahrt kaum Möglichkeiten, die Aussicht zu geniesen. Die Insel Contoy ist ruhig und draumhaft schön. Die Insel Mujeres ist dagegen überlaufen und Touristenabzocke. Von unseren 4 Ausflügen war das mit Abstand der Schlechteste und nicht zu empfehlen.

The guide (Colin) was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. The boat crew were great and cooked lunch on the island of Contoy which was fresh fish and chicken. The island itself was idyllic, really peaceful and picturesque, proper pirates of the Caribbean. The island was basic as you were not allowed certain things on it such as sunscreen or plastics/ food but that didn’t take away from the experience. Sea turtles and stingrays were i around the island and visible. Would highly recommended

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'île de Contoy, mais pas du tout l'île de Mujérès. Trop de monde, peu de temps pour découvrir, lachés sur l'île sans explication... on nous l'annonce comme une île déserte mais c'est surtout un piège à touristes, trop peu pour moi. Dommage ! Excursion très chère.

Our tour guide Damien was brilliant. He explained we wouldn't be able to snorkel in the reef due to unfavourable conditions. And in all honesty, I was glad to spend more time on Isla Contoy because it is stunning. So peaceful and beautiful. After our time there and a delicious lunch, we stopped off at Isla Mujeres. Again, another beautiful island, but so much more commercial. Also be aware that the boat crossings can get a bit choppy and wet (and hilarious!), but cover your ears!

Ineens ingeboekt naar alleen Engelstalige gids. Deze groep kreeg heel summier info vergeleken met de groepen die in hun eigen taal werden geholpen. Ook zouden we zogenaamd ontbijt erbij krijgen, dit bleek een stukje cake te zijn alleen.

Die Durchführung, Crew und Guides waren perfekt. Die Verpflegung an Bord war auch super. Isla Contoy ist ein wahrer Traum und jede Sekunde wert. Die kurze Führung und das leckere Essen haben den Aufenthalt toll abgerundet. Isla Mujeres ist das komplette Gegenteil. Gut, dass hier nur ein Bruchteil der Zeit verbracht wird. Beim Schnorcheln konnten wir Rochen, einen Hai und viele Fische beobachten.

Was een prima tour, lange reis vanuit onze plek maar daar kan je niks aan veranderen. Verassing was wel dat we p.p. 20€ moesten betalen aan belastingen. Hadden liever eerder geweten nu hadden we geen geld meer voor iets te kopen of iets anders. Personeel super vriendelijk. Zee was ruw door de wind. Hadden gelukkig pilletje bij ons tegen wagenziekte. Duimen ging niet door ivm de windkracht. Verder gewoon leuk wel zwaar

The boat trip to Contoy was great. Contoy itself is what made the trip. The unspoilt tranquil beach was stunning and lunch was gorgeous, the fresh BBQ'd fish was to die for. The journey from Contoy to Mujeres was dreadful, we all got soaked, I had a waterproof jacket with me on holiday, but was not advised to take it, I had to wrap myself in my towel There was also no mention of any snorkeling. Just Contoy & snorkeling would be a perfect trip, thought Mujeres was too touristy, non stop hassle

Das Frühstück beinhaltete lediglich Wasser / Kaffee und Kuchen, dass stellt für uns kein leichtes Frühstück dar. Etwas Obst oder vorbereitetes Toast hätten wir schon erwartet. Eventuell die Zeiten des Ausfluges zu verlängern, eine Insel kommt immer zu kurz sobald man einen Schnorchelstopp macht, so kann man sich nocjt richtig umsehen. Das Mittagessen war sehr lecker.

On a aimé l’île de Contoy et le repas. On a pas aimé le transfert en van pour lequel à l’aller comme au retour nous avons ramassé pendant plus d’1h00 d’autres passagers (5 hotels). Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu faire de snorkeling sur la barrière de corail, le temps ne le permettait pas. Nous n’avons pas aimé l’île de Mojeres qui ne présente aucun intérêt et qui n’est qu’un attrape touriste.

Der Ausflug war insgesamt okay - allerdings unter meinen Erwartungen. Die Isla Contoy ist wirklich sehr schön, tolle Kulisse, ruhig, und wunderschöner Ausblick. Die Zeit dort empfand ich aber als zu kurz, außerdem hat man nicht wirklich viele Tiere gesehen, das fanden wir schade. Wegen des Wetters konnten wir leider keinen Schnorchelstopp machen. Isla Mujeres fand ich gar nicht schön, schade dass es die Tour nur in Kombi gibt. Die Crew war aber super lieb und aufmerksam.

Die Isla Contoy ist ein absolutes Naturparadies. Die Isla Mujeres ist sehr touristisch und die Zeit war eher knapp. Die Anreise aus Playa del Carmen ist ziemlich lang. Es hat sich jedoch gelohnt!

Es war traumhaft schön auf der Insel Contoy. Wir hatten einen Reiseleiter der sehr gut deutsch konnte. Das Schnorcheln war sehr schön, wir hatten neben sehr vielen Fischen auch einen kleinen Hai gesehen. Die Insel Mujeres hat viele Touristen und viele Geschöfte zum Einkaufen.

Amazing trip overall.great friendly staff who are very accommodating and knowledgeable, happy to repeat the same things over in different languages for all. Luckily was the only 2 English speakers so had a more private tour with Gabrielle. Can’t recommend her enough, truly enjoyed her enthusiasm and passions for it all and kept giving us plenty of information a little tips along the way. Guide francophone pas impliqué. Partie plongée inexistante qui est a la base le choix de cette excursion. Apparemment condition météo peu ou pas propice a la plongée sur cette période. Donc pourquoi proposer cette sortie ????? J ai l impression d avoir perdu mon temps dans cette excursion. autant rester a l hôtel. Als jij een paradijs wil zien,dat is een echte aanrader. Ik was echt onder indruk van Isla Contoy,heb genoeg mooie plaatsen in mij leven gezien,maar deze overtreft mij verwachtingen. - unfreundliches Personal - ?Statt des gebuchten deutschen Reiseführers wurde der halbe Tag von einem nicht deutschsprechenden Reiseführer durchgeführt. Dieser sprach nur gebrochenes Englisch und Französisch. - ?keine sauberen Toiletten mit laufendem Wasser während des Ausflugs - ?keine Trinkwasserversorgung - zu wenig bis keine Informationen vom Reiseführer bzgl. des Ortes, über die Insel, Orientierungshinweise,… - ?für die Art des Ausfluges viel zu teuer.

Isla Contoy absolut empfehlenswert. Isla Mujeres ist nur Flop. Lieber eine Stunde mehr in Contoy und dann zurück ins Hotel. Der Preis um mindestens 30%senken. Essen auf Contoy top top ??. Alle Gäste sagen das.

Belle excursion permettant de découvrir l'île paradisiaque de Contoy. Nous devions ensuite faire du snorkeling au niveau de la barrière de corail mais les conditions de la mer n'ont pas permis cette activité. Nous avons ensuite fait escale à Isla Mujeres, très vivante, bruyante et belle. En bref, une bien belle balade en mer. L'équipage et les guides étaient très sympas. Nombreuses boissons à volonté sur le bateau et très bon repas avec poisson frais préparé au barbecue.

Nous nous sommes retrouvés 4 français parmi d’autres personnes étrangères nôtre guide nous a ignoré nous avons constaté que les autres guides passaient beaucoup de temps avec leurs groupes en leur parlant malheureusement ce n’a pas été notre cas donc la beauté des île était bien là mais l’histoire les commentaires non!!! il nous manque quelques choses dans cette visite donc cette excursion reste chère

Chauffeur qui regarde la chaîne YouTube en même temps que conduire. Ce ne met pas en sûreté les passagers du fourgon. On recommande Isla Contoy mais Isla Mujeres n’a intérêt dans le parcours offert (insistance des commerçants). Nous n’avons pas perçu la valeur du guide dans ce parcours. Certaines discussions entre personnel du bateau étaient outrageantes (critique ouverte des touristes, notamment sur le pourboire et ne pas vouloir boire de la tequila, dites en espagnol)

Mit dem Bus zunächst nach Cancun, dort haben wir über 1h auf das Boot gewartet. Dann ging es nach Isla Contoy. Ein wirkliches Paradies/Traumstrand. Wir haben einige Dinge während der 45min Tour erfahren, aber eigentl wollte man nur zum Strand (Museum unnötig) Mittag war SEHR LECKER! Leider ist das Schnorcheln ausgefallen. Einen bitteren Beigeschmack gab es dann im Anschluss, weil versucht wurde eine neue Schnorcheltour einem zu verkaufen. Isla Mujeres war okay. Gabriela(Guide) war sehr lieb!

Bonjour, en ce qui concerne l’excursion isla Contoy est magnifique. Malheureusement nous nous sommes conduit à Isla Mujeres ensuite dans la partie commerciale, faite que de magasins de souvenirs et de bar, sans aucun intérêt, alors que l’autre partie de l’île est absolument splendide. Ceci gâche vraiment la journée. À noter également que l’organisatrice du club Lookeaavait signalé mes allergies qui n’ont absolument pas été tenu en compte, ce qui fait que la Je n’ai pu manger. Pas du tout déçus par la destination, Isla Contoy a tenu toutes ses promesses: paysage paradisiaque avec des eaux cristallines, du sable blanc, des cocotiers et sa faune préservée. Le poisson grillé sur place était un véritable délice et l'équipage mexicain très sympathique. Seule ombre au tableau, notre guide qui n'était absolument pas fédérateur et très injonctif. A part les consignes à respecter il ne nous a donné aucune info et ne s'est absolument pas soucié de nous. Très décevant!

IMPOSSIBLE DE PLONGER POUR VOIR LES STATUES AU FOND DE L'EAU, CE QUI EST QUAND MEME LE " CLOU " DE CETTE EXCURSION. Bien évidemment, on nous l'a signalé une fois sur place alors que l'organisateur le savait avant même le départ de l'hôtel. Nous avons trouvé cela très décevant et même limite honnête !! Nous y retournerons, mais sans vous.

Les temps de transport beaucoup trop longs du fait d’une tournée des hôtels pour le ramassage Départ 7h pour un départ en mer à 9h30 en sacbaht que nous étions à 45 minutes de l’embarcadère De plus les mini bus ne sont pas du tout confort !

Attente le matin avant de partir sur l'ile ( départ hôtel 7h30 arrivée Cancun 8h00 attente à la Marina 1h00). Dans le prix de l'excursion il était prévu snorkeling mais cela n'a pas été possible ?. Pas assez de temps pour découvrir Mujeres ( 1h15) et trop de temps sur Contoy (2h30). Rapport qualité prix médiocre

La sécurité avant tout et la prévenance. Des explications claires sur le déroulé de la journée et des consignes à écouter attentivement. Great trip, it’s more like 12 hours long than 4-8 mind! We couldn’t snorkel as it was too choppy but it was a fab day out. The bus there and back is very cramped but the driver and bus guide were brilliant.

Our tour guide Damien was very good, kept us informed on what was going to happen throughout our day. Isla Contoy was just stunning! So peaceful and beautiful, loved seeing the Iguanas and hermit crabs and had a delicious lunch. Isla Mujeres was busier but was lovely just sitting at a bar at the beach front.

Isla Contoy was perfect, reef snorkeling due to currents etc was disaster and lastly because of Election Day, Mujeres was overcrowded and we were unable to get a drink in ANY bar unless we ordered food.

Isle of Contoy fabulous, no snorkelling due to weather and then the Isla Mujeres we were given an hour which was not long for shopping and it was too busy to enjoy due to the time of year.

Sehr geehrter Damen & Herren TUI Team! Wir fanden den Strand von der Insel Contoy super u. wären gerne ein bisschen länger geblieben, das Schnorcheln mit den Schildkröten ?? konnte leider aufgrund schlechter Sicht im Wasser nicht stattfinden. Das Museum war interessant u. ist auch wichtig aber die Anschauung von Tieren in den Glaskästen war aufgrund schmutzige Scheiben nicht möglich dass war sehr schade. Nach Mujeres am Strand waren viel zu viele Menschen der Ort u. die Kirche war sehr schön.

Isla contoy is recommended. Journey to this island was pleasant and the island itself is beautiful. Isla mujeres is for those who have patience for heavy foot flow of people. (We were not aware of this prior to attending). We couldn't swim or do the snorkelling, as we had hoped, due to "bad weather". Our journey back to our transport from Isla mujeres was the most disturbing and disgusting ride. The boat was not covered (as it was when we went) and we were severely drenched. Not value for money

An amazing trip overall, Contoy was unbelievable. The most beautiful, quiet and picturesque place me and my partner have ever seen. Isla Mujeres was the opposite, very busy, good if you like a party! We had an amazing guide called Pepe who kept us hydrated and informed of all the facts you could ever want to know about the places we visited. The snorkelling was good and not too strenuous, seeing a starfish was the highlight of my week! Would definitely do again and recommend to all! :)

The tour took me from the hotel to Cancun. We then went straight over to Isla Contoy, the boat ride over was lovely and the guide explained the history of the island as a protected habitat. On the first part of the tour by the mangroves it is to be expected that the mosquitos are going to love you so worth having something loose fitting to throw over you. The food was great and the fish (King Makrell) was the best I've ever had. Overall I would go to Isla county again but not Isla Mujeres(busy).

Great pick up on time. Good reception with coffee and cake. Boat trip a misnomer it was a fast boat transfer to Isla Contoy.beautiful unspoilt island with coral beaches. Nature walk short and bitten to death by mosquitoes no insect repellent allowed- this is un safe! Lucy fine. Then told snorkelling cancelled by boat crew. Slightly longer stay on Contoy which was fine, then transferred to Isla Mujeres and instead of 30 minutes had to endure 1 1/2 hours. This island is a night mare.

Die Isla Contoy ist jeden Rappen wert, ein Traum! Die Isla Mujeres ist überfüllt und voller Touristen. Viel Freizeit und wenig Info vom Guide (25min Infos) Restzeit alleine. Preis definitiv zu hoch! Schnorcheln war auch bei uns wie in fast allen Kommentare nicht möglich. Frühstück schwach, dafür ausreichende Getränke! Fazit: Isla Contoy sofort wieder! Isla Mujeres reicht eine selbstorganisierte Fahrt mit der Fähre (ist günstiger). Leider enttäuschend!

Isla contay was brilliant, 10 out of 10 but you need to stop telling people they can wear biodegradable sun tan lotion, you can't, it's false advertising on your part Tui. Isla Mujeres was a ********** hole, i have no idea why you take people there, there is nothing to do other then fend off locals trying to sell you, golf carts, tequila and cocaine! Although this might sound like a wild night out for some, it was not for us.

Trip advertised breakfast before the boat ride, but there was none, there was a coffee but no food. We had 3 children with us and the pick up was at 6.30am so had we known there was no food, we would of eaten before we left the resort, instead our children didn't eat until early afternoon.

Frühstück war ein Witz. Ein Stück gekaufter, trockner Kuchen und Kaffee. Mehr nicht. Bootsfahrt war angenehm. Isla Contoy traumhaft. Das dortige Mittagessen gut. Leider gibt es auf der Insel kein fließend Wasser. Isla Mujeres war eine Katastrophe. Viel zu überlaufen und aller 2 Meter wirst du angesprochen. Wenn es nur eine Isla Contoy Tour geben würde, würde ich sie nochmal buchen. Insgesamt aber deutlich überteuert.

Beautiful islands, great friendly guides. However we were told by Tui we could use "reef safe sunscreen", this was not the case. We ended up spending most of the time on the islands in the shade or covered up because we do need sunscreen but wasn't allowed to use it. Apart from that, it was a good trip.

Guides really good contoy amazing island beutifull sea and beach great photo opportunities dependent on whete you are staying in mexico trip can be a very long day we were near akumal so it was a 90 minute journey to other side of cancun and pick up was 6.25am in morning and returned at 6.30pm but having said that it was well worth it. Safety again was superb when in water snorkling and on boat life jacket was mandatory and got to see turtles plus different sides of mexico.

Pro: Isla Contoy, Mittagessen Contra: Isla Mujeres völlig überfüllt, nicht schön anzuschauen. Beschreibung nicht exakt, man darf absolut keine Sonnencreme vor dem Schnorcheln und auf der Isla Contoy benutzen (was auch verständlich ist, aber so nicht in der Beschreibung steht). So wie es in der Beschreibung steht das man nur biologisch abbaubare Sonnencreme benutzen darf stimmt so nicht da man gar keine benutzen darf. Wir haben eine deutsche Tour gebucht aber alles war leider auf Englisch

Isla Mujeres war nicht schön gewesen. Zuviel Tourismus, man denkt man sei auf Ballerman. Der Rest war mega toll. Vor allem Isla Contoy war ein Traum.

Isla Contoy ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht überlaufen, da nur 200 Personen pro Tag auf die Insel dürfen. Strand ist toll, flachabfallend mit ein paar Strohschirmen für Schatten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab ausreichend Getränke, auch während der Bootsfahrt. Isla Mujeres ist einfach nur total überlaufen und überfüllt mit Abzock-Shops. Wollten 2 Totenkopf-Stifte und einen Schildkröten-Anhänger kaufen - 80€ wurde aufgerufen xD. Und wer drauf steht Tigerbabys zu streicheln ist richtig

The boat was great, the guides fantastic, and the places visited amazing. Isla Contoy was beautiful, best place we went! Could have done with 2 hours instead of 1 at Isla Mujeres to do a bit more shopping. Didn't do the beach here as far too crowded but we didn't mind as the time at the beach on Isla Contoy was perfect! Shame we didn't see much snorkelling deep sea snorkelling but it was a great experience all the same! Would 100% recommend this excursion, TUI always provide a great trip quality

Important, there is no sun cream permitted on Isla Contoy but your guidance suggests biodegradeable is ok. We bought some specifically but couldn’t use it. I am very pale and there is very little shade on Isla Contoy. This needs to be made clear! Fantastic trip, not so fantastic sun burn.

Sehr geehrte Damen und sehr geehrte Herren, sehr gerne gebe ich Ihnen einige Informationen zurm gebuchten Ausflug. Die angegebenen Leistungen in Ihrer Beschreibung passen nur teilweise mit den erbrachten Leistungen vor Ort überein.. Die angepriesenen Stopps zum schnorcheln an verschieden. Riffs auf dem Weg zur Isla Contiy fanden nicht statt. Nur ein Schnorchelgang auf der Insel von ca. 15 min. Auch das Schnorchel auf der Isla Mujeres und das Sonnenbad an unberührten Stränden war nicht möglich.

Wir fühlten uns bei Guide Lilly sehr gut aufgehoben. Leider konnte man aufgrund des Seegangs nicht schnorcheln, dafür kann natürlich niemand etwas. Auch sollte man seefest sein, nicht wenige wurden auf der Überfahrt seekrank. Das angebotene Frühstück war sehr überschaubar gehalten (1 Stück Kuchen, Kaffee, O-Saft), dafür war das Mittagessen am Strand frisch zubereitet und ausgesprochen lecker. Isla Contoy und der Strand dort sind traumhaft schön und lohnenswert!

Isla Contoy ist definitiv einen Besuch wert! Die Isla Mujeres ist sehr touristisch und überlaufen. War nicht mein Geschmack. Die Tourguides haben den Tag aber toll gestaltet und auch viel über die Inseln und das Meer erzählt. Das Meer ist besonders dort vor der Küste besonders klar und man kann bis zum Boden sehen (und auch die Schildkröten unter Wasser!) Ich würde den Ausflug (ohne Isla Mujeres) noch mal machen.

Trip to Contoy was fantastic. Deserted island beauty with only scientists living there. Hermit crabs, white sands, pure water. Very interesting tour and time on the beach It was so peaceful but then we went to the Isla Mujeres omg completely the other end of the scale, choc a block with nose to nose golf buggies, hassled by traders continuously, nightmare, so loud and just not my scene. Beach was packed.

Die Insel Contoy ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir fanden es dort zauberhaft. Das gesamte Team hat sich vom Abholen im Hotel bis zur Rückkehr rührend um uns gekümmert. Es gab viele Informationen, ausreichend zu trinken und auch gutes Essen. Auch der Stop zum Schnorcheln war gut organisiert und man wurde buchstäblich in die Unterwasserwelt entführt. Die Insel Mujeres ist das ganze Gegenteil von Contoy. Aber wenn sie schon mal auf dem Weg liegt, dann sollte sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen.

Die Isla Mujeres ist einfach nur eine überfüllte Touristeninsel wo man scheinbar noch etwas Geld lassen soll. Geschnorchelt wurde aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht - fürs Wetter kann allerdings niemand was. Die Isla Contoy hat den Ausflug allerdings gerettet auch wenn es dort die halbe Zeit geregnet hat. Aufgrund des doch recht hohen Preises wäre es mir persönlich jedoch lieber gewesen, der Veranstalter hätte die Tour an diesem Tag aufgrund des Wetters abgesagt. Nochmal würde ich es net machen.

In de beschrijving staat ontbijt! Maar de stop voor dat je de boot op gaat is niet meer dan een 5 min koffie break met een brownie. Niet verkeerd maar de beschrijving moet worden aangepast om verkeerde verwachtingen te voorkomen. Isla Contoy is super mooi en echt de moeite waard en Isla mujeres is mega druk met heel veel cafés en winkeltjes.

Smorgens op tijd opgehaald, hierna een uur moeten wachten nabij de boot omdat een andere groep laat was. Isla contoy was erg mooi en leuk, net als het snorkelen op zee. Isla mujeres vond ik minder, we hadden maar een uur de tijd. Veel te druk.. aan het strand zitten kon eigenlijk niet. Van mij mogen ze dat gedeelte weglaten of leuker maken.

Perfect day with the kids pristine beach, walking around with the stingray and inquisitive puffer and trigger fishes in the shallows, beach buffet was delicious fresh and great hospitality from the guide and staff, defo on the return excursion list. Highly recommended

Isla Contoy was amazing. beautiful, peaceful and serene however Isla Mejures or at least the part we visited was extremely busy and over commercialised. This was not what we expected. The lunch provided was lovely. Bus transfer didn't have the best air conditioning. Olga our guide was great ! The snorkeling aspect of this trip were not numerous as advertised. There would only have been 1 however as the sea was too choppy we didn't get to snorkel at all. Overall though we enjoyed it.

Wir hatten eine super Reiseleiterin. Sie hat auch auf den Schutz der Insel hingewiesen, damit dieser wunderschöne Fleck Erde genauso erhalten bleibt. Isla Contoy war ein so schöner Ort mit wundervoller Natur. Bitte benutzt hier keine Sonnencreme, nehmt euren Müll mit und fasst keine Seesterne oder ähnliche Tiere an. Leider ist Isla Mujeres genau das Gegenteil, da müsste man auch die Anzahl der täglich ankommenden Boote verringern. Isla Mujeres ist sehr touristisch und lädt mehr zum Einkauf und Party ein.

Die Empfehlung der Reise beruht nur auf der Attraktivität der Isla Contoy, die man nicht auf eigene Faust besuchen kann. Das von der Crew gebotene Essen war auch sehr lecker. Der Schnorchelausflug hingegen war ein Desaster: anstatt in Ruhe die Fische am Riff beobachten zu können, mussten wir ständig unserem Guide hinterherhetzen, der sich bei hohem Wellengang weit vom Boot entfernte und immer nur in der rauhen See hin und her schwamm. Für die Beobachter vom Boot sah es eher wie ein Wettschwimmen als ein Schnorchelausflug aus. Als ich plötzlich Atemprobleme bekam, da bei so viel Action mein Herz gezickt hat, konnte mein Mann Gott sei Dank den Guide heranwinken, und ich konnte mich am Rettungsring festhalten bis wir wieder am Boot waren. Obwohl ich auch an Deck noch lange mit Atemproblemen zu tun hatte, kam niemand auf die Idee mich zu fragen, ob es mir gut ginge. Wir hatten eine deutschsprachige Tour gebucht, allerdings konnte unser Guide Mathia(s) kaum deutsch, er war zumindest nicht zu verstehen und war völlig unmotiviert. Er ist halb Italiener, halb Franzose, weshalb er sich - wenn überhaupt - um die französischen Teilnehmer des Ausflugs gekümmert hat. Während seine Kollegen, die für die polnischen Teilnehmer zuständig waren, sich ständig um diese kümmerten und sie z.B. auf Meeresschildkröten hinwiesen oder Informationen weitergaben, genoß Mathia(s) lieber die Zeit auf See. Für Isla Mujeres war kaum Zeit, aber das war uns nach dem "Schnorchelausflug" auch schon egal...

Ich Hotel war keine Persone welche kann deutsch sprechen und keine Reiseleiter von TUI. Das hat Probleme gemacht welche haben wir selbe gelöst. Das hat aber Energie und Zeit gekostet. Gut: sehr nette Guides, tolle Natur, leckeres gutes frisches Mittagessen Schlecht: deutsch gebucht und englischen Guide bekommen ,sehr schlechtes Frühstück, deklariert mit +12 Jahre aber dort dann viele kleine Kinder und Säuglinge gewesen- bei einem Tagesausflug sehr ärgerlich weil ausdrücklich +12 gebucht war

The tour was really well organised and easy to book. The journey by boat over to Contoy was amazing as we got to see turtles swimming and an array of birds, all pointed out to us by the guides who were really knowledgeable and friendly. It was clear how much they were enjoying their jobs and we really liked the guided walk around the small island which really was postcard perfect. The guides said we were lucky as there was only one other tour on the island. We had plenty of time to swim and enjoyed the lunch provided. We wished we could have had a bit longer on Isla Mujeres but this would mean making the day even longer as all of the tours seem to mean quite a long transfer time. I would highly recommend this tour for teh island and not really the snorkeling.

Everything great, guides fantastic, locations beautiful. It states on the TUI website that biodegradable sunscreen is required for Isla Contoy, which we purchased. However at the island they do not allow even this sunscreen to be used. So this information seems to be incorrect.

Die Isla Contoy ist eine wunderschöne, natürliche Insel mit Karibikfeeling. Die Isla Mujeres hingegen ist eine typische Touristen-Insel mit den typischen Geschäften. Leider ist bei uns aufgrund des Wetters das Schnorcheln ausgefallen - kann keiner war dafür, aber genau auf diesen Punkt hatten wir uns gefreut. Ilaria unsere Reiseleiterin war spitze und hat das Beste aus der Situation gemacht.

Der Ausflug auf die Inseln Contoy und Mujeres war wundervoll! Die Insel Contoy in seiner zum Glück der Natur belassen Art ist wirklich wunderschön hätte gerne noch mehr Zeit da verbracht! Die Insel Mujeres das pure Gegenteil von Contoy…. Mujeres war für mich persönlich eine Touristische abzocke!

Wycieczka miała być w języku polskim, ale okazało się, że przewodnik nie mówi po polsku. Dodatkowo w ramach śniadania dostaliśmy kawałek ciasta i sok pomarańczowy. Punktualność też pozostawia wiele do życzenia.
