Auf der Burg hätten wir gerne mehr Zeit gehabt. Die Anlage ist riesig und wir konnten in der verfügbaren Stunde nur einen kleinen Teil besichtigen. Auf dem Schiff hat die Ausfahrt aus dem Hafen genauso lange gedauert wie die kurze Fahrt zu den drei Höhlen. Ansonsten hat uns der Ausflug gut gefallen. Er war gut organisiert und der Guide hat interessante Sachen über Land, Leute und Sehenswürdigkeiten erzählt.

In der Beschreibung des Ausflugs steht Eintrittskarten zur Burg, diese (12€ pro Person) sind jedoch nicht daran enthalten , gerade alte Menschen machen den Aufstieg dann für umsonst oder zahlen weil sie halt den Weg auf sich genommen haben. Abzocke! Die Bootfahrt hat nichts Informatives man soll nur Getränke und Essen kaufen, das Mittagessen jedoch war die reinste Katastrophe.So etwas hat man selten gesehen. Kaltes altes Brot Fleisch auf Zuteilung. Informaterial nur im Bus, kaum verständlich..

Der Guide war super, hat alles gut erklärt. Die Getränkepreise auf dem Schiff und auch beim Mittagessen sind reine Abzocke. Auch das Mittagessen ist nicht sehr empfehlenswert. Aber am schlimmsten waren die Toiletten beim Mittagessen unzumutbar. Ansonsten ist die Tour sehr schön gewesen.

Es ist fahrlässig die Leute in dem Lokal essen zu lassen . Alles dort ist sehr dreckig und unhygienisch. Es riecht stark nach Urin und das Essen war durch die Reihe entweder kalt oder schon viel zu lange warm gehalten . Die Preise für die Getränke sind enorm . Genau 30 min nach dem Essen (etwas Hähnchen und Gurke ) hat mein Sohn angefangen bis zum nächsten Morgen zu brechen . Unverantwortlich einfach . Der Guide hatte über eine halbe Stunde Verspätung . Fand er lustig

Wycieczka miala rozpoczac sie o 9.10 - odbiór spod hotelu. Do 9.52 czekalismy na schodach bez informacji o opóznieniu, a do autobusu wsiedlismy jako drudzy! Dojezdzajac spóznieni na pierwsza atrakcje dostalismy pytanie czy chcemy z niej skorzystac w niewielkiej czesci czy „zaliczyc” ja po czasie trwania wycieczki. Wybralismy druga opcje dzieki uprzejmosci przewodniczki. Jednak wplynelo to na calosc oceny wycieczki, takie rzeczy nie powinny miec miejsca.

Die Zeit um die Burg zur Hälfte zu sehen reichte nicht aus.Das Mittagessen war zu hektischen und sehr wenig. Die Zeit um die Tropfsteinhöhle zu besuchen war sehr knapp.

Trajet trop long de 2h jusqu'à la grande grotte. Arrêt non prévu et non souhaité dans une boutique très douteuse et chère mais largement plébiscitée par notre guide. Une heure de perdue. Restaurant attrape touriste avec 2 fruits en guise de dessert non payant. Le téléphérique très bien mais trop peu de temps de visite. Tour en bateau véritable attrape touriste, 30mn d'attente, bateau trop grand et grottes visibles ridiculement petites plus proche de trous dans un rocher.

Wycieczka ogólnie ciekawa, duzo atrakcji jednak przez to zbyt malo czasu na poszczególne miejsca. Wjazd/zjazd kolejka na ruiny, trzeba dobre 20-30 min czekac wiec malo czasu pozostaje na zwiedzanie ruin, wejscie do meczetu i kupienie upominków na straganach. Podobnie ze zwiedzaniem Jaskini Dim, trzeba miec dobre tempo. Pomylka dla mnie byla wizyta w ogrodzie, podwórko z pojedynczymi drzewkami i sklep po to tylko zeby zrobic zakupy. Spodziewalam sie ladnego ogrodu z tutejsza roslinnoscia.

Alle Attraktionen waren in Selbsterkundung, keine Informationen erhalten. Der Guide war nie mit vor Ort. Wenn es Probleme auf der Burg bzw. in der Höhle gegeben hätte, wäre keine Betreuung oder Hilfe (Sprachbarrieren) möglich gewesen. My mum is 82 she couldn't get off the boat at the river as there was no step she.wasnt the only 1 that couldn't.also there was very greedy ppl on the boat and took loads of food before everyone had left little and crew.didnt replenish Crew and guide was great but very difficult to get off the boat at destination

Visit locations good but insufficient warning about extensive up and down steps involved. Even some younger guests were struggling. First hour on bus the tour guide only spoke German so those with English and other languages were left in the dark.

Cable car was well worth the visit, Castle was a waste of time since there wasn’t enough to look at, but gave time to checkout the local beach and surroundings, the dim river meal was totally unexpected and really enjoyed, the caves were my highlight .. they were amazing (WARNING .. it would have been nice to know in advance just how tiring this was) a lot of people were shattered after doing this … and boat trip speaks for itself, can’t go wrong with these.

Getränke waren beim Essen nicht mit inbegriffen im Preis und waren überteuert .Cola/Wasser 3 Euro,Bier 6 Euro.Geht gar nicht. Es gab viel zu sehen,aber leider war die Zeit viel zu knapp an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für ältere Leute,wie z.B.meine Mutter einfach nicht zu schaffen. Baden am Fluss....Hatte ich eine andere Vorstellung. Es war zu voll und die Zeit zu knapp.

Wycieczka, która wykupilismy miala niewiele wspólnego z oferta, która przedstawiona zostala w hotelu na spotkaniu z rezydentem. Po raz kolejny przekonalismy sie, ze to co oferuje TUI mija sie z rzeczywistoscia. Przewodnik, który mial nam przedstawic atrakcje i opowiedziec o tym co bedziemy zwiedzac - kompletnie nie wywiazal sie z zadania. Beim Mittagessen, war es ganz schön stressig, also Baden, Essen und etwas anschauen in 3/4 Std. nicht möglich. Sehr schön, war der Besuch des grünen Gartens. Die vielen Treppen, waren sehr anstrengend, haben wir aber geschafft. Für Menschen mit Rollator wäre es nicht machbar gewesen.

De totale trip vonden we aangenaam. De gidse mocht meer vertellen over de geschiedenis van Alanya en de burcht. Persoonlijk waren de druiven (rot) niet ok bij het middagmaal. Voor het overige een aangename Trip met een leuke boottocht als afsluiter van de dag.

De tijd in het kasteel is eigenlijk te kort. We zouden daar makkelijk een halve en misschien zelfs een hele dag kunnen doorbrengen. Ook de aansluitende boottocht was de moeite waard om dit kasteel en zijn omgeving te bewonderen. Hadden een prima gids en ook een leuke chauffeur. Gids wist boeiend te vertellen. Chauffeur had een goed gevoel voor humor. De laatste stop in de vorm van de Dim grot was indrukwekkende met fantastische druipsteen formaties. Helaas niet beide zijdes kunnen i.v.m. tijd.

Great variety during day. Lunch a bit rushed- no time for swim which was disappointing. Guide didn’t give much commentary during day- all other previous TUI trips have provided informative commentary in whichever countries. Think perhaps the guide had more limited English than previous guides we have come across, although she ran the trip well and no other issues. Was just a bit disappointing. Content of trip great, and lunch venue was lovely too.

Wycieczka piekna,ale bardzo wyczerpujaca. Przy temperaturach panujacych w Turcji,nawet we wrzesniu trzeba miec niezla kondycje zeby wspinac sie zarówno w jaskini jak i na zamek. Poza tym dosc malo czasu zeby zwiedzic wszystko. Mimo zakwasów jestem zadowolona i polecam :-)

Die Tour war interessant, Tropfsteinhöhle sehenswert, Alanya castle mit toller Aussicht, auch die Piratenbootsfahrt ein Erlebnis, lediglich das Mittagessen war nichts !, kalt und nicht schmackhaft, lieblose Abspeisung, die Kellner versuchen sich selbst ein Trinkgeld zu machen.

Aus der Tour könnten zwei verschiedene Touren stattfinden, der Reiseleiter hat uns nur im Bus während des Fahrens etwas über die Attraktionen erzählt. Auf der Burg war er nicht mit dabei,, hätte mir vor Ort ein paar Informationen gewünscht, die anderen Attraktionen waren zeitlich sehr eng bemessen.

Prijs was inclusief lunch. Maar wij waren door de medewerker van Tui vooraf niet geïnformeerd dat de drank en een dessert bij de lunch voor eigen rekening was. De prijzen daarvan waren schandalig hoog. € 9,- voor een glas wijn. Ons was wel beloofd dat er geen commerciële activiteit zou zijn. Dat was echter wel het geval. Zbyt dlugi okres czasu spedzony w ogrodach, po 10 minutach polowa wycieczki samodzielnie wrócila do autokaru. Godzinny postój byl niestety strata czasu, która mozna bylo poswiecic na dluzszy pobyt w jaskiniach, które trzeba bylo zwiedzac biegiem. Minusem jest równiez brak chociazby darmowej wody do posilku. Równiez czas spedzony na posilku byl zbyt krótki, tak naprawde jedlismy w biegu. Duze uklony dla przewodnika, który byl jasnym punktem tej wycieczki. Tak to wszystko super.

Ticket für die Burg zitadelle war nicht inkludiert. Es gab keine wisentschaflichen fakten zu den verschiedenen Attraktionen, nur generelle information. Statt einer demonstration der handwerkskunst zum herstellen von flaschenkürbislampen gab es eine 30minütige verkaufsaktion. Das mittagessen war kalt und das fleisch wurde auf ein stück pro person begrenzt. (nicht einmal wasser war inklusive). 2 stunden rückfahrt und uns beiden wurde dabei schlecht, meine frau musste sich im hotel übergeben.

Die Tour selbst war sehr schön. Der Guide sehr freundlich und konnte uns viel erzählen. Bus und Fahrer waren ebenfalls gut. Angenehme Gruppen Größe. Nicht schön war allerdings, dass bei einem Preis von 80€ pro Person (selbst bei Kindern von 13 Jahren) und trotz 34 grad im Schatten, es auf der ganzen Tour kein Wasser gratis gab. Wir reden da wirklich nur vom stillen Wasser. Das sollte bei einem anspruchsvollen Tui Ausflug über so viele Stunden und dem Wetter inklusive sein, vor allem Mittags.

Too many things in one day, not enough time to enjoy any ifhem. Driver was good. Guide was friendly and organised but spent most of the time on the bus talking to her colleagues, and hardly told us anything about the local area or about the places we were visiting. The restaurant for lunch was dirty and the food was bad - my son got given a lump of 'chicken' that was mostly gristle. They also tried to give me €5 change from €20 for a €10 drinks bill. It was obvious they knew what they were doing

No mention of the 100's of steps throughout when booking, both me and my husband have injuries, one of the guest services advisors said there was plenty of time to see around Alayna town centre - which we found to be 100% untrue. Trip was rushed through, lunch was terrible - in fact worst meal we've had in Turkey and we have been going for the last 25 years. No time to enjoy the key selling points - Castle and cave. Farm was awkward, Boat was crowded, uncomfortable, rushed and felt cheap.

As Dutch people, we went on the tour with our English-speaking guide, Ege. He provided a wealth of information about the area we were driving through, as well as a wealth of information about everything we saw. It was a successful tour, and Ege is a wonderful, enthusiastic young guide, truly outstanding. P.S. Next time, try to walk fewer stairs, haha.

Zupelnie inne przedstawienie oferty przed zakupem. Nie bylo mowy o tym, ze bedziemy jechac wysoko w góry. Lunch o godzinie 11- okropny. Napoje dodatkowo platne- nie bylo takiej informacji wczesniej. Na lunch i ewentualna kapiel w basenie byla 1h przy czym czekalismy na jedzenie 20 min. i na kapiel nie bylo czasu. Przy kupnie powiedziano nam, ze kapiel bedzie dostepna w trakcie rejsu statkiem. Tourguide Super und Kompetent. Tropfsteinhöhle ist echt sehenswert. Seilbahn in Alanja war gut. Die Burg an sich muss man nicht gesehen haben. Es handelt sich fast ausschließlich um Burgmauern. Wenn oberer Burgteil besichtigt werden möchte fallen zusätzl. Eintrittsgelder von 12€/Pers., welche ausschl. in Lira gezahlt werden können, an. Mittagessen ist Massenabfertigung. Mittagslokation ist unsicher (ich bin durch Holzsteg eingebrochen). Bootsfahrt ist ein Witz (keine Infos nur Verkaufsveranst.)

Reiseleiter fährt einfach weg und lässt eine Familie mit Kleinkind bei 43 Grad in einer Fremden statt stehen. Der Reiseleiter ist nach 3 Minuten weg gefahren und hat keinen Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen, wir mussten mit der Service Hotline Kontakt aufnehmen, die den Herr Kahn ebenfalls nicht erreichen konnte. Nach über einer Stunde hat der Herr erst Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen. Wir haben deswegen die Schiff fahrt verpasst die das highlight für unsere Töchter werden sollte.

Wahrheitsgemäße Äußerungen beim anbieten der Tour. Die Tour wurde als Familienfreundlich angeboten. Was sie nicht war. Das man diese Tour nicht mit einem zwei jährigen Kind absolvieren kann (über 400 Stufen). Es wurden ebenfalls falsche Zeiten angegeben an denen man zurück sein sollte. Es wurde ebenfalls gesagt, dass man von einem deutschsprachigen Guide begleitet wird, was ebenfalls nicht der Fall war.

Keine Attraktion begleitet, ein echt mieses Zeitmananagement. Die Burgbesichtigung fand nicht statt, nur Friedhof und einen Basar. Man sagte uns wir können ja oben einen Shuttlebus nehmen und selbst weiter schauen. Bei 45 Grad und nur 45 Minten Zeit schwierig, da auch kein Shuttlebus da war. Gleiches bei der Höhle 310 m bei brüllender Hitze und Schwüle, 40 min. echt wenig., aber man kann ja nur den kurzen Weg gehen, ohne See.Zuletzt als letzte aufs Boot, nur Plätze unten Mitte oder Sonnendeck

Am sich ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Allerdings haben wir ihn mit Menschen mit Behinderung gebucht und uns wurde gesagt es wäre nicht so anstrengend. Leider war dem nicht so. Der Ausflug war verbunden mit vielen Laufstrecken mit sehr steilen Treppen. Vor allem in die Höhle und auf die Burg. Hier sollte man schon eine sehr gute Kondition haben und Trittsicher sein. Our tour guide Ahmet was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and fun. He make the whole trip very smooth. The driver was also brilliant! We enjoyed the dim caves the most. The castle was nice too - good amount of time to explore. It was a very hot day so our group was ahead of schedule. Would have enjoyed a swim stop or beach stop to cool down. We brought swim stuff just in case. The boat tour was cool but if it was a catamaran style boat with platform it would have topped the day off

Het was een drukke dag, wij waren met een klein groepje, waardoor er op iedere locatie voldoende tijd was om alles goed te bekijken. Vooral het eten op de Dim rivier was een leuke stop, het water was lekker verfrissend! ( 9 graden) Het kasteel was leuk, maar voor het laatste stuk helemaal boven aan, moest je bij betalen. Op het eind lekker een stukje uitwaaien op een piratenschip vonden de kids erg leuk. Alles werd goed verteld door de Nederlands talige gids, maar hij ging niet iedere stop mee.

Samen met mijn man genoten van deze excursie. Behendig sprekende reisleider die ons in alles rondleidde en vertelde over het mooie Atalya. Ook was hij aangenaam in omgang. We hadden ruim de tijd om alles.te zien. Alleen jammer dat je, mocht je het binnenste deel willen zien van het kasteel je €12 euro moest betalen. Dit hebben wij niet gedaan. Maar “overall” zijn wij zeer tevreden en zullen wij het van harte aanbevelen aan andere vakantiegangers.

Le temps trop court impossible de profiter de visite. La boutique de souvenirs improvisée à l'écart de la ville organiser dans une maison avec des prix qui dépassent parfois la valeur qu'on trouve sur marché traditionnel de 14 fois plus élevé !!!!

Innholdsrik tur med flere spennende opplevelser. Skulle gjerne sagt at alt var bra, men det blir trekk for følgende; selv om det var opplyst at alle inngangsbilletter var betalt, så måtte vi betale ekstra for å komme inn i borgen i Alanya, det var satt av for lite tid til å se borgen og bussen hadde for dårlige støtdempere (vi satt samlet i bussen 5-6 timer, så det ble krevende med unødig mange rystelser). Terrible excursion, guide rushed us up and down the castle to the point wheee we was over a hour early for the boat. No chance to browse shops! Told the tui rep people in our group had knee and hip problems not once was the millions of steps up and down mentioned. Felt like we spent more time on the transfer coach! I asked how lone it was to get there I was told 20/30 mins when it was more like hour half. Not suitable for children or anyone with bad knees back etc

Die Tour war insgesamt klasse und sowohl unser Reiseleiter als auch unser Fahrer kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es fehlte auch nicht an dem gewissen Quäntchen Spaß und Witz, tolle Leute! Burg war beeindruckend, bei der Hitze und sehr, sehr, sehr sehr vielen Stufen aber eine Herausforderung. Mittagessen (Stufen!) war okay, Ambiente toll, Preise für Getränke und Nachttische unverschämt. Höhle (sehr, sehr,sehr viele Stufen) absolut sehenswert! Zwischenstopp perfekt, Bootsfahrt ok.

The trip was great. The tour guide super. The castle was good but perhaps a little more time there would have been good. The boat trip was not great. Alot of people on board and a quick trip round the head to see a couple of caves. The water restaurant was good and the dim caves were excellent with a lovely cage there too.

Ogromnie polecam wycieczke do Alany z przewodnikiem Panem Lukaszem. Wiedza, zainteresowanie, poczucie humoru u czlowieka z zamilowaniem wykonujacego swoja prace. Piekne miejsca do zobaczenia. Jedynie czas wolny na zwiedzenie zamku i zobaczenie plazy Kleopatry sugerowala bym zwiekszyc. Godzina czy póltorej to zdecydowanie za malo. ??

Quite a busy day this one so seems good value for money. First of all cable car. Fun for the kids. A lot of stairs so not suitable but we were fine with a nearly 3 year old. Not long to walk around castle so if that’s an attraction for you maybe book something else. Cave was good and not too long of a walk again though lots of stairs. Lunch was nice sat actually on top of a river which was nice. Pirate boat trip was 1 hour long which was enough for our boys. Would go again

Der Tour Guide hätte wie die anderen auch mit zum Castle fahren müssen und etwas erklären können. Er war die meiste Zeit im Bus und hat dort ein wenig erzählt. Nur bei der Höhle war er dabei und hat erzählt. Ansonsten war der Ausflug in Ordnung und hat Spaß gemacht.

Thrip was very enjoyable. The guild was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The down side to the trip was the amount of steps you had up to the castle and it was a very hot day. We couldn't make it to the castle.we got about 3/4 of the way there and had to stop. The view was stunning. The meal was in a beautiful setting however the meal was not nice myself and my daughter both had upset stomachs after eating. fly s .were all over the food.

This is an amazing trip and value for money BUT the rep did not disclose the health and safety risks. This trip is for the able fit hand healthy only. The steps are many and the heat is intense. You need to be able to jump on and off a moving cable car, manage 100s of steps at the castle in intense heat and uneven steps in minimal light in the caves.

There were too many stops.the castle advertised as main tour point only had 1 hour ,so 20 mins queue and 5 mins on stairs to get to level one. Told to allow 20 mins for cable car queue so as not to be late.. therefore not time in castle to get to cidital in 15 mins left! The boat was good ,to be honest I would have paid the same money to do that and castle and had more time without farm shop. Lunch was OK.looking at average age of guests there was just too much running about.cut something out.

Very tiring day alot of different things crammed in the excursion. Enjoyed cable car ,Alana Castle and the caves.Felt rushed wished had more time .This trip us not for people with mobility issues. Alot of steps at the Castle and cave. Meal provided was not great.Choice of chicken or fish.Opted for chicken which had small bones in it. Boat trip was okay it was very crammed and people smoking. Stopped off at a garden which sold local goods and expensive. This good of been left out of the trip.

Pani przewodnik chyba dostaje prowizje za wciskanie kremów z oslów, bo polowa wyjazdu to reklama tego co ludzie maja kupic u kolesia co robil lampy z kabaczków. W ogole nie bylo tego w programie. Przewodniczce polecam nauke historii-powiedziala, ze turcy przyjeli islam zeby nie napadali ich sasiedzi tak jak Polska przyjela chrzest, zeby "zakon krzyzacki nie zdmuchnal nas z planszy". Z tym, ze zakon krzyzacki powstal 200 lat po chrzcie polski. Totalny brak wiedzy i ciagle powtarzanie "wlasnie".

Wycieczka sama w sobie byla ciekawa, ale cale pozytywne wrazenie zostalo zepsute przez lunch jaki zostal zaoferowany w jej trakcie. Jakosc produktów z jakich zostal przygotowany poczestunek uragala ludzkiej godnosci. Jak mozna oferowac ludziom tak paskudne jedzenie? Jestem zazenowany takim podejsciem do klienta. Z wycieczki wrócilismy glodni bo nie dalo sie tego jesc. Dodatkowo brak napoju w cenie lunchu tez jest niedopuszczalny.

Eine wunderschöne Tour! Der Guide (Kagn) war sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Höhle ist zauberhaft, aber auch anstrengend! Aber man kann auch, je nach persönlicher Kondition, die Höhlenbesichtigung abkürzen. Die Kombination der Burgbesichtigung mit der anschließenden Umschiffung dieser war sehr interessant. Das angebotene Mittagesssen ging so, aber die Speisen waren überwiegend bereits kalt - schade. Aber alles in allem ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!

Es war gut organisiert, aber die Zeiten, vorallem bei der Besichtigung der Burg war zu knapp. Info man könne baden war nicht korrekt, das wohl beim Mittagessen Wasser und ein Pool verhandeln war aber die Zeit nicht reichte. Die Beraterin im Hotel sollte jeweils die Tour die Sie verkaufen auch miterlebt haben. War wohl in unserem Hotel TUI Blue Side, nicht der Fall. Beratungszeiten die publiziert werden stimmen nicht! Gestern Mittwoch 28.5 war ich nachmittags vor Ort, aber Beraterin hatte frei!

Objazd zdecydowanie za duzo czasu zawieral opcje zakupowe. Chcialam dostac troche informacji o rejonie w którym sie znajdowalam, o Turcji, o historii , o miejscach do których bedziemy jechac, na co zwrócic uwage. Wycieczka miala zaczac sie od godziny 8 a zaczela o 9, wiec zwiedzanie zamku bylo bardzo szybkie i nie bylo na nic czasu. Na lodzi bylo ok, natomiast zwiedzanie "ogrodu" czyli wejscie na czyjas posesje bylo szokujace. Ani tam ogrodu, tylko same stragany szkoda bylo na to czasu i tylko czekalam kiedy to sie skonczy. Organizacja obiadu fatalna, chaos. Przerzucali nami jak klockami. Jaskinia super. Wycieczka byla reklamowana jako miejsca do zwiedzania, a byl nacisk na kupowanie. Szkoda.

Es war ein tolles und ausgiebiges Erlebnis! Ein toller erster Eindruck von Alanya! Super Guide, der fließend Deutsch spricht und sehr umgänglich ist. We really enjoyed the castle and the cave trip. Steps were not an issue but I only had my prescription sunglasses with me which I couldn’t wear in the cave so I struggled to see. I would advise others to ensure they have glasses with them. The boat trip was good but very busy. We enjoyed it but was a long day and would have preferred to miss out the market at the end and have more time at the cave. The food was ok, we took packed lunch following advice from rep but didn’t need it.

Der Ausflug ist vollgepackt mit Highlights. Die informative Busfahrt nach Alanya ist der Start des tollen Tags. Dann geht es direkt zur Seilbahn und zur Burgbesichtigung.Hier erkundet man alles in Ruhe selbst. Danach wird man zum Boot gebracht und sieht Alanyas wunderschöne Küste.Danach geht es zum Dim Fluss, wo es leckeres Essen in außergewöhnlicher Atmosphäre gibt.Zum Abschluss eine spektakuläre Fahrt zur Tropfsteinhöhle mit einem tollen Rundgang in der Höhle. Absolut empfehlenswerter Ausflug!

Only thing we found fault with was length of time at castle. An hour was a little too short, especially since we lost 20 minutes going from bus to cable car entrance and then queuing for cable car. Everything else was great and we really enjoyed it. And our guide was very informative.

The coach had a strong smell of smoke which wasn’t pleasant to travel in. The food which was buffet style was basic and not very warm. However, the guide was lovely and very informative, friendly and helpful. The castle views were amazing although it was a bit of a hike to the top. The boat trip was pleasant overall it was an enjoyable full day out.

Die Tour war sehr geballt. Durch eine Zeitverzögerung an der Seilbahn war der ganze Zeitplan durcheinander. Der Tourführer ist zu keinem Ereignis der Tour mitgesungen. Er hat nur die Eintrittskarten geholt und die Gruppe dann sich selbst überlassen. Sowas geht gar nicht. Preis Leistung glei NULL

Für die Besichtigung der Festung ist die Zeit sehr knapp bemessen, da das Areal sehr weitläufig ist. Hinzu kommt eine evtl. lange Wartezeit an der Seilbahn talwärts. Das Restaurant am Fluss ist zwar von der Lage sehr schön gelegen, leider ist das Buffet miserabel. Alles kalt, pappig und auf Durchsatz optimiert. Das hätte man weglassen können, ein Lunchpaket vom Hotel wäre allemal besser gewesen. Auch hätte ein Guide in der Festung und der Höhle den Ausflug besser abgerundet.

The overall trip was excellent with the guides being totally professional and knowledgeable, the places we visited were very interesting. The one issue was lunch , it was appalling and was inedible in our opinion, stale pitta bread salad with flies all around and meat not cooked properly. We did not eat more than a mouthful each. The tour itself was excellent but really do need to look at different alternatives for lunch

Besichtigung der Burg war in der Zeitvorgabe nicht möglich. Mittagessen war Massenabfertigung und schlecht. Ein kleinen Teller bekommen für Salat und Hauptspeise. Zweimal gehen war nicht möglich. War die ganze Zeit Stress. Lampenherstellung wurde nicht groß gezeigt. 2 Sätze vom Reiseleiter, dass war es.

The castle was boring nothing really interesting to see. The farm visit felt like we were being pressured to buy the expensive goods sold there. Lunch was basic and tasteless. Plus we weren't told that there was hot food, so people took from the cold buffet and then saw the hot food. Also lunch was too late, 14.05pm. The cruise was OK but on the way back it was windy and cold. We were not told that this was a possibility, so was unprepared clothes-wise. I caught a draught and suffered next day.

Der Reiseleiter war super, hat viel erklärt und gerne Scherze gemacht. Das Mittagessen war leider wie eine Massenabfertigung (was bei einem solchen Ausflug zu erwarten war). Während des Essens (und bei jedem Stop) kamen immer wieder Händler, um ihre Ware anzubieten, das empfanden wir als etwas störend. Alles in allem hat es uns aber gut gefallen und wir konnten viel über die Stadt und die Gegend erfahren.

I enjoyed every part of this trip. Alanya Castle visit maybe 30 extra minutes can be added to explore a bit more. Takes time to get back to cable car. Tour guide Ahmed was giving a lot of information about history of Turkey.

Our tour guide was amazing and knowledgeable- we learnt a lot about Turkish culture, we also visited the mosque at the castle which our guide was able to tell us about. The trip was well run, good amount of free time. It was a very enjoyable experience. The food on the riverbed was a great experience too.

Die Tour war im Grunde genommen recht schön. Leider war sie jedoch etwas zu anstrengend. Es wurde einiges bei der Burg und der Höhle an gehen und Treppen steigen abverlangt. Hier sollte man sich überlegen die Tour anders zu gstalten.

Im großen und ganzen war es super und hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Das einzige was ich vielleicht erwähnen würde ist das man in der Tropfsteinhöhle sehr viele Stufen auf und ab steigen muss. Gerade auch für die älteren oder Eltern mit Kindern. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden gewesen

We were told by the TUI rep and the tour ticket that the tour starts at 8:15 on a Tuesday, and we were told to wait at the security gate of our hotel. We were there at 8 but the tour was shifted for 9:00 and nobody notified us. We stood there in the heat for a full hour, stopping buses almost giving up on the whole thing. We also called UK TUI customer service since the tour was booked through them. Then they transfered us to the Netherlands. They never even called back. The bus came around 9.

Miejsca czyli zamek, rejs statkiem oraz jaskinia byly piekne, ale przewodniczka Ada no cóz pozostawia wiele do zyczenia.Po pierwsze spóznila sie ponad pól godziny, które my spedzilismy w autobusie. Po przybyciu nawet nie przeprosila. Po drugie do miejsca spotkania z przewodnikiem oraz przez polowe drogi do zamku jechal z nami przewodnik anglojezyczny.Gdybym chciala wycieczke anglojezyczna to bym taka kupila.

Podobal mi sie: basen, zjezdzalnie, smaczne jedzenie, drzewa wkomponowane w srodku ( w tym bananowiec), mila obsluga i koty. Raczej nie podobal mi sie niewielki grzyb w lazience, basen zamykany o 18:00 (z tym ze rzadko kto wyrzucal ludzi po tej godzinie), glosna muzyka na basenie, to, ze w komplecie nie dostalam zatyczek do uszu, które ulatwilyby mi spanie i to, ze musialam czekac na pokój po przyjezdzie od 13:00 do 15:00 i ze na koniec nie bylo mnie na liscie do powrotnego transferu.
