Zowel mijn reisgenote als ikzelf hadden moeite om de uitleg tijdens de boottocht te verstaan. De geluidskwaliteit kan zeker beter. De boottocht zelf was een heerlijke ontdekking vzn Parijs via de Seine.

The weather and scenery was amazing, but there was a large group of children screaming at ever bridge. There are many bridges. We could not hear the audio descriptions. Sad, and annoying.

Ik vond de begeleiding wel goed. De prijs is te duur, maar je hebt geen keuze. En de inhoud van de booking is helemaal niet duidelijk. Boeken en weten wat je geboekt hebt is een zeer slecht punt. Die zijn totaal anders. Ze zijn dus absoluut te onduidelijk opgesteld. En windows edge is niet werkbaar!

Helaas zeer slechte communicatie. Personeel niet vriendelijk,stond met elkaar te praten ,kon niets vragen,reageerde niet of als men reageerde ging de rest met elkaar verder in gesprek . Spraken geen Engels maar Frans en namen deze moeite ook niet .
