Gebucht war ein Treppenaufstieg des Eiffelturms bis zur 2. Etage, dann der Aufzug bis zum Summit. Wir waren deshalb sehr unangenehm überrascht, dass wir trotz der Buchung erst lange in der Schlange für den Zugang zum Eiffelturmbereich und dann nochmal in der Schlange für den Ticketerwerb stehen mussten. Zumal unserer Reiseleiterin in Zweifel stellte, ob wir überhaupt bis ganz oben kommen können - obwohl das Bestandteil der Buchung war. Es gibt keine Kopfhörer, entgegen der Buchungsemail.

Devo dire tutto perfetto!
Punto di ritrovo facilmente individuabile, guida preparatissima e simpaticissima.
Anche il meteo è stato dalla nostra, giornata indimenticabile
PS anche le fantomatiche code per entrare, sono passate tranquille, perché intanto la guida ci ha raccontato aneddoti sulla torre

Tutto perfetto. La guida era gia al posto prefissato e ha condotto il gruppo ai piedi della torre ed ha spiegato aneddoti interessanti . Ci siamo trovati bene anche sui tempi della visita e sul fatto che per salire alla cima ci ha lasciati liberi. Consigliato!

Our guide was excellent! Climbing to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower is quite the workout. The lifts to the summit were very welcome after the climb. It was a great experience. Our guide shared historical information and the best places to take pictures.

De uitleg van waar we moesten verzamelen was duidelijk. Er stonden 2 mensen met vlaggetjes op ons te wachten. Na het melden moesten we nog even wachten tot de groep compleet was en toen konden we met de gids mee. De gids gaf duidelijk aan wat er van ons verwacht werd en had leuke feitjes.

Daniel was a little heavy on anecdotes but overall was a great guide. Would have loved to gotten to the 2nd floor sooner when it was not as busy. Was surprised the actual tickets were not purchased prior to us arriving but overall a good experience.

Wir haben den Aufstieg zum Eiffelturm über Tui gebucht im Glauben daran die Wartezeit zum Aufstieg zu verkürzen und hatten das Vertrauen in Tui! Leider wurden wir bitter enttäuscht! Wir mussten wie alle anderen auch (alle die 1/3 unseres Preises zahlten) in den Warteschlangen 1.5 Stunden anstehen! Wir wurden nur damit abgespeist dass etwas mit unseren Tickets schief gelaufen sei und wir bei der Kasse anstehen müssen! Ich bin total enttäuscht und sehr verärgert!

Der Besuch auf dem Eiffelturm war ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Allerdings war der Treffpunkt für den Start außerhalb des Geländes, es sind durch das ewige Anstehen und die Sicherheitskontrollen 45 min vergangen bis wir vor dem Eingang zum Turm standen. Der Gide sprach leise und immer nur in eine Richtung. Der Aufstieg über die Treppe erfolgte anders als in der Beschreibung bis in den 2. Stock. Preis-Leistung wurde nicht erfüllt. Die Fahrt zur Spitze, war super und die Aussicht hat entschädigt.

Ik vind het niet kloppen als ik 54 euro p.p. moet betalen voor een gids die een kaartje voor mij koopt van 20,50 euro. Dan betaal ik dus 33,50 euro voor een verhaaltje bij de Eiffeltoren. Onze gids was top. Maar voor zoveel geld vind ik niet kloppen.

Tolles Erlebnis, nette Reiseführerin, alles pünktlich. Leider war der Fahrstuhl an unserem Tag zur 3. Etage defekt, wir haben dafür eine Rückerstattung bekommen, ohne uns kümmern zu müssen. Ein toller Service... Vielen Dank für diesen Ausflug, wir buchen gern wieder und können alles nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten die Tickets bis zu Spitze, leider hat uns der Anbieter nur bis zu zweite Etage geführt und sagte dass er keine Tickets bis zu Spitze bekommen könnte. Die Enttäuschung war groß, weil wir nicht so oft in Paris sind und wollten gerne bis zu Spitze. Das Geld haben wir erstattet bekommen

Aufgrund schlechten Wetters war die oberste Ebene leider gesperrt. Dennoch war die Tour prima und unser Guide humorvoll und engagiert.
Hervorragend war die prompte Rückerstattung des zuviel gezahlten Preises, da die Führung quasi unvollständig blieb.
Grundsätzlich also empfehlenswert.

Tour was goed georganiseerd. Onze gids was super vriendelijk en wist heel veel te vertellen over de Eiffeltoren en Parijs. Helaas was de top afgesloten maar hier was van tevoren voor gewaarschuwd. We hebben na 1 mailtje dan ook we netjes het geldbedrag terug gekregen.
Zeker een aanrader!

Grundlegend gut, Karten werden aber erst vor Ort mir der ganzen Gruppe gekauft - Wartezeit ca. 30 min. Dann Mitteilung dass 3te Etage gesperrt obwohl Führung damit gebucht und bezahlt - unschön. Guide Anna k. War nett und aufmerksam und hat alles gut gemacht.

La experiencia está muy bien aunque tuvimos la mala suerte de que la cima estaba cerrada el día de la visita y no pudimos subir. A parte de eso muy bien pero el precio es excesivo, en todas partes es así salvo que consigas tú mismo entradas para la torre pero es una pasada lo que te cobran de más!

Ik vond het bezoek aan de Eiffeltoren samen met mijn zoon erg leuk op zich, ik had alleen verwacht dat we voor de vooraf betaalde €120,- niet nog een uur in de rij hoefden te staan en de drukte een beetje konden ontwijken. Maar niet was minder waar. De gids was erg aardig en vriendelijk en deed zijn best.

Fantastische gids. Wil je een bevlogen verhaal over de Eiffeltoren en zijn geschiedenis is dit perfect. Wil je gewoon lekker rondlopen op de toren dan is het beter gewoon zelf kaartjes te kopen en je eigen gang te gaan. Het verhaal van de gids bovenop de toren duurde ongeveer een uur. Dat moet je passen ook vwb tijd. Als je op eigen houtje wil gaan, ga vroeg in de ochtend! Onze gids Henry verdient complimenten!

My tour guide was excellent if this review was only based on her it would be excellent.
However this ticket purchase is misleading as it claimed to include entrance to the summit? After waiting in the line for 40min I was turned away and denied access to the summit.

Es hat wirklich alles sehr gut geklappt. Am Treffpunkt waren wie vereinbart die Guides sofort gut zu erkennen. Auf dem Eiffeltum bzw. auf dem Weg darauf waren wir per Kopfhörer verbunden und haben viele Informationen gehört.
Für uns war es top. P.S. Bis zur Spitze fahren - ist irre.
