Lipari and Vulcano are two good-looking Aeolian Islands. Visit both of these in one day and you've got yourself a handsome trip ahead. It's an early morning start as you cast off to the largest of the Aeolian Islands, Lipari. As one of the oldest settlements in Europe, there's plenty to explore here. You'll have free time to see the top-notch museum, as well as its pleasant waterfront and historic citadel.

Then, you'll glide over to the island of Vulcano, whose volcanic origins are clear to see – you'll soon spot fumes spouting from its crater. But you'll be here to take things easy. Enjoy an optional mud bath at a natural spa before kicking back on the black sand beach. Spread out your towel here and enjoy a few hours topping up your tan before boarding the boat back.
