After pick-up from your hotel, you'll hop aboard a brand-new catamaran and set sail along the west coast. Alongside plenty of room to relax, there's drinks, snacks and local music on offer too, to really get those holiday vibes going. Once we've reached our idyllic spot near Monte Leão, we'll drop anchor to freshen up with a swim and some snorkelling. Bike & Hike
This morning on two wheels and two feet is a great way to explore southern Sal. The fun kicks off at Santa Maria salt flats after you've received your bike and helmet. You'll pedal your way to the famous Mitu & Djo beach club at Kite Beach. Run by champion kitesurfers, this sweep of sand gets its name from the crowds of kitesurfers who flock here .Watch the pros riding the waves before continuing on to Serra Negra. It should take about an hour on two wheels before you read Sal's highest point – at just over 100 metres. From here on in, two feet are better than two wheels, and the final leg to the summit is by foot.

This single-mast yacht sails out of Santa Maria in southern Sal and specialises in all the ‘ings' – sailing, relaxing, sunbathing, snorkelling, swimming and even fishing. Set off along the west coast of the island, passing the rugged coastline around Murdeira and Buracona lagoon before reaching the port town of Palmeira.
