Very good experience the guide had excellent knowledge of the park and stargazing. Well looked after including drinks food and blankets which were a godsend on the mountain. Only downside lots of pickup points and drop off so long time on the coach. Good value for money.

Turen blev aflyst. Men vi fik ingen besked. Efter at have ventet i lidt over 1 time på bussen undersøgte vi forgæves om besked både hos TUI på hotellet og i receptionen. Næste dag forhørte vi hos TUI’s personale på hotellet, og fik at vide, at turen blev aflyst pga. vejrer. Kunne ikke forstå, hvorfor vi ikke havde fået besked. Dårlig oplevelse.

Excellent tour and guide and driver. Dominic was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything extremely well. He was attentive and careful zbd seemed happy to be with us. It would have been better in a smaller group. Visibility on a large coach is not always good and some of the things that were so well explained were sometimes difficult to see from halfway down the coach

A wonderful trip, brought to life by Isabel. Every stage of the excursion went smoothly & perfectly. The only slight disappointment was the full moon which lit up the sky so we didn’t see a true black sky & all the stars, but that’s hardly Tui or Isabel’s fault. The 3 course meal & drinks were excellent too. I would definitely do the trip again, when we rtn to Tenerife Thoroughly recommended

Comfortable coach with a safe driver, the meal was really good. The guide, Dominic, was excellent. He gave us a lot of information on Teide, but also a well informed talk on the night sky and constellations. The view through the telescopes was beyond expectations.

This was the highlight of our holiday. Eleni, our guide, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The only down side was the length of time to pick everyone up as there was so many pick up points. However as we were nearly first on we were also nearly first off, that was very well organised. The evening meal was basic but as they were catering for groups of people I thought it was very pleasant. There were plenty of toilet stops if you took advantage of them when given the opportunity!

Our guide Nickolas was extremely knowledgeable, informative and amusing and our driver Osvaldo was excellent.. It was a very long day and, towards the end when we got to the stargazing it was quite cold.. All in all we had a very worthwhile experience and the National Park was an amazing place to visit.

Very sadly myself and 4 fellow travellers were waiting at a different pickup point approximately one minute from the actual pickup location Tui had all our phone numbers if the leader of the excursion had bothered to call one of us we would have been able to go on the trip. Someone from Tui called myself approximately 20 minutes after the solo leader had contacted yourselves after we had reported the missed coach so obviously this would have possible

I enjoyed that the pick-up was timeley. I also thought that the guide was knowledgable, friendly and did a really great job of explaining the sites we were shown. Overall, I had a great time, but I wish that we would have been offered water at some points during the tour.

The experience is magical made better by an extremely knowledgeable guide. Stunning location and the right amount of stops/ viewpoints. Slight downside is the time spent on pickup/dropoffs, don’t really need a full meal and drinks, the telescope’s are good but truthfully the guide was better at showing the constellations with the laser. Maybe a tour just from Los Gigantes on a smaller bus, with panoramic roof, for the sunset and stars with a lesser meal would be great

Helena our guide spoke clearly and with so much knowledge of Tenerife,, its geology, geography and history. She and our driver were the perfect hosts. An excellent trip all round.

Given incorrect bus stop location by our Solos TL . No contact from the tour guide on the coach despite having contact details. Was only stood a minute away. If contacted coukd have easily walked to the coach. Tui rep from the office phoned 15 mins after coach had departed. No refund offered.

This was one of the best trips I've ever been on. Well organised from start to finish and a great experience and adventure. The guide Dominique was excellent and incredibly knowledgeable about the places we visited and he was very attentive and clear in his instructions during the trip - we were all very well looked after. There were plenty of stops for photo opportunities as we crossed the Teide National Park and in particular sunset behind Mount Teide and the stargazing experience were great

The meal was absolutely awful. My wife was physically sick after it when we arrived at our hotel. Her fish was almost inedible. My chicken was like carving rock. The break roll was hard and tastless. There were insufficient telescopes to see the stars. This meant waiting in the cold air. Also, health and safety were ignored. There were no lights to guide our feet, as we made our way to and fro the telescopes. This was highly dangerous. It could have resulted in persons tripping over one another

Tour was overly long in that it took a couple of hours to do pick ups before tour started. Could really have had a similar experience just driving through the national park. Food was pretty bad. Stargazing was very basic with just a quick glimpse through telescope at 3 different objects and short laser pointed display of constellations. Overall it was only ok, and I would say whilst it was not bad ( apart from the food) I would hesitate to recommend it as value for money at 178 euro for 2 peo

The driver and guide were very good jesper was our guide and he was very knowledgeable. The time on the bus and toilet breaks plus photo ops were great, the only thing that let it down was the food, it wasn't great, the chicken was hard and crunchy like cheap reformed chicken, i would have preferred to have seen a nice chicken breast on my plate and would have been happier to have paid a little more for better food, the pumpkin soup was lovely and so was the chocolate moose.

The dinner was very much below par. The chicken was like rubber and barely warm. The soup and dessert were ok. But no butter available with the bread rolls was disappointing. The wine wasn’t great either. Otherwise the tour was excellent and we’d highly recommend it.

This was an awesome trip. Oswaldo the driver and Martinez our guide had the whole experience covered. I felt safe during the drive even after dark and the knowledge and information in all aspects but especially astronomy was second to none. A most enjoyable evening.

Tour was very very good. Daphne the guide was engaging and knowledgeable in respect of the Tiede National Park and the night sky. The major problem was the meal and the restaurant we visited. The staff were rude amd unhelpful. The food was really poor. No butter was available and the staff refused to get any. The soup was basic. The man of chicken was over cooked potatoes and veg, tasteless chicken, a thick overpowering sauce and dessert of chocolate mousse which was totally bland.

The knowledge, helpfulness and enthusiasm of all the staff on the excursion. The best bits for me was slowly appreciating how enormous the crater was and then when the bus stopped in a layby to look through the telescope at he stars and the the moon - just wonderful. Loved it.

Dominique, our guide, was first rate - knowledgeable, intelligent, funny and engaging. Excellent driver (Guiseppe I think). The landscape is stunning, stops for photos were regular, toilet stops were clearly pointed out. It is the best tour we've done and we have done many over the years! My only criticism would be about the meal - soup was lovely, the main course rather bland but a generous portion.

The actual trip was amazing. From the tui lady who booked it for us too us being dropped back. The lady guide we had was brilliant. Very friendly kept us informed of what was going on. Timings were fab. The only reason I've marked one point off was the food at the restaurant. Soup was amazing would of been happy with more of that. The main course was awful. Very dry I know they gotta cater for a lot but a lot of people left it Overall great day

Vi klev på bussen i Los Gigantes och hämtade upp folk under två jobbiga timmar längst kusten i mycket trafik . Guiden informerade inte om detta utan man fick själv gissa när turen skulle börja Hade önskat man fått information om detta innan och längst vägen. Bra dock man tog andra vägen hem på hemresan . Bra med filtar på bussen , det var kallt . Maten på restaurangen var ok men inte fantastisk. Kul att se vulkanen, all information och stjärnhimlen.

We absolutely loved this trip - our guide Isabel was fantastic. The only slight thing to mention was that there a lack of toilet stops - I don't know what else could be done about that and it was made very clear that there would be long gaps, but it does cause some anxiety especially for the women who do not have an easy option should the need arise!

Unique experience standing in the vast crater of a dormant volcano - the closest you'll get to standing on Mars! The guide Helena was very knowledgeable about the night sky and the sight of Jupiter and Saturn through the telescopes was extraordinary. But it was so cold one could hardly appreciate the magnitude of what we were seeing. To be fair, the guide books at home warn that you should expect winter weather 3000m. up a mountain - even when you've arrived by bus, so bring your warmest coat.

As with all tui tours you spend more time picking and dropping people off than actually site seeing unless you like visiting loads of hotels over a two hour period then those trips are for you Tiede itself and the night sky are the stars but everything else is a waste of time 30 min stop at a gift shop why Then being asked at the end to leave a tip after paying close to a hundred euros Couldn’t fault the tour guide she was great but there is only so much she could do to make it bearable

Booked this trip again as I did it last year and enjoyed it so much. However, this years experience was disappointing. Group was too large. Having so many in group meant there was so long hotel pick ups which ate into the experience. Some in group complained that they’d spent a couple of hours in pick up time alone. This meant that the actual tour was compromised in the actual experience. Tour guide was okay, only trouble was last years guide was fantastic. Wouldn’t book again.

Vi satt långt bak i bussen och högtalarsystemet var inte i toppklass så det var mycket svårt höra vad hon berättade. Missade det mesta. Bra chaufför. Bra upplägg. Härligt med en fikapaus. Underbar solnedgång och magiskt med stjärnhimlen. Ett minne som kommer stanna länge. Maten var sådär. Snabb och proffsig service, förrätt med god soppa och gott bröd men varmrätt torr o seg. Fint att det fanns rikligt med all.fria alt. Miljön var inte mysig och det blev skramligt.

We loved Tiede by Night. Ellana, our guide, was friendly, engaging, fun, very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The views around the national park, rock formations, history, star gazing and sunset - all amazing. Dinner was good, a chance to enjoy food and chat with others. We were picked up just after the published pick up time. The guide was very knowledgeable and very engaging. The stops were great for photos plus 2 important stops for toilet breaks. The scenery was stunning and night sky viewing was amazing. Dinner was nice with plenty of alcohol.

I waited at the designated bus stop for 30mins, finally got through to speak to TUI trips only to be told my trip had been cancelled due to the weather. I had a email reminder the day before, the weather had been forecast for at least 24 hours so as I didn’t hear anything fromTUI I was sure my trip was running as scheduled. I was so wrong cancelled but did not inform me very rude and disappointing. As my trip included an evening meal I cancelled my evening meal in my hotel, missed evening meal

I was not informed that I would be spending the first 2 hours picking people up in various locations otherwise the trip was worthwhile and very informative, the tour guide and coach driver were exceptional. Did not like the food in the restaurant and would have preferred a choice even if it meant incurring a surcharge, the tour guide did say if we had any dietary requirements to let him know but I believe this was only for vegetarian or vegan options. I would have preferred a direct.

The trip was very well organised. Our guide, Niko, was excellent, very knowledgeable and sympathetic to our needs. There were three different activities. First was the sunset. We have seen a variety of sunsets around the world, but this, on mount Teide, was the most beautiful and spectacular one. Then we had dinner which was well organised, and last, the view of the sky through telescopes. This was well guided and well explained. We fully enjoyed this experience.

We paid €89 each. The dinner & wine was fine but it was a very basic meal with no choice of menu other than for those with allergies/vegetarians. So it wouldn’t have been an expensive meal. Also I saw same tour advertised for €79 elsewhere.

The coach driver Teto and host Elenar were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. We were notified by WhatsApp prior to the pickup time, arrived early and was greeted very warmly. The only issue we had was the stop for dinner, food wasn't pleasant, been overcooked and the venue was cold inside. During the star gazing the setup was very good and again Elenar was very knowledgeable and Teto was very helpful making sure everyone was given a blanket to keep warm. Thanks The 'Leo's

A long day on a coach for possibly 2hrs of actual entertainment. Arrived at the sunset viewing point 50 mins before sunset with nothing else to do. Food at restaurant very poor. The telescopes and stargazing made a decent trip. Not worth the money but glad i did it. Wasnt informed of the price by the rep prior to booking was a little shocked at 89 euros each

Really an excellent holiday experience- exceeded my expectations. The format accommodated a range of interests from natural history through to astronomy. Our guide was terrific- very knowledgeable and had a really friendly tone and manner. English was exceptional- he is clearly a real polyglot, originally from Belgium. Would recommend.

There was nothing not to like, coach was new and lovely, the driver Tita was excellent, the guide Elena was absolutely first class with communication, commentary and knowledge. The views were tremendous, the meal and drinks were very good, The stargazing was excellent with first class equipment and knowledge of the night sky by Elana. The things that caused disappointment are outside the control TUI. E.g. the weather, so no stars; the roads, so twisting and turning causing some nausea. Otherwise the trip was good. Guide excellent and couldn't apologise enough for the weather!

Really enjoyed the majority of the day. Shame it was cloudy at the end, but no one can predict the weather !! Biggest bugbear was the 1st stop at Vilarosa cafe. Too many people at the same time in too small a cafe. Not enough time to do anything but queue. No food ready and not enough time to order any.

It was more than expected, the guide was very knowledgeable jasper I think his name is. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Maybe if at the end we were given a simple booklet on the stars and their names and info on starting out astronomy. Jasper did give us good tips but late at night my brain doesn’t function as good to remember things. We have been recommending this trip to people we’ve met.

Elena was interesting and well informed, friendly and helpful. The bus was 20 minutes late for our pick up and we were amongst the last to be dropped off so it made for a very long day. I would have preferred to have gone for a shorter trip without the meal. It was good to see the park in daylight, see the sunset and the night sky was amazing.

For some stops there was not much time but I suppose that was because the trip had a time frame to include all those experiences. Otherwise it was an enjoyable experience in a whole. I found the food fairly good, there was plenty of drink going around on the table (white and red wine, beer and non alcoholic beverages) and we shared a table with other two lovely couples.

We werden mooi op tijd opgehaald door de bus met onze gids Isabel. Ze kon de busrit mooi aan elkaar praten met weetjes en grapjes. Het was heel aangenaam en leuk. Ze wist ook heel goed over wat ze sprak. Zowel tijdens de rit naar de top als tijdens het sterrenkijken kon ze ons goed boeien. Merci!

Highlights: Nico, the guide, was knowledgeable and funny. The driver was very skilled on the twisty, dark roads. The locations for each of the stops were relevant and interesting. The telescopes used were high quality. Lowlights: The food at the supper stop was pretty terrible. The coach was large and lacked intimacy. I would have paid a premium to be in a smaller group with more rapport.

This was a great experience but we spent more time at dinner than we did stargazing, which seems a bit.... Off. We would have enjoyed our own time to sit and stargaze, not feel rushed from one place to another. A highly enjoyable trip, essentially a half day and evening trip to Mount Teide rather than a simple night time experience with a couple of stops going up Teide in the afternoon with plenty of time for photos of the dramatic volcanic landscape in the daylight.The evening meal was in quite a nice, albeit basic, restaurant with adequate food and unlimited drinks including alcohol. We got to see stars, Saturn and the moon using telescopes and a fantastic guide demonstrated stars with a laser

I really enjoyed this excursion and Isabelle was brilliant. Very interesting facts and stories put across in a very i formative and often numerous way. This was the highlight of my holiday. Isabelle made this trip very enjoyable. I did feel a bit rushed on some stops, so perhaps the tour could be a little longer, but then some may feel it was long enough. I enjoyed it that much, I wanted longer, but thats personal preference rather than a problem.

Isobel was fab as our guide with excellent knowledge and a great sense of humour. Loved her laser pen to point at the stars. Also must mention the driver whose name began with a rolling R! He managed all the bends really well and parked the coach in some tight spots. Felt very safe with his driving and we also got dropped very near to our accommodation at the end of the night..closer than out starting point.

Our tour guide, Isabel, and our bus driver, Miguel, were the best! An informative journey to Mount Teide, with interesting facts and plenty of stops for photo opportunities. Our children aged 9 and 11 thoroughly enjoyed the trip, and were kept engaged throughout. The sunset stop was picture perfect, with a complimentary drink. The meal in the restaurant was delicious, especially the pumpkin soup on Halloween! The star gazing was an experience on it's own, Isabel's knowledge was incredible.

Angenehme Busfahrt mit ausreichend Stops. Unser Guide Jasper hat uns auf sehr sympathische und lustige Art viel über die Gegend und die Entstehung des Teide erzählt. Außerdem wurde sich sehr umsichtig um die Teilnehmer gekümmert und Decken und Tee gegen die Kälte gereicht. Lange Kleidung mitnehmen ist ratsam. Die Sternenbeobachtung mit den Teleskopen war beeindruckend und hat den Ausflug besonders lohnenswert gemacht. Vor Antritt des Ausfluges mehr Infos zum Ablauf zu erhalten wären hilfreich

Our guide and driver were excellent. The rmeal was okay - my chicken was fine but my wife's was dry and chewy.. The stargazing experience was enjoyable but maybe some of the well known constellations (Orion/The Bear/ The Plough etc) could have been pointed out.

Isabelle and our driver (Michaelangelo) were fantastic and couldn’t do anymore for us. Attentive, informative, entertaining. We felt safe and relaxed. The views were so beautiful as we drove and to watch a sunset above the clouds-wow! The 3 course dinner was basic, a little disappointing but the soup was nice and wine/beer fabulous.. Stargazing was awesome! I will never forget seeing Saturn with my own eyes (through a telescope). It was amazing! Great trip if you can afford it. Thank you

I wanted to see the night sky through telescopes, in a nearly 9 hour excursion we had a total of 20 minutes with telescopes. That 20 minutes was shared 7 people to out telescope. Roughly 3 minutes per person. The dinner off was not edible. Food looked and tasted like it was grossly over cooked 3 days earlier. Our party of three didnt eat it. The wine provided was also untouched. Tasted like vinegar. The whole excursion was under whelming and very disappointing. I feel robbed of £210.

Everything about the experience was amazing from our pickup to drop off at the end of our trip . We loved every minute and were definitely on cloud 9 , The sunset was the most incredible sight to be seen, the glow of the sun on the sea of cloud was so beautiful. Driver and Teide by night Tour guide Daniel were both very attentive to all . Staff and food at the restaurant was lovely and Stargazing experience was out of this world and surreal . We would highly recommend this fantastic experience.

Our guide was fantastic - Danny on bus 117. I learnt a huge amount on the way up to the first stop, let alone the rest of the trip. The views were amazing, day and night, and the stops chosen weren't too busy, which was great. The food was pretty good - the soup starter was very tasty, there was plenty of alcoholic/non alcoholic drink options, the main was mediocre and the dessert was small but tasty. I would like to see more about suitable shoes and not underestimating how cold it would be!

Overall it was a pleasant afternoon and evening. There were 4, 30-45 stops at cafes before we got to the sunset point. One of these would have been enough, or just having quick toilet stops. The sunset was nice, but cold - the guided provide blankets and Mint tea. Dinner was surprising good. The best bit was the star gazing but could have been much longer, it was only 30-40 mins.

Loved every second of the trip, the trip up the volcano with all the stops was breathtaking, have never seen anything like it. The stargazing was amazing as well and our tour guide was so kmowledgeable! Only thing that let it down was the food offering. We started with a soup and bread which was nice but then for main had breaded chicken which was dry with boiled potatoes and overcooked veg with a tiny amount of gravy. For the price, i expected more from the food.

It was cloudy so we didn’t actually see the sun set, it was just a slightly lighter smudge behind the clouds. At the telescope sight there were so many cars going by with lights on full beam your eyes couldn’t get accustomed to the dark because of the constant glare. It was pretty cloudy there too so there wasn’t much to see. We only got about a minute on each object before getting moved on so other people could get a glimpse. And the food was pretty average to say the least. So not great

The food for a vegan was really awful. So it was sad to see my cousin go hungry while we were all having a nice meal. A plate of bean, peas and carrots with salted potatoes and dreadful grey soya pieces made her violently ill. And a chopped apple in a glass of apple juice was for putting. Quite the panicked afterthought.

Had to walk from hotel to pick up point, second time of trying as first time very ambiguous information as to where pick up point was and missed the pick up. 1 1/2 hours of driving around picking up other people in multiple hotels until started towards the tour which was another 50 minutes away. Guide very good, very informative, all good until the meal, had ordered a vegan meal, nice veg soup starter then the worst attempt at a vegan meal ever in 30 years. Unbalanced, dry, all salt.

10/10! The day starts exploring the gorgeous scenery around the national park, with plenty of stops along the way to take in all the surroundings. Watching the sunset was absolutely stunning, and then stargazing on a mountain was simply stunning. Nico was knowledgable, funny and intriguing which made the day so much better! Definitely need to take warm clothes for the sunset!

Excellent experience. Guide was pleasant, helpful, funny, engaging and VERY knowledgeable. The day flowed really well and we were kept entertained and educated. Plenty of stops for refreshments and comfort breaks. Even though there were approximately 40 on our trip, it didnt feel like it, it still felt quite intimate. Only fault I could give is that the food on the evening meal could have been a little better.

Our guide,Isabel, was fantastic - very friendly and knowledgeable. The meal was ok, I would have preferred to have paid less and not had wine & fizzy drinks on the table. The restaurant was very efficient but it was far too hot and too many people crammed in. Views were breath taking. Personally I would have preferred a smaller group (we were on a coach of about 40) that some companies offer (max if 8) as telescope time was minimal!

Isabelle, the guide was very informative about the wildlife, the cosmos and the geography of the island. She couldn't do enough to make the excursion as informative and comfortable as possible for us. Raphael was an expert driver that negotiated the twisty mountain roads with ease and who kept the coach clean and tidy with comfortable air conditioning temp throughout the journey. If I had to be really picky about any improvements I could make the suggestion for a stop or 2 more for pictures etc.

Absolutely could not fault Helena the guide & the coach driver. Exceptional knowledge. Amazing experience seeing the sunset over Teide followed by stargazing. The only negative was the meal. This was a terrific tour, in a very comfortable coach and a superb guide (Dominique), who dealt with a large multinational group (51 persons) exceedingly well. His commentary was full of great detail and all the stops were interesting. Dust from the Sahara impaired the sunset a little but the viewing of distant stars through the three powerful telescopes set up was a highlight.

Hi, great evening out on this excursion. Bit of a trip to get up the Teide but worth it. Lots of information that we didn’t know about Tenerife was given and explained by Amanda. lots of planned stops to take photos and also see the views. The meal was at a very busy restaurant, a bit slow and cramped in the side hall but free beer, wine and soft drinks was good. The next stop was watching the sun go down, very romantic until the sun was hidden by the clouds. Great last stop star gazing.

On the coach for 2 hours + completing hotel pick ups before the hour long drive to the first stopping point. A restaurant for a comfort break, there were 2 other coaches already there so we only had time to use the bathroom and purchase a drink. The meal was poor quality food, the stargazing was chaotic as the location had to be changed so there were 3 coach-loads waiting for 9 telescopes. The trip should not be offered when there is a full moon as there is no chance of seeing anything clearly.

We were supposed to see the stars in the national park and were then told that the tour was not allowed to enter it. So we saw it at the restaurant car park. We should be given a refund.

Niko the guide was first class and made the trip for us. Sadly, due to weather the sunset was not great and the clouds ruined the stargazing element. He packed the tour with masses of information and humour, the driver was excellent as well. Overall it is a long trip and quite tiring, i wonder if some sort of communication could be setup to help with getting a better result weather-wise, but understand it changes fast - so you take the gamble. Thank you!

The food was basic but service was excellent. The tour operator didn’t explain that the weather could drop temps quickly and it was extremely cold. We took long sleeve hoodies but even the tour guide needed extra. Maybe explaining that the tour requires pants or jacket would have helped. They did provide some light weight blankets for everyone. I am sure it’s hard to predict the weather but better advice for shifts would have prepared us better

The trip was better than expected. our guide Jespen ( excuse the spelling ) was so knowledgeable and friendly he deserves a mention as he was superb from start to finish. It was a long trip on the coach but you do get plenty of rest stops. Take a good camera and some warm clothes and you will not be disappointed the views and scenery was spectacular, 10/10 all round.

Our driver was excellent and we felt safe despite the narrow, winding roads. I get travel sick and was fine on the way up with all the stops. The way back was a bit trickier but it wasn't too bad. We were the last drop off and were back by 12.30.

The guide, Elena, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the national park and an expert on the stars. She was so enthusiastic and passionate in sharing her knowledge and ensuring everyone got the most out of the trip. The trip was very enjoyable and interesting. The meal in the restaurant was also very good. The coach driver was also excellent. Our only issue was the pick up point. Rather than from our hotel, we had to walk quite far and up a huge hill to get on the coach.

I think the tour guide and coach driver did a wonderful job, cannot fault them. But the food for dinner was mediocre at best, and having to awkwardly ask to not be sat with people I have no want to sit with over dinner was nt great. I did enjoy the activities, even if time spent doing what we paid to do was very limited.

Overall the trip was gd. The guide was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The driver was excellent. The sunset part of trip and star gazing part of trip was brilliant and worth the wait. Thought that the 4 photo stops was excessive - particularly the first stop. Felt like we were just killing time whilst waiting for the 7pm meal. View amongst diners on our table was thar the food was poor- overcooked and tasteless.

Incredible trip from start to finish, couldn’t recommend enough! Lovely start to the day visiting a cafe followed by a walk about the national park. It was wonderful to see Teide National Park and the sunset and all the stars at night were amazing. Unser Guide Naida (fem) war sehr kompetent, unsere Tour war auf Englisch und trotzdem konnten wir sie sehr gut verstehen. Sie wusste viel über die Insel, Geschichte, Fauna und Flora sowie über den Vulkanismus. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, wolkenlos und kaum Wind beim Stargazing. Insgesamt war die Orga top, Abendessen war gut, aber Rotwein serviert man nicht gekühlt ??. Der Busfahrer war top. Die Rückfahrt war langwierig, mega viel Kurven, nix für Leute mit Reisekrankheit. Als Fazit: TOP!!!

The only thing I would suggest is if a Planet is visible in the night sky,look at that not just the stars; I would have Loved to have seen Mars which we were told was visible the night I was there.I think it would have made a greater impact on the others there.

The whole trip was really good value for money and the tour guide Nico was very informative and engaging. The three course meal at the restaurant was excellent. The When booking the trip was told by Tui rep to wait at the bus stop just before Lidl and not to get on the coach before the boarding time as would be a coach in a different language. However the bus came early and was waiting opposite Lidl bus stop and was the English one. If we had waited we would have missed the bus.

It’s long trip, mostly on a coach. Be prepared for that. There are lots of interesting stops. Our guide, Isabelle, was fantastic. Really fun and informative. She truly loves this area and it shows. Have warm clothes for the sunset, don’t miss it, it’s magnificent.

Teide National Park was stunning, and we were very lucky to have such a lovely and knowledgeable guide. Our coach driver was also great, and we felt like we were in safe hands! Wij zijn meegegaan met de Engelse tour met gids Amanda. Zij heeft echt gezorgd voor een fantastische excursie. Ze vertelde allemaal interessante feitjes over Tenerife, de verschillende gebieden waar we door heen reden en was erg grappig en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht wat we hadden tijdens het bekijken van de zonsondergang was adembenemend mooi. En de sterren die we hebben gezien prachtig. We hebben zelfs Jupiter kunnen zien. 11/10 Experience, kann man nur weiterempfehlen, schon bei der Fahrt zum Teide hoch, wurde uns sehr ausführlich und wirklich interessant über die verschiedenen Klimazonen berichtet, wie diese entstehen und was sie ausmachen, während wir in diesen Zonen waren. Die Guide hatte richtig viel Ahnung sowohl von Geologie, als auch Astronomie und konnte dieses auch wirklich so weitervermitteln, dass ich jetzt ********** auf ein Astrophysik studium hab :D

Good stopping points covering a large area of interest. Excellent lunch. Our guide Isabelle was knowledgeable but needs to be more aware of the demographic of her group, one moment she treated us like 5 year olds telling us to “go for a wee wee” and next made inappropriate remarks telling us to “nibble the earlobe of the person next to us”. She also swore & used offensive language. We had to wait an hour at one pick up as the wrong time had been given and no contact No. was on the booking.

The guide and bus driver were good. We missed some of the guides commentary due to her accent, but still very informative. The meal was rather tasteless I'm afraid and tough (breaded chicken dish) and the chocolate moose had no flavour. Unfortunately, it was quite busy while we were trying to star gaze with lots of cars and headlights and a group of very boisterous college students, so missed most of what the guide was trying to tell us. This was an excellent excursion with everything possible taken into account. We will certainly recommend this. Elena (our guide - may have spelled that wrong) was excellent as was Rueben our driver. We learned a lot and the various stops were all interesting. The catering (from the mint tea warm up and peanuts to the very good evening meal) was well above the norm. The stargazing was the only positive thing, although it was insanely cold. The guide was mentally not present, and not available for questions at any time. The food was basic (sold as 3-course meal, but come on...). The sunset and view from the volvano disappeared in clouds. The telescopes were much smaller than expected and shaking, and with only a few seconds to look at 3 different objects, it was less than expected. We spent 10 hours and a lot of money. Not worth it.

Driving could have been a concern considering the narrow steep roads but our driver was extremely careful and our guide pointed out when we’re were going through the clouds with low visibility not to worry. Very well done. Jasper was very informative. Good number of stops. Very interesting and well worth the money. Restaurant was quaint and in keeping with the experience. Food was of a good standard, hot, prompt and service was excellent. Great event.

It was very good, but of course it's very dependent on the weather. The guide was excellent and made it very interesting. I think you need to warm people a bit more about just how cold it gets up there though as I don't feel it was adequate to just say warm clothes needed especially since most people don't bring thick clothes on holiday. The meal was good too. We enjoyed it very much

The only issue we had was the quality of the meal, those that were last seated were last served and rushed, would have been helpful to know what time was available to finish our dining. If it wasn’t for the poor quality of the food we would have scored everything 10. On the plus side, we felt very safe with the driver (especially in the snow!), our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip extremely interesting, too cloudy for sunset however star gazing was brilliant.

The trip was amazing, I probably would have appreciated a couple more restroom stops but it wasn’t too dire in that sense. Our guide was fantastic, so knowledgable and kept it interesting. Our bus did break down and we spent about 40 minutes at a viewing point, but the scenery made up for the wait. Both guide and driver made this as seamless as possible meaning it didn’t detract from the experience at all.

Enjoyed the informative tour guide, who was very knowledgeable. The driver was very safe and felt relaxed during the trip. The only draw back was there were too many stops on the way up Mount Teide and waited too long outside for the sunset-around 40 minutes with nothing else to do other than waiting on the sun to set.

The trip was well organised we got a real in site to the islands history, our guild was very knowledgeable and you could tell how passionate and proud about her island heritage is to her. Some great photo stops but they don’t do it justice really as the scenery is stunning it’s like going from the Swiss alps in the pine forest to landing on Mars at the top of the volcanic rocks…. And the star gazing was the icing on the cake just amazing.

Man sitzt die meiste Zeit im Bus. Vom Dorf sieht man gar nichts, weil man nur in einen Coffeeshop am Ende des Dorfs gefahren wird und die Zeit zu knapp ist zum runterlaufen. Die Informationen die man während der Fahrt bekommt sind gut, aber tatsächlich könnte man sich das auch anlesen, wenn man möchte. On the negative side the information beforehand about the offer was very sketchy ie we weren't told what was going to happen. Overall I really enjoyed the trip - one of my better excursions with TUI. The meal after the sunset was also very nice. Two downsides:- at the stargazing when the coach turned its lights off my husband was really struggling to stand as the surface was uneven over rough ground in the pitch black. Rather than people having to rely on mobile phones perhaps the coach headlights could be kept on until everyone is out in the car park at the telescopes. The return journey was too long.

The pickup point from the Suneo Tamaimo Tropical was at the Correos bus stop. It would make more sense (especially for people with walking problems) to pick up outside the hotel, same as the airport transfer bus due to the amount of steps followed by a steep hill incline to get to the pickup point.

Great tour of Teide by Night, can’t fault any of the excursion. The driver was very careful, there were some very bendy/wiggly roads going to the top of Mount Teide. The guide (Isobel) was excellent, very knowledgeable and engaging in conversation along the whole route giving out excellent information of the areas we passed through. Would recommend this trip, the cost was €89 well worth the 8 hours we were out.

This trip is must to do during staying in Tenerife. You will see beautiful nature from the best spots. You will be shown spectacular sky planets, stars. You will travel in less than 1hour through at least 2seasons from summer temperatures 22degree through cloudy rainy 7degree and than to 1degree. You will be provided tea, blankets. Firstly I’d like to start by saying our guides Elena and driver provided excellent service throughout this trip but we cannot recommend it due to the restaurant. The food that was served was a low power., actually I feel as an understatement! It was frozen reheated if you were lucky, insipid and not the standard I expect from a trip from TUI. I was unlucky enough to suffer food poisoning exactly 3 hours after I attended this trip and continued to be sick for a full 12 hours. No alcohol involved!

Alt for lang køretid. Selve opsamling af gæster inden turen gik mod Teide var 2 timer. Og det var vi ikke informeret om. Og ej heller at det var en ekstern leverandør. Vi troede det var TUI selv som havde arrangementet, men så var det gæster samlet op forskellige steder. Men selve oplevelsen ved Teide var fantastisk. Men opsamlingen af gæster bør I genoverveje

We were impressed of Dominique's knowledge and all the information he gave us on the tour. Also the drivers humor and safe driving. For next groups, bring with you some cash - they deserve tips, The one thing that do not give a 10 was the food,.. Overcooked, overfried and with little flavour,

Guide Isabel was amazingly funny and very knowledgeable. Made the whole experience fun and informative from start to finish. Driver Michelangelo was great at driving us safely through the crazy roads like an expert. Amazing experience overall.

Dominique was a A great guide. Set informative and great through out the trip. Meal was nice soup followed by breaded chicken potato and veg and a chocolate moose. All drink included beer wine and soft drinks. Offered drinks at one of the many stops. Lovely sunset photo opportunity would recommend to many. Not really much walking

The restaurant catered for my partner who had a vegetarian lasagna. She can't stop going on about how much she enjoyed it and that it is the best meals she has ever received. We can't think of any negatives as there was plenty of breaks and the guide was really informative. Would do it again

Despite the cloud which spoiled the main event the tour guide Dominique was excellent. Most appreciated that you can’t control or rely on nature. Food was a little rushed especially as the stargazing was likely to be non existent. Would have perhaps preferred a little longer to explore the main stop off in the bowl or to be able to wander along the trail for a bit longer.

We booked this trip last minute at the hotel through the TUI staff. The staff were very helpful and explained where our pick up location would be. I really wish I could remember the guides name as he was fabulous and kept the full day interesting and was full of knowledge about the volcano and stars. The meal was lovely but the pudding wasn’t the best but I still think it was worth the price as it was a full day activity.

Excellent trip, the guide Dominic was knowledgeable and very attentive and helped with my dad who had slight walking difficulties. Dominic was excellent at including him with all the other guest. Fabulous experience, highly recommended. The telescopes were a bonus didnt expect that, fab?? ?? ?? ??

The guide was good at her job and made it an enjoyable trip generally. The landscape and national park were pleasant and different. My reason for a 5 overall is the amount of time spent in a coach for max 30 mins stargazing was hard to bear. The three course meal was below average and I would have expected a little more quality. If I were to recommend watching a sunset it would be another way that didn’t spend so much time on a coach. The price is what it is. I’ll return to Tenerife but not that

We vonden als gezin de tour erg leuk. 2 jaar geleden hebben wij dezelfde tour gedaan bij Tui. Nu hadden we 2 familieleden mee die ook graag deze tour wilden doen omdat ze gehoord hadden van ons dat deze tour leuk is. Vandaar dat we nogmaals de tour gedaan hebben. We waren nu met 5 personen.De gids Isabelle was gezellig aanwezig en vertelde op een leuke manier over de bezienswaardigheden. Kortom zeer geslaagde tour. De chauffeur was Oswaldo.

Information going was really informative and great insight to area, Isabel very passionate about the area. Loved the sun set area, and lovely to be supplied with drinks, snacks and blankets. Star gazing was marvellous and again Isabel was very informative about what we could see and amazing to see Saturn. Lunch was nice with plenty of drink supplied. Could have done with slightly longer at break stop to enable everyone to get drinks, but understand timings need to be followed
