Unser Guide war super nett und hat uns viel über die Insel und die Kap Verden insgesamt erzählt. Aufgrund unserer körperlichen Konstitution, konnten wir uns von der Gruppe abkapseln und wurden mit unserem Guide alleine auf Tour geschickt. Was uns sehr großen Spaß bereitet hat. Dadurch konnten wir schneller und individueller fahren und hatten gute Gespräche mit unserem Guide.

The transfer bus arrived late, so created a negative feeling to start. However once arrived in Santa Maria we were created by a friendly guide named Fortunata, he told us to call him Lucky'. He explained the use of the bikes, to test ride them before we leave, endured we all had helmets and had the right bike to use. We had several stops along our bike journey and his explains and information about the land and its history was very interesting. He checked in with us along the way. Excellent

Die Tour mit Guide Lucky war toll. Die Bikes waren nicht ganz so toll. Beim ersten Bike war der Lenker schief. Habe dann ein anderes bekommen, bei dem öfter die Vorderradbremse nicht gelöst hat nach dem Bremsen. Aber ansonsten war es o.k..

I had never tried an e bike before so it took a little while to get used to. I was the slowest of 5 on the tour. I always ended up at the back. Most of it was "off road" and was a little bumpy. The guide was welcoming and friendly and helpful. We had 8 stops on the tour and got lots of in formation about Cape verde and what we were seeing. I would recommend it

Had a lovely time with Maxim & Tira,who brought all the good vibes. Very patient with members of the group who were not confident with their e-bike skills. This experience is great for one who hasn't ridden an e bike before, as you go to open space and are able to go fast under supervision. Did not feel tired at all, even though we went for 22km. Saw quick snippets of Santa Maria and the surrounding area, so helpful for orientation.Helmets and baskets are provided, bring your bottle of water!

Het was een leuke trip met een prima gids. Leuke, weer eens een andere, manier van kennismaken met het eiland. Zoals de gids aangaf; het stadje Santa Maria is meer dan alleen bars en restaurants. Je komt ook echt in de volksbuurten. Relaxed tempo en af en toe een beetje crossen en gas geven.

Die Bikes haben richtig Power, so dass man kaum radeln muss:) Man fährt durch Santa Maria über Straßen aber auch off-Road am Atlantik, was mit den Bikes wunderbar klappt und richtig Spaß macht. Dabei lernt man dank der Infos der tollen Guides (Fortunato, Maxim, Tiramisu) die Insel kennen. Obrigada!

Absolutely loved this tour. There were experienced & inexperienced cyclists on the tour & everyone had a great time. We stopped at different stops to explore & the tour guide told us a little about each area. Mechanica the dog joined us on the tour too, for the first half he met us at each stop (after dipping his paws along the coastline), & then, for the 2nd half he joined the tour guide on his bike - making the tour even more special. Definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

The electric bike trip has been the highlight of our holiday. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the cycle store in Santa Maria where we collected the bikes. The guides were very friendly and professional and made sure that we were all together throughout the ride. The route took us over beach paths to Shell beach, kite beach and to the salt fields before we went to a beach bar for a drink stop and then back to Santa Maria. Het was een hele leuke tour met diverse hoogtepunten, zoals de ruige kust, turtle beach, salt mine en kite beach. Leer de boost knop te gebruiken op de fiets. Die helpt je uit los zand te komen en heel makkelijk als je even niet wilt fietsen ;-) Aan het einde wordt afgesloten met een drankje bij een strandtent. Het zou leuk zijn om dit als groep te doen, geregeld vanuit de organisatie. Nu ging iedereen aan een ander tafeltje zitten.

The 2 guides were brilliant giving good Information with humour. What really made our experience was the dog which they called the mechanic. It was so funny that it new the short cuts around Santa Maria and was sitting out side some of our stops waiting for us .Then half the way round he got a ride in basket and he sat there like a king.Would recommend the electric bike experience to anyone

Our guide (Lekki) or Fortuna (not sure I've spelt either version correctly) was amazing he was knowledgeable of course and showed us the best of Sanata Maria. We had a few stop offs for him to explain about the area, kite beach and the salt flats were my faves. The bikes were a great experience big fat boy tyres that makes it a smooth safe ride across the sand and some bumpy bits. Definitely an experience i would recommend.

Die Fahrräder hatten ein zu starke Beschleunigung (selbst im niedrigsten Level), sodass ein Fahren für ungeübte E-Biker schwierig war. Da die Tour mitten in der belebten Einkaufsstraße startete, war auch ein vertraut machen mit dem Bike vorab nicht möglich.

Not ridden a bike in a long time never ridden an E-Bike but was quiet straight forward guides kept checking if each rider was ok for the whole tour . Saw places that were well away from built up areas so enjoyed seeing how the people live day to day. Fortuna our main guide was excellent and continuously gave us information about his country

Het waren goede e-bikes met dikke banden, dat was wel nodig ook. We hebben ook veel off-road gefietst met hobbels en stenen maar zéker de moeite waard. Mooie dingen gezien. Een avontuur :)

The tour itself was well run and the guide ‘Lucky’ made it varied and interesting. In all we covered around 20kms and saw some aspects of the area around Santa Maria we’d probably not normally see. It was especially refreshing to know we were safe and in good hands. Any issues with equipment that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Getting everyone sorted before the off was a little tiresome but the briefing was concise and informative. I’d recommend the e-bike excursion to anyone.

What a fantastic trip. Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed it. We saw lots of the bottom part of the island and had the pleasant company of Mechanic (Max) the elderly company dog. The bikes we're so easy to use. Crash helmets we're supplied and a basket clipped onto the back of your bike for your things. The tour guide (Lucky) was so friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this trip.

Voor het eerst op een fatbike. Onze gids (Jeremiah) was heel aardig en wist op een hele leuke manier te vertellen over het eiland en wat we onderweg allemaal tegen kwamen. Ik vond het wel jammer dat we iedere keer snelheid moesten minderen om bij elkaar te blijven. Had het leuk gevonden langere tijd 'voluit' te gaan. We werden om 8.00 uur opgehaald en rond 13.00 uur waren we weer terug in het hotel, dus redelijk lang onderweg geweest. Al met al een geslaagde ochtend ! Zeker een aanrader !!!

Superleuke excursie die ik iedereen aanraad. Leuk om op de fiets (soort fatbike) een deel van het eiland te ontdekken. De gids (lucky) kon veel vertellen over de verschillende plekken op het eiland (schelpen, vulkaan, zoutwinning, natuurgebied, schildpadden en seizoenen maar ook over de lokale bevolking). Met een internationaal gezelschap en een Engels-/Franstalige gids hebben we (4 personen, 60+) deze tour gedaan. Prima (veilige) begeleiding van de gids Lucky, de mecanicien en de hond mecanic. Goede en leuke uitleg bij de diverse onderdelen, goede instructie (onderweg) voor het gebruik van de fietsen. En genoeg gezien van het zuiden van het eiland rondom de stad Santa Maria: deel van de stad, zoutwinning, (kite)stranden, schildpaddenstrand. Ook hierbij veel geleerd over de eilandbewoners.

Another great day out and about on the electric bikes with our fabulous guide Fortz! I’ve now done this trip 3 times. The routes sometimes change slightly and gives you an insight into life in Santa Maria and CV. You get to see the salt lakes and Kite Beach along the way and also time for a welcome little beer stop towards the end of the ride ??. Great value for money and great fun! The rough terrain did prove a bit difficult for some of the riders so I would suggest this is not for beginners.

We didn’t get picked up on the date we booked, waited at reception for an hour but no one turned up. We spoke with our TUI rep who was amazing, booked us on another date and was very apologetic that we had been forgotten about. The staff at the excursion were amazing, our guide Lucky was superb and so knowledgable about the island and places we visited. I would suggest that you make people aware that the bikes are heavy and that the trip goes across rough terrain at parts.

Leuke gidsen, één voor de groep en één achteraan de groep zodat de groep mooi bij elkaar bleef. Één iemand bleef achter door technische problemen net de fiets maar deze werden vakkundig aangepakt door de gids achteraan de groep. Leuke weetjes werden verteld over het land met een humoristische noot.

Enjoyed the ovetall exprience but wasn't prepared for how heavy the bikes were. This should be highlighted in the sales pitch for beginners or stated that this is for people with experience or knowledge of electric bikes. It also shows photos of off road but perhaps show photos of on road too. It was unsettling at times. Guides were very knowledgeable, helpful & supportive. Good excursion.

De gids was super ! De tour was leuk en waard voor je geld. Neem wel drinken mee. Op het laatst zijn we bij een plek gestopt waar je kon drinken. Verwacht ook onverharde wegen en veel zand. Hou hier rekening mee als je niet stevig op je fiets kan zitten.

What a fantastic adventure - a 20k e-bike tour of southern Sal. Lucky and Jeremias where our tour guides. The bikes are great and you don’t need to put much effort in to get them to go!!!! If you are smaller than 5’2” - you may struggle with the seat height. The tour dog joined us, he ran the first half and then sat in a basket for the 2nd half - he was the “security guard”.

We were not advised by Tui where we would be picked up from and it wasn't where we were dropped off. Fort our electric bike guide actually rang Tui then walked us through Santa Maria to meet the bus. We even had the pleasure of being accompanied during the whole trip by Mechanic the dog, which was a delight.i would do the trip again.

The electric bike tour was a great experience and the tour guide Fortz was brilliant taking the time to explain about the island and he took some great photos. You get enough time to take in the views and surroundings. We had to cancel the first time due to illness but without a doctor's certificate to state your I'll you cannot get a refund if you don't cancel within the 24 hour period but we were allowed to reschedule. The transfer bus back to the hotel never turned up so had to get a taxi..

This is the best £26 I spent - ever! Dry much worth doing! Much better than I thought it was going to be. The bikes are quite heavy and take a little getting used to, but after a few minutes you’re off and away! Stopped at loads of different sites and lots of great photos! Guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Definitely do this again on the next visit! Worth more than a 10 rating.

Whilst we enjoyed the e bike tour and the places visited and would recommend the trip, we would recommend TUI should give a better description of the trip in regards to the suitability for some people to partake in using the bikes. E bikes are not the easiest of things to use if you have never used one and the trip should explain this. We had a couple on our trip who struggled from the start to use them and a Lady fell three times from her bike. Sadly she was in injured but luckily not seriously

Family of 4, had a great time, Coach arrived on time, Mo our guide was an absolute gem and created some lasting memories for all the family ( including a sneaky selfie on our phone) . Hele leuke uitstap. Onze gids Fortez wist heel veel te vertellen over het eiland, de geschiedenis,… hij was een topper! Als je Sal komt bezoeken zeker deze uitstap doen, het is een echte aanrader!

We really enjoyed the experience, it would have been better before we set off if we had more time to get used to the bikes due to not having used one before as they are quite heavy.

I throughly enjoyed the experience. The training and how to ride the bike was simple and easy to understand. I really liked how they constantly checked to see if we were ok and waited if anyone was stuck and needed help. Mo and Fortunada were fantastic guides, funny and made us feel very comfortable. 10/10 experience.

We were a little nervous to start with but Mo and Fort ensured everyone understood how to operate the electric bikes - big on safety and fun. This tour takes on sites you would not normally see, like main streets, everyday houses, a market, shell beach, salt rivers, kite beach and lots of other beautiful sites. You will feel like you have had a glimpse into everyday life on Sal. Plus we stop at a bar for a rest before heading back. If you can ride a bike, do not miss out on this tour! Thank y

Excellent experience and more fun than expected when booking. Our guide (Mo) was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we were all safe. The bikes were a bit scary to begin with but we soon got used to them and Mo advised which speed setting we needed to be in for each different part of the trip. Lots of different sights/stops/photo opportunities and great fun to be riding across the coastline and off-road. It is, however, quite bumpy at times so be prepared for a sore **********!

The “training” was not clear enough, I couldn’t control my bike and crashed and fell off at the very start, cuts and bruises only luckily. Told husband to carry on, he had a fab time and the staff were good with resorting out my injuries and getting TUI to pick me up. A better induction to the bikes would have helped and starting off in a less crowded space

Super. Mein Mann und ich hatten das Privileg die Einzigsten zu sein. Wir hatten quasi eine Privattour, besser kann es nicht sein. Der Guide war super nett und hat uns sehr viel über die Insel und Kap Verde erzählt. Die Fahrräder waren am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wenn man es mal raushatte ging es super. Very helpful guide (Mo) - who spent a lot of time explaining everything to those who needed it. Helmets left ready with the bikes. Great route, lots of really interesting information by the guide and stop near the end to grab a drink. Well organised and I’d recommend it if you like cycling.

Super leuke manier om het zuiden van Sal te ervaren. Werden netjes opgehaald bij het hotel en ook weer terug gebracht. Gids was Engels talig, vonden wij prima. Heeft veel verteld over het eiland Sal. Echt een leuke manier om het zuiden van Sal te leren kennen. Electric bike is echt leuk om te doen.

Ausgezeichnet organisierte Tour! Die Fahrräder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber erfüllen den Zweck voll und ganz. Besonders hervorzuhebend ist der Guide der die wahre Seite der Insel gezeigt hat. Nicht nur die romantischen Geschichten, sondern auch lokale Herausforderungen thematisiert, was sich anfühlte wie eine Tour die ehrlich war, nicht nur zum Touristen durchschleusen. The bikes were great fun and the guides were excellent. Given the fact that my wife was nervous, one of the guides stayed close to her providing advice and encouragement to ensure that she too enjoyed the experience. The lead guide provided an excellent overview of life on the islands as well as leading us to interesting areas in the south of Sal. The four hours flew by and the bikes took most of the strain.

The route was flat and very easy to ride. There was not one single thing that I did not like about the e-bike tour. Haven't ridden a bike in years but it's true you never forget! After half hour of feeling very wobbly it was extremely enjoyable. The bikes are very sturdy and comfortable, the 4 hour tour was interesting and our guide Fortunata was brilliant, very informative and caring. The whole trip is affordable and enjoyable and I can't fault it.

Gruppe mit 14 Teilnehmer war zu groß und größer als angekündigt. Ebikes nicht mit deutschen ebikes zu vergleichen. Es waren eher S-Bikes. Mit Fahrradfahren hatte das wenig zu tun. Von 14 Fahrrädern hatten im Laufe der Tour 4 einen Defekt. Die meiste Zeit wurden Erläuterungen zu Land und Leuten gegeben. Great tour guides but this is not an experience for anyone as old as us with creaking bones and joints! The bikes were hard to handle as they are so heavy. There were too many people on the tour and people were not keeping a steady pace, causing a stop / start session which was not comfortable. It's also dangerous so my partner ended up falling off the bike and injuring his knee and hand, drawing blood. The guide carries a first aid kit so wounds were kept clean.

Schon nach 200m der ersten Stopp.. Unser Guide hat über 20 min sonniges und unsinnigen erzählt. Dann ging es weiter. Nach 10 min der 2. Stopp. Hier wieder 20 min nur Erklärungen seitens des Guides. Und so ging es weiter und weiter.... alle 10 min ein Stopp und Erklärungen. Ein Hochgenuss seiner Mitteilungsfreude war sie Markthalle. Er schaffte es hier sogar 12 min über ein Wasserautomaten zu berichten. Die Freude über das Rad war betrübt. Tipp: bucht euch ein Fahhrad und fährt alleine.

Mo, the guide was great. I've been riding bikes for 40+ years, fell off twice. The bikes are heavy, the ground is very uneven, sandy and rocky. Suitable footwear is needed. We loved seeing the island this way but you need to be prepared to be going extreme cross country

Guides Mo and Fortune were brilliant ????? So informative and helpful. Full instructions given before we got on the bikes and they were really patient explaining how to use them . A really good way of seeing some of the island with plenty of opportunities to stop and take photos aswell as explanations and information about each area we visited. A great way to spend half a day during your vacation.

Fortz was great, amazing knowledge and delivery. The bikes were great fun, easy to use and the trip itinerary was great. Some people would find the bikes a little unsafe, some bits didnt work, were a bit in need to TLC, but overall if you are confident on a bike, you'd love this. I strongly recommend sports gear, one couple turned up looking like they were abut to go round an art gallery and hence were annoyed they got covered in sand and dust. It is very off road terrain but that's the fun!

Very friendly professional staff. Electric bikes very easy to use. I have a hip problem so was finding it hard to pedal (circular hip motion). Staff showed me how to use the booster function, so did not need to pedal at all! Good visit around Santa Maria town, then out to the turtle beach, salt pools, kite beach and then beer at the final beach! 3 hours long. The tracks are in good condition, but they are tracks and very bumpy. Loved that their dog ran along with us most of thew way!

Het wassen erg leuke fietstocht met prima fietsen met brede banden zodat je overal makkelijk overheen kon rijden. De reisleider was vriendelijk ben achteraan reed nog iemand mee dienares in de gaten hield en zelfs een andere fiets bestelde voor mijn man( wij hadden niet in de gaten dat er iets mee was.)De begeliders maakten professionele foto’s van ons en boden dat zelf aan om voor ons te doen. Ze waren erg vriendelijk en wisten veel dingen te vertellen over het eiland en Santa Maria..

We enjoyed the experience very much, but you do need to be quite fit and healthy to do this. My wife had a puncture which was rectified very quickly, unfortunately the replacement bike also broke resulting in her falling however Mo & Victor were brilliant in helping with this and for applying first aid. Last bit of the ride on a dual carriageway slightly hairy.

The tour was great. Informative and enjoyable. However, the group was too large (around 20), which delayed the start and made it difficult to get in close to hear the guide. Although it turned out that cycle helmets were available they were never offered until one of the group asked, but by then we were all ready to get started.

Het was even wennen want de fietsen zijn best zwaar en de power van de batterij soms verrassend ‘stevig’ De tocht was heel leuk en de gids, bij ons Fortuna, deed heel erg zijn best. Hij vertelde veel over de bezochte stranden laar ook over Kaapverdië in het algemeen. Uiteindelijk duurde onze trip 4u30 en het was meer dan de moeite waard.

Het was een leuke excursie. Wel goed oppassen met al die stenen kuilen en rotsen de wegen zijn erg slecht. Helmen werden ons niet aangeboden en had eigenlijk wel gemoeten. De gids Moo was erg aardig maar soms wel te langdradige stof en dan haakten de mensen af. Verder een hele leuke avontuurlijke ochtend gehad.

Oli todella mukava tapa tutustua lähiympäristöön helposti sähköpyörillä. Retki vastasi hyvin kuvausta ja opas oli todella asiansa osaava ja viihdyttävä. Vaikka pyörillä liikuttiin, niin vauhtia oli kyllä ja kivikkoisilla reiteillä sai olla tarkkana. Pysähdyspaikkoja oli sopivasti ja retken kesto oli myös sopiva.

We spent a very enjoyable morning on the bikes with guides Mo and Fortz. We had never used e-bikes before but it didn't take long to get used to them. Fortz explained the dos and don'ts and everything worked just fine. We found out some interesting facts about the island, enjoyed watching some of the kite surfing and learning about the salt flats and how people live here. There were plenty of opportunities to take pictures. The bikes and both guides were great fun and well worth the money.

Could have done with a little more “orientation time” with the bikes, I’ve not ridden an e-bike before and the boost to peddling was great, but not into a corner. More importantly to start off they are very heavy to get going so maybe a bit of guidance on using the boost to get started would help. Good tour around saw plenty including Shell beach and even better Kite beach (really cool). Overall it was a great experience that I would recommend and do again. Ps take water and wear sunscreen.

I would have liked a better itinerary as it wasn’t clear how long the bike ride would last (it just said 2-4 hours) and it should have said there would be a 30 minute stop for food/drink. The guides were brilliant, very knowledgeable and entertaining and happy to take photos

We enjoyed the landscapes, the bikes were really good. Better helmets would have been appreciated. We would have liked to ride a bit more as we love riding. The best bit of this excursion was our guide MO, very nice but not overly friendly, a good sense of humour and full of knowledge about the history of the islands and happy to share his experience of living in Vape Verde, the customs, the institutions etc.

Le guide s est très bien adapté à sa clientèle âgée et peu debrouillardes aux vélos electriques Les commentaires se sont faits en anglais facile à comprendre. Parcontre les vélos sont un peu vétustes, selles trop inclinées vers l avant ...nous les hommes nous l avons ressentis dans les bosses.... Les velos sont vraiment bien performants, on n a pas besoin de pédaler pour avancer à du 20 km/h

Die Erklärungen wurden im schnellen Englisch geführt. Die Tour sollte bis 13:00 Uhr dauern. Von 11.45 bis 12.15 wurde Pause gemacht um danach in 10 Minuten am Ziel einzutreffen. Da fehlt dann 1 ganze Stunde.

Fortz, our guide was so helpful and really interesting to listen to. The bikes are bigger than normal bikes, but very little effort is required for the entire journey. We were collected from our hotel early morning, and returned 4.5 hours later. I would highly recommend to a fellow traveller and would definitely book again on our next visit to Sal.

Geslaagde fietstocht op fatbikes, dus NIET "gewone" E-bikes. De aardige gids wist veel te vertellen. Wij hadden een groep van ongeveer 15 man/vrouw. Dit was prima, groter moet niet, vooral ook omdat niet iedereen zo goed kan fietsen als de meeste Nederlanders... Neem een flesje water mee, want wij zijn echt 4 uren onderweg geweest en hadden ongeveer aan het einde pas een korte stop bij een strandtent om zelf wat te kunnen kopen.

The experiance was 4+ hours and we ONLY went 20km on the bikes. We thouht we would see much more of the Island and go at least 40km... 20+ minuts stop at a fruite market and 45+ minuts in the end at a bar was not something we would have like to do! The group was also to big (25+ people) so the was lot of waiting all the time. Tourguide was good and told os a lot of funny things. But in the end I think it is better value to rent the bikes without the tour!

Der Guide Mo war sehr zugewandt. Er erklärte die Funktionsweise des Fahrrads ausgiebig, informierte bei sieben Stopps über Land und Leute und beantwortete jede Frage gewissenhaft. Gerne wäre ich noch etwas weiter und auch schneller gefahren, aber das lies die Gruppe nicht zu.

Fortz was a great guide who shared his knowledge about the island. Very friendly, happy and smiley too! The bikes were brilliant and baskets were provided to put a rucksack in. Not a lot of effort needed as the bikes did it for you! We would definitely recommend this to a friend. We stopped off for a drink so it’s good to take some money with you. Gerne, falls möglich weitere Bike Touren anbieten. Bei dieser Tour haben wir geschlüpfte kleine Schildkröten, die desorientidrt waren. Der Guide war vorbereitet und hat 4 aufgenommen, die wir dann an geeigneter Stelle ans Meer gebracht ha en. Vielleicht hat das Leben gerettet und sie komme. In 30 Jahren wieder.

Lucky und Vicky waren wunderbare Guides. Die Tour war sehr abwechslungsreich und wir haben viel über Sal und die übrigen Inseln erfahren. Die E-Bikes mit den breiten Reifen machen das Radeln auf Sand und über Steine zu einem Vergnügen. Danke für die tolle Tour !

Overall a great experience. I’m not sure that it would be suitable for 12 year olds as advertised unless competent . There is very little tuition with a very heavy bike. We were fine but a couple of people struggled with the bike. We had no children in our group. The Tui rep said we would be back at hotel by 11.30am. We got back at 12.45pm. Not a problem for us but 2-4 hours is a bit vague. The local guides were brilliant, friendly and fun. We really enjoyed it. Take water it is a hot one

I had not been on any bike for many year. It took me a while to get used to the bike, we were told how to use the bike and we did not set off until everyone was comfortable. We had an instructor at the front and one at the back. I was not overly confident so was at the back.. Mo was very good and helped me immensely. Overall the bike ride was brilliant and a great way to see the island. I would definitely recommend it ??

Wir hatten die Tour letztes Jahr im Oktober schon einmal und weil sie uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir dieses Jahr nocheinmal gebucht. Es war sogar der selbe Guide. Obwohl wir kein Englisch sprechen hat Mo alles so verständlich erklärt, dass auch wir es verstanden haben. Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe von 6 Personen und es hat wieder super viel Spaß gemacht.

Enthousiaste gids. Veel verteld. Veel gezien. Paar incidenten bij medereizigers. Een dame durfde niet te fietsen en een andere dame werd inwel tijdens de tocht, hitte en diabetes. Hostess Tui had vooraf meer moeten benadrukken dat het best een pittige tocht is. Niet voor ons maar omdat het met emdie twee andere dames zo liep was dat wel schrikken. Gids was overigens zeer zorgzaam en behulpzaam en reageerde adequaat

Là aussi une belle découverte d'une autre facette de l'île. Le guide a été formidable et nous à fait découvrir entre autre la simplicité et la ********** humeur des locaux. Petit bémol sur le matériel qui souffre et tombe en panne. Mais la réactivité de l'entreprise est au top et cela ne pénalise pas la balade.

Wij hebben onlangs een geweldige e-bike tour gedaan op het eiland Sal. Het was een fantastische manier om het eiland te verkennen, omdat je meer van de omgeving meekrijgt dan in een bus. De e-bikes halen 30 km/u, waardoor zelfs off-road delen moeiteloos gingen! Een heerlijk gevoel van vrijheid zonder fysieke inspanning. Het enige minpuntje was dat we soms moesten wachten op mensen met weinig fietservaring. Desondanks een super leuke ervaring, absoluut een aanrader!

Het was een leuke ervaring om op zo'n dikke banden fiets te rijden en ze kunnen dan ook super hard! Iets wat wij geweldig vinden, maar er zijn mensen bij die eigenlijk niet kunnen fietsen en dat is gewoon gevaarlijk. De gids vertelde veel, maar soms te veel en door de wind en het verkeer was het niet altijd verstaanbaar. Er waren meerdere mensen die zeiden...pfff dat verhaal duurde wel erg lang.

This was an amazing tour on bikes that you don't actually have to pedal!! The two guides were amazing and extremely knowledgeable, they even rescued a baby turtle and put it in the sea. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone, but please make sure you can actually ride a bike before you book it. We had a great time and would do it again in a heartbeat

The trip was great and had a number of stops with the guides happy to take photos for anyone that wanted them. The only thing I would comment on is that the TUI app said 2-4 hours and the cycle itself was 4 hours, so the trip was longer than expected with the transfer

What a fantastic experience we had with our local guide Mo, he was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Cape Verde and made us feel very welcome. The ebikes were good quality and great fun to ride and the route we took showed us some amazing parts of the island. Mo told us great stories every time we stopped and looked after everyone on the tour. 100% would do this again if we come back here. Well worth booking to get you out of the resort and see the island properly up close

Mo and Fortz were super knowledgable and great guides. Bikes are big and Fortz made sure my wife built up confidence at the start which was a big help. Overall the pace and miles and stops were spot on for a non rider who wants to experience some of the island. Pity the bikes are not sized like UK rather than just dropping the seat.

Our guide, Mo, was welcoming, friendly, charming and knowledgeable. He gave clear instructions on how to use the bikes and what we would experience during our trip. Only kind of downside was that we were not offered any helmets or hi-vis jackets, as advised we would in the initial pitch by the Tui rep. Our e-books trip was great fun and I recommended it to everyone we met.

Gids Fortz is geweldig! Zo enthousiast en zoveel kennis. Genoeg stops, ook met toillet. Aanrader, neem kleingeld me zodat je onderweg iets kan kopen. Klein nadeel: onze groep was met een paar touristen die geen engels spraken, dus moest elk verhaal twee keer afgestoken worden waardoor er soms wel erg lang gewacht moest worden.

We hebben zeer mooie plaatsjes gezien. Het was geen lastige toer doordat het een elektrische fiets was voelde je niks van de grote afstand. De fiets fietse net zoals een normale fiets. Het was tof om off-roade te fietsen. De gidsen waren zeer vriendelijk en aangenaam. We fietsen met muziek, ze maakten mooie foto's met onze eigen gsm, ze zaten bij ons om te babbelen tijdens ons terras tussenstop en ze gaven goede leerrijke informatie.

The tour was excellent and lasted over 4 hours. The guides took us on a tour of the south of Sal island and gave a full explanation of each area and the history of the Cape Verde islands. We were fully supported on the tour and the bikes were in excellent condition. We even had Mac the tour companies dog escort us all the way. I would highly recommend this tour as it gets you out and they filled every second with useful information for us. Fantastic tour and well worth the money

In het begin wat aan de trage kant. We hadden een super gids ( In het Engels hij sprak wel snel ) De tocht was helemaal niet vermoeiend (er is ee´ booster knop ) Turbo om eve´n in te halen in zand en´ licht bergop. This was a good way of exploring the local area of Santa Maria. Seeing the conservation of the turtles, the hatchery, and being informed by our guide of the work that goes on behind the scenes to protect this species. The story around shell bay, the famous kite beach, and black rock. Not forgetting the harbour where the hard work begins.

Eine schöne Tour im Süden der Insel. Unser sehr unterhaltsamer und freundlicher Guide zeigte uns tolle Ecken von Sal und ließ uns Zeit für Fotos. Dabei erklärte er uns viel von der Insel, Flora und Fauna. Die Bikes wurden auf Französisch, Englisch und Italienisch erklärt. Jederzeit half unser Biketourguide bei Fragen und Unklarheiten. Er verbreitete durch seine Musik eine ausgeglichene Urlaubsstimmung und verkörperte das Motto der Insel „No Stress“. Eine gelungene Tour, jederzeit wieder!

Leuke route over verschillende ondergronden en plekken. Onze gids Fortz vertelde veel over historie, cultuur, regio, natuur en de schildpadden. Sommige stops hadden iets korter gekund, dan had de toer 45 minuten korter geweest of een paar extra kilometers worden afgelegd.

The guide, Forte was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole trip enjoyable. Nice way to get out and about from hotel surroundings and see some of Sal. Only downside (being vertically challenged??) was the bike was just a little too big for me but glad stuck with it as would not have wanted to miss this trip. Definitely recommend and our thanks again to Forte and Carlos

e-bikes were a new experience for me and my wife, the bikes were relatively easy to get used to and the route was mostly good with some interesting stops along the way. IMO the group was a little too big because of the range of abilities, but Fortunis and Carlos did a great job keeping us all together and assist less confident riders. Tip - maybe consider carrying some plasters for any scrapes as people fell off. There was a puncture but that was sorted rapidly. Overall `a good experience.

Also die E Bike Tour kann ich nur empfehlen. Am Anfang hatte ich Zweifel, aber die Bikes sind so gut, das es richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Der Guide ist toll gewesen, auch wenn mein Englisch nicht immer gereicht hat. Da es bei der Anmeldung aber schon gesagt wurde, das dieses Event nicht in Deutscher Sprache geführt wird, will ich nicht meckern. Die Strecke war sehr gut ausgesucht und interessant. Diese Tour ist für alle Beteiligten eine sehr schöne Abwechslung gewesen.??
