The experience was excellent. The tour guide Maia, the boat driver Carlos were all really knowledgeable and took their time to enable us to see the wonderful mangroves, turtles, dolphins, birds and crocodile. The experience did not feel rushed. There are only 6 on each boat, and not many boats out at the same time, so felt quite intimate. The trip was expensive but worth it as my family and I have created lots of unique memories.

Excellent tour, fantastic to see all the wildlife. Kenneth our guide was superb with English and French, very knowledgeable. Mini bus a bit cramped with 12 people and the air con was poor. Sian Kaan is a beautiful place.

De trip is veel en veel te duur. Je vaart 2 minuten door een mangrove waar niets te zien is, daarna hebben we 1 dolfijn, 1 krokodil en 1 schilpad gezien. Snorkelen ook niet bijzonder. @TUI er staat dat je coralvriendelijke zonnebrand mee moet nemen. Hebben we zo'n dure fles gekocht, mag je het alsnog niet gebruiken en zit je levend te verbranden op die boot. De lunch was bij een strandtent waar je eerst door 3 meter hoog zeewier moest tijgeren om er te komen, echt goor. Kortom geen aanrader..

Fun day out but I was told if I didn't want to swim I could just stay in the boat, I should have been warned that I would get soaked anyway and a towel and change of clothes would still be needed. Speeding through the water was exciting but a bit uncomfortable when out at sea and I was not keen that we chased and harassed a poor turtle just to get a 5 second view when it eventually needed air. Having to jump into the sea to wade to the restaurant was also not explained and a jetty is needed.

Excursion payée 520 euros pour 2 personnes, pas de guide sur notre embarcation, arrivée a la rencontre avec l'océan nous avons fait demi tour sans aucune explication Ensuite, un arrêt. Ou le conducteur nous a dit : ici il n'y a pas de poisson.. Resto nul, et on attend encore la barrière de corail, le banc de sable blanc pour se reposer. Excursion qui ne vend que du rêve...

An such war die Tour ganz schön. Leider hat man das Gefühö, dass auf biegen und brechen versucht wird die Ausflüge durchzuführen. Das Wetter war nicht besonders gut, daher waren auch kaum Tiere zu sehen. Wir sind quasi Bus und Boot gefahren für 234€ pro Person. Das steht leider in keinem Verhältnis! Guide war super, ebenso Busfahrer und Bootsführer!

Im Voucher wurde geschrieben dass TUI Ausflug durchführen. Es war anderer Anbieter. Es war sehr kleines Bus voll mit Touristen. Fast alle übergewichtig, es fehlte Platz um bequem zu sitzen. Rucksack mussten wir auf Knien halten. Die Sitzen auf das Boot waren locker- vermutlich die Schrauben durchgerostet. Für Rückfahrt war Bus nicht vorbereitet es war innen drin extrem heiß. Klimaanlage hat nicht geschafft abzukühlen. Die Tiere wurden von uns gejagt und bedrängt, es war für uns einfach traurig.

Wir fanden den Auflug super schön. Unser Guide Miriam war echt klasse. Wir hatten das Glück dass wir nur drei Kilometer mit dem Bus in den Park fahren mussten und dann direkt auf das Boot umsteigen konnte. Sonst wären es 11 km gewesen. Wir haben Krokodile, Schildkröten, Delphine, Riffhaie, viele Fische und Vögel gesehen. Ich hatte vorher Sorge weil ich doch auch Rückenprobleme hatte, fand dies aber nicht problematisch.

Super sortie, le gouter le matin était appréciable, le guide très sympa, les pilotes de bateaux très gentil, la sortie en mer nous à permis de voir des dauphins, des tortues, de nager avec des lamentins, la mangroves c'est très jolie avec toute les espèces d'oiseaux, le repas le midi sur Punta allen était très bien le cadre paradisiaque. Très belle excusions, je recommande.

Our tour guide was Mary-Grace and she was absolutely brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure to set our expectations about seeing the animals and we got very lucky to see everything. She, alongside the boat crew, were absolutely fantastic at spotting animals we never would have seen otherwise. 100% recommend this tour.

Our guide Gabriel was so knowledgeable. My husband and myself were the only English speakers on our excursion, Gabriel make sure we were given our information first to ensure we understood. We are in our 60's and on a tour with younger people. When my husband got into difficulty on a snorkel, Gabriel ensured he was safely back on the boat. He also made sure I was able to keep up and constantly check in with me to make sure I was ok. Great trip and I would highly recommend

Service en begeleiding waren echt top! Maar ik had deze excursie geboekt om veel wildlife te kunnen zien en dat was een enorme teleurstelling. Dat we geen krokodillen hebben gezien, dat was gewoon omdat ze echt niet te zien waren. Maar daarvoor hadden we zeeschildpadden en zeekoeien gezien en er was amper tijd om daar bij stil te staan. het was speedy naar de volgende plek. Op een bepaald moment had ik een zwarte vlek (zeekoe) in het water gezien maar er was geen tijd om daar bij stil te staan.

Told the rep one of the reasons I didn't want to book it cause I heard it was 3 hours in the car I was assured it was only an hour an a half each way so booked it and ended up being 2 and a half each way so total of 5 hours in the car. On top of this it is heavily implied that you will see crocs and there are loads of them, we saw one and the tour guide told us there were only 5 in total. Also told there was over 200 types of birds and we saw 2.

Wir hatten mit Miriam eine SUPER Reiseleiterin, die uns sehr freundlich und äußerst kompetent durch den Tag begleitetet hat. Wir haben Schildkröten und Delfine gesehen, konnten schnorcheln und in der Lagune baden. Nur die Krokodile haben sich leider nicht gezeigt. Das Mittagessen war gut, die Besichtigung des Fischerdorfes war trotz der Hitze kurzweilig und dank Miriam sehr informativ. Nur der Preis von gut 230 € pro Person ist schon sehr deftig.

Definitely not worth the money took 3 hours to get to the boat this was with a 45 minute bumpy ride that was never mentioned and I don’t mean bumpy I’m mean shaking out of your seats pot holes were ridiculous. Finally got on the boat no refreshments offered good job we took our own. At the lunch venue the food was limited to just chicken as fish had ran out only 2 drinks on offer full fat Coke and a juice we had to buy our own drinks after spending £600+ on this trip that was a joke

We enjoyed the day, but felt it cost a lot of money. Abraham, our guide, was great. He had to talk in both English and German all day, as we were a mixed group. There was a child of 4 on our boat, which wasn't ideal. Especially asthma trip states children aged 12 and above. It really wasn't suitable for a 4 year old. The boat trip is too bumpy. We were fine getting on and off the boat into the sea. But, it definitely isn't for anyone with a mobility issue, back problem, or lack of flexibility.

The trip was great and the guide knowledgeable. We saw loads of dolphins and also saw turtles. A crocodile was hiding by the bank but he was hard to see. More time around bird island would have been nice. The walk from lunch back to boat in mid day sun is hard work. We did the same trip about 4 years ago but it was better this time around.

Sehr schönes Gebiet und sehr schön so wundervolle Natur und Tiere zu sehen. Dachten aber wir fahren noch mehr durch die Mangroven, das war nur ein kurzer Teil. Jedoch hatten wir einen neuen Guide, das war ihre erste Tour, aber sie hat nicht so viel erzählt. Das wird aber bestimmt noch besser werden mit der Zeit. Und hat ein wenig mehr Info gefehlt zum Gebiet und Zu den Tieren. Preis ist sehr hoch - unsicher ob das Gerecht ist

Das Highlight des Urlaubs, auch wenn zum Teil verregnet. Haben Manatis, Delphine, Schildkröten, Prachtfregattvögel und Krokodile bei gutem Wetter gesehen - mehr als versprochen in natürlicher atemberaubender Umgebung - Schnorcheln am Riff. Dazu exzellent von Miriam erklärt. Wer die Natur in Mangrovenwäldern liebt und dazu gerne auf Wasser ist, sollte diesen Ausflug machen… Ist allerdings nichts für Rückenkranke bei unruhiger See, kurze Wellenlänge und schnelles kurzes Boot.

The pick up was 20 min late. Mini bus was very uncomfortable, it was cramped for 4 adults on the back row. The bus needs to be upgraded. The lunch did not meet our expectations. Mashed potatoes, chicken in a sauce, rice and some salad. No real choice. Desert was miniscule and again no choice. The overall experience of the activities and knowledge of the guide regarding the flora and forna was extremely good. Both captains were excellent and we would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Mexic

I enjoyed every single moment, even with not seeing the dolphins the tour itself was incredible. The best individual trip I’ve ever been on - it was truely up there with a two week Costa Rica tour I did. Seeing the turtles and the crocodiles and swimming in the warm water off the beach of porta Allen can only be compared to being in heaven. Our guide was incredible if I could give give 100/10 I would he was passionate and knowledgeable and it showed throughout the whole experience.

We were lucky to see dolipins, manatee's lots of birds and sea turtles. The guide Ro was excellent and seemed very knowledgeable. Along with the boat captains then ensured the stopped if there was anything to see and gave us plenty of time. The ride on the boats was exillerating. Food was very good and the walk through the village was informative. We had the opertunity to swim oin the shallows off the beach which was stunning.

Miriam was a superb guide, very knowledgeable and fun. All staff were great. The only thing I feel customers should be made more aware of is that they are required to disembark the boat by jumping off the side twice. I was led to believe that access was gained from a jetty each time. Customers also require a fair degree of upper body strength to be able to climb back into the boat from the water. It was certainly not easy and I am fairly fit! Otherwise, it was a fabulous experience

How successful the day was was very much dependent on what one saw. We were lucky and manged to witness creatures that others may no have seen ie pods of dolphins, turles, crocodiles etc. A relaxed day out for all the family though.

Transfer: für Personen mit langen Beinen nicht geeignet, Bus zu eng zu klein zumal die Fahrt länger dauert. Des Weiteren wird man erst nach Buchungsbestätigung aufmerksam gemacht , dass die Fahrt nicht geeignet ist für Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen. Die Fahrt ist mehr als nur holprig. Man wird ständig hin und her geschaukelt vielmehr man hebt vom Sitz ab!! Katastrophe! Ansonsten war es sehr lohnenswert und unser Guide war super . Lieben Dank an Anett!!!!

The inclusive meal was cold & very poor choice. Chicken (which was tough & cold) or fish (didn't what kind so didn't have that) Husband did, said it was luke warm but tasted ok. We had to walk in the intense 30 degree heat a few times but that's Mexico! The guide was informstive (very good) & the driver had to negotiate many ruts in the road. Which he did his best. We saw 2 dolphins, 1 Turtle & a surprise Manatee. No crocodiles though but was relieved to be honest as the boat was small.

Vastly overpriced experience, while it is never certain you will see the animals you were looking to see on any excursion when we did manage to see turtles and dolphins it was amongst a group of 6 or 7 boats that were crowding them and you just catch glimpses of them as they tried to escape the area.. for a biosphere it was shocking how much rubbish there was and our boat smelt like it was leaking fuel which was unpleasant. On the positive side our guide was very enthusiastic.

Loved the experience, saw some fantastic animals and everything we discussed was seen! Miriam was a fantastic guide and helped make the day amazing, an absolute credit! The only downside and something that maybe would have made us reconsider is the journey - we were picked up at 7am and didn’t make it to the first part of the tour til 9.30ish, the last 45 minutes of the journey is the bumpiest gravel track ever - the experience outweighs the journey but we may have thought a bit more first!

This was the best day of our holiday. We were really well looked after throughout the trip. The boats threw the mangroves were fun and we saw so much wildlife - spoonbill flamingoes, grey heron, tiger heron, frigate birds displaying as it was mating season, sea turtles, bottlenose dolphins and a crocodile! The food was really tasty and Sian Kaan is a stunning place. We couldnt snorkel due to strong currents but the day was still fantastic.

Die Busfahrt war unzumutbar. 12 große Erwachsene eingepfercht in einem Kleinbus mit kaputter Federung ohne Stauraum für Rucksack. Wer vorher keine Rückenprobleme hatte, hat sie ab dieser Tour. Die Bootstour war eher eine Speedboottour. Weniger eine Besichtigung des Reservats. Der Preis von 275 US$ ist auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

This trip is not as advertised, our guide was not disability aware even though we’d requested they were made aware before we went. They tried to split up a group of 3 that included a child and adult with disabilities. We didn’t get to experience the reef due to the winds and the sea was that choppy every got soaked included the dry clothing to get changed in to. The guide is on 1 of 2 boats, if you’re unlucky you won’t receive what is advertised. It’s a lot of money for a gamble on weather.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like. For me and my 80year old Mum this was the highlight of our time in Mexico. Not only was the trip itself fantastic, but the help and assistance given to my Mum on and off the boats by the captains, and whilst walking too and from the boats by our lovely guide, Angie - it was tear inducing to be honest. Not only did it mean that I could relax and enjoy the trip, but it also meant meant she was safe. Thank you **********

Good: Good Views of wildlife and birds. Snorkeling and swimming was good. Guide was good and very chilled. Bad: Ratio of travelling to actual trip was poor. The road into Sian Kaan was dreadful. A long time bumping over a dreadful road was not any kind of experience I want. As with previous trips we were reminded that guides / drivers / boatmen require tips to "supplement" their wages. I don't disagree that this is the case, but TUI trips aren't cheap, so where's the money going?

I feel the tour rep at tui should be advising people with back or bladder issues not to go on this trip as the road to the boat is very bumpy and there only 2 toilet breaks on a 8 + hr trip. I felt the time spent snorkling and swim in ocean was rushed and little to see. Dissappointing not to see much of the wild life. But our guide, driver and speed boat drivers were lovely and the food was nice.

Issues around road transport - the minibus was at full capacity requiring 4 adults to be jammed onto the back seat - which wasn't a pleasant experience, especially as we all had bags for swimming kit too. Furthermore the minibus was wholly unsuitable for the extremely poor road condition on the nature reserve - further discomfort for 30 mins or more on a severely potholed road. Also being expected to complete disclaimer forms whilst travelling was quite poor - these could be done at booking.

De prijs voor dit uitje is zeer hoog en dat is het niet waard. 1 krokodil gezien achter de bootjes. 1 schilpad en dan wordt er niet meer verder gezocht helaas. Die ene was wel heel mooi om te tien. De dolfijnen hebben we wel goed gezien. Vogels waren wel te zien maar niet heel bijzonder. We hadden helaas ook geen nederlands talige gids. De omgeving was wel erg mooi maar op het water was het wel erg fris en daarom niet gesnorkeld. We hebben het wel gezellig gehad en vonden het mooi maar te duur.

the overall content was good but it was a dull at times The guides did their best but if for long periods there's nothing to see, then it can be dull We left 8am & got back 16.15 Water & snacks were provided Lunch at a beach bar was great but the boat journey was too long & for what we saw The 2 swims were good, at this time of year it was cold when you got out of water We've been on better comparable trips but in exotic locations eg Botswana Mozambique & Maldives so manage your expectations

your tui rep, she was clueless about regarding the trip, I ask her what we should wear and she said shorts & T-shirt would be ok they weren’t, the guide told us to bring long sleeve tops and warm clothing as it was cold in the mangroves we held the trip by 20 mins while we returned to the room to get them. The bus which pick us up was not suitable vehicle for the trip, over two hours being thrown around we were bruised and battered, it was pure **********, it was not worth the money we paid.

War eine spannende und tolle Tour… haben einen Alligator, Delfin, Meeresschildkröte und viele Vögel gesehen. Schnorcheln am Mesoamericanischen Korallenriff und Schwimmen. Dazu ein einfaches, aber leckeres Essen in einem Fischerdorf. Sehr sympathisches Team!!

This was very expensive and more than advertised; £198pp against £220pp not including bank fees. We were told travel time was 1hr20 but it was actually 3 hours each way. Large parts of the journey were on appalling quality roads and was frankly painful. The bus did not have sufficient space for all passengers and we were last on so crammed in the back seats. V inappropriate. Guide was not great, seemed disinterested. Also got given a silly legal waiver at end of trip. Wildlife was great.

Marie-Grace was fantastic, passionate and knowledgeable. The road trip was horrific, most of the rest simply a trip on a boat, an expensive boat trip. We were eventually told that there are only 200 visitors a day to the area, so the price was for exclusivity I assume. Lucky with the weather do all in all not too bad. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with even the hint of a bad back, 1 hour on unmade roads is not pleasant

Notre sortie prévue initialement n'a pas pu se faire par un changement d'horaire de départ par le délégué lookea qui s'est trompé de clients.Pour compenser son erreur,il a trouvé une excursion au même endroit mais pas de la même qualité avec 9 heures de transport sur 15 heures et en plus nous avons payé bien plus cher cette prestation par rapport aux autres clients des autres hotels

Die Tour war der absolute Hammer. Spitzenmäßig die Tour Guid Michaela. Wir konnten Delfine, Schildkröten, Krokodile sowie verschiedenste Vogelarten beobachten. Absolut lobenswert auch die Tour Mitarbeiterin "Anja", die durch ihre Fachkompetenz uns erst auf den Geschmack gebracht hatte. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen stimmig.

The bus was hot as the AC didn’t really work and the seats on the boat were very hard so after 5 hours it was getting painful. The tour guide was exceptional, very knowledgeable and informative, the boat captains were very skilful at navigating the mangroves and made the trip very exciting, and the food was excellent, I would highly recommend taking your own water as you get 2 bottles for the whole day.

Die Tour war ein traumhaftes Erlebnis. Wir haben Krokodile, Fregattvögel, Pelikane einen Rosalöffler, eine Meeresschildkröte viele Delfine und Leguane gesehen. Das Restaurant für das Mittagessen war sehr schön gelegen. Man konnte duschen und sich komfortabel umziehen. Das Essen war gut. - Die Fahrt mit dem altersschwachen Kleinbus war eine Tortur. Der Bus war bis auf den letzten Platz belegt. Die Enge bei drei Stunden für eine Fahrt sorgte für eine gereizte Stimmung auf den „billigen“ Plätzen.

À propos du transport (bateaux), c’est assez tape fesses, donc faut pas être fragile du dos/cou. Mais voir les dauphins, tortues, oiseaux, c’est juste magnifique et nager au dessus de la barrière de corails qui abrite poissons et algues c’est tout juste à couper le souffle.

We hebben expliciet geboekt voor een Nederlands talige gids Daarom bij Tui geboekt omdat hostes dit ook belooft heeft met de woorden er is nu nog plaats op deze tour met Nederlandse gids maar dan moet je wel nú meteen betalen dan ben je er zeker van Dus bijna €500 betaald voor 2 personen en dan ga je ervan uit dat alles geregeld is Dan wordt je opgehaald door een busje met een Italiaans Engels sprekende gids Met de woorden kunnen jullie ook Engels? L'endroit est magnifique mais le voyage aller-retour depuis notre hôtel (Dreams Sands Cancún) était bien trop long: 4 heures à l'aller, 3h30 au retour. Si nous avions su qu'il faudrait passer autant de temps dans un minibus pour quelques heures de bateau, nous aurions sans doute renoncé. L'arrivée au village où se tenait le déjeuner a été un peu bizarre, on nous a déposés à l'arrière du village, et nous avons dû marcher (notamment dans la vase) jusqu'au restaurant.

Das Essen war einfach gehalten, nicht umfangreich, aber trotzdem lecker. Tour Guide sehr gut. Hat sich Zeit genommen, alles zu erklären. Wir hatten das Glück, alles mögliche an Tieren zu sehen, außer Seekühe. Natur halt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ausflug und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir wurden 30 Minuten verspätet abgeholt. Der Bus war ein ca. 15 Jahre altes Gefährt, der eine Unwucht hatte, die Heckklappe hat die gesamte Zeit geheult, alle Anbauten im Bus waren schon demontiert. In der Getränkekiste war schon bei der Hinfahrt nach einer Stunde anstatt Eis nur Wasser zur Kühlung. Es gab ansonsten keine Frühstückverpflegung. (Abholung war um 6,30 Uhr) Nach Chitchen Itza war dies möglich. Die Fahrt wurde als Grün und ökölogisch angepriesen.

Grundsätzlich war die Tour schön Leider hatten wir kein gutes Wetter. Bei Regen war die Bootsfahrt ein Erlebnis. Der Hinweis zu Regenjacken hätte geholfen. Die Stühle im Boot waren nicht gepolstert. Nach kurzer Zeit und unruhigen Wasser wird das schnell unangenehm. Kaffee am Morgen gab es nicht. Der Snack am Morgen war grenzwertig.

From start to finish, absolute shambles. Got told on way by guide , we probably wouldn’t be snorkelling due to weather. She also told us not to expect to see much wildlife in water due to the weather causing milky water. Couldn’t dock at jetty for dinner ,as been destroyed 2 months prior. We then couldn’t dock in front of restaurant again due to weather. We then had to walk through 6 inches of mud with mosquitoes galore , with our disabled son. Food was terrible and restaurant a mess.ruined Xmas

Bei der Buchung wurde eine Anfahrt von 1,5 Stunden angegeben, gedauert hat diese 3 Stunden. Mit dem Boot haben wir eine Vogelinsel umfahren, um einige Vögel auf den Bäumen zu sehen. Dann gab es eine Fahrt zu den Delphinen, um dort 4 Delphine 10 mal hochspringen zu sehen. Danach fuhren wir zu den Meeresschildkröten, wobei wie eine 2 mal zum Auftauchen gesehen haben. Der Besuch zu einem Mayadorf entpuppte sich als Überquerung durch Schlamm und Überfall von Moskitos. Schmutziger Strand, ekelhaft.

Wij hadden graag van te voren geweten dat het 3.5 uur in de auto was voordat de excursie begon. De gids had haar zaakjes niet op orde, de armbandjes voor de tour waren pas na lang wachten aanwezig. Nadat we na de lunch terugliepen naar de boten liet ze ons achter om nog iets te checken bij het restaurant.

The 10km horrendously pot holed track to arrive at the reserve, is what is negative about this trip, plus. The minibus was not fit for purpose. The bus was modified in a way that would have been an MOT failure in the UK and negatively affected the suspension. 10k turns into 20k as it’s the same track to leave from as well.

We weren’t told how small the boats would be , was advised we’d see manatees but the guide said that they don’t go anywhere near the manatee’s as there had been accidents with them in the past , so the Tui rep selling the trip shouldn’t have said we’d see them

The whole trip was really good,the guides were fantastic and very knowledgeable.The boats were very clean and the " captain "was very good.Overall the experience was very good.The only gripe we had was the time it took from our hotel to pick people up from other hotels and return at the end of the trip was so tedious.It added so much time to the journey and put a dampner on such a good trip .

Bei Buchung wurde Schwimmen mit Delfinen, Tauchen bei Schildkröten angeführt. Delfine waren zu sehen aber nur vom Boot aus. Beim Schnorcheln waren nur ganz wenig Fische zu sehen. Schildkröte war auch nur vom Boot aus zu sehen. Würde ich bestimmt nicht noch mal machen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Amazing, especially tour guide, bus&boat drivers. 42 years it’s taken hubby to get me snorkelling, it was our Ruby anniversary, the captain got me safely in the water, even called me back to alter my snorkel. I also have a heart problem which is stable& have had major back surgery 40 years ago. Saw crocs, birds, dolphins & turtles. Ignore negative reviews re 10km bumpy roads they were fine, bus driver was cautious, Seriously best experience and day ever. Thank you

I liked how good both the driver guide and boat captains were, very knowledgeable and polite. I felt safe travelling on my own, and the time we had there was really good. It was a really long day and that was a negative, I would have preferred to start an hour later and get back an hour later. The food and drink was a let down at the restaurant although the guide did offer lots of water.

The overall experience was brilliant, we swam with a nurse shark saw lots of dolphins and a sea turtle and also a crocodile, but the guide was not too friendly, I felt like we were an inconvenience to him when things we needed went wrong, like the snorkels or flippers, etc. Food at the cafe was very limited for vegetarians, even though I pre booked this. The van was extremely hot on the way there and back, air con wasn’t strong and we were all sweltering. Too expensive for what we got included.

Superfijne reisleiding Martin, wist veel en duidelijk te vertellen met veel enthousiasme over alles wat we zagen. Het was een lange rit vanaf ons hotel wat wel comfortabeler mocht zijn. Very few toilet facilities and all needed paying for. Breakfast/snack given on journey not as fulfilling as the one on previous trip. The weather also didn't allow for the snorkeling part, which I was really looking forward to. However we had a fantastic (although very long) day and the staff went above and beyond to make it a fun day! We also go to see all animals etc including birds, dolphins, turtles and crocodile! The speed boats were a lot of fun! All on all world recommended the trip.

Wir haben den gegenüber anderen Anbietern teueren Ausflug gewählt , um eine gute Qualität garantiert zu haben. Jedoch mussten wir die komplette An- und Abfahrt als 4 Erwachsene auf einer höchstens für Kinder geeigneten Sitzbank des Kleinbusses in einer sehr unbequemen Körperhaltung verbringen. Wat we hebben gezien was mooi. Nederlandse gids, moeten delen met Duitse gasten Enthousiast, maar lachte veel weg. En was de Duitse taal niet machtig. Er werd bij boeken niets gezegd over de 40 min. Durende kuilen weg. Erg slecht voor je rug!! Chauffeur veel op tel. onder het rijden Helaas geen dolfijnen gezien, alleen de ‘tamme’ huiskrokodil en 2 schildpadden voor 2 sec. (Tja dat is de natuur) Na lunch door dorpje, geen aanrader werden lekgeprikt door muggen. Al met al niet waard voor €240 !!

Was a wonderful day out and saw so many animals. Punta Allen was fantastic and even the rain on the way back was an “adventure”. My only feedback was my wife and I were first time snorkellers and had let that be known. We hadn’t realised our pipe wasn’t positioned correctly, something an experienced snorkelled would have spotted I’m sure, but would have been nice to have our masks checked before we got in the water. And if it’s raining, ask for rain coats, they have them!

Enjoyed snorkeling, spotting the Dolphins. Did not enjoy: being taken by speedboat at 30 knots in driving rain (the trip should have been postponed) I had to shelter inside a plastic poncho, I could not see a thing and glad when it was over. Spending 5 hours on a cramped minibus The final leg of the journey was virtually off roading and very uncomfortable. Very few toilet stops Spending, with tips (suggested by the guide) £420 was a joke. That is a Greek holiday for one for a week with flights

De tour zou bestaan uit een reservaat tour (1,5 uur op offroad wegen) met jeep + een boottrip. Echter hebben wij in deze excursie geen reservaat tour gehad met jeep. We werden direct met het busje die ons ophaalde bij het resort naar de boot gebracht. Hiermee dus niet de volledige tour voor wat we ervoor hebben betaald. Onze reisleider (Toby) sindsdien ook niet meer gezien op het resort om uitleg te vragen. We zien dan ook graag een deel van het geld terug. Groet, Raymond Langes

Oscar our guide was absolutely amazing he was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging throughout the whole day. It was one of the best trips we have ever been on and was made even more perfect by Oscar. Es war fantastisch… wir haben so vielfältige Tiere gesehen. Das Krokodil Pancho, zwei mal eine Seekuh mit einer sind wir auch geschnorchelt. Riesen Schildkröten und Delfine. It's a long day around 11 hours , but it's a rewarding day. The only thing I would have liked to have seen were some of the additional wildlife that was bypassed to fit in the trip schedule.

Geweldige dieren gezien ( oa: dolfijnen, zeekoeien, schildpadden) maar de heen en terugweg in het taxibusje (2,5 uur heen en 2,5 uur terug) was echt te lang! Ook was de tijd die je daadwerkelijk bezig was met het zoeken naar dieren te kort. Op de boten was heel gaaf, maar gezien de prijs van deze excursie (4 personen) was het het achteraf niet waard.

Of the 11.5 hours, 8 of them were spent travelling (with 5 hrs on uncomfortable bumpy bus journey with loud music and a driver who ate constantly, and then picked his wife up from work before dropping us off last)!!! We saw very little wildlife, the coral reef is all but dead, the mangroves are empty, and the guide knew little of interest, and the seaweed stank). It would have been improved if we could have skipped the lunch at the beach club and had a cenote swim instead, and a coffee break.

Dolfijnen, zeeschildpadden, mantarog, pelikanen en de krokodil bij terugkomst. Mooie plaatjes. Gelukkig hadden we een bewolkte dag, anders waren we erg verbrand. Kleed u goed aan tegen de zon. En ja een "bumpy" ride naar de boot toe van 10 km. Eenmaal op de boot vlieg je met 40 kmh naar de diverse stops. Snorkelen op koraalrif is leuk voor beginners, wie vaak snorkelt weet het verschil. Onze gids Roan sprak in 3 talen, hij heeft ons erg goed bijgestaan. Eten was redelijk. Smeer u goed in vooraf.

The boat tour was fabulous, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Martin, the tour guide, was great, really personable, friendly and knowledgeable on not only the mangroves but the animals. We loved the speed boats and managed to see all sorts of animals in their natural habitat ... birds, dolphins, sea turtles and 2 crocodiles as well as some fish when snorkeling. The journey in the minibus was cramped on the back seat but durable just. 10/10 experience.

Der Bus war eine Katastrophe! Wir saßen zu dritt eingequetscht auf der geteilten und total kaputten Rückbank! Eine vierte Person hätte gar keinen Platz mehr gehabt. Sitz kaputt, Haltegriffe ab, Gurte nicht nutzbar, Verletzungsgefahr aufgrund defekter Halterung am Vordersitz, Loch in der rücksitzlehne, keine Kopfstützen auf dieser Buckelpiste, anlehnen war nicht möglich, weil die Schienen der Stützen überall noch drin waren. Preis und Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Die Tour war zwar sehr schön und wir konnten Delfine und eine Schildkröte entdecken. Dem Krokodil kamen wir sehr Nahe (wir mussten ca.einem Meter entfernt über denSteg laufen)Bei der Hinfahrt fiel das Ersatzrad ab. Der Guide war sehr an den Trinkgeldern interessiert und wies des Öfteren auf diese hin. Einige Teilnehmer hatten für den Ausflug 50€ pP weniger bezahlt. Trotzdem ist Sian Ka'an einen Besuch wert.

Qd j’ai réservé l’excursion la représ. Tui a vérifié la météo, sachant que ns séjournons jusqu’au 5/08 elle a insisté qu’il fallait privilégier 1 j où la météo serait optimale pr profiter au mieux. Cependant il a plu tte l’excursion, le bateau a démarré ns étions trempés le froid dans les os, ns avons eu par la suite des capes de pluies, les sacs étaient trempés avec tt ce qu’il y avait dedans : les serviettes pr se sécher, un cauchemar qui m’a coûté 500. Pas de snorkel, vus 2 ailerons 1 tortue.

Zeer bijzondere en mooie excursie naar een heel fraaie plek! De excursie werd begeleid door Debbie, op een zeer enthousiaste en heldere manier. The whole experience is worth the cost if you appreciate wildlife in it's natural habitat. The only thing I would suggest is building a dock to get off the boat at the restaurant as trying to wade through the seaweed is difficult.

Schock beim Abholen: Tour auf Deutsch eigentlich nicht vorhanden, obwohl extra gebucht! Glück gehabt, Debbie ist Holländerin... Sonst wäre es für die Kids nicht machbar gewesen. Auch sonst: Tour ist nix für ältere Menschen, ganz kleine Kinder oder Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen - vorher wissen - Das geht nicht! Tour ist aber sehr gut!!!

Excursion à recommander - Mais encore TUI se lâche beaucoup trop au niveau des prix. Nous n’avions pas besoin d’un guide parlant français étant anglophones et hispanophones. Mais si vous souhaitez attirer du monde pensez à revoir vos prix qui sont trop onéreux et ne permettent plus de donner un pourboire aux guides et chauffeurs ! Les autres tours opérateurs de notre hôtel proposaient la même prestation pour 100 USD de moins que ce soit en français ou en anglais !

Enjoyed that it was a small amount of people on the tour - 11 of us. And we were divided into two groups on the boats. Driver was good. Tour guides were very knowledgeable. Saw all the animals - we were lucky. Scenery was outstanding. Didn’t enjoy the stop at the gas station for the snack and changing but we were the last pickup. Might feel different if we had been on the minibus for a while.

1) Boot ohne Wartung - Motor konnte erst im Lauf der Tour richtig starten 2) Keine Excursion, sondern festgelegte Route mit Highspeed abgefahren, man konnte kaum neben den Stopps irgendwas sehen 3) Tiere wurden gejagt für die Touristen 4) Pseudo Sicherheit mit Westen, beim Schnorcheln keine richtige Absicherung 5) Tour Guide hatte nur Pseudo Wissen, keine Info zB über die Mangroven. Und für ihn sterben die Korallen nur wegen der Sonnencreme…. Für das Geld eine absolute Frechheit

Minibus arrived 15 minutes late (our hotel was the first pick up) journey was nearly three hours rather than the advertised one hour forty minutes, uncomfortable seats on the boats. A wonderful place to visit where we saw some amazing animal, fish and birds. Lunch was very good.

The trip started out by being collected at the hotel front driven to the reserve with plenty of facts and information given by the tour guide. The boat tour took us through the reserve and the guides did everything possible to find the wildlife we were looking for. We managed to see an array of birds, dolphins and turtles (missed the crocs!) had a buffet lunch included and some free time on a small beach, and opportunity to swim and snorkel. Overall great experience.

The guide was outstanding communicated in three languages with aplomb. Her tone and knowledge put every one at ease. Whilst the boat trip was interesting it took over 2hrs each way yes we saw the fantastic wildlife but equally then spent long periods of being bounced about. As a group of 6 we had a fantastic time. Our guide Angie was very knowledgable, she told us lots of interesting facts. We all felt safe and had a great time. We were very lucky to be able to see the crocs, dolphins, turtles & manatees. A great day had by all. Hoping to do it again next year.

wat wij vinden dat beter kan: meer drinken dan alleen een flesje water en een pakje mangodrink. En als snack een cakje en een mini croissant. Wij hebben samen meer dan 500 dollar betaald voor deze excursie, en dan vinden wij dit echt veel te weinig. Op de boot had een stuk fruit ook lekker geweest. Ik had wel iets meer verwacht dan dit. En dan het riff, je ziet niks, het is dood en er is echt niks moois aan dat hele riff. Ik vin dit de duurst betaalde excursie die ik niemand aanraad.

We wanted an easy trip due to bad hip but it was too much walking on sand and the last 5km was hard work in van due to unmade road so was expecting it to be roughy but not that rough would have be quicker walking than scraping the underside of van due to pot holes Access to both boats could be made better

Zu teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Ausflügen. Essen zu wenig Auswahl im Vergleich zu anderen Touren. Leider konnten wir nicht schnorcheln und haben keine Krokodile gesehen. Die Beschreibung der Tour entsprach nicht ganz der Realität, war aber trotzdem schön! Gut fand ich auch, dass in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass die Tour körperlich anstrengend sein kann (teilweise ziemlich holbrich)! Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Guide!!! Kompetent, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Angie our guide was fantastic, helpful friendly and knowledgable. We managed to see all the great wildlife we set out to find. The road to get to Sian Kahn was a disappointment, although we know this is out of TIUs control, it didn’t leave the best experience. We were also sold an excursion that was pricey because it was exclusive “6 people only” but we were a group of 12 split into two boats and there were many other boats on the water. We also didn’t see the sea cinote we were told about

If you have back/ hip or leg problems or severe medical issues/ mobility issues it’s a very long day with a lot of sitting on hard seats & being thrown about with limited toilet facilities so definitely not recommended for the above.

Der Preis hat es mich Anfang mehrfach überlegen lassen, ob ich diesen Ausflug wirklich machen soll, aber ich würde ihn immer wieder machen. Unsere Tourführerin war Miriam, diese hat wirklich alles daran gelegt, dass wir möglichst viel von diesem Ausflug haben. Sie hat Krokodile, Delfine, Pelikane, Flamingos, Schildkröten etc. für uns gefunden und konnte zu allen Tieren alle Auskünfte geben. Der Weg ab Tulum ist allerdings sehr abenteuerlich, Tabletten gegen Übelkeit zu empfehlen.

I was a solo English speaking traveller. I booked this as a last minute excursion and was put on a German speaking tour. The guide was so considerate to make sure he explained everything in both languages so I didn't feel left out. The road to the boats is not joke, so brace yourself. The boat rides were spectacular. We saw turtles, dolphins, crocs and MANATEE! I honestly couldn't recommend this trip enough. Make SURE you use a min of factor 50 sunscreen. This is NOT a time to work on a tan.

The positives: We absolutely loved the day, got to see coral, crocs, dolphins, rays and turtles all in their natural environment. The boat was fantastic fun. The negatives: it was at least a 3 hour drive with all the pickups. The road to Sian Ka'an has worse potholes than the UK. 8 5km in 45 minutes - ouch! Amazing day but a lot of travelling.

J'ai été dégustation de la qualité du transport. Comment peut-on voyager pendant 3 heures dans un microbus avec les genoux contre la poitrine ? Ça n'a pas de place pour les jambes ? Et après ça, personne ne parle de la catastrophique portion non goudronnée où j'ai cru que je m'étais fait taser les anneaux de la colonne vertébrale ! La randonnée serait sympa mais le transport est horrible !

Mein Guide Matthias aus NL war spitze. Open hearded man. Er liebt seinen Job das merkt man sofort! Krokodile, Delphine, Schildkröten, Seekühe, Kolibri, viele Vögel auf der Vogelinsel. Leguane, Schlangen und eine Vielfalt an Früchten und vieles mehr. Hier erahnt man wie schön die Welt ohne Menschen wäre :). Ein tolles Erlebnis im Einklang mit der Natur. Eine Massage hat man obendrauf auf der Fahrt dorthin ggg ...Action im Boot. Alles dabei. Preis war es wert!

De weg er naar toe en de weg terug uiteraard was heel erg hobbelig en duurde vrij lang, dat is natuurlijk ook te begrijpen als je ziet waar je komt. Alleen dat is niet tegen ons verteld misschien dat dat de volgende keer wel zou moeten doen. Het duurt dus ook vrij lang voordat je naar het toilet kunt dat vind ik wel informatie die ze de volgende keer moeten vermelden.

Richtig schöner Ausflug. Wir haben Delfine, Schildkröten, ein Krokodil, viele Vögel und einige Fische gesehen. Martin war eine super Reiseleiter (aus Deutschland). Das Essen mittags in Punta Allen war gut. Ebenfalls hat die Bootsfahrt richtig Spaß gemacht und die Bootsführer wussten wo die Tiere zu finden sind. One of the best excursions we have done - Mathew (guide) and Alex (Coach Driver) along with all the boat captains really made this an unforgettable experience. Highlight was seeing the dolphins, sea turtles and pelicans in their natural environment. It was also our first time snorkeling, and we were really looked after and had a fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend.

Ausflug war im Grunde OK. Aber seitens der TUI Vertretung vor Ort müsste bei der Darstellung dieser Fahrt unbedingt darauf hingewiesen werden, daß diese Fahrt nichts für Personen mit Rückenbeschwerden ist. Die ca.10km Anfahrt zu den Booten ist eigentlich verantwortungslos gegenüber Personen mit Rückenbeschwerden. Die Strasse entspricht einer mittelschweren " Panzerfahrstrecke " mit 1m tiefen Löchern,wo auch die Transportfahrzeuge Bodenberührung hatten

De gids was ongelofelijk goed, maar! De kapitein van de boot vond het niet nodig om te stoppen bij de dolfijnen en bij de krokodillen en dat was toch het doel van de reis dacht ik. De gids heeft nog veel moeite gedaan! De bus was ook 40 min te laat, we zijn op reis en voor niets vroeg opstaan, is niet ok! Op de weg naar huis was de bus stuk!!!! Het eten was koud, met als gevolg, voor de mensen met een gevoelige, moet het niet verder uitleggen! Spijtig!! Veel geld betaald voor de helft

Man skal være meget obs på at der er en 10 km langs hullet grusvej, som tager omkring 40-50 minutter at køre igennem med mini bussen. Derudover er man i "speedbåd" som når man kommer til havsiden og det blæser, så får man virkelige nogle kæmpe "bump" i båden, og når man ikke er erfaren sejler, så bliver man lidt utryg ved den hårde bådtur. Guiden (Alex) var absolut fantastisk.

Tour überteuert und anstelle von 6 Personen 10 Teilnehmern im Mix aus NL, D, GB. Verteilt auf 2 Boote mit 1 Guide. Dadurch alle Erläuterungen Doppelt. Guide war anscheinend froh schnell Delfine, Vögel, Schildkröte und Krokodil gezeigt zu haben. Verweildauer an allen Viewpoints zu kurz, Weiterfahrt nach 2 x Tier gesehen. Aufenthalt la Pisicina nur im Wasser, nicht am Strand. Anfahrt Punta Allende durch einen vermüllten Nebenweg anstelle Anfahrt zum Top Strand. Schade

Uns hat gestört, dass insgesamt für 12 Personen 6 Hotels angefahren wurden. Daher hat sich die An- und Rückfahrt sehr in die Länge gezogen. Der Schnorchelspot war sehr mangelhaft, außer ein paar Fächerkorallen und 3 Fischen nichts zu sehen. Das trübe Wasser ist sicher nicht beeinflussbar und hat an den relativ starken Wellen gelegen. Wobei dort sicherlich häufig derartiger Wellengang ist. Gefallen hat uns die Sichtung der Delfine und der Schildkröte. Das Krokodil Pancho war widerum solala.

Die Strasse zum Abholpunkt, des Boots war in einem desolaten Zustand. Man wurde regelrecht durchgeschüttelt. So fest dass einmal sogar der Auspuff des Busses abgefallen ist. Nach kurzer reparatur dann der Spruch: so ist halt Mexiko.. Auf dem Boot wars dann wunderbar, viele Tiere gesehen und tolle Infos erhalten.

Mathew var en meget dyktig guide og personellet i båtene kunne sine saker godt. Fantastisk å snorkle på revet å se fisk og til og med en hai. Burde vært opplyst på forhånd om at man burde hatt på badetøy fra starten av turen. I turbeskrivelsen og TUI guide burde ved bestilling av turen opplyst om at underveis var det en strekning på 10 km. med ekstrem dårlig vei.

Loves this tour been before and it was brilliant my only 1 gripe is that you need a better vehicle going to the 10km drive, it was bumpy but it took a hour and smashed ********** out of our backs. Warning to other people it was a long hard journey, the pain today is excruciating from a vehicle that is not suitable or equipped for 10km drive. 4x4 would be more suitable and safe aswell.

Der Bus war komplett überfüllt, absolut keine Beinfreiheit, man musste selbst als kleine Person schief sitzen. Bei Buchung wurde gesagt, die Fahrt dauert eine Stunde. Laut Routenplaner 1,40. Unterwegs waren wir morgens 3 Stunden, weil ständig Leute mit Wartezeit abgeholt und umgeladen wurden. Dafür mussten wir um 6:40 abgeholt werden

The tour was for 12 people and the minibus was a 12 seater which made it very cramped with no space for bags except at your feet. Also the last 14km from Tulum, on the rough track, was exceptionally rough. Whilst there was a warning about this it need to be stressed even more. However, the reserve experience on thd lagoon boat and sea boat was brilliant; we saw crocodiles, dolphins, pelicans frigate birds plus a flamingo. Turtles too! At sea it was too choppy for us to snorkel (our choice).

I have to give an overall positive review, as Sian Ka'an is absolutely beautiful & our guide was amazing. However there are things that need looking at here - this was a very long day, starting at 6:30am & returning after 7pm. This was not due to the travel distance to Sian Ka'an or even multiple hotel pick ups (we only stopped once at a different hotel). There was alot of waiting around at the hotel, the pit stop/bathroom break, then the long bumpy ride (10km!) Most of the day was travelling.

Natuur supermooi, goede gidsen, lekker eten. Wat minder was was de trip ernaar toe en terug. Deze was heel erg lang en daardoor heel oncomfortabel. De lengte van de trip heen en terug was niet zo op voorhand meegedeeld. Sommige touroperators hadden deze excursie geannuleerd omwille van de slechte weg ernaar toe (door weersomstandigheden), dus heel spijtig dat dit niet meegedeeld was.

compliment voor de reisleidster, Angie, hoe zij een groep in het Engels, Spaans én Nederlands te woord stond. Heel fijn en heel open! Prachtig avontuur deze dag met veel te zien. Van krokodillen tot dolfijnen, van vele vogels tot zeeschildpadden. Helaas kon het snokkelen niet doorgaan door de ruwe zee, maar dat mocht de pret verder niet drukken. Minpuntjes zijn toch de flinke prijs die aan deze dag zit, denk door entree in het natuurpark, de mindere lunch en de lange reistijd (voor ons 7,5uur)

Great excursion. Guide friendly and helpful. Very informative. Loved the boat trip. Seeing the dolphins, turtle and crocodiles. The birds were amazing. Wonderful learning about the mangroves. Lunch was good. We were on the excursion with Italian tourists. And the guide did tend to speak Italian to them a lot which did make us feel a little left out at times. Also the journey is quite rough to the boats and wouldn't suit all. We would do the trip again. Fantastic experience.

The only thing that let this amazing trip down was the transport. it was a small minibus with high seats at the back - which we had to sit in as we were the last pick up. The road down to Sian Ka an was very bumpy and these seats were awful. We hit our heads on the window and were tossed around so much that my partner ended up with a bad back. Everything else was fantastic.

Een enerverende excursie. Helaas door weersomstandigheden en hoge golven niet kunnen snorkelen. Op de boot was het daardoor een extra leuke ervaring. Absoluut niet geschikt voor mensen met rugklachten, maar dat geldt ook voor de busreis. Die was ook enorm hobbelig. De bus was te klein/krap, achterin niet geschikt voor 4 volwassenen. Leuke gids die z’n uiterste best deed om er een geslaagde dag van te maken.

Der Ausflug war interessant, die Natur und Gegend grossartig. Die Autofahrt mit diesem Gefährt und mit 12 Gästen war sehr unangenehm. Weniger Personen im Auto und ein besser gefedertes Gefährt wären für diesen Preis angesagt. Die Bootsfahrten waren gut und sehr sehenswert. Das Mittagessen war ebenso bestens. Der Guide informierte aktiv nicht sehr viel über die Gegend, über die Tiere. Er war für Fragen jedoch ansprechbar. Mit fast 250 Dollars pP empfanden wir diesen Ausflug als zu teuer.

Goed waren: dieren die we zagen onderweg, gids die eea vertelde, heerlijke lunch, veilige boottocht Wat tegenviel was: dat wij niet ingelicht waren dat we later opgehaald werden door het busje , mangrove was ons mooier voorgespiegeld door Tui agent Jelle, jammer dat je geen cola light gratis kon drinken bij de lunch en wel cola normaal,snorkelen was een aanfluiting, op terugweg beloofde de gids we nog een keer krokodillen gingen kijken en nog een ander dier , maar we gingen in 1 keer naar bus

This trip is good as long as you set a low expectation of seeing wild marine life. We saw one small crocodile, one dolphin, 2 tortoises . The bird Island was excellent, saw lots of the birds mentioned as can be seen. Tourguide Oleg war super, Deutsch und Englisch in unserer Gruppe gut gemischt und bestens Erklärungen gemacht. Der ganze Ausflug war Super.( Bootsfahrt, Landgang etc.) Wer von Isla Mujeres kommt ( total entgegengesetzt) sollte 9 Stunden Transfer ( Hin und Zurück) in Kauf nehmen. Aber es lohnt sich.

Der Ausflug ist nicht ganz billig und nichts für jemanden der Komfort braucht da die Fahrt durch das Naturschutzgebiet nicht grade rückenschonend ist. Ist man erstmal im Boot wird man allerdings durch die umwerfenden Optik der Mangroven und der Tierwelt für alles entschädigt. Delfine, Schildkröten, Krokodile und unzählige Vögel.

The (full) minibus took us down the dirt road to the boats. As a 6’ 4” guy, I got bruised knees as there was nowhere near enough legroom. The excursion was mis-sold by the TUI rep, as I was explicitly told that the tour was the same as when we went in 2019 (where we travelled down the tracks in a large truck with high suspension & a lot of leg room). To be clear, although the tour was great apart from the minibus, I wouldn’t have done it if I’d have known. Commission over customer service..?

What happened was short boat ride to see the one crocodile our guides knew, on land near to a jetty, then off for 1.5 hrs at high speed across the lagoon, stopping only briefly to look at birds for 5 mins. Turtle and Dolphin spotting was a nice experience. Snorkelling and swimming experiences were ok - but the trip promised a beach and paddle boarding - which never materialised. Lunch was good. Overall 3 hrs bus, 3 hrs boat, long day!

Tours were great but thr transport on the Sian Ka'an tour was not suitable for 12 adults as the 4 back seats were cramped. My husband is 6ft 1 and could not fit his legs in the space. There was a comfort stop soon after we got on and told the guide that we could not travel another 1-2 hrs like this so said we would have to get off and return to the hotel. The guide offered my husband her seat and which allowed us to continue, also the drive to the boats was incredibly bumpy for 40 mins.

Die extrem lange Anfahrt (4 Stunden hin und 4 Stunden zurück) von costa Mujeres ist schon krass! Darauf sollte von den Travel Agents bei der Beratung ganz eindeutig hingewiesen werden! Die Fahrten mit den Booten waren super und Jesus war ein ganz toller Kapitän und hatte einen super Fahrstil!

There was a scary toilet stop at petrol station on route to Sian Khan,the toilets were grim and we were pestered for money to use them. The journey to Park is not too bad but once in park you have another hour to get to the boat,the road was awful and our vehicle was not fit for purpose .The crocodile next to the boat was unnerving to say the least.! The guide was very informative and food was as you would expect There wasn’t a great deal to see above or below sea level

Top gids Erika en zeker de moeite om te doen Snorkelen was top Wel even vermelden dat je best geen dichte schoenen aandoet, we dachten dat we nog een stuk door de jungle moesten maar dat was een verharde weg, wel stond die onder water dus sneakers nat, met slippers was geen probleem geweest ( dus even vermelden) Eten was wat minder

Veel te weinig tijd met dieren. Gids was onverstaanbaar in de bus en tijdens tour druk met plastic opruimen op het strand terwijl iedereen wachtte 3 kwartier. Opzich hartstikke goed natuurlijk maar vergat conpleet dat hij een tourguide was gedurende de tour. Ook omdat er meerdere boten waren uiteraard. Daarna nog voor anderhalf uur naar het chill stukje waar je eigenlijk net geen tijd hebt om iets te doen. Omkleden eten drinken etc alles gehaast. Al met al vond ik het totaal mijn geld niet waard

Incredible experience with a friendly and knowledgeable guide. The boat tour was excellent and we saw a nice array of animals in their natural habitat, including crocodiles (American and Mexican), Manatees (with a baby), Osprey, Vultures, Crabs, fish and other birds. If you are a fan of nature this is a must do experience and the boats themselves are very fast so you stay nice and cool for the duration, the tacos and drinks provided after the tour are also very nice.

The trip overall was really good, the speedboat was brilliant and we even got to see two crocodiles and some manatees. The guide Matthew was so knowledgeable and really helpful. The only concern is for some less able getting on and off the boats could be difficult, unfortunately one member of our party slipped and fell off the boat very nearly into the water. The lagoon we visited was a lovely location. The only negative was the travel, very long journey and the roads were very uneven

Sian Ka’an is simply stunning. We would have loved to spend more time there rather than going to the lagoon for so long, the lagoon is very beautiful but didn’t have the wildlife that Sian Ka’an offered. Would highly recommend this trip.

A lovely day but be prepared for a long section of off road driving and a long boat ride bumping all the way. Circled bird Island. At no point was there any possible sighting of crocodiles. The snorkeling patch would have been very small but was deemed too choppy so no snorkeling. We did see two sea turtles swimming which was great. Lunch was a lovely stop in a local beach cafe. Too much traveling and in our opinion not work it. We wanted good snorkeling.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Dieser Ausflug ist zu teuer. Eine lange Anfahrtzeit nimmt viel vom Tag weg. Schnorcheln viel zu kurz und keine Fische gesehen. Das Buffet war nicht gut. Kaffee musste man extra bezahlen. Alles andere war in Ordnung.

Amazing day in stunning surroundings, travelling big distances in thrilling high speed boat, weaving through mangroves and out into the Ocean. The snorkeling is definitely not for novices but we saw dolphins, turtles, beautiful birds and a crocodile. Lazed in the turquoise sea on a sandbank and lunch at Punta Allen which is a castaway paradise. Fernando our guide was a complete joy and imparted so much interesting information. I felt lucky to have experienced such a special place.

Seeing the wildlife in their natural habitat was the best part. We didn't expect a half hour walk along a hot dusty path after lunch to get back to the boat. Some of our party struggled with this and the rep or anyone else selling this excursion needs to make sure that people are aware of this part of the day. Additionally, the cost of the excursion is very high. I appreciate that some of this is due to the sky-high tax imposed by the Mexican authorities but it made it very expensive.

Der Ausflug war toll aber sehr anstrengend. Wir haben Krokodile, Schildkröten, Delfine und Vögel gesehen. Mit "Wolf" Gabriel hatten wir einen perfekten Guide. Er spricht perfekt deutsch. Das Mittagessen war ok. Für den Tag im Boot braucht man gutes Sitzgleisch und einen guten Rücken. Es lohnt sich trotz der Strapazen.

Great day out into the biosphere. Great tour guide - she was so informative and really looked after us. (I seem to recall she was called Alex, a lovely Italian lady). A great mixture of activities / viewings throughout the day and we were kept well refreshed. The snorkelling is in the sea so make sure you are reasonably fit to tackle the waves. With tis being a nature tour not everything can be guaranteed; we saw wonderful birds, the crocs were elusive, saw turtles & dolphin.

Zeer leuke excursie waarbij we veel verschillende dieren hebben gezien waaronder groene schildpad, dolfijnen, Mexicaanse krokodil, veel verschillende vogels, leguanen. Der Weg dahin war sehr holprig (Maya-Massage). Wir haben alles gesehen was beschrieben wurde Delfine, Schildkröten, Krokodil, Leguane und viele Vögel. Das Riff war nicht so schön. Die Fahrt mit mit dem Boot war sehr windig und holprig hat aber Spaß gemacht.

Wie bereits der Reiseleitung vor Ort mitgeteilt, war der Reiseführer wenig kommunikativ zur Gruppe. In Verbindung mit der holprigen Fahrt - sowohl dem Auto als auch per Boot - und dem eher enttäuschenden „Natural Pool“ stimmte Preis/Leistung in keinster Weise. Lediglich der TUI Fahrer und die Verpflegung übertrafen bzw entsprachen den Erwartungen.

Je brengt de meeste tijd door op de speedboot, waarbij je veel op open water vaart. Het snorkelen bij het rif was heel erg mooi. Ons werd verteld dat we op de boot konden stappen naar de lunch, maar deze was naar de andere kant van het dorp gevaren waardoor we een half uur in de zon moesten lopen naar de boot. Tijdens deze wandeling kwamen we door een dorp en kregen we hier wat info over; dit was het Mayadorp bezoek, dit vonden wij wat mager. Matthijs was een leuke gids die genoeg vertelde.

Opplevelses og inntrykket rundt naturen og dyrene som vi så på turen. At båtturen var på hele 6 mil. Bilturen ned til båtene. Bilen maglet både fjerer og støtdepere i tillegg mangel av «vei». Maglende informasjon om forholdene som nevnt over når vi kjøpte turen. Født når vi fikk biletten på nettet. Very over priced for sian kian trip...£360 for myself and partner for the day - yes we saw dolphins and a turtle but only from the speed boat .no crocodiles and didn,t feel the captain / guide made any extra effort to find them....saw birds but nothing hadn t seen on other trips / around hotel area. Lunch was very basic in a beach cafe shack...was ok but was expecting a nice lunch included for that money ....lunch was dished up and given to you all on plastic plates. Take plenty tip money

Geen lagunes in de echte zin van het woord. Langdurig gewoon op volle snelheid uren over grote meren gevaren en een stuk in zee. We hadden kleinere kanaaltjes in jungle verwacht waar echt iets te zien is !

Although nature could guarantee that we would see all the different types of wildlife living in the lagoon we were fortunate to see a crocodile, spoonbills, turtles and dolphins. Keeping a new Mexican 20 peso note which celebrates Sian Ka'an and these animals makes a great souvenir. This together with lunch in a local village made this a most enjoyable experience..

We were in 2 boats, the guide was in the lead boat that kept whizzing off. We were told by the rep that we might see Jaguar, Puma and Manatees, the trip is sea based so no chance of the cats and we didn’t even look for manatee.

I liked everything about it, and the guide was friendly only thing we could of a little bit more time (extra time) after lunch as 1hr goes by very quickly, apart from that I really enjoyed it loved it more as it was a small group.

Het is een hele mooie ervaring! Alles goed geregeld. Enige aandachtspunt, zorg voor nog een extra snackmoment. Als je al vroeg opgehaald wordt is 1 snackmoment tot aan de lunch van 13.30 uur wat weinig. Natuurlijk kun je hier zelf voor zorgen, echter vergeleken met de excursie naar Chichen Itza is het verschil merkbaar.

Op de voucher stond “Bio-zonnebrandcrème noodzakelijk “. Maar ook deze blijkt niet toegelaten. Er mag geen zonnebrandcrème worden gebruikt. Dit staat dan foutief vermeld op de voucher.

De omgeving was super mooi. De gids was super goed en fijn tot dit ook ik het Nederlands kon. Eten was super lekker de mensen super gast vrij. Allen dieren gezien wat ze zijden dat was natuurlijk ook een beetje geluk. Ik kan iedereen deze tour aan raden zeker de moeite waard!!

We were not told we would be on a very cramped minibus or that the road to the boat was EXTREMELY bumpy so much so that the guide joked about us getting a ‘mayan massage’ . it went on for 40 mins approx each way. we did not snorkel which was disappointing . The TaUI rep who took our booking told us the day would be relaxing . it was a good day but def not relaxing

Matias geweldige gids,veel van opgestoken, Juist middagmaal was voor deze prijs iets te weinig,zoals geen aanbod dessert,drankkeuze niet betalend was zeer beperkt

Nous avons tout aimé à part le repas et la boisson au restaurant qui n’est absolument pas à la hauteur du prix !!!! Merci à Matias qui a été un guide superbe le chauffeur très bien et les capitaines de bateaux aussi.
