Picked up at 7.30 am didn’t open til 0900 then had to stand in gift shop! No welcome drink I was told I would have to pay and couldn’t drink my own water. Love bird house very poor and delapidated, the man working there asked us for a tip we were only there for ten mins. At 0930 we were herded like cattle into dolphin experience, there were ten of us with two dolphins and we got approx 5 mins each with dolphins, the photos were the best bit. Spent longer with birds than dolphin. Toilet disgustin

The dolphin guy was great, funny and knowledgeable photos were included with our package and was straightforward and simple the photos are fantastic. My only gripe is the lack of direction when you first go in, you’re not quite sure where to go or what you’re waiting for. And the food doesn’t cater for non meat eaters but this appears to be a thing all over Jamaica not just dolphin cove. Dolphins were amazing, a fantastic experience and one I thoroughly recommend.

What a fantastic adventure, we had the gold package and it was worth every penny . Our driver was jolly and on time. But the highlight was the Dolphins, Rodney the trainer was amazing, you could see his love and care for the Dolphins. We had great interaction on a 1 2 1 basis, fantastic memories, great photos included in the package. If there was a downside , there wasn't much else to do after, which was a shame. But overall 10/10 for the Dolphin experience. Thank you Tui.

Heb bij de hostes in het hotel alles betaald en moest 100 dollar en 6.50 voor water bij de lunch betalen en in het hotel terug gekomen zei de hostes van Tui nee dat hadden ze niet mogen doen je hebt voor alles bij mij betaald.de hostes zegt dat ze het geld gaat terug vorderen ik ben benieuwd. En tot slot wij vonden de mensen zeer opdringerig met van alles aan te smeren zelfs toen wij daar in de winkel al t shirts gekocht hadden

Well what a morning i was a bit nervous as I can't swim, all I can say is what a happy place it is the staff were just smiling chatty the lady that took our pic's was great, the pictures fantastic. The guy we had with the dolphin were both fantastic ?? ?? I will never ever forget that day just to be able to go in the water with the dolphin what a magical, so thankyou for making me fell safe??.we then went on see all the other fish, went & had lunch which was nice.would defo recommend 10/10 ????x

Our experience with the TUI reps Kerry Ann and Tamica was really good. They were very informative and helped so much with helping us pick what we wanted to do. Kerry Ann guided us through it all. Dolphin cove was lovely. The staff there were incredible and really nice.

Driver was polite, funny and helpful. Dolphin Cove was just amazing. Staff were brilliant. Swimming with the dolphins was out of this world. The dolphin trainers are so knowledgeable. I just wish I could have stayed all day.

Would’ve given a 10/10, however, the server at lunch was horrible and she really let the place and other staff down. Her explanations regarding lunch were abrupt and rude, making guests feel rather uncomfortable about even eating the food she served!! Please Dolphin Cove, hire someone more pleasant with customer service skills and this excursion would definitely be 10/10.

This was a fantastic experience!!!! We absolutely loved it. The dolphins were fantastically well looked after and the staff really friendly and knowledgeable. The bus driver was lovely. My only criticism is we had to wait for others on the experience at a hotel for half an hour as the driver couldn't find them, which meant we arrived with only 5mins spare to get sorted. Also meant the the people at the last pick up had made their own way the venue when we got there. Maybe needs wait time limit?

The experience with the dolphins and the trainer we had with us was absolutely fantastic and friendly and everything you could want. However on the whole we were left feeling a bit short. It was advertised as a 4 hour trip but excluding paying on entry, it lasted about 90 mins at most including getting a safety briefing. We then had to wait around for nearly 3 hours doing nothing. We were also told free drinks on arrival but didnt get any drinks. We then had to pay to come back to the hotel.

The whole experience was amazing and very good value for money with a good lunch and photos.The encounter with dolphin was more than what I expected in getting up close with a dolphin. The guide was friendly and explained everything clearly and we had the opportunity to do different things with dolphin. I do think the guide should have had a bit more empathy for people that were nervous and not continuously tell his paying group that they were boring, did have a good time and conquered fear.

Loved the swimming with the dolphins and being able to get in with the rays too - would have been good to have a little longer with the dolphins and also be told before you go that water shoes are required so not having to buy them whilst there. The lady in the gift store who is showing us our pictures was very unfriendly, unhelpful and at one point downright mean. We were told we would have our pictures within 24 hours it's been over 24 hours and we still haven't gotten our pictures yet. The meal that was included in our package was disgusting with the chicken being extremely dried out. The rice was dried out and had no taste. It was just all around not a good meal. The best thing I can say about the experience was the trainers.

Booking with my TUI rep Lydia was easy. My bus driver was friendly and efficient. The staff at Dolphin cove were all very friendly and supportive. Pick up was around 40 minutes late so we missed our time slot had to join the next groups which then seemed to be overcrowded meaning a lot of waiting around between the dolphin interactions. Getting the photos after was a lot of messing around 4 different stations to get to and rushed to make your return pick up. Return pick up also late so asked reception who said our driver was here probably waiting for others. Our driver never arrived luckily another driver took us back

I think you just need to tell people before they go what will be happening ie they will need 10 dollars for a locker , they will be on a ledge in the water doing activities with a dolphin. They will have to take their shoes off they aren’t t allowed a phone during the activity and photos may be included on some excursions

Collection and transferl to attraction was smooth. Despite our coach arriving first, long queue to get wrist band and sign waver. Quick walk through gift shop to benches and lockers. Sorted into groups of 8 to 12. Dolphines were amazing! Instructors also informative. Photographer took good photos, we had gold package with Tui so thought we had maximum package, but could not get group photo in water with Dolphines without blue band? Jerk chicken lunch was luke warm, so did not chance eating.

What a great half-day activity. Getting up close to dolphins is a magical experience, especially for our 8 year old daughter whose smile was so infectious. The dolphins are captive but have a fairly large lagoon and are clearly well loved and cared for by the marvellous staff we met. Be aware the dolphin ride is more of a 20m 2-dolphin powered surf but nonetheless magical. Big up Alicia the trainer and all the staff for a great experience.

Amazing experience where it’s clear the conversation and well being of the dolphins is paramount. The guide was amazing and met us at the door and accompanied us every step of the way! Photos were also included with the gold package which was amazing as we thought these were extra. Downside, only minor but driver was late collecting us from the hotel and only extended our time by 10 minutes when he was 30 minutes late. That said the cove was only 10 mins from us. Also drinks not included :(

Absolutely perfect excursion. Went with our young adult children and we went VIP Gold . So glad we did. Just 11 in our group with two gorgeous dolphins. Loads of interaction and with photos and lunch included in the cost, it actually wasn’t much more than silver which didn’t include the 99 photos we got. Everything ran like clockwork. We had plenty of time so got to interact with the stingray, the ostrich and dozens of lovebirds too. Just wonderful. Our best trip in many a year.

We booked the gold plan. Amazing experience time in water with dolphins, session wasn’t rushed and trainers had a great rapport with the dolphins. Photos were included in our package and a must. We had over 50 photos and received a copy of them all. Easy to download on the app. We didn’t have lunch as we ran out of time.

Was a great half a day activity, (had anticipated it to be the whole day) and the lady leading our group in the water was really good as my daughter was apprehensive at first. However, having paid for the gold package I did not see how it differed to the experiences which were also running simultaneously in the water nearby us, compared to what it stated we would receive on the web site.

We booked the gold package and were pleasantly surprised that it included a photo package which we didn’t need to pay extra for. Guides were great - would recommend getting lunch straight after dolphins leaving you with around 1 hour to see the stingrays, sharks and birds. Fantastic trip and would highly recommend.

Our guide Alisha (think I said that right) was great we had 2 dolphins Alec and Miguel, an amazing experience I would 100% recommend this excursion, and also pay the extra for photos, before you go through, we payed £50 for 110 photos. Lunch good as well (no drink including). You can also swim with the stingrays and a reef shark as well

Een erg leuke excursies wij hadden het zilver arragement want voor ons voldoende was je krijgt genoeg tijd met de dolfijnen en er worden leuke foto’s gemaakt. Bij het goude arragement krijg je als extra: dat de dolfijnen je de lucht in dieuwen en 15 meter ze je voortrekken dat was voor ons niet de 100 euro extra waard per persoon. The dolphins were amazing but the food that was included for lunch wasn’t great, not much choice. If you wanted to have a drink you had to pay for this and the patties were extra too which I didn’t think was right, it should all be included in the experience. The staff were helpful when it came to downloading our pictures so overall we had a good day.

Great experience. When we visited it was small groups of 4 at a time. Our dolphin trainer was fantastic, very friendly and ensured we had appropriate time with the dolphins, the photos were fabulous as well. Lunch is included but you have to pay for drinks at the bar. You can also feed an ostrich and go inside a pen with love birds and a parrot, take your phone and get videos and pictures for free. There is also stingrays and a shark (we didn't get to do the stingrays) but overall fantastic day!

Absolutely fantastic day, we opted for the gold package where you got to swim with the dolphins. Magnificent creatures, so interactive and fun. It is a lot of money to pay but well worth every penn, an experience you'll never forget. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was top notch, great day out.

The dolphin experience itself was amazing. Only niggles for me was we didn’t get what we paid for. Was told we would do some bird feeding in the enclosure. Was just a bird cage and one ostrich. Didn’t get to go in the water with the stingrays. Was very busy and felt a bit cramped. The experience with the dolphins though…. Wow!!

An amazing experience. Initially we were nervous of the dolphins and hesitant but they came to say hi first thing in the morning as we looked into the water. We knew they were super friendly and that we would have a great time. I can't remember the name of our guide but he was amazing, very patient with my daughter and another lady who were terrified. Made sure we were all included and everyone had a memorable time in the end. Loved the bird house and ostrich feeding too. Lunch was also tasty.

Words can't describe this experience. We did the gold package and definitely worth it. My only quibble would be the lack of direction once your into the cove. Aside from the dolphin experience it wasn't easy to find where everything else was, and we never found the stingrays/shark to be able to take pictures etc. We did find the ostrich and birds but that was all. The trainer we had was very knowledgeable and made the experience very special.

Vor Ort ging es zu Beginn ein bisschen schnell, es blieb kaum Zeit sich zurecht zu finden. Allerdings kamen wir dann sofort dran. Ab und zu war es nicht ganz einfach, den Anweisungen des Trainers zu folgen, wir waren die einzigen deutschsprachigen Gäste in der Gruppe, die glücklicherweise nicht sehr groß war. Wir erfuhren einiges über die Delfine, konnten auch selbst Fragen stellen. Es war dann ein unglaubliches Erlebnis mit ihnen zu schwimmen, sie anzufassen, z. B. von ihnen gezogen zu werden.

Very safe experience with well trained staff and beautiful dolphins. All safety gear is supplied and do not need to be a great swimmer. Note swim shoes not allowed. Photos afterwards were good quality. Rest of the site had little to offer other than birds and ostrich so 2.5 hours rather than 3 is enough. A great experience we will not forget. Only downside was hearing other guests paid less for same experience booked elsewhere.

Great hands on experience with the dolphins so would highly recommend this trip. Improvement :no one told us where the other activities were (the ostrich and the bird hut) so we wondered around aimlessly, plus no instructions on where lunch was to be served or what time. By the time we queued for lunch it was time to get back on the bus, se we felt this was very rushed and no time factored in to eat. We had to ask for our lunch in a takeaway box and ate on the walk back to the bus-not ideal.

We did the gold package, which in clouded the swimming with dolphins, lunch and the photos. The staff at the site were great, very helpful and knowledgeable. We did a lot more with the dolphins than we expected. We were pushed along and up into the air by two dolphins, held on to two dolphins dorsal fins and were towed along. It was breathtaking.

We paid over 700 sterling for the package and although it was good I don't think personally it was worth the 700. also the trainers there kept saying don't forget to tip your trainer which you don't have to and we didn't as we had already paid so much for the day

This was an amazing experience with a friendly and knowledgeable trainer, Nadia. We learnt loads during the session as well as being able to get so close to be able to cuddle, stroke and dance with these amazing creatures. The photographer did a great job too and we were pleasantly surprised that we got to keep all of the images taken. The downside was that you don't get very long in the water with the dolphins but overall, what time we did get with them was incredible!

Having the correct collection time would be helpful for a start we had the staff at secrets to contact TUI to confirm the time and TUI notified us of the wrong time which really isn’t good enough. This one was a lot smaller than the other one and not much to do while waiting for your experience, I wouldn’t say it’s value for money and it doesn’t state what is there on the description- TUI get a grip and get this right!

The pick up times were a bit confusing .. my pick up was 8:28am...but there was no pick up. I was told by abouther rep it would be at 9:10 (slightly We return just after 9am and the driver told us there were a few more guests to arrive. He seemed a bit irked when these guests arrived at 9.20am, which they said was their pick up, and to be fair there were 3 different pick up times for different encounters...which didn't make sense if were all travelling together. It was a lovely drive, the driver was very informative on the things we saw and drove through. We arrived at Dolphin Cove at 10am, he told us our slot was at 10.30 and that he would be returning at 1pm....I did think that that was pretty short as the tour specified it would be 4-8 hours. We then checked in, got our wristbands went to the toilet, half wandered down a path towards the stingrays,a member of staff told us it was time to make our way to the dolphins. They gave us some brief info and instructions and divided us into groups before heading in to meet the dolphins. Our dolphin was Alex but sad tonday and can't rmba the trainers name, but he was EXCELLENT!! He made sure we each got our time with Alex and have us lots of information and laughs. My daughter was a bit shy, but he made Alex pass by enough times for her to get the courage to touch her.. We had a gooood amount of time in the water...atone point I did think did they mix up our experience as felt like we were getting more than what we paid for in terms of interactions and timings...but later realised he was filling the time for the other groups to finish together... which was great for us!! After we came out of the water, lunch was provided, however seeing the time and and the queue for food, I made my way to the stingray, got in the water and had some pics taken and got to touch it. We then made our way to the ostrich and camel...but there was no camel a man told us...?? We headed back to see our pictures (which were all included in the price as it was a Saturday deal) at that point everyone else was coming to look after their lunch, so it was was bit hectic as there weren't enough monitors on for us all to view. By the time we got the receipt for the pictures, it was 12.55.... we rushed to the lunch spot and crammed down a small plate of food before making out way to the car park. 1pm was definitely too quick for a pick up as, had we went for lunch at the same time as everyone else, we would not have had enough time to see the stingray. ... but also seeing the stingray and getting our pictures gave as VERY limited time to eat. Overall the Experience was AMAZING I would highly recommend it, especially with the Saturday deal as I know the pictures normally cost alot..and the pictures are very nice, you'll want to get them! The main thing I would change is the time alloted for the day. 1hour more would be enough time to get a full experience of the extras outside the dolphins... eg. Birds ostrich, stingray, pictures, lunch, gift shop and "camel" if it returns lol

Fantastic surreal experience with the dolphins despite choosing the basic encounter experience due to having our 5 year old with us we still got over an hour in the water with the dolphins and our particular dolphin was so gentle and friendly with our daughter she felt 100% confident around her straight away. Lunch was lovely and downloadable photos were included in the price whereas people booking seperate to Tui were paying in the region of 200dollars for the same downloadable photos on top of the cost of the trip and almost felt obliged to buy as you weren’t allowed to take your own photos whereas all was included with the Tui trip cost. The dolphin trainers and staff were great.

We had the silver experience and thoroughly enjoyed it and got more than we thought we would. We didn’t realise we would be getting fully in the water though so think that could be more clear. A little bit more time there after would have been better as we didn’t get to see the other bit - an extra half hour would have been good. But we had a brilliant time and as I said above better than we thought it could possibly be!

Transfer was booked at 7.25am waiting in lobby no one shown up holiday rep was due at 8.00am couldn't find her, telephone call made to customer service who didn't know what has happened to transport. Finally 8.30am Transfer arrived mentioned to driver we were supposed to be picked up at the time to his response, "jamacian time is different" no apology nothing! Reached Dolphin cove and everything was amazing. 100 Dollars for photos to expensive and 1 photo 40 Dollars to print . Amazing day over priced on photos

Brilliant trip. Despite being told the incorrect pick up time, (an hour earlier than we were actually picked up) the redeeming factor was how good the trip was, and the memories we take home with us, so all good in the end.

Swimming with the dolphins was fabulous although at the price we paid we were hoping to get a bit more time in the water with them and with fewer people. The guide was knowledgeable and the photos we received were fantastic. The bit that was really disappointing was that I paid for this experience in advance from the UK. I informed our rep at the welcome meeting that I had booked and had printed off the tickets. She said all I needed to do was go to the lobby at pick up time. When we got to the lobby, Dolphin Cove had no record of us and treated us as though we were trying to con our way in.

It was my first experience so nothing to compare it to, but we had an amazing time. The Marine staff were very encouraging, the food was so good and huge portions! the photographs came out really well, so all in all, awesome!

The only thing I wi moan about is the pick up time on our ticket was 8.25, by 8.45 we were starting to panic ??. Our hotel contacted assisted and found out that the time had been changed to 8.55, this had NOT been communicated to us at all and did cause a bit of stress !! Amazing experience at Dolphin Discovery, the trainers where excellent and very informative and made sure everyone had a great experience, I’m sure we were in the water for well over an hour!! The actual start did take a bit of organising but overall it was a great day.

This was an excellent experience. Everyone gets to go in with the dolphins in groups despite what package you buy but different demonstrations/activities carried out. Photos are taken and uploaded for you to see and purchase to a download able app which was included in my gold package price. The dolphins are so friendly and trust their trainers who appear to treat them very well. This was so fun I would have stayed all day. We loved it!

Great experience, the dolphins and the trainers are fantastic however the description is a little misleading. Booked the gold package. 40 minutes with 2 dolphins and 2 hours free swim. Everyone that were on different packages had the same amount of time with the 2 dolphins (even though silver says only 1 dolphin) as for the 2 hours free swim it was non existent. We arrived at dolphin cove for 10:30am and were told to be back on the bus for 12:30. By the time we got in went through orientation and got down to the dolphins it was gone 11am. 40 minutes with dolphins, then collecting pictures (they were included in the package which was great) and then it felt like you had to be dressed and back on the bus. There was no time to swim with the string rays (which we also couldn’t find) or free swim at all.That being said I’d still do it again, I just think it’s advertised as something it isn’t.

Definitely a beautiful experience would recommend to anyone had a lovely time, from start to finish. Our bus driver was lovely and friendly we all laughed all the way there, the guild was brilliant all in all a fabulous time ??

Great
The park was quite basic and we didn't see any stingrays as advertised but I would say the dolphin experience itself was well worth it for the children, the staff were brilliant very kind and patient, the dolphins were well cared for and as I was told all came from a rescue situation.

Great
Brilliant experience, especially for children. My daughter is 7 but tall, younger and shorter children may struggle with the depth, although everyone has a life jacket. My only gripe was that there was a whole session of people trying to get photos but one person helping, took ages!
