It was a good tour, there were only another couple from the Cruise on this tour, alongside people who were staying in Strasbourg, so this was not really a TUI tour.

It turned out that we had a private tour as any other participants didn’t show up. We have attended several food tours as we’ve travelled. This tour fell in line with most covering a cross section of the cultural foods combined with history to go along with it. Our guide Loubna was energetic and helpful. We were provided good quality food and advice for further exploration of Strasbourg. We would definitely recommend to others.

Our guide was very pleasant and was able to pull this diverse group together to make this a very enjoyable afternoon. Her comments about the food and the history of the city certainly helped us feel included. Definitely recommend this We were a bit frustrated trying to find our meeting point as neither of us are good with directions. However we did meet up and it was fun. Our guide stayed with us until the taxi came to take us back to the ship.

Great

Loubna was an excellent guide providing interesting facts about the Strasbourg as we moved from venue to venue. We had five food experiences, the third being a traditional main course lunch in a restaurant with the other four being tasting events of charcuterie, cheese, sweets and a traditional flammkuchen dessert. All of the food was delicious and Loubna provided the background behind each item that we tasted.

This tour by LOUBNA was by far the best we had on this holiday. We visited a local deli with amazing charcuterie which we purchased, also a lovely cheese shop with local cheese sampling which we also purchased. We then had lunch in an authentic German restaurant and my first time eating Sauerkraut. After very informative history on the French and German areas of Strasbourg we finished off our tour in one of the oldest pub/restaurants with a lovely flambé apple pancake which was delicious. 5??

Enjoyable especially as just a group of 4 of us who were friends. Friendly guide though she couldn’t answer all our local questions as she hasn’t lived in the city a long time- she did Google answers for us though!
