Eine tolle Tour um einmal Santorin zu sehen, wennn man schon mal in der Nähe ist. Durch die schnelle Fähre belibt einem genügend Zeit auf der Inseln um einen Einblick zu bekommen. Leider sind die Ortschaften recht voll und man sollte, wenn möglich nicht zur Hauptsaison den Asuflug planen.

The lack of communication about the pickup was distressing, arrived 20 minutes before a 6:10 pickup to finally being picked up at 7:20, finding out it was walkable. (Coach wasn't even a TUI one) We nearly gave up, luckily we didn't and the day went as planned. TUI customer service was unavailable that early in the morning, very stressful start to what turned out to be a great day. Please communicate better TUI

Insgesamt hatten wir ein tolles Erlebnis und können den Ausflug weiterempfehlen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Organisation. Alles war perfekt geplant und strukturiert. Den Preis fanden wir zwar etwas hoch, dennoch war der Tag insgesamt sein Geld wert. Kritikpunkt: die Hektik und Stressige Zeit auf Santorini. Zu wenig Zeit in beiden Orten. Lieber nur einen Ort besuchen und dort diesen magischen Ort genießen können.

Je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme de notre guide. Il met son savoir auprès des vacanciers, ce qui rend très interessant les trajets en bus. Santorin est splendide surtout OIA. Le seul point négatif c’est de devoir reprendre le bus pour une autre ville ce qui rend l’excursion stressante niveau timing. Un bon guide comme nous l’avons eu + un temps plus long à OIA aurait été une excursion qualitative et moins stressant. Notons que la 2eme ville est bien mais moins conforme aux attendus…

Obiecujecie opiekę a nie ma jej praktycznie , przewodnik jest dopiero na wyspie i to podprowadza w jedno miejsce i jest czas wolny bardzo słabo wiedząc że jest mało czasu proponujecie wycieczkę na wulkany która jest beznadziejna nie ma miejsca na łodzi siedzi się byle jak byle gdzie i jak ktoś myśli że zobaczy wulkan z bliska to się myli . Ponadto przewodnicy proponują restauracje w który masz zjeść jak najszybciej i zwolnić stolik doliczają do rachunku dziwne kwoty co bądź .

Santorin reste l'incontournable Île des Cyclades à voir au moins une fois. Guide très sympathique qui nous a bien conseillés pour organiser notre visite de Oia. Grâce à lui, nous avons échappé à la foule et profité d'un bon repas à Fira ! Un bémol toutefois relatif à l'affluence massive et soudaine de touristes de plusieurs paquebots de croisière !!! 6 000 personnes qui débarquent d'un coup, ça gâche un peu la magie de cet endroit magnifique.

Klient pozostawiony sam sobie. Podjechał autobus, który wysadził ludzi w porcie. Starsze osoby nie wiedziały co robić, gdzie się udać. Podróż promem bardzo wysoki standard. Przewodnik zostawia Cię w danym mieście i musisz radzić sobie sam.

Alles sehr gut durch organisiert ! Es hat alles tadellos geklappt, von Abholung, Fähre und Verteilung in die entsprechenden Busse auf Santorini . Die Insel lebt vom Tourismus und das merkt man halt, in jeder Gasse Menschenmassen- aber es ist nun mal ein Hotspot. Schade ist, das due Zeit sehr begrenzt ist - in Oia , der stadt mut den blauen Kuppeln hätte ch gern mehr zeit verbracht, dafür in er 2. Stadt weniger. Aber wir haben uns die Kratertour mit dem Boot noch gegönnt und das war super !

No guide on coach transfer to the Port & driver did not speak English. It was chaotic coming off the coach as there was no one directing us where to go to catch the Seajet. Very disorganised & it was noted that some people became anxious as no one telling us what to do. We were handed a ticket with no. 20 on it by the driver as we got off the coach but with no understanding what this was for! The Driver when asked where we go just pointed one way & didn’t speak. A guide was definitely needed!

Die Ticketausgabe am Hafen von Rethymno war nicht besonders gut organisiert. Es gab ein Durcheinander am Ticketschalter, weil erst nicht klar war, wo man sich anstellen soll. Es war schön, dass wir Sitzplätze im Businessbereich (oben) des Katamarans hatten. Allerdings war es nicht einfach die Plätze zu finden. Die Toiletten und das gesamte Schiff waren sauber. Der Reiseleiter hat, in einem angemessen Rahmen, einige interessante Dinge erzählt. Man hatte viel eigene Zeit zum Erkunden der 2 Städte.

Ihan mukava päiväretki Kreetalta Santorinille. Lauttamatka oli mukava. Santorinillä ei varsinaisesti ollut paljon nähtävää ja aika Oiassa ja Firassa oli melko lyhyt. Isoin osa päivästä kuluu bussissa ja lautalla. Opas oli hieman ylimielinen.

Attention aux infos données à l achat des excursions pour Santorin, on nous a dit 1h30 de bateau alors que nous mis 2 h 40 une très grande différence, nous avons donc passé très peu de temps sur l île toujours au pas de courses. Beaucoup de gens déçus !

We verbleven in Rethymnon en werden met de bus opgehaald om naar de haven te gaan. De boot vertrok vanaf de haven daar dus het was slechts een paar minuten in de bus. De ferry ging soepel en is erg netjes. Santorini zelf is heel erg toeristisch (en dan zou het nu nog ‘rustig’) zijn. Eerste stadje hadden we ongeveer een uur, tweede stadje ongeveer 2,5 uur (tenzij je de vulkaan zou bekijken dan had je een uur/1,5 uur). Meer dan genoeg voor zo’n stadje. Leuke manier om Santorini te kunnen zien

Überteuerte Abzocke, null Improvisation um bei Sturzregen vielleicht den Tagesablauf etwas anzupassen. TUi Guide unflexibler Alt- Hippie der nur darauf bedacht war, sein Soll zu erfüllen. War nicht bereit, trotz sindflutartigem Sturzregen, bei dem wilde Flüsse den Berg herunter schossen, den Tagesablauf den Wetterbedingungen etwas anzupassen. Dadurch fast Null gesehen von den beiden Orten. Schade um unser Geld. Es war teuer für nichts. Ich empfehle es keinem weiter !

Die geführte Tour auf Santorini war gut. Agathe hat uns viel erzählt. Allerdings hatten wir uns vor Ort in den Dörfern erhofft, dass die Führung länger dauert als nur bis zu einem Treffpunkt. Auch wenn wir wussten, dass wir Freizeit bekommen. Die Fahrt mit dem Speedboot sollte man nicht unterschätzen. Die Hinfahrt verlief ruhig. Auf der Rückfahrt war ordentlich Wellengang. Für einen schwachen Magen kann das zu einem unangenehmen Ende führen.

Négatif: - arrivée du bus à 5h50 au lieu de 5h20. J'étais sur le point d'abandonner quand il est arrivé + réflexion désagréable du convoyeur face à mon mécontentement. - la météo pas top, surtout la tempête en mer au retour, très effrayante et désagréable. Personne n'en est responsable mais je trouve que le personnel du bateau aurait pu nous en prévenir. - pas de repas prévu: dommage.. Positif: organisation très efficace, très bon et intéressant guide en frança

Pani Iwona, która była przewodnikiem wycieczki była wspaniała. Opowiadała różne ciekawe informacje i historie związane z wyspą. Podczas czasu wolnego, także można było liczyć na pomoc w formie polecenia atrakcji, miejsc na zdjęcia czy restauracji z lokalnymi specjałami. Wycieczka przebiegła w miłej atmosferze.

If you can get to Santorini any other way than seajet from Rethymno then take it. 3hr ferry ride was horrendous and should come with a warning and an advisory to take sea sickness tablets. I don’t exaggerate when I say over two thirds of the people travelling were vomiting for the full 3hrs the sound and smell was terrible. Arriving at Santorini you were herded off the ferry.Santorini it’s self is stunning but not enough time to fully appreciate it then back for another 3hrs of the same

The SeaJet boat service really needs to come with a warning of sea sickness. On both trips many people were vomiting to such an extent sick bags were being handed out on rotation! Please include a warning to ensure people take seasick tablets prior to boarding. We feel this massively hampered our trip to the island

Man muss wissen, dass die Fähren Überfahrt sehr schaukelig ist und sollte den absoluten Massentourismus ankündigen. Die Aussicht und die Fotos entschädigen aber für alles und unser Reiseleiter Bruno war sensationell

De bus die ons op kwam halen was 20 minuten te laat. Er kon geen gedag van af. De bus kwam in de haven, stopte en zei verder niets. We moesten verder door de haven naar de boot lopen. Dan lange rijen voor het afhalen van een ticket. Op Santorini hadden we reisleidster. Slecht Engels en soms niet te volgen. Ze wist ons gelijk naar restaurants te brengen waar ze waarschijnlijk commissie voor krijgt. Veel te druk ondanks naseizoen. Voetje voor voetje door de straatjes lopen. Eind september.

Service minimum sur le ferry. Aucune info en français. 1 seule personne au service bar. La vidéo en boucle Sur les animaux pourrait être remplacée par des infos sur Santorin en plusieurs langues. Trop peu de temps de visite sur l'île par rapport au temps de transport. Affluence touristique démesurée. Trop de différences entre les classes sociales sur le ferry notamment. Peu de respect de la part de certains touristes pour les photos surtout. Je ne conseillerai pas cette excursion.

L'organisation est très bien faite, le bateau de transfert est très moderne et très propre. Bien sur tout est long, pour embarquer et débarquer, du fait qu'il y a énormément de touristes. L'ambiance syrtaki au retour a mis de l'animationn c'était très bien.....

Die Überfahrt war mit einer Fähre und nicht mit einem Katamaran. Man konnte nie raus auf Deck, so brsucht es weder Jacke noch Hut. Die Insel Santorini war sehr schön, jedoch war kein Durchkommen, wenn 20 Cars gleichzeitig an den gleichen Ort fahren. Idealer wäre, die Hälfte zuerst nach Oia und die Anderen zuerst nach Thira. Wäre ein Vorschlag!! Den Pass mussten wir nie zeigen, also auch nicht notwendig zum Mitnehmen.

Bewertung: Enttäuschend – nicht empfehlenswert Wir haben den Santorini-Ausflug bei einer TUI-Beraterin für 4 Personen gebucht und über 700 € bezahlt. Leider entsprach das Erlebnis überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die meiste Zeit des Tages verbrachten wir im Schiff und im Bus (ca. 9 Stunden reine Fahrtzeit). In Oia hatten wir nur 1 Stunde 15 Minuten Aufenthalt – Es gab keinerlei genaue Erklärung zum Ablauf der Tour du wir diese Information vorher gehabt, hätten wir den Ausflug nie gebucht.

Atrakcji nie polecam dla lokalizacji spoza portu wyplyniecia. Czas podrózy dominuje reszte. Bardzo malo czasu na miejscu, zwlaszcza w Oia- co przy aktualnych tlumach sprowadza czas w miasteczku do gonitwy za zdjeciem. Santorini zdecydowanie warte odwiedzenia, piekne widoki, urokliwe uliczki, ale zeby docenic miejsce potrzebny jest czas ….

Czas zwiedzania Oia byl zbyt krótki, nie zdazylismy zobaczyc wiekszej czesci atrakcji w miasteczku, godzina na zwiedzanie to stanowczo za malo, natomiast czas w Fira zdecydowanie za dlugi, przewodnik sympatyczny ale nie przekazala konkretów zwiedzanych miejsc. Niestety jestesmy bardzo zawiedzeni.

The pick up was great. The tour guide on Santorini talked too much and eas very teacher like. The seajet was excellent, however if we had been informed that you had to pay extra to go on the top outside deck before we went on the trip, yhen we would have paid it. Organisation au top ,un peu de stress au début mais vite dissipé. Guide (Marco) très compétant vous avez une valeur très sûr, je recommanderai la visite à des amis . Wycieczka atrakcyjna, czasu wolnego malo, ale inaczej sie nie da bo trzeba zdazyc na powrotny prom na 17 do portu. Santorini w pigulce, ludzi tlum. Zwiedzanie 2 miast Fira i Oia. Mario (Polo) a été un guide adorable , attentionné et très marrant. Mais comme il fallait s’en douter , sites trop touristiques . Il fallait faire 15mn de queue pour pouvoir prendre des photos. On a même assisté à une dispute entre touristes . Le temps de visite sur le 1er site (Oia) est trop court malheureusement . Par contre l’île est magnifique avec un panorama à couper le souffle . Le personnel à bord du bateau désagréable au possible dommage …

Santorini is for sure an amazing destination. No doubt about it. However, it was above and beyond crowded. In my opinion it should not be offered as a day tour. You would be in total 5 hours sailing 1.5 hours driving by bus 3 hours visiting Santorini spots Means 6.5 hours on the road for 3 hours in haste visit which is not inexpensive. I would only plan 2 day tours or would stop offering it in over crowded season

Die Tour an sich ist super, Santorini ist überfüllt, aber das wussten wir. Reiseleiterin Pia ist sehr nett und erzählt viel Praktisches. Top! Was man verbessern könnte: Auf dem Rückweg von der Fähre mit dem Bus zum Hotel wurden die Haltestellen durch Busfahrer nicht angesagt, jeder musste erkennen, wo er raus muss. Wir sind das erste Mal in diese Richtung gefahren und sollen trotzdem gleich wissen, wo wir aussteigen müssen. Das war nicht gut. Sonst gute Tour!

Morgens eine halbe Stunde Verspätung ohne sich zu entschuldigen,vor Ort in Santorini musste direkt der Bus getauscht werden weil das Mikrofon nicht ging . Dann hatten wir die Vulkan Tour gebucht und mussten über eine halbe Stunde in der prallen Sonne warten auf das Schiff ( haben jetzt heftigen Sonnenbrand ). Allgemein war die Organisation eine Katastrophe.

Kupujac wycieczke mnie i jedno dziecko dano do autobusu angielskojezycznego a maz z drugim dzieckiem byl w autobusie polskojezycznym. Bardzo nam sie to nie podobalo. Na szczescie przewodniczka Stella pomogla nam znalezc sie w jednym autobusie. Nie poinformowano nas tez ze rejs trwa prawie 3 h i nie moglismy przygotowac sie na chorobe morska zazywajac odpowiednie leki. Na szczescie przewodniczka pomogla nam i w tym temacie. Rejs powrotny dzieki temu byl juz ok.

Sehr gefallen hat uns das Ziel. Die Abholung und die Organisation insgesamt waren sehr gut. Nicht gefallen hat uns die Schifffahrt. Hier wurden uns von unserem TUI-Mitarbeiter Sitzplätze im VIP-Bereich versprochen. Stattdessen saßen wir im Economy-Bereich (auf der Hinfahrt vorne ohne Fenster). Betreten des Außendecks war verboten.

Viel zu wenig Zeit, um Oia und Fira zu besuchen. Der Ausflug zum Baden war gute Entscheidung. Den, in Fira angekommen, haben wir die Tomatenköfte gegessen und gerademal geschafft zurück zum Bus zu kommen (zwei Minuten vor gepl. Abfahrt). Alle die, die Reise organisiert haben, waren großartig! Sehr professionell. Es tut mir Leid, dass ich Bruno einwenig Kopzerbrechen gemacht habe, da ich eher das richtige Bus als ihn selbst gefunden habe - er hat es aber wirklich toll erklärt!! Ein schöner Tag!

Brak transferu z hotelu, bardzo malo czasu zeby cokolwiek zobaczyc: 1godz w oia i 2,5 godz w fira. Reszta wycieczki to transport. Niektórzy, którzy pojechali na dodatkowo platna wycieczke na wulkan mieli jeszcze mniej czasu. Do Oia przybylo ok 25 autokarów ludzi, w porcie 4 wielkie statki pasazerskie. Nie dalo sie isc chodnikiem który miescil dwie osoby. Bylo za malo czasu zeby zrobic zdjecie przy niebieskich domkach. Planowane przybycie autokaru 5:30, przyjechal 6:45. Brak informacji o zmianie

Der manglede generel information om de mange skift fra bus til færge og retur. Folk var venlige og alt gik fint, guiden Bruno på santorini var fantastisk. Meget lang transporttid, presset program, men nok svært at gøre anderledes. Havde drømt om en indlagt badetur, som ikke kostede ekstra.

Die Abholung mit dem Bus, das Einchecken auf dem Superjet, die Führung auf Santorini durch Pia mit ihren Tipps- alles eine Schulnote 1* Nur sollte der Ablauf etwas angepasst werden. Die Zeit in Ia war deutlich zu kurz und die in Fira zu lang....der Preis mit 185€ unserer Ansicht nach hoch angesetzt, dafür dass es keinen Imbiss gab. Vielleicht einen Stop mit typisch kretisch/griechisch/santorini Snack mit Getränk einfügen?! Viel Erfolg weiterhin!

TUI nie dotrzymalo warunków umowy. Musialem na wlasny sposób i koszt dotrzec z hotelu do portu i z portu w miejscowosci Rethymnon. Pod opieka TUI bylem tylko na Santorini. Jag tycker guiden var supertrevlig, men det var för stressigt på stoppen. Min familj och jag hade hellre varit på ett stopp i 4-5 timmar istället för att vara 1,5 timme på första stoppet och 2,5 timme på andra. Det är inte tillräckligt med tid, och dessutom har båda stoppen väldigt lika varandra och jag vet att många höll med om att det var för kort tid. Då kändes det synd att man betalat så mycket! Bättre med ett ställe att faktiskt hinna gå runt på

Super organisierter Ausflug. Der Transfer lief reibungslos, die Speedfähre war auch sehr angenehm und jeder hatte fest reservierte Plätze inkl. einem Kaffee. Auf den Ticket befanden sich auch bereits die Busnummern für Santorini. Unser Guide Bruno war einfach Spitze. Er hat uns viel über die Insel erzählt und uns Tipps gegeben, z..B. dass man die leckeren Tomatenfrikadellen probieren sollte. Klar war, dass dies eine typische Touri Tour wird, die sich dennoch lohnt. Mütze und viel trinken!

Podróz na wyspe Santorini byla naprawde wspaniala! Jedyna rzecz, która chcialabym dodac — to fakt, ze podczas rejsu promem na Santorini nie mozna bylo wychodzic na poklad. Santorini ist traumhaft schön, leider aber auch überlaufen. Wie das erst in der Hauptsaison aussieht, mag man sich nicht vorstellen. Der Guide Tassos wusste sehr viel Interessantes zu erzählen und tat dies durchaus witzig und sehr sympathisch. Der Katamaran ist gigantisch und schnell. Wie gesagt, man bekam vorab an der Fähre keine Infos. Dann wie die Schafe an Bord geführt. Auf Santorin war die Hölle los. 25 oder mehr Buße, tausende Touristen, kein Platz und übervoll. Durch die Wartezeiten auf Nachzügler, keine Zeit mehr für einen interessanten Rundgang gehabt. Ärgerlich, und total überteuert war diese Tour. Die Einheimischen haben die Gäste verlacht.

Gut gefallen, und den muss man wirklich in den Himmel loben, hat uns der TourGuide. Das war jedoch so ziemlich das einzige. Nicht gut gefallen hat die Bootstour (warm anziehen, Klima läuft für 2 1/2 Stunden auf 16 Grad), die viel zu Überlaufenden Städte. Man konnte nichtmal schöne Fotos von der Gegend machen. Und der Preis, ebenfalls für diesen Ausflug viel zu hoch. Preislich wahrscheinlich nur so hoch, wegen dem Boot. Gesehen haben wollten wir es, wiederholen werden wir es nicht.

It was a long, long journey & we were often left to our own devices! I wanted to see Santorini & as a single,older person was prepared to pay what was required for the experience. However I do feel it was quite overpriced. I went to Loutru a day after & that was really good, readonably priced & had a lovely lunch included too!!

Leider ist die Insel sehr überfüllt mit Tagesgästen. Das Ambiente der Insel entschädigt dieses aber. Die Reiseleiterin war sehr informativ, hat aber eine Location empfohlen die kein vernünftiges Preis / Leistungsverhältnis angeboten hat. Es war das erste Lokal nach dem verlassen des Busses. Ein paar Schritte weiter gab deutlich bessere Alternativen.

Transfers were fine, ferry was fine, guide and transfers fine. Santorini was too crowded, both places. 4 cruise ships in port meant it was nigh on impossible to move around with ease, taking photos was a battle. My advice would be to warn passengers prior to booking in order for other choices to be made, or to offer an overnight stay (or two).

Insgesamt ein interessanter Ausflug. Allerdings sollte man die Teilnehmer doch deutlich auf die Lange an und Abreise hinweisen (die ja nicht zu ändern ist). Ansonsten waren die Busse relativ warm. Unsere Reiseleitung war sehr freundlich und gut informiert. Außerdem wurde hier nicht nur ein „Programm“ abgespielt.

Befindet man sich in Santorini es es ein schöner einmaliger Ausflug, die Fahrt nach Santorini ist jedoch etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die schlechte Beschreibung des Abholortes und des Ticketserhaltes in Verbindung mit Verspätunge des Buses maxht die Reise unsicher. Die Fahrt mir der Fähre sollte nur bei geringen Seegang angetreten werden(beachte Wind ->Reise 24h zuvor stonierbar), da man sich auf hoher See befindet und der Ausflug zur qual. Die Reisefüherin ist sehr nett

Ett fantastiskt ställe att besöka, men det kan vara mycket folk, så det gäller att kämpa sig fram. Många verkar åka dit för att ta bilder på eller med Santorini-touren, men det är inte alltid möjligt. En yngre guide hade varit att föredra istället för en äldre man på 70 år. Observera också att det inte går att betala med kort överallt; kontanter behövdes för att betala entrén till toaletten.

Santorini was beautiful, but totally overcrowded and we did not have enough time to relax and enjoy the island. The ratio of time travelling to the time spent on the island was very disappointing. We couldn't recommend this trip as good value for money. Santorini was one of the places on our bucket list and sadly we had a poor experience.

Noudon kanssa oli ongelmia. Jouduin lopulta ottaa taksin, joka ajoi mieletöntä vauhtia bussin kiinni ja pääsin lopult bussiin. Sanoisin erittäin painokkaasti, että noutopaikan OSOITE on EHDOTTOMASTI luettava kuitissa. Tilasin retken netin kautta joten olin todella vähäisen tiedon varassa. Lisäksi noin -aikataulu koko retkelle olisi kiva tietää etukäteen. Nyt oli ainoastaan tiedossa noutoaika ja matkan kesto 8h joka ei siis pidä paikkaansa.

Für den Preis hatten wir leider nur sehr wenig Zeit um uns in den beiden Städten aufzuhalten. Jeweils eine Stunde ist einfach zu wenig, wenn man bedenkt, dass man rund 14 Stunden für den Ausflug unterwegs ist. In Oia wurde man nur durch die Gassen „geschoben“ weil so viel los war.

The bus collecting us in the morning was 30 minutes late. In the end it was fine as there was enough time to makw it to the boat to Santorini. The Greek guide on Santorini was great, perfect English and the lecture given was very interesting on history of the island as well as giving us the practical notes like dicections, food and toilets. I wish there was more time for each city, I kept constantly checking my watch to not be late back at the bus.

Well organised at the port to collect ferry tickets. Ferry crossing was very rough with a lot of people being sick. Rep could have suggested taking anti sickness tablet beforehand which tour guide did for return trip and we were fine. 6 hours of travelling for 2 x 90 mins stops in Santorini which was very crowded. Alles hat super geklappt. Speedboot fahren war ein Erlebnis! In Oia hatten wir 90 Minuten um den Ort zu erkunden. Es war so voll. Unglaublich. Viel zu wenig Zeit! In Fari sollten es 3 Stunden Aufenthalt sein. Das war auch weniger und dann wieder in den Bus und ins Speedboot. Von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang unterwegs und von den Sorten nicht viel gesehen leider.

Fantastisk guide. Nydelige Santorini med vakre bygninger, lyset og god service i butikker og restauranter. Profesjonelt og omsorgsfullt mannskap på båten over, da nesten 50% av passasjerene ble sjøsyk. Det negative var kort egentid i hver by. Dårlig trafikk logistikk med køer, mye trafikk og mange busser det egentlig ikke var plass til av/ på stigning. Vi betalte over 4000 kr for turen og skulle ønsket oss mer tid på reisemålet. Men totalt en fin opplevelse.

Gefallen hat uns nicht der kalte Luftstrom über 3 h auf der Fähre. Die angegebene Ausflugsdauer von 8 h war mit über 12 h zu lange. Für die Besichtigung der einzelnen Orte war die Zeit zu kurz. Super war der Busfahrer und der Reiseleiter.

Utflykten var bra organiserad. All personal gjorde mycket bra ifrån sig. Vi hade en väldigt bra guid. Det som var mindre bra att det är inte så mycket tid man har på själva ön så det blir ganska stressigt, man önskar att man hade mer tid att se de två fina byar Oja och Fira för att de är verkligen fantastiska. Det är värd att besöka Santorini, vilken fantastisk ställe.

Santorini is just like the numerous photo’s we have all seen. A definite place to cross off the bucket list. My kids (9 and 12) were also highly impressed with the trip to Santorini. Unfortunately some passengers were late onto the bus so we lost time on our scheduled second stop. My view is if people are late to the scheduled departure time, the bus should go without them. We shouldn’t lose time because others are too self-absorbed.

Als je t op voorhand boekt krijg je geen meldingen in de Tui app. Je moet dus je mails in t oog houden wat jammer is op vakantie. Wij hadden zo pas enkele uren op voorhand gezien dat ze gecanceld was. Doordat we op´´ andere dag moesten gaan, was heel onze planning overhoop. Santorini is mooi maar je moet gewoon de hitte en de massa negeren. Onze gids was fantastisch! Heel veel interessante informatie!

Massentourismus mit extrem überlasteten und dem nach unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern am Ticketschalter, auf dem Boot, der Guide als auch der Busfahrer. Der Kontakt zu den TUI Mitarbeitern waren zu jeder Zeit und bei jeder Frage schnell, hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich.

Op we bevestiging stond pickup aan het hotel om 4u55, de bus was er pas om 7u. De boottocht duurt 2u45 enkel dus een groot deel van de dag op de boot. In Oia ben je nog geen anderhalf uur en in Fira 2u en daar moet je ook nog eten ( je kan op de boot ook kiezen voor een snorkeltocht met piratenschip naar krater, wat heel leuk was, we wisten dit wel niet op voorhand, dus snorkelen gebeurde in lingerie). Het was op zich allemaal mooi, maar veel te lange dag voor de korte periode in de stadjes.

Zeer goede gids met duidelijke informatie. Wel lastige uitstap. Was zeer druk in Santorini. Waardoor het busvervoer lang duurde en er een grote chaos was op het einde om gids en bussen terug te vinden. Ook heel lang op de bus zitten van hotel naar haven en dan nog eens 2 uren varen. Kortom 4 u naar santorini. 4 uren terug en 3u in santorini.

For 6hours travelling(3hour boat ride one way) you actually only get less than 3hours on Santorini. The village of Oia is so overcrowded its hard to actually enjoy the little time you get there.We were glad we got to see the beautiful scenery and blue domes, but wish we had a more time to explore.Felt the trip was extremely overpriced for what you actually get.

The coach was late in the morning, the boat was very unstable that all the people on the boat were losing balance when walking to the toilet and had to grab everything so they didn’t fall ! Was expecting the boat to be more stable for its size ! When we arrived to the ticket office the bus just stopped and gave us no information we’re to go , we all got out and it was very confusing with long queues and no signs for Tui ! When returning every bus was there except for ours bus H , waited 40 minut

On our way there the boat was late more than 1,5 hour and info was not delivered because of broken systémom something like that. So from while day trio we spent almost 8 hours on boat, maybe 4 hours in buses and waiting. For whole sightseeing we got only 2x70 minutes counting also time for lunch! I was there with 2 70-years pls parents, which are not that fast. Guide and also other staff was very friendly and helpful

Lige siden jeg så Jacques-Yves Cousteau dykkerture ved Santorini i tv, har jeg ønsket at besøge øen. På sådan en dagstur, når man jo kun at se en lille flig, så nu ønsker jeg at gense Santorini over flere dage, hvor jeg har mulighed for at fordybe mig. Pick-up tiden blev ændret fra 6.45 til 4.55. Nåede lige færgen 8.00. Vist modtaget af en TUI-guide, der sagde noget på fremmedsprog. Meget lang sejltur på meget kedelig færge forlænget som følge af redningsaktion for lystsejler. Ikke TUIs skyld. Guiden på Santorini var karismatisk, vidende og underholdende. Nåede først hjem lige inden midnat efter at være sat af bussen langt fra hotel/pick-up sted. Ville ikke have taget turen hvis vi forinden var blevet oplyst om længden på bus- og sejltur.

Ausflug per App gebucht, wir sind sehr verärgert dass ein falscher Abfahrtort angegeben wurde!!!! Nur durch telefonische Information anderer Hotelgäste hat der Bus am richtigen Abfahrtsort auf uns gewartet!!! Noch einen Tag zuvor hatten wir eine Bestätigungsmail über die Richtigkeit des in der App genannten Ortes erhalten, da würden wir heute noch stehen und auf Abholung warten …. Sehr sehr schlecht !!!

Great day. Santorini really is breathtaking & should be on everyones bucket list however the travelling is a hard slog & true travel times isnt upfront & honest on the booking system. Confirmation says the day is 8hrs however like previous reviews, ours lasted 17hrs. Picked up at 5:20 & 1.5hrs to port followed by 3hrs on boat each way. No TUI staff on board & no communication from on board crew until it was time to dock. Great trip if you dont mind the travel.

The organisation was very good and the guide was very good. We were taken to both Oli and Fira. The both places are extremely crowded and very similar from a visitor’s point of view. Personally I would visit only one of them and then either visit the volcano or had a swim on the beach. As I was buying the extension online, I didn’t have a choice of seats on a seajet or additional selection of the travel around the island. It came into the conversation with the guide, but it was late.

Sehr gut war der Besuch in Oia, sowie die Erklärung des Tour-Guides während der Busfahrt. Was wir nicht so toll fanden, war die vom Tourguide hoch angepriesene Taverne, die uns Brot in Rechnung gestellt hat, welches wir nicht bestellt hatten. Und wirklich gut geschmeckt hat es in der Taverne auch nicht.

Schitterende ervaring was het Santorini raad ik iedereen aan, was goed georganiseerd. Maar wij vonden het wel heel duur dik € 200 pp. Lokaal in Rhetymon werd ons deze dag tocht aangeboden voor €160 pp ook inc, bus en gids en overtocht.

Wie er komt voor de witte huisjes met blauwe daken krijgt n teleurstelling. 12 jr geleden mochten de mensen zelf beslissen in welke kleur ze hun huisje verfde. 7h sur le bateau dans la même journée c'est beaucoup trop, on avait extrêmement froid tellement la clim était forte. Au final 1h30 à Oia et 2h à Fira (il faut y déjeuner donc le temps de visite est réduit) c'est très court et la visite est libre dans les 2 villes donc on ne sait pas trop où aller. Lever à 6h du matin pour faire le tour des hôtels en car, puis retour vers 21h30 à l'hôtel, très grosse journée! Prix: beaucoup plus cher par tui que la concurrence pour exactement la même excursion.

Keine genauen Infos bzgl. Busabholung von Tui trotz mehrmaligen Anfragen. Die Fahrzeit der Fähre wird mit 2,5 Stunden angegeben- das stimmt nicht, sowohl Hin- als auch Rückweg haben 3h 20min gedauert. Anstellen vor Bus in Santorini zwischen eng geparkten Bussen mit laufendem Motor und Abgasen. Durch um 1 Stunde längere Fahrzeit blieb an Zeit in Oia: 1 Stunde, 10 Min und in Fira 1 Stunde 45 Minuten. Die Orte sind komplett überfüllt, überall Gedränge, Touristenabzocke. Hat sich nicht gelohnt.

The not-queing process at Rethimno was ridiculous, disorganised 'bun fight'. 2 hour delay for the boat with no explanation. Limited cafe facilities on outgoing journey. Had a good amount of time in each of the listed areas. Guide was informative. Due to delay of boat, trip was delayed. Guide advised us to get food at 2nd stop off, which we duly did. Boat offered free food on return journey as apology for 2 hour delay, not required as we'd been told to eat at 2nd stop! Got back late. :(

Gut organisierter Ausflug. Ohne das scheinbar übliche Chaos, was man sonst so liest. Leider ein sehr langer Ausflug mit über 13 Stunden. Der Katamaran braucht mindestens 3 Stunden pro Richtung und ist gerne mal später unterwegs auf der Rückfahrt. Schöne Städte, die man sich ansieht. Oia und Fira lohnen sich schon. Leider ist es sehr überlaufen, weil diverse Kreuzfahrtschiffe vor Santorin liegen und alle die identische Route auf der Insel fahren. Man muss die Massen mögen.

Es war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Santorini ist ein echtes Erlebnis man sollte es auf jeden Fall gesehen haben. Für die vielen Touristen kann keiner etwas. Obwohl es sehr stressig war und wir 16 Stunden von bali unterwegs waren würde ich es immer wieder buchen. Als Anregung hatte ich nur zu bemängeln das ich es dich gerne gewusst hätte das es solange dauert. Es waren auch Kleine Kinder mit wo ich mir denke die Eltern hätten den Ausflug nicht gebucht wenn sie die Dauer gewusst hätten.

Santorin ist einfach traumhaft, der Guide war professionell, die Informationen interessant und die organisatorischen Abläufe haben gut geklappt. Die zeitlichen Angaben in den Buchungsinformationen sind allerdings völlig unrealistisch: Angesicht von 6-7 Stunden Fährfahrt, Anreisedauer zum Hafen mit 1-2 Std. sowie einer Aufenthaltszeit von ca. 6 Std. auf der Insel war der Ausflugstag mal doppelt so lang wie angegeben.

Vanaf het hotel werden we opgehaald met een bus die ons naar de haven bracht. Eenmaal bij de haven werden we niet opgevangen en verdwenen we in een enorme mensenmassa. We hadden niet zo’n grootschalige tour verwacht. De plaatsjes op Santorini waren VEEL te druk en toeristisch. We waren heel blij dat we weer in de bus zaten. Op de terugweg hadden we een enorme vertraging van 1,5 uur terwijl de zee heel rustig was in vergelijking met de ochtend. De tour voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen helaas.

Santorini itself was beautiful, and I'm glad I did it despite the hassles. Having said that, 6 hours on a boat is a long time in one day and the amount of time hadn't been communicated to me. It would have been nice if the boat had a bigger outdoor area with proper seating. The guides were below average compared with other tours and weren't very organised re what buses to get on etc. But it is Santorini so it's worth it for the staple destination

Insgesamt eine sehr gute Organisation des Ausfluges. Angefangen vom Transfer zur Fähre, den Kartenerhalt bei der Abfahrt in Rethymnon und der Bustour auf Santorin, sowie dem ganzen Rückweg. . Ohne die gebuchte Bustour auf Santorin hätten wir nicht soviel von der Insel gesehen. Hier gilt ein besonderer Dank Bruno unserem Guide für tolle Informationen und unserem Busfahrer für die wirklich sichere Fahrt über die Insel ??. Nur in der Fähre herrschten sehr kalte Temperaturen. Apart from the flight delay + landing at another airport, the holiday was excellent & the Tui rep was brilliant. The trip to Santorini with Tui was very well organised. Our only issue was that due to being delayed, changing airports and then waiting for a coach and other flights to land we left our bag on the coach. This contained aftershave, perfume, medication and AirPods. We only managed to get this back on our return flight and one of the aftershaves was missing.

Wurden pünktlichst um 06:00 abgeholt, top organisiert, man fühlt sich keinen Moment alleingelassen. Infos auf der Fähre über den weiteren Verlauf sehr gut (in mehreren Sprachen). Guide im Bus auf Santorini sehr professionell und informativ. Ankunft im Hotel 21:00. Tag war lang aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Gut organisierter Ausflug mit netter deutschsprachiger Reisebegleitung. Man erfährt viel über die Geschichte der Insel. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten um beeindruckende Fotos zu machen. Leider besteht ein massiver Tourismus, auch durch die Kreuzfahrtschiffe, die hier ein Stopp einlegen.

Architektur der gesamten weitläufigen Anlage ist eine Wohltat für Augen und Sinne. Service und Sicherheit in allen Abteilungen und im weitläufigen Garten-, Strand- und Außenbereich ist ausgezeichnet und bei Bedarf stets präsent. Zu empfehlen ist eine Junior-Suite mit großem Balkon und direktem Meerblick. Der Poolbereich ist eine Klasse für sich. Auch der direkt angrenzende hoteleigene Strandabschnitt ist mit Liegen, Badetüchern, Strandbar und sehr aufmerksamen Hotelpersonal sehr gut ausgestattet. Speiseangebot im Büffet- und Restaurantbereich auf extrem hohen Niveau, auch was die Art der Präsentation und Betreuung angeht. Sehr wohltuend auch die gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme unter den Gästen; ausgesprochen geringer Lärmpegel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht völlig in Ordnung. Ebenso die Auszeichnung mit 5 Sternen.
