We weren't told it had been cancelled until the afternoon of the event - and only then when we managed to get hold of the rep to ask about the pick up arrangements. There could at least have been an email or something on the hotel notice board. Very disappointed and will be expecting a refund soonest.

Excellent guide with a good sense of humour and he understands British humour too and overall a great evening. Transport was good. Had a good table near the front, sat with a Swedish couple. Staff were attentive to serve us but not overly pushy for selling drinks. Band played a mixture of international hits and were very good. Dancers and the show was excellent, evening rounded off with dancing. Great evening would heartily recommend.

We were under the impression that all soft drinks were free all evening but alcoholic drinks and specialty drinks were available at an extra cost however this was not the case - the first soft drink was free and every other drink going forward needed to be paid for. Every other person who had booked this excursion through TUI was of the same opinion so TUI need to clarify this in their 'What's included' information in the confirmation email they send out on booking this excursion.

The entertainment was top class and highly enjoyable. The food was OK but no better than that and no choice given except for allergies or vegans but not by choice. The staff were welcoming and the transfer efficient. Very good night but with better food would have been outstanding.

This trip was great in every respect. I give it 5 stars. however i have given previous reviews with TUI and they have been distorted. I have given bad reviews on other trips but not correctly displayed. This one was great but don't be mislead. Looked at the 1 star and don't ignore.

We had a great night out at Khans tent. Everything ran smoothly from pick up to return journey. The food provided was very nice and very well presented. The show and band was great. Drinks were not expensive. The only negative was the toilet facilities which were down a spiral staircase totally impossible for anyone with mobility issues like myself. The disabled toilet was a portaloo in the carpark with no lights. Not exceptable at all. Needs addressing immediately.

The performance was only an hour long and the variety of performers was limited. The food was not good and we went hungry and drinks were so expensive we had to make our one soft drink last the whole night. The scenery was beautiful and the band was great but have seen better performances at a circus at home for less money than what we spent to go here. The seating meant my child couldn't see very much and he had to kneel up on his chair to see anything. A lot of waiting around for show to start

Very unhappy and registered my complaint with my local TUI rep however no-one even came back to me. We were collected at 6.30pm, it was 15 mins down the road and the show didn't start until 10am. 3 hours to have children sitting and trying to keep them entertained (without knowing) was not expected and I ended up spending 45 leva on a taxi to get back to the hotel. My daughter was in floods of tears; worst evening of the holiday.

Khans tent was a fantastic experience, the venue was beautiful with great views, friendly and accommodating staff, delicious and well presented food and a variety of entertaining acts. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of the entertainment with the acrobatic acts being our favourite. The band playing was also exceptional. Attending as a large group of seven we had hoped for a slightly bigger table for more space and printed vouchers would of been preferable as one of us didn't receive via email.

The coach picked us up early and got us to the venue accordingly early too. They started serving immediately, leading to long breaks between courses. The starter was good (and went well with the shot of rakia served alongside). the rest was good too. Entertainment well done, live band excellent.

The whole evening was very enjoyable, from start to finish the staff were polite and attentive. It started by being greeted at the door with a glass of ?? then shown to out table where a bottle of sprite, and local liqueur were waiting. The four course meal was really tasty. The band playing all through the meal we're really good. The entertainment was a good mixed variety Finishing off with the band playing a great mixture of songs to dance to. I'd definitely recommend this trip.

We went to Khan's Tent 7 years when we last visited Bulgaria and stayed in Obzor. This time we stayed in Sunny Beach and thought we would go again and see if it was just as good as before, and it was. Good atmosphere, nice food, good service and professional acts. Very enjoyable ????

Thi was one of the best evenings me and my partner has been on. From word go it was magical and spectacular and will leave you absolutely astonished 10/10 from us. The only downfall was the buss rep did miss our stop on the way home ad wanted us to get off the bus miles from our hotel but after a little talk they took us home

I was told food and drink were included, however when i got there it turn out only one drink was included. I didn't take much cash as I didn't think we would need it. Thankfully I was able to pay with Google pay. The drinks were reasonable price so paying was the problem it was not being informed.

Beliggenheten og show var veldig bra. Vi fikk bord nede på gulvet og det var til tider dårlig sikt. Forrett og dessert var veldig bra. Hovedrett var kylling som var tørr og stekt ihjel. Andre som ikke hadde bestilt via reiseoperatør fikk deilig biff på spyd, flambert ved bordet og vi snakket med noen som sa det var veldig bra mat. Alt i alt en fin opplevelse, men maten var ikke noe å skryte av.

After reading some reviews we were a little apprehensive, but what an experience this was. One we will remember from our holiday. I highly recommend this excursion the views were awesome. We were a group of six. 3 adults and 3 children (aged 15, 12 and 10). The app made me pay for anyone 12 and over as an adult. This makes no sense. We arrived and the staff were offering a 12 and 15 year old an alcoholic drink. You need to change the booking options on the app to be more age appropriate. Beside the above it also resulted me overpaying for 2 tickets.

Our favourite evening on our holiday. Went as a family, we all thoroughly enjoyed the whole night. Pick up was smooth & on time. Our tui guide Ashley on the night was informative on what to expect. Was inviting on arrival, food was lovely, band was great, the acts were fantastic & we were well looked after all night I would definitely recommend. Also great value for money.

Fantastic night. We were looked after. Easy pickup and drop off. When we arrived we were seated at our table and drinks were there already for the kids as well as prosecco and bulgarian raki for adults. We then proceeding for photos and dinner was lovely!. The show fantastic!. You must try!.

By far the best night in sunny beach, the acts, house band and the service staff are exceptional and you will not be disappointed with your evenings entertainment. The only gripe is over the years you get less for your money, this time only a bottle of sprite, a shot of raki and a glass of champagne on arrival was included in the price, in previous you had so much more and at 6.50 lev a pint it is one of the more expensive. Still a great night regardless but bring extra cash for drinks.

Wouldn't recommend for young families, fine for adults. Entertainment started very late at 10pm (as a way to get you to pay for more drink I think; was pitch black outside so couldn't do much else whilst waiting post-food) so 2 kids were already asleep & we had to pay for a taxi back because we couldn't wait for the free coach, which left very late. Some acts very good (some basic) but we had a rear table so hard to see properly. Most food not geared for kids, only the main of nuggets and chips.

I was worried about the set menu with picky eaters but it was lovely. Getting drinks (alcohol) wasn’t easy and they tried to use a seat we’d paid for yet son didn’t come (and put strangers on our table). This caused frustration as we weren’t able to get our money back for my son. After a debate of which I didn’t want they left us with the seat. Great entertainment and a lovely evening though.

The 2 of us we were given our own table which was nice. The live band were amazing. I enjoyed the starter but my daughter doesn’t eat cucumbers and isn’t keen on tomatoes so not the best for her. The rest of the meal was nice, although I was jealous of tables around us choosing lots of other lovely food! The show itself was really good and varied which I wasn’t expecting but really enjoyed. It did say soft drinks included so I was expecting more than 1 each! Overall great evening

Great family evening out. The food was traditional Bulgarian food and was very nice, waiter service was excellent and very friendly. The show itself was brilliant, we were expecting something a little more 'Bulgarian' with the music and dancing but nevertheless it was all very good. Would definitely recommend.

Food overall was nice and the performers did a great job. But, I didn’t like how our party shared a small table with another party - they were nice but wanted to drink a lot, we didn’t, and we didn’t have a lot in common; it was awkward and didn’t really work. I’d have preferred a private table, even at an increased price. Also, the speaker overhead was way too loud. My son had to leave partway through because his ears hurt, missing the acrobats. Very disappointing; he was sad to miss out.

Food & drinks are fantastic. The entertainment was out of this world and the staff were extremely excellent. However, on the way back our coach missed our stop and refused to stop for us to get off until the next hotel. In the end, the TUI rep and driver let us off on the side of the road that was actually a car park. We couldn’t see a thing as it was totally dark outside and wasn’t well lit. TUI reps at the hotel informed but unfortunately they wasn’t interested.

This was an amazing night out. Couch turned up on time & took us straight there. Very well organised and attentive staff. Greeted on the door with a glass of sparkling wine, then at the table the drinks were there and they were happy to swap them to something else. We had sprite but swapped to Coke Zero. Food was lovely and entertainment was really captivating. Even my 3 year old son sat and watched the whole show. Would definitely recommend and go again!

Getting there and back was dead simple with the arranged pickup. The problems occurred at the venue itself: allegedly everyone had a view of the stage area, and whilst that is partially true, our view was so obscured that we might as well not have been there. Blocked views with 7ft tall and 3ft wide people in front of us, everyone had phones up recording with no consideration for those behind. So no view meant rubbish experience. Venue needs a raised stage. Band and music was top notch tho

Khans tent excellent No TUI rep presence in hotel Hotel clean but very basic and room not configured very well . No plug point in bedroom for example and not always working Patio door screen broken . Room needs redecorating and improved fixtures and fittings . On arrival waited for luggage for 1 hour and 45 minutes . When returning back to the UK transfer to airport was 20 minutes late . Very enjoyable holiday. No issues at all. Both flights left ontime. Transfers where prompt. Hotel was great and there was a TUI rep there everyday. The staff on-board both planes were fantastic and very patient with my teenage ASD daughter. Especially on our return flight when she refused to board. They kept very calm while encouraging her on board. I would not have been able to manage this by myself. I cannot thank them enough. Amazing ladies !. I will definitely travel with Tui again

The overall experience was fantastic, highly recommended. The show acts were fabulous and the atmosphere was amazing, singing and dancing. The only negative I have is the food. The fact you couldn't chose any of the courses was a bit of a let down, as the first two courses wasn't for me at all and the main contained mushrooms which I don't like. Plenty of variety, good food, great atmosphere.. my only negative is paying adult prices for kids over the age of 12 and not receiving the adult meal and drink. We did ask about the drink and received an extra bottle of soft drink but feel the age should be higher. Would absolutely come here again though as overall the value is still. Really good.

Khan's Tent experience came highly recommended by friends who had previously visited Sunny Beach so we decided to we would go. Family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Our table was floor level right in front if stage which was brilliant the show itself was highly entertaining so full marks there. Overall evening was amazing. Coach turned up on time very nice guy from TUI greeted us and told us what to expect during the evening. The please was amazing and the views over Sunny Beach was beautiful. The food was great and the show after was fantastic. All the people in the venue got involved and it was a great atmosphere. The band playing were great and kept the crowd going all night. I would highly recommend this night out.

Loved the food, loved the experience! What an amazing place and good value for money, staff were friendly. Entertainment was fun! As well as a 4 course meal you also get a bottle of wine per adult!

Was a great experience, being picked up and dropped off really helps, especially with small children. Only thing is that it said it was 7-11 and we didn’t actually leave the venue until close to 12 so maybe review and check times as it may make a difference for some families. The main course was a bit disappointing, would have expected something a bit more traditional for Bulgaria rather than meat and two veg type meal you’d have in England. However did cater for children

Entertainment was fantastic. The band were brilliant. Food was great but the first two courses weren't that appropriate for children. My four year old loved the main course and dessert but didn't touch the first two courses.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience! I would recommend to anyone that visits Rui hotel. The service, the acts and the food were incredible.
