All was great Halloween set up...was good but seen it a lot better previously. Prices have gone up,plus charging more if you wanted to go to new Halloween set ups,which considering cost of ticket I think that's a bit naughty. But food and drink was on par with English theme parks

Enjoyed most of the attractions, waiting was an issue for the Uncharted ride, plenty of food/drink facilities including toilets and smoking areas, themed places well illustrated.

De tickets waren makkelijk te boeken en te betalen, je kreeg de kaart kaartjes direct in je email. Ik miste alleen uitleg hoe je naar het park kon komen. Het park is mooi, maar heel gedateerd, het was tevens zo druk, een aantal attracties waren continue in storing, we stonden bij 1 attractie al 2 en een half uur in de rij en toen kwam deze in storing. Uiteindelijk maar 2 attracties kunnen doen in 10 uur tijd.

Als je naar de regio gaat moet je naar Portaventura gaan. Mooi en proper park, variatie voor jong en oud. Bij het aanschuiven aan de attracties kan je in de schaduw staan en de wachttijden staan ook telkens vermeld. Drinken wel duur. Variatie in eten zowel gezond, Chinees, hamburgers … de noodles bar is top in China en goed van prijs. Op bepaalde tijdstippen sluiten er attracties en gaan later weer open.

When booking I did not realise this was only for portaventura and not portaventura and ferrari land so overall gutted about the cost of the tickets and only one park had to pay extra on the day. Worked out fat more expensive.

Todo ha ido bien.... Lo único que no me gusta es que, a cambio de dinero, se tenga que dar prioridad en las colas a los que pagan un suplemento. Esto no es un buen ejemplo, para los niños sobre todo, dado que la mayoría tienen que esperar mucho tiempo para subirse a cualquier atracción.

One day is cutting it fine, time you have to wait in queue for most of the rides. Very enjoyable theme park. Pity all the shows were not running during weekdays until later in season, as if you're not a ride goer, they are good entertainment. Park is quite expensive for snacks and gifts.

Fantastic day out, October is a great time of year to go as the queues are really short and the weather is milder for all the walking etc. Also the Halloween decorations and staff dressed up around the park are brilliant!

In peak season the one day tickets should include the express entry to skip long queues. This was ticket only so no Tui staff to ask questions to and no visable staff at the venue - it wasn’t clear if we had to wait in line or just walk through with our prepaid tickets- when I used the app, I had no answer for ages and the eventual response did not address my query. But the park itself is great and would have liked to have done more - could not spend more days there as wanted to see Other sight

All the attractions were extremely busy and queues were much longer than on the wait time boards. Far too many people in the park and not nearly enough cooling fans in the hot queuing areas

It was very expensive and no travel was included, which for some reason it was, so I had to get a taxi but on the way back it was tricky trying to find where I could get a taxi from out side the theme park. Plus the ques were over an hour long, we cue 1hr and 40 mins as the fast track pass were an added cost too.

Fabulous park with some fantastic rides, very good value for money and very easy to purchase through TUI. Saved us joining long queue for tickets on the day at the booth. With our TUI online ticket, we were able to just walk right into park and scan the bar code to enter, very easy. Wished we'd have bought multi day tickets instead of 1 day ticket. When you get in the park, it's an exhausting day and then you wish you could come back to do it again at slower pace.

Portaventura was fine. Its the TUI app I booked it through, it took the money from my card but then told me it had failed and had been cancelled. I was able to call the contact centre and a very helpful person refunded the money. He told me to use the website instead as the app was unreliable. Bad service from TUI to have an app that doesn't work. A 10% discount on experiences was promised to which I didn't receive any for any of my bookings.

Great value for money. Only negative is you can only get a copy of the map at the entrance. We forgot to lift one and couldn’t get one throughout the park although there are signposts with the map in each section.

Love this park. Good value with the discount, wouldn’t like to pay full price. Having the parade at the end of day and blocking the exit wasn’t ideal, it was really busy trying to leave and chaotic with all the school trips running for their coaches

The tui app is a great addition to your holiday experience, it was so easy to see all travel information and book excursions for a discounted price. The holiday rep welcome induction was great and informative especially telling what was open and what closed for the season in the area. The tui excursion staff were really friendly and made the experience more pleasurable. The hotel and area was very good value for money and I have recommended the holiday already to many friends

We loved the variety of rides ~ our children are 4 and 9 so at some theme parks it can be difficult to keep the little one entertained while the older one is on other rides, but not at PortAventura. There are plenty of rides for smaller children near the big rollercoasters so we there was something for everyone to enjoy. Our one compliant was that it was quite an expensive day out, for tickets and food.

Very Expensive for tickets and on top of this you are faced with the option of going with Fast Track or not. If you dont want to wait over 1 hour queuing in the heat then Fast Track is the only option but comes at an extra cost. Overall a trip to Portaventura is an expensive one when you take the cost of entry and fast track into account.

Saved a good amount off ‘pay on the day’ tickets and skipped the initial entrance queue. My son enjoyed his first visit to Port Aventura despite the searing heat (and lack of shade) plus the huge queues for rides. It’s a good family day out although in August perhaps best to buy Express Passes.

Entertainment was very good however we felt more should have been held on the pool deck by far the best night. The wifi prices were very steep better packages should be looked at. The food and choice was amazing the staff was absolutely pleasure and so lovely. Extremely clean and comfortable ship

Online Preis war sehr gut (51€ statt 64€). Trotz erworbener Expresskarte (45€ p.P.) mussten wir bei fast jeder Attraktion ca. 1 Std. anstehen.Vieles hatte noch geschlossen, teilweise sollte ein Extraeintritt gezahlt werden. Der Park an sich ist sehr schön, aber Preis/Leistung sind nicht angemessen.

Enjoyed the freedom of choosing my half board. Salou is a lovely place for family’s. I went with 20, 17, 12 yr old girls. They weren’t into the entertainment but they made the best of what was on offer in hotel and around Salou

To walk around protaventura is magical. All the little man made streets are pretty cool and even if your just walking round while you’re partner/kids ect.. enjoy the rides there’s plenty to look at and do. The only downer was how much things like water cost. 3.95 for a bottle
