Excellent busy trip, the guide was local and his knowledge was fantastic. The salt lake was excellent, but if you have sensory issues, the feel afterwards, especially with clothes on can feel uncomfortable. Paying €1 for a shower after was worth it (I didn’t shower & skin felt lovely and soft).

Lissi, die Reiseleitung hat alles sehr interessant rüber gebracht mit Charme und Witz was die ganze Truppe hat auftauen lassen. Es war ein wunderschöner Tag mit vielen Erlebnissen. Was nicht so toll war war das Mittag essen. Die Toiletten waren dreckig und defekt, keine Spülung. Wenn man dann dort essen soll ist das schwierig. Die Spots waren gut zu erreichen ohne Wartezeiten. Alles war bestens organisiert. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Een ontzettend leuke dag met een fantastische gids Nando. Hij heeft veel verteld over t eiland, geschiedenis maar ook hoe t nu is op Sal. Heel interessant en super fijn dat t in t Nederlands was.

Would have liked to have a little more time to enjoy the fishing village and town, no real opportunity to buy any souvenirs. Guide (Clovis) was brilliant, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and kept the day moving and had a great sense of humour, overall 9/10

Enjoyed all parts, Clarvis (I think his name was) was excellent so knowledgeable of the area. Spoke of all the areas and could tell his sense of pride of Cabo Verde, the lunch was lovely, the blue eye was brilliant, Clarvis took a picture for me, did brilliant, the local people were so friendly, the harbor was good to see the young boys getting involved, also talking to us about what fish there was and how they sell them. Salt lakes was good, leaves your skin feeling nice highly recommend tour.

Super leuk en gezellig was het. Bij dd lunch kregen we 2 flesjes drinken + thee/koffie. Dit was op dat moment best veel, wellicht kan er in de ochtend flesjes water gegeven worden, en dan bij de lunch 1 flesje + koffie/thee

Umfangreiches Programm. Viel gesehen. Dafür etwas kurze Verweilzeiten. In Palmeira z.B. wären wir gerne etwas länger geblieben. Die Verpflegung mit Mahlzeiten und Getränken war sehr gut. Unsere Reiseleitung Lisi hat uns viel erklärt und beantwortete alle unsere Fragen. Unser Busfahrer Kelly hatte den Straßen entprechend guten Fahrstil.

Sehr schön war das Salzbad, der Park zum Abschluss und das „Blaue Auge von Sal“. Eigentlich war Alles toll. Viele Eindrücke und Lizzy hat es spitzenmässig gemacht. Alles toll erklärt mit viel Freude und Leidenschaft. Der Tag ging viel zu schnell vorbei

We hadden geluk dat het blauwe oog super goed zichtbaar was. Nando is een hele goede gids die veel informatie geeft. Het zoutmeer is zeker een belevenis. Aan te raden voor alle vakantiegangers. Ook is de verzorging qua lunch prima verzorgd.

We had an amazing time from start to finish. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and were able to answer every question we had about the islands and their history. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful, and the salt sea swimming experience was a real highlight. It left our skin feeling incredibly soft, and the facilities were excellent, with showers, changing rooms, and a café available on site. The town was lovely, and everyone we met was warm and welcoming.

Lizzy war unsere Reiseleiterin und hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben uns einen unvergesslichen Tag zu schenken. Wir waren in einer tollen kleinen Gruppe von 6 Urlaubern unterwegs und haben von Insel, Land und Leute sehr viele Eindrücke mitgenommen. we hadden de Nederlandstalige geboekt,maar door dat het maar met 2 personen was,hadden ze gevraagd of we de Engelstalige tour wilden meedoen.dat was voor ons geen probleem. We hebben er geen seconde spijt van gehad. we hadden een top gids ramiro,en zijn chauffeur. steeds een goede babbel en veel uitleg gekregen. De tour op zich was ook prachtig. Dikke duim.

We did this tour last year, it was still wonderful doing it again. Romero is a brilliant guide, very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything. He is unbelievably funny, he had everyone laughing all day. He takes the safety of everyone very seriously, ensuring that anyone who has any medical conditions, are well catered for and protected. We all felt completely safe with the driver, we were sorry to hear that he’s retiring soon, as both he and the guide are a credit to the TUI company.

Intéressant mais Trop long à certains moments. Par contre on n'a pas vu bcp la capitale, pas le tps de prendre des photos. Guide sympa mais ne nous accompagnait pas bcp comparé aux autres guides croisés en journée. Ds les salines, je n'ai même pas vu où on pouvait acheter le sel. Et il a fallu repartir au pas de course...

We have just arrived back at our hotel,and we've had such an incredible day!Antonio(Tony)was out guide and he was brilliant.Really enthusiastic and knowledgeable and made the day really fun.l can't recommend this trip enough.The day was absolutely packed with places to visit,the island is so beautiful when you explore and we learnt about it's culture too through Antonio's lovely chatter.He really was lovely and our driver (also Antonio I believe?) was fantastic.Such great value for money. 10/10

Our guide Nando was absolutely brilliant. A local to the area, he took us on a journey through his childhood to now as we toured on our 4x4 past local schools, the hospital, houses, and of course all the sights listed. Informative and full of answers to our questions, he was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip. Palmeria was beautiful, from the gift shop to seeing the local fishermen. Each stop had enough time to explore and finishing at the gardens was so peaceful, and local music at lunch!

Mammadou was a fantastic guide, he made the trip really fun and had a lot of knowledge about the island and Cape Verde in general. He is clearly passionate about his job. Our guide Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable about local culture and history . Driver George was highly professional. Both provided excellent service. The only downside: Salinas Salt Lake has overly expensive shower fees there. It was €1 for 30 second. Overall it is high recommended.

Pani Kasia przewodniczka i rezydentka z Tui rewelacja! Ciepła, ze znakomitym poczuciem humoru, bardzo ciekawie opowiada o wyspie, zwyczajach, mieszkańcach i przyrodzie. Wszystkie puntkty wycieczki super! Kąpiel w wulkanie i saliny, ogród botaniczny, fatamorgana, widoki oceanu o błekitu w skalach,cmentarzysko muszli - wszystko robi wrażenie. Ramiro was een geweldige gids! Hij kan zeer enthousiast en bevlogen vertellen over het eiland en haar bewoners. De dag vloog om. Verbeterpunt? Van te voren even melden met wat voor auto je vervoert wordt. We hadden een ouder stel in de Toyota pickup (wel overdekt, dat was top) maar het in en uit stappen was voor deze mensen bijna niet te doen!

This trip packed a lot into one day. It is excellent value for money including lunch with drinks and a local cocktail at the end by the beach. The local guide is fabulous and passionate about his environment. Cannot recommend this trip enough. Worth every penny.

Der Guide „Mahmadou“ sowie der Fahrer „Addison“ waren sehr freundlich. Die Informationen zur Insel waren sehr aufschlussreich. Die Fahrweise haben wir als angenehm empfunden. Leider war die Buchung über die App eine Katastrophe. Somit haben wir vor Ort im Hotel gebucht. Der 10%-Gutschein aus der TUI-App konnte nicht genutzt werden. Auf eine Reaktion auf unsere Nachricht warten wir immer noch … Addi Wirries

We would highly recommend the Postcards of Sal trip. We really enjoyed learning about the history of the island and the Creole culture. Highlights were the gardens, the blue eye and the salt lake. Lunch in the capital city was delicious and plenty. Floating in the lake was our favourite, as it was a completely unique experience. However, what made the trip for us was our guide Antonio (Tony) who was passionate, proud, kind and very knowledgeable. You're a legend Tony, thank you!

Hele leuke en leerzame dag. Nando was een hele leuke en goede gids, erg enthousiast over zijn eiland en wist ons heel veel te vertellen over de geschiedenis en het heden van Sal. Wil je iets zien en weten over Sal dan is dit zeker aan te raden.

Positiv: alles gesehen: Blue Eye, Fata Morgana, Salzsee, Palmeira
Negativ: Highlights (siehe oben) zügig durchgezogen, dann aber 1,5 h Mittagspause
Und längerer Aufenthalt im Botanischen Garten.
Ratsam wäre auch Wasser an Bord zu haben.

Tony the tour guide was such an informative enthusiast Cape Verde local. He shared some interesting insights into the island and we learnt so much. Our guide Toni was fantastic, so informative and clearly really passionate about Cape Verde. It was fantastic to see so much of the island. We particularly enjoyed seeing the blue eye and the desert, plus swimming in the salt lake was a unique experience (although the salty feeling afterwards wasn't nice!). This was a great trip to see some African culture and the realities of life in an African country.

Der Ausfug war sehr gut und informativ. Die Reiseleiterin (den Name habe ich leider vergessen) war top. Dort wo wir waren hat sie alles bestens erklärt und hat all ihr Wissen über die Insel und dessen Bewohnern an uns weitergegeben. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Wir können diesen Ausflug mit gutem Gewissen wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Einfach nur Top !!!

What an amazing tour! The pace was perfect, not too long in the minibus, lots of stops and sights included. Enough time in each stop not to feel rushed. But most of all our guide Toni was fantastic! From start to finish he was just brilliant. Gave us lots of interesting history and facts answered all our many questions, nothing was too much trouble. And overall just so welcoming, Toni really made this tour first class! Would definitely recommend.

The guidecwas friendly and informative We enjoyed the salt lakes And the animal oasis park The blue hole and scenery was amazing.it would be nice to have lunch there in such beautiful surroundings. The luch we had was poor We visited kite bay in the morning . It would be better to see this later when the surfers were active. It would have been better to have more time at the animal oasis park and drinks break there rather than the last stop at the beach. Overall an informative enjoyable trip

Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe von 7 Leuten. Deshalb erfolgte die Besichtigung im Jeep sodass wir alle mit dem Rücken zur Landschaft sassen und so wenig mitbekommen haben. Der Guide war nett. Viel gibt es leider auf Sal nicht zu sehen aber es ist eine nützliche Erfahrung einen Realitycheck zu machen.

Enjoyed all aspects of this wonderful tour. The guide (Ramiro) was really excellent and really brought Sal culture to life. Small incident where my partner felt a little nervous and uncomfortable when she used the public toilets in Palmero and the lady collecting fee was aggressive.

War ein schöner Tag mit Brunna und dem Fahrer (Namen habe ich leider vergessen) Haben alles von der Insel gesehen und viel Interessantes über das Leben der Menschen hier auf der Insel erfahren.Brunna (ich hoffe der Name ist richtig) hat uns sehr gut unterhalten, deutsch war perfekt , und hat uns auch einiges über ihre Familie und deren Leben hier auf den Kapverden erzählt war sehr authentisch.

Prima trip met daarin de belangrijkste highlights. Erg fijn dat we een klein groepje van 8 Nederlanders waren in een klein busje. Onze gids echt een supervet. Kleine verbetering: het middageten. 3 gangen. Tja. Een stokbroodschijfje met 3 stukjes tomaat. Hoofdgerecht was redelijk. Nagerecht was bolletje ijs in een glas.

Stefan was fantastic guide and really took care of us. We had 8month old son with us and he was fantastic with him. We had a great day and food waa lovely that waa included. I would have loved maybe to have walked round main town, but overall waa great.

Kaksi tuntia istuttiin kuumassa ja meluisassa ravintolassa lounaalla, opas häipyi paikalta. Surullista oli, että 8 tunnin retken aikana tarjottiin kolme eri kertaa alkoholia, kotiin ei viimeiseltä rantabaaripyaähdykseltä olisi lähdetty jos ei itse sitä olisi ehdottanut. Muissa ns nähtävyys paikoissa todella rajatusti aikaa, ryypylle sitä aikaa sitten jäi enemmänkin.

Our guide Stefan was very knowledgeable about the history and geography of the island and was more than willing to answer any questions we had. We were lucky to have a small group tour, just four of us, and travelled in a very comfortable 4WD vehicle.

Our guide Mamaduo was interesting, informative and had a dry sense of humour, he helped gel us as a group and encouraged questions. The driver was very courteous. We believe we got a real taste of what Sal is about. All the different stops offered something interesting and educational. The lunch stop was immaculately clean and the staff friendly. I was a little concerned at the Blue eye due to the drop but the staff were very attentive and helpful. It was great value for money.

Alt var godt bortset fra turen til botaniskhave, den kunne vi godt have undværet, vi var ikke vilde med at dyrene var lukket inde i små bure, også syntes vi også at vi sad for længe og spiste. Super sød, rar og dygtig guide. Og chefføren kørte pænt, det er noget som er vigtigt for os.

Unser lokaler Guide Ramiro hat uns viele Informationen über die Insel, Menschen sowie ökonomischen, ökologischen und sozialen Aspekten gegeben. Manchmal sprach er etwas zu schnell um alles verstehen zu können. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner und interessanter Ausflug. Wir hätten uns nur etwas mehr Zeit für den schönen botanischen Garten gewünscht.

Very good value with lunch and two drinks included. Lovely to finish the tour with an included cocktail on the beach. That gave us time to chat The guide was very informative and knowledgeable but I would have liked more history of the island and why we were going to certain places. Overall tho an enjoyable trip, going places we wouldn't have gone on our own, ie thro shanty towns and down dirt roads!

Christina ( Reiseleitung)war sooo nett und hilfreich, danke dafür. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Essen im Hauptrestaurant wahnsinnig gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht begeistern konnte und das Japanische Restaurant, aber Geschmäcker sind verschieden. Was ich immer schade finde ist dass am Abend die Kleidung mancher Gäste nicht angebracht für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist.

Nackdelen var att vi fick åka I en jeep vilket inte är optimalt med de lite äldre och om/när de opererat knän. Var väldigt högt steg både i och ur. Nu var både chaufför och guiden väldigt hjälpsamma och gulliga så det fungerade men det kan ju vara andra problem som gör det svårare.

Leuke toer waarin je de meeste highlights van Sal ziet. De Nederlandse gids Nando deed het voortreffelijk. Veel te weten gekomen over Sal. Goed verzorgde lunch. We zaten in een comfortabele minibus met airco, blij dat we geen andere toer hadden geboekt buiten TUI waarbij je onveilig in een open pick-up zit vol in de wind en in het zand. Toer is een aanrader.

Lizzy ist eine super Reiseführern, bitte weiter so. Sie konnte uns viel über die Insel erzählen. Das Restaurant war eine Atmosphäre wie in einer Kantine, sehr laut, hier wäre ein Restaurant am Salzsee oder Meer schöner gewesen. Leider konnte man sich die Hauptstadt nicht angucken, das war sehr schade.

Die Zeit bei der Fatamorgana war etwas knapp bemessen. Es wurde uns erzählt das dort tolle Bilder mit optischen Täuschungen gemacht werden. Das war nicht der Fall. Die Größe der Gruppe war Perfekt! Der Preis ist sehr hoch. Es gibt die selbe Tour für weniger Geld.

Es war eine super interessante Führung über die Insel, die durch unseren deutschsprachigen Guide „ Papa Doux“ eine sachliche Information geboten hat, gemixt mit Capverdischer Fröhlichkeit und viel Witz!.. ein liebenswerter Guide! Es war ein großer Spaß- danke! Etwas anstrengend war das Fahrzeug das wir hatten,- ein Jeep, der etwas schwierig warzu besteigen, da wenig Sitzhöhe,- aber hoher Einstieg; die Sitzfläche längs zum Fahrer hin ließ leider wenig Chancen, nach rechts und links zu sehen…

We thoroughly enjoyed this full day excursion. Everything was well organised and on time. Our tour guide, Ronnie, was absolutely brilliant! He was fun, friendly and extremely knowledgeable which made for a lovely day. We would highly recommend this trip.

The Tour gave us a good overview of the Island of Sal. The guide was excellent and informative. The time available at each place was good. Swimming in the Salt Lake was an amazing experience. The Blue Eye was disappointing and we felt it should be made clear when booking the Tour that we were unlikely to see it this time of year. The restaurant was also a little disappointing. Whilst the food was pleasant, being surrounded by several other Tour Groups was not relaxing or enjoyable.

The Odjo D'Agua hotel was above average. But not by much. Staff were slovenly and unhelpful. And the food was very average. With generally far too much MSG. But the worst aspect on the holidays were the poor arrangements at the airport. Very long queues for check-in. Challenging attitude at security, with excessive body searches and hand patting. A very unhappy end to what had been a reasonably holiday.

What a great day, we were very lucky having just four people in the group, our guide was superb from the start, very knowledgeable, the driver was also fantastic a really safe driver. First stop was the botanical gardens which was very interesting, then on to a pretty fishing village, Blue Eye Lagoon. We really got to see the whole island. Lunch was provided and was nice, the highlight was the visit to the Salt Mines floating in the water, overall a great day which I would recommend.

Super aangename ervaring gehad met de eiland tour dankzij de toegewijde nederlands spreken kaapverdiaan Nando. Hij wist zoveel te vertellen over het eiland en zijn geschiedenis, echt bewonderenswaardig. Ook een dikke p´luim voor de chauffeur Silvestre. Salinas (de zoutmeren) is echt een plek om te bezoeken. Het blauwe oog kan je beter vanaf begin maart bezoeken want anders zie je er maar een klein stukje van.

Guide and driver was brilliant, places visited were interesting with plenty of time at each, although we would of preferred more time at the gardens and mine over Kite Beach and Palmeria. I didn't like being taken into the shop at Palmeria, i felt it was pushed upon us and several children were nudging and begging outside which i didn't feel was genuine but staged for tourists.

Our guide Nando was exceptional. Very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about Cape Verde & Sal. Including answering any questions from guests throughout the trip. The stops were all interesting. Leyton our driver made every effort to give us the smoothest journey. The food at the lunch stop was very excellent. Would highly recommend this trip.

Wij hebben €550 betaald voor een excursie van 9.00 tot 17.00 uur. Op zich geen probleem, maar al snel werd duidelijk dat deze reisroute eigenlijk gericht was op volwassenen. Wij reisden met drie kinderen van 8, 5 en 3 jaar oud. Omdat Cindy ons vooraf expliciet aangaf dat deze excursie ook geschikt was voor kinderen, zijn wij hierop ingegaan. Helaas bleek de klantgerichtheid ver te zoeken. In het vissersdorpje voelden wij ons allemaal onveilig. Er waren duidelijk zakkenrollers die aan ons kwamen

The whole day was great from start to finish our guide Ramiro and driver were amazing helpful and patient. This was our first time in cape Verdi so really wanted to see as much as possible which we did. Ramiro had so much knowledge and being a local knew so much history including his childhood experiences and island life. We had lots of laughs and they were great with my son who’s 8 making it fun and educational for him. If you want to see the island this is def the tour to take.

Die Tour war so, wie es vorher beschrieben wurde. Lisi unser Guide hat uns bestens informiert und uns alles erzählt, was es über die Kap Verden und vor allem über Sal zu wissen gibt. Ein großes Dankeschön dafür. Die Tour war abwechslungsreich und hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

Erklärungen von Reisefüherin Lizzy waren informell und gut. Danke. Der kleine Reisebus war voll besetzt und die Plätze für uns sehr eng. Abstellmöglichkeit für Taschen leider nicht gegeben. Gesamteindruck war soweit ok um die wichtigsten Anlaufpunkte det Insel zu entdecken.

Alles war rundum perfekt. Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt. Unser Guide Mahmadou war einfach spitze. Alles war sehr informativ, amüsant und kurzweilig. Nichts auf der Tour war unnütz. Es wurde uns genug Zeit gelassen, um Fotos zu machen, ein paar Souvenirs zu shoppen und auch noch in Ruhe auf Toilette gehen zu können, obwohl der Bus weiterfahren wollte. Das Motto „no Stress“ passte also auch hier perfekt.

Es gibt an dieser Inselrundfahrt nichts auszusetzen. Die Fahrt über die Insel mit einem Kleinbus mit 14 Teilnehmer ist optimal gestaltet. An allen Haltepunkten gibt es genügend Aufenthalt. Insbesondere unsere Reiseleiterin Lizzy hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie hat uns mit reichhaltigen Information über Land und Leute versorgt. Überraschend war die "Grog"-Verköstigung in Palmera und auch der Abschlussdrink in Ponta Preta. Absolutes Highlight war das Baden in der Saline, kann ich nur jedem Empfehle

Die Organisation war top! Dies schuf die Voraussetzung für einen tollen Tag, der natürlich davon lebte, wie gut der Guide- in unserem Fall: die Guidin ??- ist. Lizzy hat einen großartigen Job gemacht! Insbesondere gelang ihr das Kunststück , auch negative Folgen des Tourismus zu benennen, ohne den Touristen ein schlechtes Gewissen zu machen.

Where do I start.. Tony (guide) what an absolute lovely guy, he is so passionate about his country, and so thankful to us for choosing Cape verde as our holiday destination. So knowledgable, and answers every question asked of him. We were a couple travelling and didn’t realise that this trip was for families, this really did not make a difference. In the morning, the guide took us mainly to tourist shops, and we didn’t spend more than about 10 minutes in any one location, which didn’t allow enough time to properly explore. Communication was also difficult, as the guide’s English was very poor. Lunch was acceptable, but our orders were completely wrong. The afternoon visit to the salt baths was extremely disappointing — we were even asked to pay extra to use the shower. To finish, the cocktail provided at the end was genuinely awful.

Enjoyable trip to see more of Sal with a very good guide and driver. Not sure why we did not stop in Murdeira and Espargos as listed in the itinerary. Very good lunch with drinks included and a cocktail later on return to hotel. Salt pan float was interesting and better than the Dead Sea! Certainly a bumpy ride at times, obviously why there is mention 'not suitable for anyone with back problems'!

Estiveram bem no entanto gostava de deixar aqui um reparo: Na 1ª visita que fizemos convosco, à Baía do tubarões, que foi excelente, surgiu-me uma contrariedade. A Guia, Angélica, no fim distribuiu um cartão com o endereço para fazermos o download de fotos com os tubarões. Lamentavelmente eu perdi o cartão. Contactei pessoalmente a pessoa que me vendeu as visitas, contando-lhe o sucedido e pedindo-lhe ajuda no sentido de obter o dito endereço, disse-me que me enviaria por e_mail, mas nada recebi

Bei der Rundreise mit dem Guide Lizi welche uns viele interessante Dinge über das Leben auf Sal erzählt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren wirklich sehr gut aneinander abgestimmt. Meine Frau und ich haben zum Mittagessen das traditionelle Essen - Chatchupa - gegessen. Dies ist ein Eintopf aus Kichererbsen mit Wurst und Bohnen, was sehr gut geschmeckt.

Kul att se ön men hade föredragit färre stopp och mer tid på varje ställe. Det blev stressigt på vissa medan andra mindre intressanta stopp (botaniska trädgården och lunchen) istället tog väldigt lång tid. Espargo fick vi tex inte se alls. Had an amazing time and out guide Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful. I understand that the Salt Flats are the 3rd experience from the end. However if you didn't shower by the time you got back to your hotel you were very uncomfortable. Tony did forewarn us but didn't realise how much the salt impacted you. After all that I had an amazing time and I would recommend the trip.

Reisleiding ter plekke Andreas geeft niet de juiste informatie en het lijkt alsof hij probeert de Vip Tour te verkopen terwijl deze tour meerdere plekken aandoet en iets goedkoper is zelfs en waarvan de reisleider zelf het helemaal perfect doet (Fernando) dus jammer dat dit op deze manier gaat. Bij deze dus een aanrader om de ansichtkaart van Sal te verkiezen boven de Vip Tour. Met super enthousiaste gids Fernando!!

We were sat at the back of the bus and sometimes it was difficult to hear what Ary was saying especially in the afternoon when the driver put the radio on! The restaurant was good and the food was good , but they got the coffee order mixed up and some didn’t get a coffee as we had to leave before it arrived even though Ary tried to sort.

Es war ein tollter Tag und unser Guide Lizzi hat einen großen Teil dazu beigesteuert indem sie mit Witz und Begeisterung uns Land und Leute näher gebracht hat. Jede Frage hat sie toll beantwortet. Obrigad an Lizzy und den Doktore (Driver). Lizzy wusste einfach alles über die Insel und wir hatten mit ihr einfach die besten Uhrzeiten und waren gefühlt vor allen anderen Touren an den jeweiligen Spots und hatten so Ruhe. ???? Der Doktoren hat das Fahrzeug wie ein großes Schiff sicher von Hafen zu Hafen gesteuert, starke Fahrskills und immer ein Lachen auf den Lippen ??

Besonders betonen möchten wir den Guide. Er hat unser phantastisch durch den Tag geführt. Es war sehr informativ und hat für gute Stimmung und Freude gesorgt. Wenige gut hat uns das Essen/Restaurant in der Stadt gefallen. Es hatte Kantinen carakter und das Personal war maßlos überfordert. Aber durch den Guide, der dem Personal im Restaurant geholfen hat, war es halbwegs erträglich.

Unsere Reiseleiterin Izzy konnte viel über die Insel erzählen. In der Hauptstadt Espargos hätte ich mir im Zentrum eine kleine Führung gewünscht. Aber Ansonsten ein insgesamt ein sehr guter Ausflug. Am Blauen Auge habe wir nicht zu lange warten müssen, haben es auch sehr gut sehen können. Im Salzsee zu baden auch mal ein tolles Erlebnis. Botanischer Garten sehr schön angelegt.

We were sold this trip saying we would be travelling on a mini bus but we were sent a 4x4 and if I had known this I would not have booked as I have sore knees and I knew it would be difficult getting in and out but our tour guide and driver were amazing and helped me on every part of the journey they were called PemPi and Levin. If it hadn’t been for them the day would have been a disaster.

Great local guide and driver with varied insights about the island, people and life here. Amazing locations to see and not too much time sat in the coach. Very busy at the blue eye cave but good to see. Lunch was lovely but more traditional food and drink options would be appreciated please. The salt lake swim was relaxing and the botanical park an oasis in the desert. Cocktails on kite beach, a perfect end to the day. Thank you to all on the trip.

Interesting trip with an informative and entertaining guide. Personally I think we wasted quite a bit iof the day hanging around at the 'Blue Hole' waiting for our timed entry slot and were then rushed through. A little more time for souvenir shopping might have been nice but this was overall a great trip and our guide Clovis was very good.

I liked everything about the tour think we could have stopped longer at kite beach as was so beautiful but would def return again one day. Stephanie the guide was very knowledgeable about the area and his community made my family feel welcome and was attentive to our needs as my son needed the toilet a lot. Could of spent more time at botanical gardens as I felt there was more to see that I was interested in towards the back with the running stream was just lovely but what a great day

Loved the visit to the blue eye, the scenery was stunning, also loved floating in the salt lake, for someone who lacks confidence in water this was an amazing experience. The guide, Tony was very friendly and helpful and he shared a lot of knowledge of the local people, the island and we found this very interesting. The only thing we would change is to have a bit more time around the blue eye area as the scenery was amazing. Our guide Tony made it a most enjoyable trip.

Und genau so mit dem Mittagessen das nur 2 verschiedene essen gibt und das war auch nicht richtig ?? Wo bei mein Kind sehr sauer war….. We all really enjoyed the postcard tour, something for everyone. Our tour guide Stephan was so knowledgeable and really made the trip for us. It wasn’t to over energetic, as it was quite hot. I really enjoyed the ‘Cuchupa’ in the restaurant. We would recommend this trip 100%. Make sure you have plenty of water with you.

Great mixture of places. Our guide was really helpful and informative. Driver navigated rough roads well. On stops where he didn't give us a time to meet back at the bus a 5 mins warning would have been nice. Would have liked a bit longer in salt pool - getting changed was rushed big you had to wait for rooms to be free.

Er is op Sal gewoon niet zoveel bijzonders te zien, maar hebben wel veel stops gehad. Onze gids (Fer)Nando en chauffeur Adelino waren super ????. Nando is een Nederlands sprekende local die je er zeker goed bij kunt hebben. Hebben helaas de Blue Eye niet gezien ivm het ontbreken van de zon, maar Nando liet ons daarvoor in de plaats genoeg andere dingen zien......

Unsere Begleitung aus Belgien war perfekt! Sie hat uns sehr viel über Land und Leute und die Hintergründe bezüglich des Lebens der Leute vor Ort nahe gebracht. Guide Stephan - AMAZING! Lived almost all his life in Sal so knew not only the textbook facts but also had great local knowledge and anecdotes, which elevated the whole day. He also took the time throughout the day, to talk to me and each family/ couple adding a personal touch. Lunch - brochetas not great 5/10 main = local dish carpatcha 9/10, ice cream desert = recmm'd by guide Stef - 10/10! Overall a great way to see all the main sights in one day without being rushed nor waiting around.

Brilliant tour and an amazing tour guide Nando the salt lakes were amazing but your only allowed a 15 mins drive through time slot and have to pay 1euro each if you want a shower. The tour was very informative but felt the information given by the rep was misleading as you don’t get to stop everywhere it’s merely a drive through and explaining it all. We enjoyed it but for the money and how it was sold it was misleading.

There was nothing about the tour that we didn’t enjoy. The driver was very professional and courteous. As for the guide, there is only one way to describe him…..NUTS! He was wonderful, so much fun. He ensured our enjoyment and safety from the very beginning, and his knowledge of the island and history was amazing. We have already told everyone back at the hotel, that if they haven’t had the tour, to book it as soon as possible.

The staff were so accommodating of everyone’s needs, whether it was the speed or walking ability, age range , he was very knowledgeable of the area , telling us about the local history and customs of the island . Die Reiseleiterin Lisi war absolut super ???? zuvorkommend, lustig und sehr informativ. Die Tour insgesamt hätte abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden können: Mittagessen war gut, aber in unspektakulärer Umgebung. Der Abschiedscocktail in der Strandbar war ok, es hätte stattdessen auch eine andere Sehenswürdigkeit oder Santa Maria besucht werden können. Wichtig: Wenn jüngere Mädchen an einem Teil nicht oder nur eingeschränkt teilnehmen können, erwartet man eine entsprechende Info VOR der Buchung!

Mit der Tour konnten wir alles Sehenswertes auf Sal an einem Tag erkunden. Unser Tourguide Rony war sehr herzig und erklärte uns alles, von den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu dem täglichen Leben auf den Kapverden. Er hat eine gute Stimmung verbreitet und uns immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten zu den nächsten Stopps / Aufenthalten und seinen Empfehlungen. Sehr empfehlenswert :)

Deze dag geeft een heel ander beeld van Sal in positieve zin. Onze reisleider Nando en zijn chauffeur is een gouden koppel. Nando vertelde veel over de geschiedenis, veranderingen voor de bewoners en het sociale leven hier. Ook hebben wij diverse prachtige locaties bezocht Echt een aanrader

Tour guide was excellent on island tour. Lunch that day was good. Stayed at the Melia Tortuga before. Everything was excellent apart from getting pool towels. Can't fault staff food or drinks. TUI rep Kelly was very good at her job. She was very approachable and always happy to talk. We went for our honeymoon and will definitely go back.

Driver and guide excellent worth the money, was offered a cheaper rate from the thel locals but pleased opted for this tour as the guide was amazing

The tour took in all the main attractions in Sal, we were not rushed at any of our stops and our driver and guide (think his name was Cloves) was amazing, the best guide we have ever had on any excursion.

Trip was really good the guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the whole trip. The bus was a little cramped for a trip where towels and change of clothes is needed there should be a little more room or even over head storage a bus tour shouldn’t need to be as cramped.

Host - Heber was amazing. He made sure we got the best experience possible. He took the time to ensure we saw the Blue Eye by waiting for the sun and he remembered all our names constantly checking if we were ok. The food was great and the restaurant staff were friendly. It was a long day and very hot towards the end so maybe the trip is a little too long. By 3pm I was definitely flagging. The walk back from the Salt Lake was difficult for me and had I have realised I would have stayed back.

Lisi war zwar aus Belgien, aber ihr Deutsch war sehr gut! Auch ihr Wissen über die Inseln war sehr beeindruckend ! Top !!

Liked the local culture and history. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The tour length was good too, was as per advertised. The lunch was lovely, great service a d food delicious especially the biscuit ice cream.
