Organisation was terrific.The bus driver and guide (Tony) were excellent Salt mines were interesting, Timanfaya tour was extraordinary but we felt a bit rushed Lunch was great the only downside to the tour was the so called wine tasting, everybody we spoke to expected to sample a variety of wines but we were only offered one! so quite a letdown. Overall the experience was very enjoyable if a little over priced.

Timanfaya National Park was magical. Very peaceful & beautiful. Cueva de los Verdes was stunning and we would have liked abit longer there to take it all in. Overall a very enjoyable day with a great guide Tony and driver.

Eine wunderschöne , Eine sehr gute Berichterstattung der Tourführerin, der Busfahrer war ein ausgezeichneter Fahrer. Leider hatte ich große Probleme, ohne Angst, die Höhle hinunter zu gehen. Es waren teilweise keine Handläufe vorhanden. Wir wurden auch nicht vorher gewarnt, wie beschwerlich dieser Weg ist. Ich würde diese Tour nur Leuten empfehlen., die sicher auf den Beinen sind. Große Empfehlung an die Info unserer Bus Begleitung. Sehr informativ, sehr angenehm. Kompliment. Auch einen Busfahr

Wycieczka była bardzo udana. Generalnie polecam!!! Przewodniczka ciekawie opowiadała o wyspie, jej historii i miejscach, które odwiedzaliśmy. Dzięki temu cała wyprawa była nie tylko przyjemna, ale też bardzo interesująca. Podróż odbywała się komfortowym autobusem Tui co było ważne przy całodziennym zwiedzaniu. Program wycieczki był dobrze zorganizowany, a odwiedzane miejsca naprawdę robiły wrażenie.

The pick up point was not the usual bus stop opposite the hotel, I asked hotel staff to clarify where it was and they told me it was the usual one. So we missed the tour and they are refusing to refund. The instructions could have been clearer, they could have phoned me at the time of collection and your tour guide might have also mentioned it as we did say we had booked a couple of tours but he was quite disinterested when we saw him. I am very disappointed with this outcome.

With mobility issues I was not advised about steps at some stops.I instructed representative about food high intolerance.The message didn't get passed on, I had fish goujons tomatoes & a massive if potato.Not the sort of meal I thought I was getting or comparable with other clients variety of food!

Enjoyed seeing the island of Lanzarote; Manuel (driver) and Dennis (guide) were very good. The coach to collect us was 10 min late; no communication given. Disappointing. Waiting for nearly an hour to enter the National Park was unexpected and disappointing. The time at the Timanfaya restaurant and experience centre was uninteresting and disappointing. Salt flats visit and cafe disappointing. Wine tasting: a small tumbler of one wine and no description of the winery was disappointing.

The courier did not speak very good English and made some strange statements, some unknowingly risqué! This also meant that H&S instructions were not particularly clear and compromised safety. When we spoke with the Polish speaking courier he was able to give clear explanations etc.

Salt farm not quite up and running, felt a bit of waste of time , needs more development. Could have liked more time at volcano restaurant, just had time to visit toilets , would have liked to visit souvenir shop, organised chaos. Wine tasting was just a time filler. Lunch was very pleasant. Lagoon nice but very busy. Felt we could have been dropped off first on return as we had started out early in the morning and then spent an hour picking up others.

We were originally looking to book Timanfaya Volcanic Tour and Northern Lanzarote Tour. Rep said do them both in 1day. Didn't tell us El Golfo Lagoon, Mirador del Rio Viewpoint, Valley of the Thousand Palm Trees and free time in Teguise were not included. Only on departure did she inform us lunch was included which we never want on trips or need. Complained to rep following day (original rep's day off) who made note of our complaint and apologised. We considered we had been completely misled.

Leider hält die Tour nicht was es verspricht. El Golfo war nicht dabei ,obwohl die Tour Lanzarote mit Timanfaya und El Golfo heißt. Waren enttäuscht ?? Weiters ist es schade, das die beiden Tagestouren- Nord Tour und die Lanzarote Tour Jameos del Aqua beinhalten. Es gibt doch noch mehr zu sehen. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Führung beider Touren zufrieden.

zu lange Wartezeit auf deutschsprachigen Bus ( ca. 1/2 Stunde. ) Höhle : Stufen unregelmäßige Tiefe, unebene Trittfläche. Der Besuch letzte Woche C. d. Verde war besser zu laufen, obwohl unterirdisch ca. 1,3 Kilometer zu bewältigen war. Der Reiseleiter hat viele Informationen übermittelt und war sehr gut zu verstehen. Das Mittagessen war Massenabfertigung - wie üblich...

This was a well organised tour with a good guide who had a great knowledge of the island, its history and the volcanic history. Personally the Timfanaya park was the highlight of the trip with the salt flats, whilst interesting was the least interesting attraction

Our guide, who called himself Jorge Clooney, was excellent, as was the coach driver, Maria. A quick stop was made, in order to swap some passengers with another coach, in order for as many guests as possible to experience the tour guide's narration in their own language. Our coach had the narration in English and German. Timanfaya National park was stunning. Cave tour & salt works good. Wine tasting needs taking off the tour. Lunch better than expected.

1. Ich fand die Tour im ganzen sehr interessant aber, ?? Sitz Distanz zwischen den Sitzen ist für eine mehr stuendige Fahrt eine Zumutung die ich mit dieser Beschwerde geben kann. Ich bin 182cm groß und habe schmerzhafte Druckstellen an meinen Kniescheiben. Man kann nicht ohne Druck gerade sitzen. Die Sitze sind zu eng gesetzt um den Profit zu steigern. Es tut mir Leid das zu melden, aber so eine Tour im Tui Bus nie wieder. 1,5 cm mehr Platz würde reichen. Mfg W. Stache

The tour was excellent. The guide never stopped and kept us all well informed. He even came looking for us when we went for a coffee at the caves. He didn’t want us to miss out on the Kings pool and the theatre in the cave. The tour itself was amazing to see so much of the volcanic area.

Assumed the winery tour would involve being told more about the growing and production of the wine before the tasting. Rather than just arriving, being given a taster of wine and then a quick browse in the shop and then back on the coach. Lago Verde was a bit disappointing. Lunch was pleasant and filling. Would of been nice to spend a bit more time at the top of Timanfaya before the drive around the National Park.

Veel te veel zien in 1 dag waardoor je soms niet eens tijd had om naar toilet te gaan. Het was hurry hurry. Wij hebben dit als zeer onprettig ervaren. Bus was krap met been ruimte. Wat de reis ook onprettig maakte. Eerst beloven ze een Nederlandse gids en toe we geboekt hadden. Konden ze dit niet meer garanderen zodat we de hele dag alles in engels en duits moesten aanhoren. Spreek wel beide talen. Maar om alles 2x te horen was ook niet fijn.

Besonders gut war unser Guide, von Anfang bis Ende sehr informativ und ausführlich. Auch bei Fragen zwischendurch wurde uns ein offenes Ohr gegeben. Was besonders wichtig war, ist die Zeit die man an den jeweiligen Stationen hatte, dies war nie zu knapp oder zu lang. Das man im Nationalpark nicht aussteigen darf war zwar schade aber verständlich und war trotzdem sehr interessant zu sehen. Alles im allem gab es nichts negatives zu berichten, man erlebt einige kleine Dörfer und Gegenden.

The grand tour of Lanzarote was absolutely a fantastic experience. German guide, Sina, was friendly, professional, and clear. She presented all of the details about the Lanzarote and its landmarks in a comprehensive and time-oriented manner. The overall tour experience was great although there were a couple of negatives. You may as well take the wine tasting of the tour,it was a waste of time.A thimble of sweet or dry wine in a moving queue.With no information.There was a lot more interest in trying to flog the jewellery next door. Two toilets at the salt flats with two coaches in,how time wasting was that.

My husband became ill the night before with a gastroenteritis virus (Something both the hotel and Tui rep didn't disclose was rife in the hotel - confirmed by a doc we spoke to later) and we had to cancel our trip. I've asked for a refund, but it's looking unlikely that I will receive it as Tui rarely refund. Something to be aware of if booking a trip like this that costs a lot of money.

The tour and our guide were brilliant. Hats off to our coach driver for navigating the National Park. All in all, a very interesting day.
The only downside was the lunch. Felt like a cattle market with multiple coaches scrambling to get into the same place.

The tour guild was very informative and we felt like we finished the trip with very clear knowledge of the Island. We went on the trip with young children (aged 8 and 6) who enjoyed it and did not get bored. There were plenty of stops and sites to view. Would definitely recommend!

A very good impression of the island’s highlights at reasonable cost 3, The wine tasting was a non event which told us nothing at all about the wine we were offered or about the challenges of growing vines and producing wine in a rock and lave covered landscape. A pity. 4, Our guide told us that pickpockets had been operating at El Golfo. Unfortunately he didn’t warn us of this risk before my wallet was stolen there!

I enjoyed the whole trip, the itinerary is a pretty full one for the amount of time allocated to each part of the trip, but the guide did a good job of arranging the order of the places we went to, to avoid time being waisted in queuing to do certain parts of the trip. I think that the trip is good value for money, especially as lunch is included in the price.

Die Rundreise mit TUI durch die Nationalpark-Route in Lanzarote war sehr gelungen und hat tiefe Eindrücke bei mir und meiner mitgereisten Freundin hinterlassen. Phänomenal war für mich die Reiseleiterin, der es gelungen ist, in vier Sprachen zu übersetzen und zwar so, dass es bestens verständlich war. Ihr Deutsch war sehr gut. Toll war die Feuervorführung auf dem Vulkan, die Reise durch den Nationalpark, das Mittagessen ... lediglich die Weinprobe war sehr "schlicht".

The tour was amazing. We saw things we had never seen before. The driver was amazing, and cheerful with it. The guide was friendly, attentive and informative. The lunch was well organised and delicious. Having never been to Lanzarote before we couldn’t book the trip before we came as we could not understand where the pickup point would be. The Tui guide at our hotel sorted that all out for us so we will know better on our next visit.

El Golfo was a bit disappointing, but then we are spoilt as we live near the Jurassic coast. The wine tasting was a waste of time and instead of going to the Jameos Del Agua it would have been better to go to the Cueva De Los Verdes. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip, great to see the different landscapes on route. Lunch provided was very nice, with plenty of wine. Timanfaya was great, especially the lunar tour. Our guide really good, speaking both Polish and English

Wir haben sehr viel über die Geschichte der Vulkane und der unterschiedlichen Magma gehört. Die Erde is auch heute noch heiß an einigen Stellen. Wir haben wunderschöne Orte gesehen, konnten die Salzgewinnung besichtigen, haben eine Weinverkostung erlebt. Ein gutes Mittagessen war ebenfalls enthalten . Der Fahrer hat uns sicher durch die teils sehr kurvige Strecke gefahren. Da wir eine kleine Gruppe waren, konnte der Guide sehr viel zeigen.

The village first stop was poor and we had no guide. We joined up there with another group and the excellent guide was speaking in English and then in Polish all day. The salt pans weren’t particularly interesting. The wine tasting was not a wine tasting. We were given 2 glasses at a counter, one of sweet wine and one of semi sweet, and not even told what they were. There was nothing else to try and the visit was purely for sales. Highlights- temp demo, cave , scenic drive through volcano park.

We vonden deze tour echt geweldig. Vooral de gids Rob heeft de dag gemaakt voor ons. Wat ze wel aan moeten passen is het stukje over de wijnproeverij. Unser Reiseleiter (Rob) war sehr emphatisch und hatte ein sehr großes Allgemeinwissen von der Insel und der Geschichte, bzw. hat sehr viel Wissenswertes erzählt. Auf Grund von vielen Bussen am Morgen im Timanfaya-Nationalpark wurde die Tour zunächst in den Jameos del Agua begonnen, was sehr schön war. Es War ein sehr launiger Ausflug und hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Auch das Mittagessen war gut und jeder hatte genug Zeit, sich satt zu essen. Es gab reichlich Wein und Wasser dazu.

Overall the tour was very interesting and included a variety of visits and activities. The driver was superb negotiating very narrow roads and the guide most efficient and friendly. We found that we did not have enough time to do everything at each stop ie we needed to visit the toilets but did not have time to make the most of our stop and get comfortable. We felt a bit rushed and timed out. The pick up from all the hotels took a long time 1 1/2 hrs Which was far too long before our tour began

The wine tasting was a very pointless and rushed part of the trip. You got half a shot of wine so ifmoration given about the wine. Every stopped seemed very rushed. Lunch was not until 1.30, in a village with not the best astomosphere. Lunch was a buffet. Only red wine and water provided. No beer/white wine offered? We decided to just skip food and go buy our own drinks in the bar. Again just very rushed. Our tour guide was lovely but had a very strong Spanish accent which was hard to understand

eilandtour voor tweede maal gedaan. vorig jaar eerste keer, wat een waar succes bleek te zijn ivm de gids, Rob. dit was zo een leuke ervaring dat we die dit jaar absoluut met de kids wilden doen, We hadden terug Rob, dus iedereen tevreden, maar eens in de bus, was het enthousiasme van de gids nogal ver te zoeken, samen met wat reacties dat we moesten opletten en zwijgen eens het in de andere taal verder ging. kortom, sfeer weg...408 euro was deze keer echt teveel. echt spijtig.

The places that we visited were good, the guide was difficult to understand and the information that he was giving seemed a bit disjointed. The food at lunch was nice for people without any dietary requirements but the option for gluten and dairy free people was terrible as it was just salad.

Really informative very good guide. A bit late being picked up and the driver went wrong way after salt place which had a knock on effect all day and so rushed in some places. Lunch was fine but have had much better on these types of trips. A very enjoyable trip would recommend.

die Tour ist mit über 100 € pro Person schon etwas sehr teuer, aber es lohnt sich trotzdem. Allerdings steht und fällt es natürlich auch mit dem Guide. Wir hatten einen Holländer, top. Aber man hörte halte alles immer doppelt, der gute Mann hat 8 Stunden durchgeredet. Guide war flexibel, hat die Tour bedingt durch Nebel von hinten angefangen, so dass wir perfekte Bedingungen hatten. Weinverkostung und Salzabbau waren Verkaufsstops, aber hey, die örtl. Bevölkerung muss ja auch überleben.

First of all the guide was brilliant knew so much and the bus driver was fantastic. We really enjoyed going up into the Timanfaya national park but would have liked longer at the hotspot as it felt very rushed. The lunch provided at the stop off was awful. Luke warm and just not nice.

The tour covered the main highlights of Lanzarote which we appreciated. We enjoyed everything, but the coach trip around Timanfaya was a particular highlight. The included lunch was decent and the guide was very efficient and informative. We didn’t have anything we disliked.

Die Beratung und Buchung durch einen englischen Reiseführer im Riu Paraiso Lanzarote war sehr gut, ausführlich und freundlich. Die beste Tour, die Insel Lanzarote kennenzulernen. Loved all the stops, the wine tasting to be fair is more a sip of one wine from a plastic cup! However the places you see are stunning and we had loads of fun!!!!! I wasn’t mad keen about being sat with strangers at dinner but my son and I are both Autistic others man not mind this, food hall was noisy.

Please miss out the wine tasting (nobody liked this) and add a visit to The Green Caves. We were most disappointed that this wasn’t on the trip. Or miss out el Goffo. Everyone enjoyed the caves. Lunch was good too although the wine was awful.

Really stunning scenery and very knowledgeable guide. Timanfeya and Jameos del Agua fabulous. Salt flats and El Golfo interesting spots. Wine tasting a bit rushed but cultivation fascinating to see. Lunch perfectly adequate for this type of trip with plenty of choice. We also had time at Jameos del Agua (our last stop) to enjoy a sit down and a coffee!

Our guide Robert certainly made the trip for me, he was really kind, funny and friendly. His knowledge in Volcanology was a refreshing change. Only down side was that we didn't have very long at certain stops, but with such a packed day of sightseeing it couldn't be helped.

The Lanzarote tour was a fantastic experience & real eye opener into the devastation caused by the volcano eruptions but also tremendous recovery of both people & nature. Our only negative was it was a little long on the coach but we’d thoroughly recommend it anyway. Both driver & guide were amazing, thanks!

All was good, but not enough time at the Lave Tunnel. A lot to see here, and unable to see it all. The visit to the vineyard could have been dropped out, as basically just a stop to purchase from the shops there. Time would have been better spent at thevLave tube.

Well organised trip, which went beyond expectations Had book volcano tour, but ended up going to other places, the cave, aleo vera farm, and witnessed vine yards and had a light lunch stop and then tour of volcano and salt flats. It was a long day and luckily I had brought some water as apart from lunch there was little opportunity to have a drink. The coach driver was amazingly skilled and tour guide Roy was very interesting. I would not recommend this tour for young child under 12

For me personally. Great. Sometimes a bit rushed at places. The only thing I would criticise was that there were a couple of people who required walking sticks. No one helped them on and off the bus and most of the time the host was already gone and didn’t wait to start until everyone was there. Not everyone walks at the same pace. At the winery the information was already half way through before we even found where they had gone too. I wasn’t one of the passengers with a stick. Just an observat

The whole tour was excellent. Christina really knew her stuff and explained the volcanic history of the Island very well. Don’t think I would have wanted to explore the Island in any other way. There are huge queues into the National Park but coaches are able to drive straight to the front and are inside the park within minutes. We got to see all the key attractions in one day with the right amount of time at each. Enjoyed seeing El Golfo, the wine tasting and the lava tunnel.

Fantastic day seeing all the main sights of Lanzarote. Volcano and caves fantastic. Guide brilliant and pick up efficient - last hotel to be picked up and we were out 9am to 6pm. only let down by a very substandard lunch offering, far below usual Tui standards, which was not labelled for allergens or vegetarian/vegans. Do not let this out you off though, just come with something to have as a back up!

Christina and John the driver were the A team. Chris was so knowledgeable and informative. She was so passionate about her job. The information she gave on the coach, when she thought we were asleep was so good. The kids said they learned more about geography that day, then a year at school. Johns driving was inch perfect and I drive a lot. It was a brilliant full day. Highly recommend.

Scenery was very impressive, lots to see and discover around Timanfaya National Park, lunch and food very delicious, really enjoyed also the house wine was good. Wine tasting not so impressive although growing and harvesting grapes in that terrains is quite a challenge. If you’re going to Lanzarote, Timanfaya park is a must see!

Great day out picked up on time our guide can't remember name but polish girl who had just got Spanish residency was excellent, answered any question and was extremely Knowledgeable. We were picked up on time. At each destination we were instructed what time to be back on bus, at no point were we late restarting. Our guide was very good explaining about each area of the island as we went along, making it very interesting. We originally did this trip in 2009 and would recommend this trip.

Good overview of Lanzarote and each stop was enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the visit to the national park. Buffet lunch was excellent. The coach was packed and we had to sit at the back. We therefore could not hear the guide when she was speaking because of the engine noise - this was the only downside.

Loved Timanfaya national park and the tour driving through the national park - very impressive. The lagoon was pretty and lovely photo shots. We don't drink wine but plenty to choose from if you want to buy some at the winery. Caves were pretty but a bit disappointed that the underground part wasn't very long but again a good photo opportunity. A very good guide and she has very good knowledge of the island

Guide and driver were excellent. We were given the right amount of information on the sites and the history, interesting and informative without it be too long. Our guide spoke excellent English. The places we visited we were all excellent and varied. Better to have had 5 minutes less at the lake (first stop) where there were no toilets and 5 minutes longer at the salt plains where there were….ladies were still queuing at return time. Should have been white wine and soft drink option at lunch.

This was a brilliant trip exploring the island of Lanzarote, there was lots to do and see and it felt like really good value for money. The highlights were definitely Timanfaya and the caves. Lunch was a buffet which was okay but could’ve been better, we were placed in the basement of a restaurant and seated in long rows, there was no signs showing what each dish was and no allergy information.

The trip was great. The rep was very good. Our only complaint is that the majority of the coach did not wear a mask. The driver did, the rep did for a bit, we did but most did not. This was a little worrying as there were people with really bad coughs and sneezes. I appreciate this was a private tour group but surely the covid restrictions should still apply. If just one of those people coughing so badly had covid then the whole bus would be infected in no time at all.

We had to walk 20 minutes to the bus stop.We were 2nd last to be picked up and the bus was full so we had to finally find separate seats not able to sit together, even though the first row of seats behind the driver and guide were not being used and blocked off. Each stop was only for 10 to 15 minutes. Lunch was really good but had to rush and only had just over 30 minutes. The best part was the cave where we had about 45 minutes. Then back on the bus. All in all out of the 8hour tour we were only at stops about 2 1/2 hours. A very long day for such short visits to sites. Not recommended if you can’t sit long or have children.

Erg leuke tour. In 1 dag een mooi overzicht van het hele eiland. Het wijnproeven vonden wij onzin, want het was niet "aangekleed". Slechts naar binnen-2 slokken wijn drinken-naar buiten. Misschien iets laten zien van de teelt en het wijnmaken. Leuke, vlotte gids. Een hele dikke pluim voor de chaufeuse. Zelfs voor heel lastige, smalle en steile weggetjes draaide ze haar hand niet om.

Really interesting tour, our guide Jamie altered the running order slightly to avoid peak times at some of the destinations en route. A great way to get an overview of the island and discover places to explore in more detail at leisure.

The time spent at the cave was too long and we were unable to buy a coffee in there without a vaccine pass, which was not advised in advance. We did not need one to have lunch.

The guide, Magdalena was excellent. The chosen places to visit very interesting and the lunch was superb. The only downside was the crush in the restaurant with no social distancing but we survived
