We had 4 French people on our tour. They didn't understand English and so got back to the coach late which was annoying The National Park is wonderful and I liked the way the coach stopped for photo opportunities. A dramatic landscape.

Good experience of the volcanic scenery,salt flats and wine areas. Unfortunately the weather was cold and very windy which didn’t make it so enjoyable. Can’t control the weather, so still a good trip to see this part of the island.

Unser Guide (Holländerin/Name leider vergessen) war echt toll. Sehr informativ und lustig. Der Busfahrer war auch sensationell gut. Hat super enge Stellen toll gemeistert. Es waren auch bei den Stopps ideale Zeitfenster.

First class experience in every aspect, enjoyed every minute from beginning to end. Lava fields and craters in particular were an absolutely amazing site to see, and our guides knowledge of it helped us to fully understand what we were looking at. Wonderful day out.

De gids sprak redelijk onverstaanbaar Engels, op de tour was eigenlijk weinig te beleven, vooral lang in de bomvolle bus zitten en 4 korte stops. Om half 11 's morgens (!) wijnproeven - enkel dan nog witte wijn, zoutmijnen waar niets meer gebeurt ... wel mooie uitzichten en wat info gekregen over Lanzarote. Kortom, huur beter zelf een auto voor dit geld en bezichtig zelf het eiland.

Volle bak met Duitsers. Geen plaats geen andere reizigers die plaats af willen staan. Twee plaatsen gereserveerd in de bus voor minder validen die werd later bezet door 2 personen die niet willen ruilen. Al met al alle lof voor chauffeur.

This trip was spoilt as bad cloud cover stopped us entering the national park due to road being closed The tour guide told us this when everyone was on the bus I think if they knew this information that early the trip should have been cancelled or rescheduled I think this was a waste of money

Väldig bra guide men för vad du fick se och uppleva var det inte så mycket att ha. Exempel va vinprovningen en enorm besvikelse då du endast fick ett halvt glas med jätte lite i. Kan tänka mig detta är roligare för äldre men för familjer och unga finns det bättre alternativ. Inte bra för valutan

Ich vermisste grundsätzlich eine deutschsprachige Beratung und Führung. Meine Kenntnisse in der englischen Sprache reichten allerdings aus, um den Erklärungen des Guids zu folgen. Eigentlich war es eine Exkursion, die sich an niederländische Touristen richtete. Ich verstehe nicht, weshalb es TUI nicht möglich ist, eine deutschsprachige Beratung, auch im H 10 Timanfaya Palace Hotel, und Exkursion in Playa Blanca zu organisieren. Ansonsten ist diese Exkursion ein Muss.

Een mooie halve dag excursie. Het Timanfaya park is geweldig mooi. Ook de andere stops waren leuk. De gids, tweetalig Nederlands en Engels, vertelde volop over het gebied en het eiland. De chauffeur reed netjes, zeker ook belangrijk! We hebben een leuke dag gehad.

Die Tour ist an sich ok. Leider viel zu wenig Zeit für alles! Alles Eng getacktet! Und in der gesamten Zeit von 6-7 Stunden keine Möglichkeit etwas zu essen. Die Weinprobe ein Witz! Massenabfertigung! Einen einzigen Schluck Wein durften wir probieren.. und dann schnell weiter im Programm! So machen Ausflüge keinen Spaß! Busfahrer top! Gide musste 2 Sprachig erklären was es nicht besser machte! Wir empfehlen die Tour nicht!

The guide was excellent, and provided really interesting information throughout all stops. The bus driver was incredible at navigating narrow streets and windy roads through the national park. The different stops provided opportunities for a break of the bus, but also provided opportunities to get some stunning photos, and learn more about the history of the island, and the adaptability of the people of the island in the face of adversity. Highly recommend!

Salt mines and volcanoes tour was good. But a child was sick on the coach, before we got very far, we were sat very close and the smell was unbearable.this is something I had not considered even travelling with others. so this made the trip very unpleasant and could not wait to get back to the hotel. The bus driver did a great job trying to clear it up, but the smell lingered for the whole trip.

Very good excursion, apart from the visit to the salt flats. Interesting it may be but as the facilities there are virtually non existent, far too much time was spent there. A 30 minute visit would be more than sufficient. Apart from that it was a wonderful drive through the Timanfaya volcanic area, and of course Fire Mountain was great. The visit to the vineyard was rather an exaggeration as all we did was stand in a queue to have a small mouthful of indifferent wine! The guide was excellent.

Alle Jahre wieder! Das Timanfaya Gebirge ist ein Pflichtprogramm für Lanzarote Urlauber. Super organisiert, mit den Vorteilen einer Gruppenfahrt vorbei an ca. 200 wartenden privaten PKW. Die Vorführungen immer ein großes Spektakel....und die Landschaft... einmalig und atemberaubend.

Brilliant so interesting, a good mix of experiences. Not overwhelmed by the wine tasting, but it was a break. Pick ups were a bit laborious because we were the first pick up and last drop off but I suppose its expected. The tour guide was excellent. Overall very good .x

Good itinerary. Might be better to have a bit longer at each place but particularly the green lagoon (walk to the sites but also the village, coffee, shops etc) and the winery. I know this might mean a later return but that’s ok. It was a shame that the winery felt too busy and commercial. Maybe a smaller one would give a more authentic, personalised experience.

Great sights, very dramatic landscapes but the stops were a little too short to relax and enjoy each one. Also the time taken to do all the pick ups and drop offs was too long. We were collectes first and dropped last, this added an extra two hours of travelling.

Det var kul att se olika platser på turen, dock hade vi lite otur med vädret vilket drar ner helhetsintrycket. Vi hade önskat åka in i Timanfaya nationalpark men det kunde vi inte då det var stängt. Men bra guidning, vi fick reda på mycket olika saker om ön och de plaster vi besökte. Vinprovningen var kanske inget vi tyckte var så kul. Hade gärna sett närmare på hur man gjorde salt.

Pick up very good, guide was ok, but spoke so quickly even when she was asked to slow down it was hard to understand what she was saying.We went to the salt experience, we were given half an hour to look, no info on what we are looking at, the same with the wine experience, I have been on tours before and never like this Regards to the volcanos, due to bad weather we did not go there ,so overall very disappointed.

Wenn ich eine Tour in deutscher Sprache buche, möchte ich nicht 20 Minuten Englisch hören und dann 5 Minuten in gebrochenem Deutsch. Ob das Englisch perfekt war, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich nciht alles verstehe. . Bei den Salinas del Janubio sind die Engländer sofort weggelaufen als die Erklärung in Deutsch kam. Als wir dann zum Bus kamen, ging es sofort weiter .... Hilfreich wären dazu vielleicht kleinere Busse - speziell auf die Sprache ausgerichtet. Der Preis ist ein anderes Problem.

The pick up and drop off were on time. The driver superb. The tour guide was the best we’ve ever had; so knowledgeable, well organised, friendly and made the trip informative on all aspects of Lanzarote, not just the tour visits. Five star!! The visit to the salt fields, green lake and vineyard were a bonus for us and just added to the Volcano National Park tour, which was the only tour we thought we wanted. Well planned to the minute, no time wasted and a fabulous memories to take home.

Tour bus and guide turned up exactly on time and the trip overall was excellent. However we felt the tour itself was slightly rushed. We would have liked slightly longer at the volcano and green lagoon. But with that in mind we would certainly recommend this trip to others visiting the island.

The whole tour was excellent and varied. The earth, fire, water displays were memorable and fun. We also enjoyed the Green Lake and the wine tasting. The salt flats walk was less enjoyable, especially with the noisy building work in the background. The recorded commentary enhanced the drive through the national park. Our driver (Daniel?) was simply brilliant. The courier was German and although her English was good, it was sometimes hard to follow.

The trip was over priced & not what I expected. 6hrs on the coach, waiting for ages to get onto the national park due to so many cars & coaches queueing. The stops were informative (apart from the salt fields which was out of season, under construction & toilet facilities were inadequate for the amount of people) but after information displays/talks were given we had only 10mins to get a drink, look in the shop or use the toilet. I was unable to use the toilet on 2 occasions due to time limitat

Minus: Att bli upphämtad 09.00 och komma hem 14. 30 utan möjlighet att köpa lite mat - inte så bra. Vi var SÅ hungriga när vi kom hem. Hade med varsin banan som tur var. Borde rekommenderats att ta med matsäck och sedan få lämplig tid och plats att äta denna. Det fanns inte tid att stå i köer för att köpa något vid platserna.

TUI rep told us we wouldn’t be jumping to different hotels and would get to the fist destination in 50 minutes. This isn’t true. We were on the bus for 1:30 before getting to the first destination. Also really disappointed by the salt mine (very poor and not worth visiting (especially for 40 mins!!!). We spent far too long at the lagoon but were majorly rushed at the volcano and wine tasting which was really disappointing. Seats were very crammed on the bus and not comfortable.

Aside from spending a little too long collecting other passengers at the start of the day (though we were first to be dropped off!) we had a brilliant day Eva our guide and Marco our driver were fantastic. I enjoyed the pace of the day, the tour of the volcanic area is well organised and very special. They didn’t panic when our bus broke down and it didn’t affect the day at all as occurred in a car park, by the time we were back new bus was good to go.. loved La Geria wine tasting too thanks all

An amazing tour. Ava, our guide, was extremely friendly, and professional. Her knowledge, and presentation of this, was outstanding. Without question the best guide we have experienced in the many tours we have taken with TUI. The driver (Colomel?) was friendly and showed incredible driving skill throughout. Especially around Timanfaya National Park. Cannot recommend this tour highly enough.

Die Vulkantour durch den Nationalpark Timanfaya war mehr als beeindruckend. Absolut empfehlenswert. Eine surreale Erfahrung. El Golfo zu Beginn war ebenfalls ein Erlebnis. Die Salinen waren interessant. Auf die sogenannte Weinverkostung hätten wir gut verzichten können. Hervorzuheben ist unsere Reisebegleiterin Anne, die mit ihrer Professionalität zu dem bleibenden positiven Eindruck und dem Gelingen beitrug. Wir können diesen Halbtagsausflug ausdrücklich empfehlen.

We had a great time on the Timanfaya Volcanic Tour. The coach was comfortable, and the staff were excellent. There was a medical emergency on our bus during the national park segment; this was attended to promptly and professionally. All of the stops were interesting but we perhaps would have liked a little more time at each. The salt flat's were an interesting part of Lanzarote culture but as there was a lot of building work it might be worth TUI finding an alternative for now. Recommended!

Enjoyed everything apart from the coach trip along a narrow very winding road with a shear drop on all the S bends.The coach wheels were very close to the edge which I found terrifying! Enjoyed all the experiences showing the heat within the lava soil and also the history of the salt flats.Although our coach broke down at one point the tour guide quickly found a replacement coach. Very pleased I booked the tour as it showed a part of Lanzarote completely different to the commercial hotel areas

Wine tasting very disappointing. Coach basically took us on a shopping experience to wine shop and gift shop. No talks on wine production etc. Very much tourist spending experience the whole trip, with emphasis on tipping bus driver and tour guide. Something we all know about with the basket strategically placed, so why make a point about tips? The volcanic bus circuit was good with the music and recorded information.

It was an enjoyable tour. Not enough time at the volcano centre, we only had 15mins on our own to look around (use the bathroom, have refreshment, look around and gift shop). At the lagoon not much time to enjoy the area. The salt flats was interesting. Wine tasting was a little disappointing, you only get to try 1 wine, without paying to try more ( wine tasting that we have been on before you try more wines). Tour guide was brilliant she was so knowledgeable!!!

Utflykten hade varit fantastisk om vi inte hade fått en Holländsk guide, vi utgick ifrån att utflykten skulle vara på engelska som det stod på bokningen, men han talade 85% av tiden på Holländska. Språken flöt ihop och det gick inte att få ett sammanhang. Han exkluderade dessutom de som inte var Holländare och drog skämt som bara de förstod. En man på bussen ifrågasatte att han inte talade engelska hela tiden och då blev guiden sur och grinig. Chauffören Nixon var toppen.

Well organised, especially grouping by language so that everyone was included. The coach was new, clean, very comfortable. Our guide, Eva, conveyed enthusiasm. Hard to believe she’d shared these facts with so many people already, it all seemed fresh (which, to us, it was). Eva knew her subject well, encouraged questions and did a great job of keeping us to schedule, despite being a large group. With only a short time on Lanzarote, TUI Tours were a great way to take in as much as possible.

We have visited the Timanfaya volcano before but did enjoy it again. We didn't need to pay extra for the BBQ as we had plenty of good food at our hotel.. We were pleased to see the Nativity scenes ay Yaixa & the Salt Pans - both were new to us. Previously we'd been told that the salt pans were closed as we now have fridges & freezers so the explanation was very interesting.

Die Tour auf Englisch und Deutsch war für mich sehr anstrengend. Gerade wenn man irgendwo angekommen ist. Die englische Durchsage war fertig und da sind schon alle Engländer aufgestanden und haben sich laut unterhalten. Da konnte man die deutsche ansage kaum verstehen, zumal auch das deutsch der Reiseführerrin schlecht war und man sich sehr darauf konzentrieren musste um was zu verstehen. Nie wieder eine deutsch/englisch Tour.

Wir hatten das Pech, dass an diesem Tag auch viele Busse mit Kreuzfahrern diese Tour befuhren. Deshalb kam es vor allem am Eingang zum Nationalpark zu längeren Wartezeiten und auch bei den weiteren Haltestellen wurde es mit dem fotografieren schwierig. Der Preis empfinden wir etwas zu hoch. Ich glaube, dafür hätten wir ein Taxi nehmen können.

The bus driver was excellent as one would hope on those roads, always felt very safe. The tour guide George (Clooney)was very good, friendly, funny and interesting to listen to, learning the history of the islands. I really enjoyed it. The salt pan visit was interesting and very informative.The winery was interesting, though I don’t drink wine. All in all a good trip and worth the cost. Would recommend it.

De gids was moeilijk te verstaan. Had de behoefte om op een kinderlijke manier een groepsgevoel te creëren door de hel groep telkens ole ole te laten roepen. Noemde zichzelf George Clooney… ander punt: we werden om 0800 uur opgehaald en vlak voor half drie weer teruggebracht. Zonder de mogelijkheid om iets te eten of zelf iets mee te nemen, want het ging om een halve dagtocht…

Die Tour war wunderschön, die Gegend unbeschreiblich. Dieses Gebiet muß man besuchen wenn man auf der Insel ist. Bus 25 Minuten zu spät (kann passieren), aber die Reiseleitunf war sehr überheblich und unfreundlich. Die frage nach einer Toilette wurde mit "wenn der Bus da ist fahren wir los, egal ob sie da sind oder nicht" beantwortet. Die 25 minuten Verspätung wurden dann bei den Besichtigungen wieder "wett gemacht". 15 Minuten zeit pro besichtigungsstation. No go!

The commentary on the coach was detailed, but felt like it was being delivered by a grumpy science teacher. Shouting “you understand” at the end of each sentence didn’t lend itself to a relaxed day out. Most of the focus was on the parts of the tour where we could be sold something: sea salt or the jewellery from the volcanic rocks. The guide kept insisting he wasn’t on commission, but his long and overbearing sales pitch said otherwise. Not impressed by any of that stuff and not what we paid.

Robert was brilliant and there is nothing about volcanoes that he doesn’t know. A very interesting man and very knowledgeable. Pity about the Norwegians on the tour who can’t tell the time and even though clear instructions of 10 mins to be back at the coach were given, were over 1 hr returning. Would suggest that customers are to return to the same coach seats as it did cause trouble between customers.

Reiseführer Rob hat uns großartig über Vulkane und die Landschaft informiert. Vor allem seine Schlusswort zu C. Manrique und die Stiftung haben uns sehr berührt, da sie zeigen, wie wichtig der Umgang mit der Natur ist. Wir haben viel gesehen und es wurde immer darauf geachtet, dass wir vollzählig waren. Leider war die Weinprobe etwas kurz, doch in Anbetracht des Andrang vor Ort, war es ok. Wir hatten vorher eine intensive Tour zum Thema Wein, Vielen Dank an Rob und unseren Fahrer. Gerne wieder.

We enjoyed the whole tour. I think the experiments was my favourite part. The guide's English was not great but reasonably understandable. I would suggest that 'Wine Tasting' should be changed to 'Wine Sample' or other as it was a mere mouthful. There was a medical emergency onboard our coach on the day and the guide dealt with it admirably and professionally. The visit to a nativity scene at Yaiza was also a nice touch and unexpected surprise.

De groep was wel erg groot en dat is lastig als je als Nederlander met een duits/engelse gids niet echt de kans krijgt om uitleg te vragen. En door de grote van de groep had je minder tijd bij de stops van de tour. Moet wel zeggen dat de chauffeur van de bus een dikke pluim verdiend. Wat een rijkunst heeft die man!

The guide was great. My friend and I asked if we could walk down to the salt pyramids, and he said he would come with us. Other people then followed, and he was telling us all about the process and different types of salt. The driver was also very good and we had a safe and steady drive.

Grundsätzlich hatte ich eine Vulkan Tour gebucht. Das Highlight vor Ort (warme Steine, Feuer,Gaisire) kam (zeilich) etwas zu kurz, wohin dagegen die Shop Besuche (zeitlich) zu langwierig waren. Den Nationalpark mit dem Bus zu befahren war sehr interessant und der Guide vermittelte gute und interessante iInformationen dazu.

Der Ausflug war Klasse. Wir hatten eine sehr kompetente Reiseleiterin und einen sehr guten Busfahrer, der uns sicher durch die schmale 12 km Straße gefahren hat. Es empfiehlt sich bei diesem Ausflug, diesen über den Veranstalter zu buchen, da der Bus an einer langen Schlange von Autos vorbeifahren kann. Der Stopp an der Bodega und der Besuch der Salinen war zeitlich begrenzt aber lag im Bereich der möglichen, da eine Halbtagstour war. Diese Tour kann preislich und zeitlich empfohlen werden. ??

Ich hätte gerne an den einzelnen Ststionen mehr Zeit gehabt. 15 bis max 30 Minuten waren schon sehr gehetzt. Vor allem, wenn man in der Zeit sich auch noch bei den Toiletten anstellen musste. Die sogenannte "Weinverkostung" war ein Witz. Man bekam eine Pfütze Wein, das war nicht mal ein Schnapsglas voll. Und es blieb auch keine Zeit um auf eigene Faust noch zu probieren Die Tour durch die Vulkane aber war super. Sehr beeindruckend.

Didn’t like that we were on the bus an hour picking up and then dropping off, if we had been told that we would not have booked. Nearly 20 hotel/pick up points. Didn’t like the bilingual aspect, was distracting, again had we been informed of this we would not have booked. Guide was like a school teacher constantly telling us to do this or that, we are adults not children. Calling it wine tasting is stretching it a bit and misleading. Was an interesting tour but not worth the cost each.

Als Abholzeit war 9:10 Uhr genannt, der Bus kam aber erst um 9:40 Uhr. Bei vermutlich sehr vielen vorherigen Stops aber nachvollziehbar. Also „Jammern auf hohem Niveau“. Es hat sonst alles top geklappt, die Erklärungen waren in beiden Sprachen top verständlich, die Leiterin war sehr freundlich und hatte alles perfekt im Griff - so wie der Busfahrer seinen Bus! Die Strecke durch den Nationalpark ist ja eine echte Herausforderung!

Allereerst onze dank voor de extra service voor mijn reisgenoot die een rollator bij zich had. Zowel gids als chauffeur waren erg attent. We hadden het erg getroffen met onze chauffeur en gids, beiden erg ervaren. De gids wist veel te vertellen en had de nodige humor. Erg mooi vond ik ook de muziek die er op al en toe, tussendoor te horen was. Erg toepasselijk.

I liked that the tour was tweaked on the day so that we did not turn up at the same time as a number of other tours ie those off the cruise ships. However our first stop salt mine and most of the coach needed the toilet, there was only 2 toilets so this caused a queue which the guide did not seem to appreciate and was a little sarcastic about so many needing the facilities. Maybe you do need to accommodate this with timings if this is the first stop and some have been on the coach over an hou

There was an interesting variety of activities which gave us interesting insights into Timanfaya. The landscape looked like something from the moon and the practical demonstrations to show the intense heat beneath the surface were fascinating. Unsere Guide Filine habe ich bereits zum 2. mal erlebt. Sie ist so toll! Nahbar, sehr freundlich, sehr klar in Ihrer Führung der Gruppe, erzählt fokussiert die wichtigsten Infos und labert nicht so wahnsinnig viel „Beiwerk“, was man eh wieder vergisst. Die von ihr geleiteten Touren sind ein Genuss. An der Tour an sich gibt es nicht wirklich etwas zu verbessern….

Wir haben an einem Treffpunkt den Bus gewechselt, damit die Tour nicht in 3 Sprachen war. Das hat nicht so gut geklappt und viel Zeit gekostet. Dann ewig anstehenden zur Vulkan Tour. Beide Guides haben zuwenig kommuniziert. Schade. Auch unterwegs hätten es einige Informationen mehr über Land und Leute sein dürfen. Die Zwischenstopps waren leider etwas knapp in der Zeit. Pro Stopp 20 Minuten. Das ist zu wenig. Dafür war der Wein sehr gut, schön dass auch regionale Betriebe unterstützt werden.

Maisemat Lanzarotella ovat upeita. Retki sen sijaan oli pääosin vain bussissa istumista. Varsinaisissa kohteissa (joita varten retkelle mentiin) vietettiin vain pieni hetki, joissa kerkesi lähinnä käymään vain vessassa ja ehkä ostaa nopeasti jotain. Eli bussikiertue oli suveneerikaupasta viinikaupan kautta suolakauppaan. Ei tutustuminen näihin paikkoihin. Lisäksi pettymys oli opas, joka puhui enemmän saksaa, vaikka bussin piti olla englanninkielinen. Tästä syystä kertomuksetkin meni vähän ohi.

Lanzarote was beautiful however there was not enough time at each stop, it felt very rushed and the guide, although friendly, did not speak clear enough English for us to fully understand the commentary. Lots of time was spent on the bus, it was not a wine tasting just one sip of one wine.

Den Stop an der Bodega zur "Weinprobe" hätte man sich ersparen können, ein Becher mit 2 Schluck Wein, um danach völlig überteuerte Produkte angeboten zu bekommen, ist kein geeignetes Ausflugsziel. Ansonsten war der Ausflug sehr schön, netter und kompetenter Guide. Sehr zu empfehlen, mit leider dieser ärgerlichen Ausnahme.

We felt that we spent too much time on the coach - four hours of a six hour trip. Almost the first hour of that was driving around Playa Blanca picking up passengers. The visit to Timanfaya National Park was interesting but half an hour wasn’t enough. The trip to the vineyard was too long and you could only taste one wine of the two. The Green Lake was interesting but not really enough to do there. And the Salt Pans were boring - should have been a photo stop and no more. The guide was good.

We enjoyed the itinerary and the driver was impressive but the guide was very disappointing. The guide was repetitive and often incomprehensible. Worse, she frequently spoke over the recorded commentary so that we were unable to hear it. Towards the end of the tour she played music on her phone and sang along very loudly and out of tune, completely for her own amusement and with no regard for any of her customers

Alt var bra, men det var unødvendig å stoppe på vingårdern for en «vinsmaking» når vi bare ble «sluset» raskt gjennnom og fikk ett glass vin på ca 30 ml. Vi kunne i hvert fall fått et 1/2 glass. Enten droppe dette eller betale litt mer.

The whole experience was rushed, you don’t even have time to stop and have a cup of coffee. Each place you visit, you are off the coach for 20-30minutes. We felt we spent most of the day on a coach! The volcano itself was amazing and definitely worth seeing. Our tour guide wasn’t very good. She was not informative. I felt I learnt very little all day and that was disappointing.

Der Aufenthalt an der grünen Lagune war mit 20 Minuten viel zu kurz. Hier müsste man mindestens 40 Minuten Zeit haben. Bei der Weinprobe gab es nur einen Tropfen in einem Becher, bei dem Preis wäre sicher auch ein Glas drin gewesen. Ansonsten war die Tour top.

The local guide, Maria Goretti, was fantastic. She tailored the tour to suit how busy the stops might be in conjunction with cruise ships at the port with passengers on similar itinerary to ensure we had a positive customer experience - that she accomplished and some which maximised the time at each stop - perfect. The tour guide and driver were brilliant, the Island had three cruise ships in that day so they adjusted the order of the tour so we missed the larger queues. Some of the stops seemed a little rushed with maybe half and hour at each venue but overall it was a great experience and we learnt a lot about the Islands history.

El Golfo and Timanfaya national park excellent. Very good explanations from the guide. Visit to the salt pans also interesting, they were scraping the salt piramids the day we were there. The visit to the vineyard was just an opportunity to taste a local wine. No tour ,explanation of process by owners or visit to the press which was a shame. But the main event the tour of the lunar lanscape of yhr national park was mind blowing.

The tour guide, David was fantastic. Very informative, funny and appeared to enjoy the tour as much as everyone else- he and the driver are a credit to this tour! Very prompt pick up and drop off and enjoyed the music on the bus in between. Although it didn’t bother me, I would suggest changing the name of the “wine tasting” as it was just one small sip so some could find this misleading.

Es war eine sehr interessante Tour mit vielen Informationen. Die Reiseleitung war eine Niederländerin, die selber schon sehr lange auf der Insel lebt und sich bestens auskennt. Bringt alles mit Charme und Witz rüber. Die Aufenthalte an den Orten waren ausreichend. Der Busfahrer war top. Mit so einem Riesenbus durch den Nationalpark war schon der Hammer.

Really good, interesting and informative. Can’t fault the tour or the things seen. My only issue as a parent with a young child. Our pick up was 12pm and we missed lunch at all inclusive hotel and we couldn’t get a pack up. The first stop was 2:30 ish and we didn’t have enough time to eat the lunch I bought at volcano. So child ate at 3:45 so she was hungry and struggled. I was told when booking we would stop for lunch so didn’t take snacks. Which we wouldn’t have been able to eat on coach anywa

De tour door het park was heel indrukwekkend. Is een aanrader. Ondanks dat ik hoogtevrees heb voelde ik mij veilig in de bus. De bus rijdt heel rustig en ik zat aan de linkerkant achter in de bus. A lot of money for a 4-hour round trip. I would have recommended it if it ws cheaper. The guide was explaining in2 languages therefore she was going too fast to male any sense.

We really enjoyed the tour and the wealth of information the guide supplied. Collection was on time and the stops were of appropriate length for each centre. The guide was fluent and very helpful. The coach was clean.

This is a nice trip and the highlights are the Timanfaya National park and the green pool at El Golfo. The lowlights are the wine tasting, a complete waste of time. I realise it’s all about sales. There was not enough time at El Golfo you need to factor that in. All too rushed

A lot packed into a 1/2 day. Everything as the rep said it would be. Bus on time tour guide extremely knowledgeable about where we were going and gave us loads of info. Only minor gripe was because he was working in 2 languages as he was finishing in English he kept saying ‘do you understand England.’ We are Welsh and there were Scottish people too. He needs to say UK not England please!

Gut Organisiert, die Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreicht, was mit einer Selbstfahrer Tour nich funktioniert hätte. Nicht so gut war die Klimaanlage im Bus, zu tief eingestellt, nach der Hälfte der Zeit ging das Husten bei vielen los

What can I say but it was an excellent trip. We hired a car at first but the waiting time was 45 minutes to enter. We then decided to book with TUI as we was told coaches get priority and go around the whole volcanic created to which cars are not allowed.

Alles was geweldig alleen jammer dat je tijdens de vulkaantour in de bus moest blijven, had graag daar gewandeld. Bodega was heerlijk met al die wijnen en als je niet oppast koop je veel te veel en ga je aangeschoten terug in de bus??

The volcano was magnificent. The lunar landscape was amazing. The added wine tasting and Salt tasting, were nothing to write home about to he honest. The excursion could have been better without these two additions and could have kept the cost down. I didn’t think the trip was value for money. In fact I thought all the excursions offered were all very similar and all too expensive.

Really enjoyed the volcano and lagoon part of the tour. Could have missed the salt lakes and the winery part. It was interesting to hear about the how the vines are grown but stopping off at the winery was a bit of a sales pitch? The place was dirty and toilets were disgusting. The guide was was really nice and the driver very talented driving around the single track volcano roads!

Der Reiseführer hat uns sehr viel wissenswertes über Timanfaya, Weinanbau und Salzgewinnung vermitteln können. Er sprach zudem fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Der Busfahrer war ein sehr sicher Fahrer vor allem im Nationalpark.

Mehr Informationen zur Salzgewinnung in der Saline wären wünschenswert. Die Weinprobe war enttäuschend – sie wirkte eher wie eine Verkaufsveranstaltung und die Qualität des Weins ließ zu wünschen übrig
