Great

The trip was lovely and the guide amazing. So friendly, informative and was great with my little boy. Only downside was the animal park was a little small and a very steep hill. Difficult to manage in places with a toddler

Excellent

Chrissie was amazing throughout this trip; very friendly, warm and informative. The glass boat trip was excellent for the children to see lots of fish and going on the top deck for the second half let us take in the scenery. The Amazonas Park was very good too, although it would have been nice to have more time there. Lots of animals and the opportunity to feed the lemurs. Would definitely book again.

The boat was great for our 17 month old but the Amazonas park wasn’t good it’s difficult with a buggy as it’s very hilly and you can’t take younge children re in to the Larmas it’s not what was advertised. We also was placed in the middle of a protest by the guide the tour should never have gone ahead we got peeper sprayed including the baby I am very disappointed with TUI to allow the trip to go ahead we should have been given the opportunity to change it as the guide knew all about the protest

Price was fair and I felt we had value for money. The guide was good, unexpected trip and time in Agios nikolaos. The zoo is small and very very hilly, which would help if that was flagged as anyone with mobility restrictions would really struggle. But a great day out.

Overall a very good day out. The glass bottom boat trip was enjoyable and we got to see a lot of fish and interesting rock bed formations.This was followed by a nice free time period which allowed us to grab a bite to eat and browse the local shops and take in the scenery. The second part of the day was the visit to Amazonas Park and my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the park and we also very much liked our friendly and highly informative tour guide, she was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Loved the Amazonas experience and time in Agios Nikolas. The glass bottom boat was OK ... we were facing inwards and couldn't see very much. Being seated facing away would have been a very different experience.

The day was a very long day and it seemed we spent more time on the coach than we did doing the activities. With a toddler this wasn’t ideal and it wasn’t mention anywhere that you could potentially spend 3 hours of the day sitting on the coach picking people up and getting to the boat and Amazona Park. That said the boat was good and we loved feeding the Lemurs albeit we were only at the park for about an hour.

The boat was excellent, Amazonas Park is a very steep windy path to feed the limas , but the complete let down was being told, pick up time 8 10 am on a fast rd bus stop and the coach not coming until 8.35 and as we had been waiting 30 mins in the heat on a fast rd with a infant we thought we'd made a mistake, so got a taxi to Amazonas €28 were Tui phoned then directing taxi driver to glass boat €30 total €58 which Tui need to refund as it was there fault, ruining our experience.

Great day trip. Good communication; really easy process in terms of pick up, meeting points etc all felt very slick. I was travelling alone with two children and it was all really well put together. The boat was good, if not a little underwhelming but the day overall was perfect for us. Nice walk around the town which was really beautiful and the animal park was nice, small but that’s what we expected really. The lemur experience was excellent and the staff were great. Would recommend.

Had to wait 10 mins for a taxi drop of after lots of hotel pick ups and taxi didn't show. We were all tired from early start maybe if you have to stop chose somewhere we could get out/use toilet not side of a road. Loved boat trip and stop could of done with at least another 30 mins at amazon park.

Very enjoyable day. Marianne was exceptionally good with her recommendations and the history she gave along the way was brilliant. The boat was fantastic. The time in Agios Nikolias was not rushed. The Amazonas Park was the highlight for me though. Especially the Lemurs and goats. Definitely would recommend

Our guide tour Giannis (Janis?) was very informative and friendly! We really enjoyed amazonas park as we got to feed the lemurs. The glass bottom boat or semi submarine was ok, wasn’t too exciting but still enjoyed it.

We had a great time on this trip. We enjoyed the boat trip, free time in the town and feeding the lemurs at the park was great! We liked that we had a guide but could explore on our own and the transport to and from our hotel made it much easier than if we had arranged to visit ourselves

Glass bottom boat very good see lots of different sizes fish and staff very helpful all ways keeping an eye out for your safety I was very impressed. The park is very hilly so not recommended for people with disabilities but very worth going ,animals are well looked after had a lovely time

Friendly guide and well organised day out. The fish were amazing. Amazonia Park was ok but left us reflecting on the animals welfare- felt like a zoo rather than a reserve.

Value for money was great as we had booked prior to arrival. I would say paying what it was to book at the hotel would be too expensive.

The guide was very friendly & knowledgeable. She did her best to keep us informed through the day. The trip offered a great balance for children and adults. I would say a little extra time in the Amazonas park may be beneficial as this felt a little rushed. Great experience overall.

A really good experience overall, but it felt like the tours were rather short. However, it was great value for money considering everything and the staff were lovely!!

Trip was jot available to take through any of the trip outlets on the island but we had seen on here before we came when researching, so whilst on holiday we booked it great experience really easy to do and would use this company again. Any questions we had were answered quickly via live chat

The experience was great, loved the glass bottom boat, although had the good viewing side, the people on the other side the view was not as good. The park was good but very steep to walk, the best part was the lemurs climbing on people for the food. I would recommend the tour.

Just a great day, much better than we possibly expected. Tour Guide Giannis was superb, glass-bottomed boat good fun, Agios Nikoloas is simply a beautiful town to stroll around and the animal park, although small, is great for an hour and therefore the timing is perfect.

A really good mix of activities loved it all. We enjoyed the glass bottomed boat and were lucky as we got a good view on boat think some on inside would not have got such a good view. Loved the free time in the port did some shopping and had lunch. The animal park was good especially feeding the lemars. Coach transfers went smoothly

The trip details didn't say we would have over 2hrs free time after the glass boat trip where we could shop, eat out etc & as such we didn't take enough currency to do much. We were sat on the inner side of the glass bottom boat so we saw very little of the life under sea, certainly those sat facing out of the boat saw lots more. The zoo, was predominantly parrots, but the lemur experience was very good. We enjoyed the day overall, but felt it was over priced. Loved the tour guide :-) Chrissy

Glass bottom boat was well organised and there was enough space for everyone. Sufficient time in Ageos Nikolas to explore. Lemur experience at Amazonas Park was excellent. Not really given enough time to look round properly here and it felt rushed. An extra 15 - 30 mins would have been good.

The experience was more than we could’ve expected. The tour guide was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. The glass boat was a great view and we were lucky to see so many fish. We were given lots of free time in the town to explore and get food which was a great added part to the excursion. We were able to feed lemurs at the end of the day which was a wonderful experience however the food for them should have been included in the price of the day.

We had to move our booking due to a family emergency and Tui were so helpful from the beginning. Our guide was great, the trip was fab and we had a great day! Felt like a couple of mini trips combined in to one which was perfect for keeping our toddler entertained. Highly recommend

A brilliant day out. We really enjoyed the few hours in Agios Nikolaos. On the semi submarine trip, we saw some common fish, unfortunately no dolphins or turtles or octopus. We had a couple of hours free time in the town, we chose to have lunch overlooking an inviting beach, then had a swim. Take your bathers in case! The Amazonas park was ok, there are lots of parrots, as the park is a rescue centre. The highlight was feeding the lemurs! We fell in love with Agios!!!

Trips were okay, we didn't see much under the sea and the amazonas park was quite small, no access to the monkeys. 2hrs free time in Agios Nikoloas felt too long.

We loved all the activities overall. The glass bottom boat was amazing, the time around Rethynmon was great and the Amazonas Park was a great experience. The Amazonas Park is set up in the mountains so when you walk around, you're essentially walking up a hill. I have a heart condition and coped. We got to feed the lemas which was an amazing experience! We found out tour guide a little pretentious and found her more interested in talking on her phone and talking to the driver.

Wasn’t sure where to wait to be picked up for the excursion as no signs or TUI rep available to ask that morning. Had to cross a dangerous road multiple times before the bus arrived. Other than that was a fab day out. Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable.

Tour was well balanced. Semi submarine was enjoyable as was the time at Amazonia animal park The free time in Agios Nickalios was sufficient to explore, do some shopping and get lunch. Time in Amazonia was a bit short, could be longer. Also the park has steep inclines which is a struggle if you have difficult walking. This should be mentioned.

Had the most amazing day from start to finish the guide was a lovely man who was so informative and friendly and made the experience feel very personal. My little boy loved the glass bottom boat( so many fish to see) and feeding the lemurs at amazonas park, we'll never forget this lovely experience. Definitely recommend especially with children ??

We very much enjoyed the submarine as it gave our little one a chance to seethe fish under water. The zoo was a amazing unfortunately wee couldn't see many of the monkeys due to them nursing babies / pregenant which is understandable as they would be very protective. My only criticism was toomuch time spent in the town.

Found the boat a bit cramped with the numbers on board the boat and as for Amazonas Park, you really need to go early to get the best from the animal interaction, but both still worth the visit.

Overall the trip was excellent, however I think more time could have been allowed at the town (Agios Nikolaos) as we were back to the hotel very early. The zoo is small but was good.

Amazonas felt a little rushed and regimented. The glass bottom boat and time in agios nikolas was great and the guide was extremely friendly. All in all great day which the kids loved, especially the boat and feeding the monkeys.

Getting to go underwater and seeing all the amazing fish and the rock formation. The Port of Nicolas was so beautiful and interesting. The best part though was the last part when my partner and I was able to feed the Lemurs with them jumping on our shoulders and backs and becoming fussy over what fruit and veg they want. The staff and the tour guides were all amazing and so friendly.

Overall good. However the glass bottom boat felt a little herded and was not informed of the order of events. They said loved it. Amazonas, wonderful but really rushed through, especially the Lima’s. They need to give far more time for that than the parrots.
