We were taken to a jewellery shop. It started fine with some explanation of what they do. Then we're taken into the showroom and was followed and intimidated by one particular salesman. He called us stupid for not investing in his diamonds and tried pressuring us to give him a good review. We asked where the exit was as no signs of it but he wouldn't tell us. We felt trapped in that place for over an hour. It was a very traumating experience.

The jewellery visit was not great. Felt like we were taken here to spend money on £3k plus diamonds. However Antalya old town visit was fabulous. The guides tour by AJ was fantastic. AJ was fantastic kept everyone together and explained things clearly. That was the best part of the experience. I don't think the jewellery visit was needed. Thank you

The bus driver got lot he did not know where he was going and just stopped in middle of motor way to ask for help with all cars beebing for him to move so took over two hours to get there spoke no English so gives us no help to see what was going on got told was good then free time then lost another hour with guide making us do stuff wanted nothing to do with

The tui rep was not very clear that the trip involved a 1 hour stop at a "high end" jewellery store. I don't really understand the purpose of this part of the trip. The tour of the old town was the last part of the excursion, this should be the start. Had we known about the old town we would have spent more time exploring this area which we really enjoyed. Overall Feedback, ditch the jewellery shop and do the tour of old town first and I would have given this a much higher score.

Het bezoek bij de juwelen was opdringerig. Duidelijk gemaakt dat we niet geïnteresseerd waren en die verkoper bleef ons volgen. Daar wij de zaak 2 jaar geleden bezocht hebben en wist dat er nog een verdiep met uitgang was deze gevraagd en daar stond alweer een verkoper ons op te wachten voor de zilverafdeling. Ook gevraagd naar de uitgang met winkeltje en oef we waren buiten. De gids was prima en de tijd om te shoppen was voldoende. 2 jaar terug was deze excursie gratis, nu 12 euro per persoon

We were told that the jewellery visit was not included in this shopping excursion, I do not know why you visit this place ,people are not interested whats so ever ,in this pressure intimidating experience : who goes on an alinclusive holiday wanting to spend thousands of pounds in that place .Not one of the 12 persons on our coach wanted to be there Couldnt wait to escape from the building .

Die Fahrt und der Aufenthalt in Antalya war sehr angenehm und es war sehr toll. Aber der Umweg über einen Schmuckverkauf war sehr lästig und wurde uns erst kurz nach der ankunft der Guide mitgeteilt. Es hat uns die Möglichkeit genommen hat etwas mehr in Antalya zu erleben und es war auch vorher nicht angekündigt sonst hätten wir diesen Ausflug nicht gemacht. Ansonsten war der Ausflug schön.

Nous n’avons pas aimé le temps de ramassage de tout les couples et le passage forcé dans une bijouterie d’OR pendant une heure. La vielle ville d’Antalya est absolument à voir , très belles explications de notre guide ( anglophone mais assez compréhensible) flâner dans les vielles ruelles et descendre jusqu’au port durant le temps libre est conseiller .

Es ist einfach ein Unding, dass es nicht möglich ist wenn man ungefähr 25 mal nein gesagt hat und einen simplen 585er Goldring mit 3 Steinchen, der angeblich erst 9700 Euro dann 7600 Euro und dann zu einem absoluten Schnäppchenpreis von 6500 Euro kaufen sollte. Die Verkäufer dort sind zwar freundlich aber hängen an einem wie die Kletten.Der Führer war sehr selbstvetliebt und verbat sich, dass ich einem englischen Paar übersetzte,die hätten ja eine deutsche Tour gebucht. Daher nicht zu empfehlen.

Can't believe Tui are associated with this. Supposed to be a your of Antalya old town but started with a tour of a diamond place which no-one knew about. Ushered us through where loads of people descended on us obviously trying to get us to buy stuff.We just carried on and got on the bus and sat there until we went to Antalya.Were taken to a cafe and a clothes shop where again people descended on us to get us to but things.The day was the guide taking us to places so he could earn commission.

Guide was interesting with the info he gave us. Driver nearly had a crash outside our hotel!!! The jewellery visit was a complete waste of time..that should be an extra trip for people who are genuinely interested in purchasing top end jewellery…8 of us were on the bus and nobody wanted to stop there! We didn’t do the old town tour so had 3 hours to spend in Antalya which was fine. But a 73p bus ride in to town would have given us the same experience.

Got to antalya turkey prices have gone up considerably to point it's cheaper buying the actual thing at home. But when you say no you will be insulted and escorted out of shops. Uns wurde gesagt ein halber Tag und wir sind mittag wieder zurück. Leider waren wir erst 16 Uhr zurück. Wir wurden zu einem angeblich einheimischen Basar geführt, wo komischerweise sehr gut deutsch gesprochen wurde. Es wurde außerdem vorher von einem Shoppingcenter gesprochen, den wir dort nicht gesehen haben. Wir wurden direkt in ein Geschäft geführt wo sich die Verkäufer an uns hefteten. Auf Preis nachfragen kamen keine konkreten Auskünfte und ich fühle mich da über den Tisch gezogen.

Travel Rep was exceptional and very informative. Visit to Jewellery store was interesting and slightly annoying as we would have bought something, but they wanted to sell us some things way above our price capacity and then just as we were about to leave for next stage of our journey offered us a more realistic option but had no time to purchase. The jewellery shop is not needed on this trip. Brings nothing to the experience of Turkey. People just want to shop in the old town, and see the old town. Which is both amazing, but more time is needed.

The free timeyou get is the only thing enjoyable on this trip. The visit to the jewellery store is pointless, you just have sales people bothering you to buy stuff. Even the guide told us this part of the trip was pointless and to get in and out as quick as possible,(which wasted an hr of our time) The tour around the old town you can do on your self as he just spoke about the other 2 hotels tui provide. (Thought it was a tour not a sales pitch) Highly disappointed and wont recommend

Basics were great. Had spoken to the tour guide on the journey into Antalya and said I was wanting to buy yarn. She said check the shops and then compare at the textile centre. I couldn’t find any shops (asked lots of people) but unfortunately she didn’t say that the tour at the end included the actual textile centre ?? so I missed out. Can’t believe I came all this way wanting to take yarn home and couldn’t get any. Must admit this part was disappointing.

Shopping wasn't great foe me as it was pretty much a pretty arranged visit. So I went around the local area and did different shops and had some food. Tour wasn't for me as walked around in a square of four side streets. Would have been better having a tour of the old town marina instead.

Die Tour war von der Buchung ab perfekt gestaltet. Herr Kahraman hat uns im Hotel geduldig und ohne jegliches Aufdrängen einige tolle Ausflüge vorgestellt. Am Ausflugstag wurden wir pünktlich sogar direkt an der Hoteltür abgeholt. :0) Erkan, unser Reiseführer mit fließenden Deutschkenntnissen (hat einige Jahre in Deutschland gelebt) hat uns bereits während der Fahrt zum eigentlichen Ausflugsziel schon einiges Interessantes über die Gegend erzählt. Er ist wirklich sehr nett und sympathisch. Danke

Den Besuch der Schmuckfabrik muss man einfach stoisch über sich ergehen lassen (die hatten aber tatsächlich tollen Schmuck), die Händler auf dem Markt sind sehr aufdringlich. Dass man vom TUI-Guide bewusst zu einem Kaffee, einem Gewürzhändler und einem Kleidergeschäft geführt wird um möglichst hier einzukaufen, finden wir sehr speziell. Erhält der Guide dafür Provision von den Geschäften? Die Altstattführung war kurz, aber gut und sehr interessant.

The tour guide was brilliant as only my wife and I decided to go on the old town tour so we had a personal guide who also took photos of us both together which was brilliant The shopping time could have been longer The jewlry gold center was good to see but not to our taste or spend. The tour guide was outstanding and should be given a pat on the back as his knowledge and ease of address for the day was more than excellent. Good work. Admit

Ahmed the Tuo tour guide left us at the old town with 3 children crying and feeling vulnerable. 3:00pm was the agreed time we need to be back and our family was there at 2:20pm early. No Ahmed TUI tour guide, no bus. He left us behind not considering our safety in a foreign country. Truly a very stressful and scary situation for us. This is not acceptable at all especially we have paid for the service but not delivered properly and again with 3 children to consider.

We hadden een halve dag geboekt omdat wij een kindje hebben van 1jaar we dan nog op tijd terug zouden zijn voor hem te laten eten en slapen in het hotel, dit was ons ook gezegd dat we zeker terug zouden zijn tegen 13uur. We hebben een stop gemaakt van meer dan een uur in een juwelierszaak, na we reeds een stop aan een tankstation gemaakt hadden om mensen van een andere bus af te halen. Dit was ons niet verteld en hier waren wij ook niet op voorbereid qua pampers voor de baby en eten voor de baby

We were expecting to stop off at a jewellery market in the old town, but instead were taken to a very high end jewellery show room where we were expected to listen to listen to a talk about gold silver and platinum. Dans l'ensemble c'est une sortie sympa sauf la visite d'une heure de la bijouterie qui est imposée dans plusieurs sorties et qui est en trop. Nous avons effectué trois excursions et nous avons visité la bijouterie lors de deux excursions sans en avoir été informés. Dommage, on perd du temps pour les visites qui nous intéressent vraiment, en particulier la cascade de kursunlu où nous avions uniquement une trentaine de minutes pour se promener dans le parc.

Started with coach carnage, waiting for a larger coach in a petrol station for around 20 mins. Then a 2 min journey to a jewellery place where unless you are ridiculously rich you can't afford anything. Then a long journey where you finally get to the old town. Led into a bazaar (money trap, its optional) and free time (3 hrs) to roam the local market before coming home. We did go on the guided tour of the old town which was interesting and we learnt about the culture,, architecture etc.

1er stop: 1 heure dans 1 magasin de bijoux. Ça ne nous interessait pas donc nous avons juste profité de l'airco. Notre 2me stop était un magasin dans le bazar soit-disant moins cher et de meilleure qualité. Une pure arnaque à touristes.... En fait ce sont les mêmes vêtements partout et dans ce magasin c'était bien plus cher qu'ailleurs. Seulement après tout ça nous avons eu du temps libre dans la vieille ville d'Antalya. Tous ces petites arrêts profitent au guide qui reçoit une commission.

The experience was a let down, I had booked the trip expecting to go directly to the town to look at the old city and shopping excursions then home. It’s was a long drive collecting others then to a lorry park to wait collection to be driven 30secionds up road, cattle market to look at jewellery store which thrives on vacationers. The store visit was, get them in and if you get one customer you have earned your reward, which it felt like. 80’s cash cow trips !!

bonjour la visite de la ville était prévue de 9 avec retour à l'hotel pour 13H30. Or nous avons fait un arrêt non soliciét d'une heure dans une bijouterie et ensuite dans un bazar, résultat nous sommes arrivés à Antalya vers 11h en pleine chaleur et la visite de la ville a pu commencer sous une grande chaleur. La visite guidée par le guide fut intéressante mais courte 1h. Nous sommes rentrés à l'hôtel à 15h30 avec le sentiments d'avoir fait un tour shopping et non une tour de ville

We were very disappointed with the trip. The bus was late and not at the meeting point, so we had to search for it. The rep scared us into visiting only three shops. At the jeweller’s, we were overwhelmed by pushy staff and expensive items. The T-shirt shop was overpriced, and we were told not to trust other shops. We were even warned to buy ice cream from just one place, which made us feel unsafe for our child. The rep left us early, and we never saw the old town despite trying to find it.

In the experience you are first taken to two different locations one is a gold shop and the other one is a clothes shop, after that you can walk around in the old town. We walked to the harbor and the view was fantastic. It was a nice break from the hotel but extremely hot, so bring caps and lots of water with you.

The main disappointment was being taken to an out of town jewellery store with pressure to buy and left there for 1hr of what is described as a half day shopping trip to the old town. This was an unpleasant experience and a waste of holiday time. In the old town the walking tour did not include details of the clock tower, mosque or visit to the harbour which was disappointing. It also followed on from the free time with no guidance on what to do whilst there. She did tell us how to keep safe.

Half day tour turned out to be pick up 8 am return 4pm NOT half day !!!!!! Tour of sites was 1/2 hr at end of day , no help with where we. We were sold it as a morning tour with a 45min tour then time to shop, instead got take to jewellery shop where you were followed and pressured to buy something. Unless you went to buy something in particular then this would be good but not everyone can afford to buy £5000 jewellery. I felt this trip was pointless and unnecessary. The guide was good but didn't start until 1pm when its most hotest and was told it was going to be morning to avoid this. Instead we met at 8am and got home at 4pm.

Den Besuch in der Goldfabrik kann man sich absolut sparen. Die Verkäufer dort absolut penetrant und aufdringlich. Wie hatten ständig einen Verkäufer an der Backe der permanent um uns herumgeschlichen ist und uns andauernd was versucht hat auf zu quatschen. Absolut unterirdisch. Wir fühlten uns so bedrängt das meine Frau und ich diese Goldfabrik fluchtartig verlassen haben. Der Guide war klasse und Antalya zu sehen auch. Wie gesagt Besuch der Goldfabrik absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Absolutely appalled that we were forced to enter a jewellery warehouse where doors were closed feeling pressured into buying diamonds etc. One and a half hours later came put, this should have been a choice !! A poor couple and child were ushered into a room door closed, and they didn't return to the coach. Apparently the factory were arranging a private transfer strange! It was very awkward. However, Antalya lovely, we enjoyed this part,would have liked longer there and no jewellery visit!

This was sold to us as a half-day visit to the Old Town, but there was no mention of shops at all! We were taken to a jewelry warehouse—top quality, yes, but so outrageously expensive that it felt like nothing more than a blatant money grab. However, had we been made aware of the time spent picking up other guests from other hotels, the time spent at a gold outlet (1 hour) and that it wasn't a half day trip, we would not have done this. We were not told that the shopping involved a compulsory visit to a jewellery factory for an hour prior to heading into the old town. We were not interested in this and felt pressured to buy the staff and bored whilst waiting on the bus for the tour proper to start. Die Altstadtführung war sehr gut und informativ. Der Reiseleiter war auch gut, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es mal wieder eine "Kaffeefahrt". Die Schmuckfabrik war eine Zumutung und Katastrophe. Man hatte immer einen Schatten der einem was verkaufen wollte. Auch der Bazaar war eine einzige Zumutung. Wir können nicht verstehen warum TUI sich immer auf sowas einlässt. Werden keine Ausflüge mehr darüber buchen.

Wir haben die Antstadt von Antalya als eine wunderschöne Stadt erlebt. Das war es aber leider auch schon! Negativ aufgefallen ist uns: - fast 2 Stunden verbrachten wir pro Strecke im Bus (also fast 4 Stunden insgesamt) für die Strecke nach Antalya. - Der erste halt im großen Schmuckgeschft das ging so gar nicht. Man hatte nicht einmal die Möglichkeit sich Schmuck anzuschauen, man wird direkt derart belästigt, dass wir nach 10 min. die Flucht nach draußen ergreiffen mussten.

Eigentlich eine nette Tour - ABER - der Stop in dieser Schmuckfabrik? Jedes Paar hatte seinen eigenen Schatten der dir unbedingt was verkaufen will. Von Raum zu Raum wurden zwar die Preise günstiger und gleichzeitig nahm die Freundlichkeit ab. Doch noch schlimmer war dieses Textilgeschäft im Bazar. Wieder ein permanent sprechender Schatten und unverschämte Preise! Fahrt nach Antakya mit, aber verschwindet sofort in der Altstadt, die ist wirklich sehr schön und shoppen ist überall billiger!!!

The trip could be vastly improved by removing the stop at the jewellery shop. The time could have been better spent with a more time spent in the old town. Maybe a full day with a lunch break on the harbour would be more appreciated. We are gutted we didn't do this earlier because we would have definitely visited the town again.

Der Stopp beim Juwelier ist super interessant, aber mit einer reichlichen Stunde lang, wenn man nix kaufen möchte. Der nächste Pflichtstopp im Basar ist ebenfalls anstrengend, kann aber quasi sofort beendet werden. Der TUI-Guide (Nuri) ist ein super feiner Kerl und macht einen super Job. Er hat dann die Führung durch die Altstadt gemacht, was in jedem Fall das Highlight der Tour ist. Sie ist wirklich schön und tagsüber sehr gemütlich. Alles in allem eine Erfahrung wie sie dazugehört ;-)

Our guide was brilliant and we really enjoyed the guide around the old town, we wished we could have spent longer there. Not sure why were corralled into a jewellery were the smart looking staff would not you look in peace. we managed to find the exit, the next stop took us into a clothes shop were the staff were better and let you browse in relative peace. In hindsight we wish we had gone on the visit to the old town without shopping, everything is in Euros so do no take Lira out to Turkey.

We were picked up at our hotel ready to enjoy a day in Antalya old town which is what we had paid to do however on route we were informed that we would be making a stop at a jewellery store for 1 hour. We then had to suffer some weird sales talk from the manager and then were aggressively stalked by staff while trying to find the exit. The old town is beautiful and we are extremely disappointed that we lost an hour which could have easily been spent exploring more of its beauty.

Ruim een half uur te laat opgehaald. Gasten bij ander hotel waren al weggelopen. Bekend was dat we langs een juwelier zouden gaan (daarom lage prijs). Dat is op zich prima, bij juwelier waren verkopers opdringerig en er werden belachelijk hoge prijzen gevraagd. En je werd onder druk gezet. Kon niet even rustig kijken. Rondleiding stad kort, maar ok. Vervolgens gedropt bij textiel verkoper in oude bazaar ( bekende van?). Zijn we weggelopen. Was ook niet bekend.

We attended the welcome meeting and after the advice from the rep we decided to book this trip. The trip was completely not suitable for us as family as my father in law couldn’t enjoy due to his mobility. We asked about suitably I was told it would be fine. We would have preferred less time at the jewellery store, or for that not to have been included. Enjoyed the trip, guide was very informative and we enjoyed the guided tour around the old town.

The guide called the tour ‘Antalya shopping’ and the focus of the tour is actually- shopping! If you are not prepared to spend money on gold and clothes, be vigilant during the ‘mandatory’ shopping stops as the sales assistants can be very persuasive in Turkey. Be sure to know the gold prices before entering the gold shopping centre (some home work beforehand could help). The actual walking tour of the old town took approximately 1 hour at the very end and was good.

Die Aussage, dass man in Belek und Kadriye nicht wirklich Einkaufen könne war falsch. Mit dem Ziel die eigene Fahrt zu verkaufen, könnte man vermuten. In der Schmuckfabrik grenzten die Verkaufsbemühungen an Belästigung! Auf dem Basar wurde man dann auch in ein bestimmtes Geschäft gelotst. Aber wahrscheinlich ist das der Preis wenn man zum ersten Mal Pauschalurlaub in der Türkei macht. Beim nächsten Mal sind wir schlauer.

In all value for money. It would help if the quide didn't visit the jewellery store and clothes shop before the short walking tour of Antalya. Having been on many excursions over the years in many countries it appears the norm to visit these places either before or during the tour. Better the quide dispenses with this...do the walk about informative tour and then free time before setting off back to the various hotels

The old town shopping was excellent tour guide was excellent also. The jewellery experience is a complete waste of time , everyone I spoke to was under the same opinion this part of the tour is for people with a far better disposable income than most Tui travelers can afford. Really enjoyed the tour around the old town. Lovely place. Really didn’t enjoy the jewellery shop. I don’t understand why it goes there first. Do not enjoy being followed around it made us feel really uneasy and stoped us from wanting to have a proper look around. Instead we made a quick exit and waited the remainder of the time outside for the rest of the coach.

Der Ausflug war eine Verkaufstour was so nicht angedacht war.Der erste Stop war im ehemaligen Spielkasino von Antalya in der Schmuckabteilung.Danach kam der Wasserfall und anschließend wurden wir in einem Textilladen verfrachtet.Das war vom Reiseleiter Herr Tuncy so organisiert worden.Er war mit der Betreiberin des Ladens gut bekannt.Dort wurde man zum Kauf von angeblich hochwertigen Textilien aufgefordert.Es waren mehrheitlich Imitation von Markenkleidung.Das hatten wir so nicht erwartet.

vervelende, niet vermelde stop bij opdringerige juwelier, waar je een uur blijft. Amper 2u vrije shoptijd ipv 3u en dan zelfs oude stadstour niet gedaan. We waren ongeveer met 25 pers. Gids gaf de keuze, 3u free time en geen stadstour of 2u free time en wel tour, maar indien er te weinig pers de tour meededen, moest er een extra betaald worden ??? Niemand deed de tour om niet extra te moeten betalen, terwijl dit normaal zou moeten inbegrepen zijn in prijs !! Schandalig, geldafzetterij !!

Grundsätzlich ist die Frage was erwartet man, der Juwelier war zwar schön, aber überrissen teuer. Eine Textilfabrik wird nicht besucht, eher der Bazar einer Familie, mit direkter Führung in die supporteten Geschäfter. Jedoch sehr freundlicher Umgang! Aber es sind klare Absprachen zu erkennen, alle Reisegruppen werden die selben Geschäfter gezeigt. Gefühlt hat Antalya aber noch viel mehr zu bieten. Die Zeit ( 3h ) reicht dann aber nicht zum schlendern und auch mal etwas essen.

Wir fanden unseren Busfahrer und Reiseleiter echt toll. Aber die Fahrt, zu diesem Schmuckladen, war alles andere als toll. Wir hatten die Wasserfälle nicht gebucht, weil es da in der Beschreibung mit drinnen stand, dass es zu diesem Schmuckladen geht. Umso mehr habe ich mich geärgert. Es stand nicht mit in der Beschreibung und da haben wir uns überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Total bedrängt und als das Armband beim hochnehmen auseinander viel, auch veräppelt.

It was amazing experience with TUI! I really recommend to visit a tour with a guide Arif. Very professional, funny, an awesome speaker! I found so much about Turkey! We all really enjoyed the trip (family of 4 including 15 and 12 year old). Other reviews made us a bit concerned about the visit to the jewellery store but it was fine no hard sell and we left after 45 minutes. The guide was superb giving us lots of information on our journey in to Antayla and he did a brilliant little tour around the old town before leaving us plenty of time to shop or explore further.

Unser Guide war sehr nett und kompetent. Wenn man sich auf die Gepflogenheiten im Bazar einlässt, macht der freundliche Umgang Spaß. Einziger Negativpunkt bei dieser Tour ist der lange Stopp beim Schmuckverkauf. Fast niemand möchte dort etwas kaufen (zum richtigen Juwelier geht man auch nicht in Badehose und Flip Flops) aber jede Tour zum Shoppen beinhaltet einen Besuch beim Gold- oder Textil-/Lederhändler. Ansonsten eine nette Tour von ca. 7h.

Guide was amazing, very informative, and sensitive. The Old Town was beautiful and with the guide easy to navigate. Such a beautiful place with the Harbour sights too over looking the Taurus Mountains. If you wish to do the tour shopping time is really short, we needed another 30/40mins to decide on purchases and barter as we never had experienced this. Found it very different. Also we had Turkish Lira but majority priced in Euro or English Pound. Wise to research prices, lots cheaper at home!

Booked this tour via the TUI app. Very easy to book and pick up times provided. The tour started with a visit to a jewellery store. Even though the store was loverly, massively overpriced. Disappointed that TUI still allows this. Next we got dropped off in the old town. The guide offered a tour which I recommend so to not miss anything. Old town and harbour was nice, away from the crazy tourist shops.

I enjoyed going into the centre of Antalya and exploring the bazaars.Had the option whether to do the guided tour of the older part. Also enjoyed the cafe that was recommended and a meeting point, very easy to get your way back to. What I enjoyed the most was the visit to old town and the freedom to explore. We were left to our own devices and our guide Muzo was so friendly who kept us informed throughout. We were constantly kept up to date about the schedule. The only thing I didn’t like was the visit to the jewellery store. I would have rather spent that time in the markets/old town.

Durchführung und Organisation von TUI war erstklassig. Der Guid war sehr kommunikative und hat den Ausflug sehr lebhaft gestaltet. Die Zeit zum Shoppen war ausreichend lang. Eine extra Altstadtführung hat er für Interessierte auch noch angeboten. Der Abstecher in den Schmuckladen war zwar nervig und verschenkte Zeit, aber es war im Vorfeld deutlich beschrieben, dass dieser Stopp eingelegt wird.

Our Guide Muzo was excellent very entertaining and informative. The jewellery centre was ok, but with everything to be haggled for it just seemed too much like hard work. The trip to the city centre was good and lots to see and buy.

Der Ausflug war echt sehr schön. Der Bus war pünktlich und die war sehr angenehm. Der Reiseleiter hat uns viel erklärt über die Stadt Antalya. Erster Stopp war ein ein kleines aber schönes Juwelier. Danach ging es um weiter auf dem Bazar wo wir 3 Stunden Zeiten hatten. Anschließend ging es wieder zurück in die Hotels. Der gesamte Ausgluf ging circa 7 Stunden und für den Preis hat sich das absolut gelohnt. Gerne wieder.

Am Anfang der Tour steht ein Schmuckverkaufsraum an. Das weiß man auch vorher, sodass man nicht überrascht war. Wer kein Interesse hat, wird dann nach der anfänglichen Heerschar auch in Ruhe gelassen. Wir fanden die Auswahl gut und Endpreise sind verhandelbar. Danach geht es zu einem Klamottenladen mit „Privatverkäufer“. Hier sollte man handeln ! Zum Schluss geht man noch eigenständig shoppen oder macht eine kleine Besichtigung. Reisebegleiter Erkan war echt lustig &nett. 14 Uhr wieder zurück.

Unser Guide Hassan war sehr freundlich und hat sogar mit uns noch eine kleine Führung durch die altstadt von Antalya gemacht echt Top gewesen. Wir hatten zirka 3 Stunden in Antalya Zeit zum Shoppen genau wie wir es wollten. Was nervig war war der Schmuckladen hier würde ich nicht empfehlen etwas zu kaufen!! Vor allem ist es um die Zeit schade wir verbrachten dort gut zwei Stunden und die ganze Zeit wollen sie dir nur was verkaufen. Sollte echt aus der Tour entfernt werden!!

Excellent value for money - short shopping trip. Nice and helpful tour guide. Jewellery centre was a bit of miss as it’s not for everyone. We were “targeted” on the beginning and the staff didn’t leave us till the end. Didn’t get a chance to look at the whole place. Old town trip - very nice and quick ?? would need few minutes longer stops to be able to get some pictures. Difficult to do with kids. Overall good experience

Overall the trip was good. Pickup punctual, guide spoke very good English and gave useful information. The jewellery store however was a very unpleasant experience, we seemed to be shut in a room with no visible signage for the exit. One staff member to each visitor and they never moved from your side, you couldn't shake them off, you couldn't look at anything without them getting items out of the cabinet and trying to get you to try them on. I felt very intimidated and won't ever visit again.

This short trip to Antalya took in an hour stop at a gold store before heading into Antalya where you were then guided to do another hour in a textile store. We asked if it was compulsory to take part in the textile guide as the real reason we booked the trip was to explore the town itself and not have time taken away from this with visits to gold shops and textile stores. The town itself is beautiful with it's harbour, bazaars and shops and we were glad we took the extra time to explore these things without having to do at least the textile store which gave us the time to have some lunch by the harbour.

We absolutely loved this! Got 10% off purchasing through the app, tour guide gave us lots of information and history about antalya which we liked and we took the optional tour of the old town which was stunning! Plenty of time for shopping and drink/food stop too. A proper half day trip!

Was told to meet at the security gate at 08:30am was stood there until 09:15am then the bus pulled right into the reception area and we had to walk back up. When going to the experience the driver kept answering his phone on a busy road. The tour guide was amazing he was lovely and really good at his job, we only had 2 hours to actually do some shopping and Look around and eat and I would of liked a bit more time.

Die Organisation des Ausflugs war sehr gut. Die Reiseleiter haben sehr viele interessante Informationen über Land und Leute erzählt und sind sehr professionell mit individuellen Wünschen und Bedürfnissen der Teilnehmer umgegangen. Die Verkaufsveranstaltung im Schmuckgeschäft war reine Zeitverschwendung und passte überhaupt nicht zu der wunderschönen Stadt Antalya. Ansonsten war dies aber ein sehr schöner Ausflug.

La visite a été chouette. Belles choses découvertes et quartier libre très tranquille. Par contre, nous étions les seuls francophones participants, du coup tout le trajet et les visites ont été faits en Allemand. Nous n'avons rien compris sur les explications du guide.
