Your driver will wait for you at the arranged meeting point while holding a sign with your name on it, so that it will be very easy to meet.What's more, save yourself having to carry heavy bags, and take comfort in knowing that all vehicles are regularly maintained to high-quality standards.Vehicle Options:

Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
The driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
At checkout please provide: Pick up date and time, number of pax, pick-up and drop-off point, Flight number, Full name (all passengers), Year of birth (all passengers)
Waiting time for international flights: 90 minutes; for domestic flights: 60 minutes. Train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
