What to expect
One ticket to all the exhibitions. Get access to the collection, 'Pablo Picasso: Structures of Invention. The Unity of a Life's Work'. You can also also explore the current temporary exhibitions.Admire 'Pablo Picasso: Structures of Invention. The Unity of a Life's Work'. With a selection of representative works, the collection uncovers Picasso's genius far from traditional standards: 141 works in no chronological order, including 10 pieces never shown in Spain before. A journey through cubism, surrealism... crossing time and space, displayed in five spotlight exhibitions within one — a new and rare retrospective on Pablo Picasso and his creative process.Enjoy unique architecture in the historical center of the city. Take a picture in the Central Patio as a keepsake, and have a coffee at the Garden as a break or visit the archeological remains.

Accessibility:
There are devices that provide audiodescriptions in Spanish for people who are blind or visually impaired, and there is a sign language service in Spanish for the permanent collection
Not allowed:
Children under the age of 13 cannot enter alone, they must be accompanied by an adult
For security reasons, umbrellas and other potentially dangerous objects must be deposited in the cloakroom. Only suitcases and backpacks with a maximum of 55 x 35 x 20 cm are allowed. Scooters, tricycles, and bicycles are not accepted

Please make sure to download and present the official ticket attached to the voucher after booking
Your time slot to access the Museum can be, depending on the purchased ticket, from 10.00 am to 12.00 am (morning shift), 12.30 am to 02.30 pm (midday shift) or 03.00 pm to 06.15 pm (afternoon shift).
Please note that if you book a reduced or free ticket, you must show documents at the ticket office
The tour is accessible to wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility
If you purchase a reduced-price entrance, you need to go through the ticket office first
The purchase of the ticket also includes the audio guide service
Audio guides for the permanent collections are available in Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic. The audioguide for the temporary exhibitions is only available in Spanish and English

Rude abrasive staff why showing tickets 3 times, poor curation of paintings eg supposedly chronological then a picture 1932 claiming to be post war, no context, no grouping by period. I would not recommend this museum

The Picasso Museum is a must see when in Malaga. The Museum is laid out quite well and follows the span of Picasso’s work in phases from the beginning of his life to the end. The walking tour aided by the Museum's audio guide via your cell phone does a wonderful job explaining Picasso’s work.

Ich war 18 min. Vor der Zeit angekommen. Nur 4 Leute in der vorgesehenen Warteschlange. Da kann ich noch einen Kaffee trinken 50 mtr. weiter. Gedacht, getan. Nach dem Kaffee zurück, war die Schlange jetzt 50 mtr. lang und es wurden immer nur kleine Grüppchen reingelassen. Überpünktlich angekommen und trotzdem nochmal 20 min. gewartet, toll. Das hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst.

Heel mooi interessant museum waarin een relatief ruime collectie aan kunstwerken van Picasso tentoongesteld is. Onder het museum bevindt zich ook een archeologische site met vonsten uit oa de 6e en 4e eeuw voor Christus. Het geeft ook een inkijk van zijn privé leven en time-line. Zeker een bezoekje waard! Ook vlot toegankelijk voor mindervalide personen.

Mit TUI konnten wir noch kurzfristig Tickets bekommen!?? Trotz der Onlinetickets muss noch eine Wartezeit von ca. 1/2 Stunde eingerechnet werden. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

In een lange rij staan in de hitte terwijl je juist online tickets hebt gekocht om dat te voorkomen viel een beetje tegen. Daar moet toch iets aan te doen zijn als je weet hoeveel mensen er in een bepaald tijdsblok komen? Misschien het tijdslot weer opdelen in verschillende startmomenten?
