Your time slot to access the Museum can be, depending on the purchased ticket, from 10.00 am to 12.00 am (morning shift), 12.30 am to 02.30 pm (midday shift) or 03.00 pm to 06.15 pm (afternoon shift).
Please note that if you book a reduced or free ticket, you must show documents at the ticket office
The tour is accessible to wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility
If you purchase a reduced-price entrance, you need to go through the ticket office first
The purchase of the ticket also includes the audio guide service
Audio guides for the permanent collections are available in Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic. The audioguide for the temporary exhibitions is only available in Spanish and English
