What to expect
If you like the idea of designing your own day out at sea aboard a private yacht, then this is for you. You'll have a captain and their crew at your disposal to spend three, four or five hours cruising the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean. It's great for friends and families who want some quality time together.Your first point of call will be to meet your captain and guide to decide on how you want to spend your time at sea. They'll recommend places for you to go according to your interests – whether you'd like snorkelling sites, water sports or cruising along the bays to spot the homes of the rich and famous.Snorkelling equipment and stand-up paddleboards are included, too, as is a premium open bar for you to tap into whenever you feel thirsty. You'll also have lunch in the middle of the ocean before heading back to shore.

What to remember
Rate is for a private charter (40 or 45ft)
You can choose what activities during your time at sea, but all are determined on time of rental
Guests must remove footwear before boarding – this is a barefoot boat
Guests choosing to enter the ocean will not be served alcohol before
Minimum age is 5 years
Dock fee is USD 2.00 per person. This fee is not included and should be paid at check-in on the day
Not suitable for expectant mothers
Not suitable for wheelchairs
Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time
Bring bathing gear and sunblock
Bring biodegradable insect repellent
Bring a towel
Bring a hat
Bring money for extras or gratuities
Some entrance fees and optional extras are payable locally
