Point out the QR code that gives access to online newspapers to people using VIP lounge service. It’s really good , but wasn’t aware of it until an hour or so into our time in the lounge

Relaxed environment, very clean and comfortable. However if you have a very early flight is we did, service was minimal, food choice early in the morning could be a little lighter than a semi warm sandwich. There was no milk in the coffee machine or bottled Walter to help yourself too.

Lovely clean,spacious lounge. Food and drink choices poor, hot drinks are not hot, limited choice for cold drinks. Not value for money compared to other lounges. Staff are Lovely and attentive.

Very limited drinks/snacks due to country restrictions. It is table service so if the lounge is busy you have to wait. You cannot self serve. They don't use the separate security check in you are herded to the main passport control and have to queue for border control and security station. They did fast track you through the secondary security check point at the gate but doesn't warrant extra charge of lounge as only limited time in there.

Mohammed my guide was very informative of procress to security and passport control. Unfortunately when I handed my passport to staff on entry to lounge they returned it to another party who were departing to London. Luckily for me this party were honest and approached me asking if this was my passport and boarding pass as if they hadn’t i could have potentially be having real problems coming home.

The airport lounge was excellent, very comfortable and a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff in the lounge were very accommodating and ensured that we were well looked after. My only complaint would be the amount of children who were present in the lounge who were being allowed to run around and make excessive noise. One small child repeatedly dragged a small plastic chair around the lounge area making excessive noise. This was reported to the lounge staff.

We arrived at the airport and where taken to the lounge area first we had to wait around and send them our tickets via an email as we had booked on the TUI app , the toilets weren’t working because of an electrical fault so we had to use the main airport ones , we sat down with a drink then told we needed to check in , then back to lounge and then back up to be escorted through where my daughters skirt got ripped as people queuing wouldn’t move out the way as they thought we were pushing in .

This VIP Lounge is really good value, we went straight to check in missing all the queues for check in, you were then given food and drink in the lounge, our plane was delayed for an hour and we were able to stay in the lounge, we were escorted, through fast track security and to our boarding gate. Could not fault the staff they were all lovely and helpful.

Really good experience. Separate check in desk with a red carpet was a lovely touch. Staff were super friendly and being escorted through passport controls and security made the whole experience very stress free. My only gripe is the cost. Booked through Tui and paid £46 per person for 4 of us. Over heard another family booking direct with the lounge and they paid £24 each. Tui really overcharged so I would recommend booking directly instead

I am glad we made the decision to do this. Would have been helpful if it was explained that we would be escorted through passport/security given time for shopping and escorted to the gate but overall very good experience. Food was not the best but was a very relaxed environment of not stressing of joining queues etc. Loved seperate check in desk

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the lounge was a really lovely large area to relax in. The food and drinks were good, however we would have preferred a self serve for the drinks as these took a while to be served. Overall we enjoyed the experience and the personal assistance to get us quickly through to the gate really was a fantastic part of the experience. Will definitely book again.

Very quick and easy bag drop, greeted by a staff member who then looked after us all the way through, definitely made the airport experience pleasurable. The only criticism I have is the lack of refreshments available that you could help yourself to, you had to order almost everything and while the food and drink were good, the fact that you had to be served slowed the process down. When we were there it was fairly quiet so not too bad but if more people were in there it definitely would be wors

We were the only people in the lounge to begin with. There was no food on display. We were offered biscuits a sandwich each and had 2 drinks. A foreign family arrived and was given a menu. When we asked for stuff on the menu, we were told no! Not worth the money for us. Won't use again.

Our room gave us a great view of the beach and sea, which was very well serviced by Ms Smida Hayatt. Both the bar and restaurant were fantastic lead by Moh Ali, Chokri and a female member (new addition who was not on duty Sunday night) who was very impressive as were majority of staff. Highlight for us was the massage in the spa.Amal,Nòun,Sobeh and receptionist Axana....Brilliant!!. Mention also to Laidi who provided the pirate ship trip. Eya òur rep fantastic also. Used the VIP lounge as an end to a holiday to enjoy relaxation. Complimentary Sandwich snacks and drinks. comfortable chairs relaxed atmosphere. When time for your flight you are escorted all the way to departure gate which was a new experience.

Lounge experience was great, good selection of food and drinks and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge has its own check in desk and you will then be escorted to the lounge. When your flight is ready for boarding you will then be escorted through Border Control and Security. TIP: Print your confirmation and check in with your rep when you arrive. This was not told to us in advance and we had some delays getting in.

I did not enjoy a 2hr delayed flight, Giving your customers a beverage and food would have been an apology, We had no food from our fight until the next morning, the delay meant we missed the evening meal, good customer service would have been for TUI to organise some food for us all. It was well past Midnight by the time we booked in. I requested a ground floor quite room. It was supposed to be superior. I got a 3rd floor room over looking roof tops next to staff cleaning and laundery room

I was so impressed with the Royal Kenz. I booked a superior room and i was so impressed with the standard of accommodation. The staff at this hotel were all lovely and very friendly. Made some good friends of the staff. I will certainly be coming back. The food was superb, what more can i say. The spa pool was amazing. Such a wonderful hotel all round. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Cant wait to come back

Tui overcharged for this service. The actual cost of using the lounge was around under£10 yet booking through Tui it cost £35. I am aware that the travel industry has had issues but ripping people off who have equally had a difficult time is disgusting. Perhaps behaviour like this does not deserve the support of the hard working British public.
