In your description you said there would be a juice or water provided - no drinks were provided / offered, it was a warm day and would have been gratefully received. The experience itself and staff was great. They took photos but we haven’t seen or been offered them. We did wonder if they would email them to us as they took all our details for the waiver.

We loved it ! It is quite a long trip, longer than half a day . You leave around 8 and you will not be back before 2 as the journey take some time too. So a small snack like a chocolate bar would be great . We bought one in the cafe at the beginning of the rainforest trail but the chocolate bar was stale and tasteless . So if one could have been provided by the guide or hotel that would have been great .

We were looked after very well. I felt very safe and relaxed ,although I had never done that type of zip wire before . The staff were friendly reassuring and funny! We became very thirsty during the experience and couldn’t see how we could carry water with us. A bottle was provided , but i think it would have been better to have had it sooner.

Excellent day out. Maybe made better by our guide Jessie, he was amazing - really patient (6 out of the group of 8 hadn’t done anything like this before) but also very knowledgeable. The return trip on the tranopy was better than the way up, amazing views and more wildlife. The zip lines themselves were really good fun.

It's a lot of steep walking which we didn't expect. Possible a drink half way around not 10min from the end. Def flat closed in shoes and plastic jacket to keep you dry.

Easy to book, & all went smoothly. Collected from our hotel as pre arranged. The guides at the Rainforest were fun but also had safety as a priority. I was initially a little nervous having not done it before but after the initial practise one I was much more at ease. Great fun day.

This experience was amazing. Kenny and Jay Miguel were great guides and made the day very entertaining. I was unsure if I would be confident doing the ziplining as I had not done anything like it before and am not a thrill seeker, but it was very safe and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This was an excellent excursion. Travel was prompt, the aerial tram was amazing with fantastic views of St Lucia and the zipline was huge fun. All the staff are full of energy and provide you with a great education of the trees, plants and wildlife on the island

Our guide Jesse on the aerial tram tour was super knowledgeable about the rainforest & provided us with a really interesting lesson on the trees and wildlife of Saint Lucia, which was totally unexpected but it really brought the experience to life!

We had a fantastic tour guide who knew everything about the animals and plants we saw. The zip lines were amazing, the views stunning and it didn’t matter that it poured with rain (we were in the rainforest!)

Staff were amazing, but I wouldn't book any trips through the app again as the app went down after we had booked and paid for our trips. We weren't informed that this had happened and only found out when we looked to see pick up times. We had to repay for the trips, were told it would be 14 daysfor the refund, we still haven't received it 18 days later.

The gondola ride was pleasant. The amount of wildlife was a little disappointing. Zip wire ride was fun. Very professional with Health and Safety at the forefront. Pickup and drop off worked well. The lockers for storing back packs etc were a ripoff. You pay a deposit for the key which was non refundable.

This trip will is certainly great value for money we had a great day! The staff and activities truly make for an epic day out, one we will not forget. As a 3 part activity: 1- sky tram: So quiet, so peaceful and our guide was a fountain of knowledge. 2- zip lines: Absolutely amazing and so fun and safe, really did enjoy it with 8 zip lines in total. 3- Hike: This is probably the toughest but and not for the faint hearted, it is a difficult hike up and would say you need to be fit to consider this. You are rewarded with the stunning views and natures aircon on the tram back down. Overall a brilliant day out and I would heavily recommend it!

The rainforest adventure was far more enjoyable and informative than expected. Our tour guides Jesse and Jeffery were very experienced, making us feel safe at all times on the wires and cracked jokes all the way. Also surprisingly knowledgeable on the local flora and fauna. My wife has a degree in Biology and interest in plants, so being given the latin as well as common names on request was impressive. Minor issue. Told I had to put our bag in a locker before we started. They said pay 6US$ & get 5US$ returned with key, but I paid 15EC$ which they retained. No great expense, but I left feeling conned.

A great excursion we really enjoyed it. You do need to be relatively fit to do it but we had the most fun! The zip wire course through the rain forest is brilliant and a unique experience. The cable car through the tree top canopy is amazing and the staff are very knowledgeable about the rain forest and surrounding environment. Very well organised and the trip guides were excellent. I would highly recommend.
